I love this place. The food is so good the service was phenomenal and the manager went out of his way to help because he knew I just had surgery. I really love the prices. I hope they don’t close like the others.
I enjoyed my birthday gift from Houlihan's with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food was reliably good; I ordered the Navajo pasta special which I enjoyed. The pricing has gone up but has remained a very good value overall.
Our server, Sebrina, was an amazing server! She was so attentive, friendly, and always made sure to check up on our table. Her service truly made our dining experience exceptional
Meagan was a great server. Food was cooked as ordered and believe me , I order my steaks medium and they usually come every way but. Service was fast and friendly. Will go again when in the area. Have a nice meal in a clean friendly place with good food.
We went on Christmas Day and had a wonderful time. Our server was cheerful, fun, and attentive. Food was delicious. Thanks for being open on Christmas and providing a nice experience!
Nicole is our favorite bartender. She always remembers everyone’s order from week to week. Super friendly and covers the whole bar area seemlessly. She has a smile for all who walk in. We love her❤️
Great service. Happy to find this Houlihans still in business as others near us had closed down. There was a short wait time to get seated, although it wasn't very crowded, but the appetizers came and were extremely well seasoned, fresh, extra crispy, hot, tasty and we were given an ample amount. There were 3 of us and we ordered 3 appetizers to share and they were all so good there were no appetizers leftover. The drinks were excellent and the main course was good. The server was excellent and attentive and the atmosphere was clean. Loved this visit.
Kevin took my order over the phone and was very pleasant. He even told me about the prefix menu, so I was able to get an appetizer and dessert for just $3 more. I ordered the fish and chips and the shrimp pasta. The food was really good and fresh. The shrimp was seasoned well and the fish portion was ample. I would definitely revisit.
Food and drinks were amazing! Charlie, our favorite bartender is always very attentive, friendly, and makes us feel like family!
Dine here quite frequently. They have a scratch kitchen, meaning that everything is made fresh at the restaurant. Anytime you order something, they check up and ensure you are happy with your food and beverage. I use this as my go to place for lunch and dinner. The menu has a great variety of dishes to choose from. The Kansas City burger is a winner, you have to try it. They also have a good variety of salads, there are a few which are really exceptional. I know it may sound trivial, but they brew the ice tea, it's not from a syrup like many places switched to. I am a big Ice Tea drinker. The atmosphere is relaxing and the servers are very pleasant. The managers are always making sure things are running smooth and will certainly give you time if you desire to speak to one. I have been going to this location for almost 20 years and I give it a big thumbs up.
My wife and I eat at Houlihan's 4-5 times a month. They have a good menu selection, something for everyone. The prices are reasonable and the food is great. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms (which I have always found to be a sign of how well they maintain the facility overall). The wait staff is friendly and accommodating. We especially look forward to the weekly and holiday specials (sign up for their emails). Houlihan's is the first place we think of to bring out of town guests. Highly recommended.
Don't think chain, think delicious!!! This is a great restaurant with chain prices but scrumptious food. The shrimp and pasta was fantastic as were the scallops and Ahi Tuna app. Even the ice cream was top drawer... smooth, creamy. My first time there tonite with family... will be back for sure. Excellent service too. You will be very happy!
My family and friends had a great experience thanks to our waitress Markella. She was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed. We will be coming back thanks to Markella’s wonderful services!
Really good food and decent prices. They had a kind of three course menu for two of us got this and really enjoyed all of the choices they had! Dessert was amazing And we had gooey salted caramel butter cake . The service was slow but it was a Sunday afternoon and there were a number of people and not so much waitstaff.
The steaks are very perfectly cooked to order and virtually no wait time for drinks or food at the bar. They were the only restaurant on valentine's day where we didn't have to wait and the service was great at the bar. Once again the steak melted in your mouth almost no chewing. Very good.
Our waitress O think her name was Diana was delightful and very professional.
Their Thanksgiving dinner was delicious! Almost as good as mine, without having the prep, serving, and cleanup! Juliana was a very efficient and charming waitress! Thanks for an easy holiday meal this year🦃😊
The five of us were escorted to a wonderful and spacious booth! We ordered a lovely chicken salad and the dumplings (as appetizers) to share. Kaylee, our wonderful waitress quickly brought us 2 pitchers of delicious sangria! We all ordered something different: pot roast, ribs, chicken Parm, chicken in wine sauce, and scallops. The food was amazing! Hot and tasty! We ate so much we hardly had room for dessert, but we managed at least to try the " gooey butter cake" and it was amazing! Thank you Houlihans and especially Kaylee for making it so fun and wonderful. We truly enjoyed it!
