We had a small party for my daughters birthday. The atmosphere and food was great but I'd give 5 stars to the manager. She was attentive, hardworking and friendly. Speaking myself as a manager with a bachelors in business administration. She was phenomenal, Pizza Hut will be our next birthday party venue while in falfurrias. 5 stars!

I hadn't been there in a long while but the food and service was excellent. Definitely recommend and will be back.

There food is fresh and hot and delicious and the place is very nice and well kept enjoy the atmosphere and the employees are the nicest people

The food is as good as expected but where this place really shines is their customer service! While dining in with my family I happen to overhear the cashier ask every single elderly person and anyone with kids if they needed help with their take out orders. We simply ordered a pepperoni pizza for the kiddos and the wife and I shared some wings. As simple as the order was the waitress never hesitated to continue to try and accommodate!!

Ordered online, went to pick up my carryout and they were way busier than I had thought they would be. Even with that I was only a few minutes longer than the stated pick up time. Employees were friendly, the pizza was great I will be going back.

Been coming to this location for the past two years when going to McAllen from Houston. The service is a bit slower compared to the big city which is expected BUT the quality of the food is second to none highly recommended. It's worth the wait

The chicken wings were great as well as the brownies. The three topping pizzas were okay. The garlic parmesan was a little dry. The thin crust cheese was awful. No flavor and overdone, totally dry.

Ordered online. Given a time to pick up that was about 35 minutes from time of order. No worries. Maybe they're busy. Get there at that time and my husband goes in to pick it up. After about 10-15 minutes he finally comes back out with the pizza. Something happened and they were running super behind, but it would be great of the app had a way to notify customers of delays or when the order is ready. (It might and it just didn't work this time.) They gave us a free brownie dessert for the delay. Very nice of them but the brownies are super gross. Dont order them.

After she brought us the food we ordered she didn't come back to check if we needed any soda refills. Bathroom smelled very musky, like mold. Could have been cleaner.

It seems that the Pizza Hut brand has cut back on food quality in order to accommodate reasonable pricing. I order from Pizza Hut less frequently simply because the quality in the pizza is no longer there. I honestly pay more for better tasting Pizza & a salad bar.

Got call around 7 something pm to tell me they had to replace my cinnamon bread with cinnamon rolls would be a little longer . I just got my order at 8:26 pm. Called before the order finally arrived and the Manager left me on hold and never got back on the phone. This was a horrible and very unprofessional.

This was THE WORST pizza I have ever had. At this point if I want pizza I'll go to the Pilot , and I'm not fond of gas station pizza.I have no pictures or a receipt pizza went to the pig. Very disappointed the box would have been better than your pizza

They don’t make my pizza correctly, they are out of a product I ask for and instead of asking if I want something else they assume and just bring it, they don’t seem to care that it’s a constant thing, as well enough times that my pizza has come to me and it is all over the box or doesn’t look fresh. I have worked at Pizza Hut before and I know the protocol when it comes to orders. Learn to read a screen get your orders correct and if someone asks for something and you do not have it call and ask them if they would rather substitute it or their money back.

Our server kept zooming off whenever we told them something not letting us finish talking, also, not sure how you could mess up an order when there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. The atmosphere was not good either, I saw a lot of workers just sitting around and talking instead of actually helping and working, would not recommend dining at this location.