This is one of my favorite restaurants! ❤👍 The menu has a great variety of food for all tastes. There is a rustic and cozy atmosphere w good music playing softly.i went w 2 friends after missing each other since the summer. The waitress was so very polite, and helpful.👍😍🤠
Our waiter was confrontational and frustrated. His service was good enough. Every other single person was fantastic. Food here is Always good. I've had most things on the menu and haven't been disappointed. Bar is stocked and the beer is cold. Overall great place
Nicole, was very attentive and very helpful in my dinning experience. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and knew exactly what to recommend for my dinner. Drinks were amazing, food was very good as well and didn’t take too long. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back at a future date. Thanks Houlihans !
New to the area we have been making the rounds at the eateries. Our serve Lorraine was fantastic. She went above and beyond, made us feel like family. We were not rushed. The food was very good. Started with the Bavarian pretzel. My husband and I finished the whole pretzel and it was huge! Couldn’t stop! Nice choice of different genres of food. My husband had the all inclusive with an appetizer, entree and dessert. Considering the cost to eat out. This was a full meal for a decent price. We will go again.
I love this place. Overall it is great and never had a problem either
This place was delicious, I sat at the bar and ordered the stuffed mushrooms and lunch special. **Big shout out to the bartender Sabrina she was amazing. I am so picky with my margaritas and she made a delicious top shelf one for me. She also helped me pick my food. Altogether she made this a great dining experience Will be returning
Came here a few times recently when it was busy for dinner but very little wait and also not busy for lunch during the week. Delicious food with a good menu of most American fare dishes. I recommend the New York Strip steak with grilled onions, green beans and French fries. Burgers are great here as well as the chicken Caesar salad. Love the fried chicken strips with honey mustard sauce. Had the fully loaded nachos and it tasted great. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Had a lemon cake tart with vanilla ice cream on top for dessert that we shared that was fabulous.
We had a fantastic experience. Amanda was incredibly accommodating and professional.
All the food was delicious and served quickly. The waitress was very helpful. Definitely be going back another time.
Nicole my bartender/server is always friendly, attentive & anticipating patrons needs. Love their new food & drink menu & how it is always changing to keep the palate interested. I always return because of her genuine welcoming Peru.
I’ve been coming go for happy hour with friends and have had an amazing experience every time! Mostly due to the service of our favorite bartender Nicole. She is attentive, friendly, and makes the best drinks hands down!!!!!
Every time I eat at Houlihan’s, my experience is fantastic. The food is fresh and tasty, the service is fast and efficient and my servers are always very friendly and helpful! I especially love the mushroom bites. They’re my fave!! I have also picked up Uber Eats orders from this restaurant and they always have the order ready to go when I walk in!
I had an extremely delightful experience! The food was simply outstanding and very delicious. I was particularly impressed by the affordability of their prices, which added more flavors to the experience. I have no reservation in saying that I will definitely be returning for more of such amazing culinary journey. Highly recommend!
Amazing restaurant. Came here late yet there were still tables available. Amazing service by a waitress. Amazing food. Portions are reasonably sized (unlike other restaurants that give you too large of a portion.) The atmosphere felt good, the dimmed lights made it feel even better. The colorful and different patterns of cloths on the ceiling used as decoration was cool. Definitely recommend. Will definitely come back here again.
I go here at least twice a year as I live far away. The trip is well worth it. The food is good and I eat in peace.
I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar at Houlihan’s and was fortunate to have Nicole as my bartender. From start to finish, she provided exceptional service that went beyond just taking our orders —she truly elevated the experience. Nicole was attentive without being intrusive, effortlessly balancing efficiency with genuine hospitality. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask and maintained a welcoming, professional demeanor throughout the evening. Her knowledge of the menu and drink selections was impressive, and she made thoughtful recommendations that enhanced the meal. This was my first visit to Houlihan’s and I’ll definitely be returning.
Fav for over 10 years. They just have to fix their restroom faucets, and Restroom ceiling leaks. Menu items food and staff are all amazing. Dining room atmosphere beautiful. If they charge $2 more per item I'm sure they could come up with the money to fix the bathroom. To our Houlihan Kitchen staff and waiters you are amazing
This is still one of the absolute best chain restaurants Long Island has to offer! My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick bite before catching a movie at the local theater and were not sure we would be served and eat in time before the movie. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We sat at the bar and decided apps and a sandwich would probably be able to get cooked quickly. Luckily for us our food came out in a jiffy! The cauliflower bites were delicious and had the perfect kick to them. Additionally, the French onion soup was the ideal food for a chilly Friday night. My boyfriend also enjoyed his meal stating his sandwich hit the spot and was exactly what he needed after a long day at work. Finally, my mocktail had a great amount of tang and bite and really made our quick bite feel all the more elevated and sophisticated. We were happy our bill was about $40 and we could not have been happier to be served promptly and be on our way to the theater. Of note, it is a little dark inside, but it was also a Friday night, so that may just be their preferred aesthetic. Keep up the great work, Houlihans! We cannot wait to be back, hopefully in less of a hurry next time!
Holy moly this place has make me so happy. I went here for so many years so it’s not new to me. But like there food just hits different!! Like so good and better than you probably are thinking. I recommend so much! So many fun drinks and good food too. Definitely take a visit with family and friends and your tummy’s with be full with no regrets!
Amazing drinks- the chocolate martini and old fashioned were so good. Loved the appetizers, we got the mozzarella and bruschetta. We were there friday night and right to the right of the host stand- I unfortunately don't remember the name of our server but she was so sweet and welcoming!
Ended up coming to this Houlihan’s two weekends in a row. The vibe is much calmer than some other nearby places and they have the games on multiple screens so it was chill for everyone who came with us. Toss in some plastic whales for the kids a-la our adult beverage choices and everyone had a nice time. Solid food and yummy desserts made for a nice way to wrap up our day at Adventureland.
We came in around 330 for lunch/dinner. The atmosphere was very homey and comfortable. The service was extraordinary, as our waitress came back to check on us numerous times to make sure our glasses were full and we did not need napkins or anything else while we were eating. We started with bacon wrapped shrimp as well as shrimp and crab dip for our apps and both were literally bursting with flavors! Whoever thought to put those bacon wrapped maple bacon shrimp on a bed of sweet creamy coleslaw deserves a raise! (Hands down my favorite part of the meal) I had the steak fajitas for my main course and my boyfriend had the shrimp pasta. Both were seasoned and cooked to perfection and tasted AMAZING! The whole experience was perfect, even the bathrooms smelled good and were cleaned immensely! This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had while out to eat in a while. Thank you Houlihans, for providing us with a great visit and great service! We will see you soon!!
Our first visit to correct a surprising omission from our restaurant adventures in Long Island went wonderfully. Reservation online did not work (for a party of 8), but a quick phone call fixed that. Seated promptly, greeted warmly, wait staff were very polite and professional. We went with the “All day pre fix” menu options. Everyone got something they like from the list of options in this menu, and the prices are great! I particularly liked the ahi tuna and the mushroom for appetizers, and the meatloaf and the filet mignon for main courses. The dessert options of vanilla bean cheesecake vs salted caramel gooey cake were ok - but nothing to write home about.
I had the steak fajitas. Tasty with lots of peppers and onions. I ate it separately. I didn't put in the wrap
Service was friendly and fast. I had the French Onion soup and a half sandwich. The soup was very good. The sandwich was unfortunately toasted on only one side leaving the other side sort of a buttery, gooey mess that you'd push through with your fingers trying to hold the sandwich. I didn't finish it.... Nice atmosphere, very cozy and warm against the bitter cold outside.
Food was good have the full meal (appetizer, dinner, desert) priced well. Waitresses was on point and pleasant.
Standard fare of American food. A couple of suggestions. The margaritas 🍹 are very watery and light on alcohol. The long glasses used are not appropriate! The Fahitas should be served hotter and sizling. The taste was 👍. All in all, it's simple dining!
We go to Houlihans every year for my birthday, it’s the ONLY place I want to eat on my special day 🥳. We love the food, drinks & servers (fabulous people). The only issue the last 2x was not enough cheese stuffing 🥺 in mushrooms & stuffed chicken. It’ll still be our only place for my birthday!!! I’ll always🤍Houlis!!
Very clean, great food and wonderful service. The timing between appetizers and meal was perfect. I didn't feel rushed. Our server such a sweet young lady. Kept checking that everything was going well and if we needed or wanted anything else. And took empty dishes away from the table quickly. That was so nice. I don't like having dirty dishes on the table while I am eating. I don't want to have to move stuff around on the table so I can eat comfortably. Definitely will be going back very GOOD experience.
Houlihans is my old stomping ground when there was one in lake grove. I get to this one on occasion and this last visit the food was sub par. Used to be obsessed with their blue cheese dressing and bread sticks in the salad. Now the dressing is watery and not much flavor, no bread stick, salad itself definitely not as good. Nachos were eh. Idk. We ate. It’s was ok. Waiter was very nice. Don’t rush there but if you’re hungry and it’s near where you are, eat. lol!
As somewhat regular patrons of Houlihan's in Farmingdale, we have happily grown accustomed to menu items that aren't generally available at most restaurants such as pot roast, pot pies, onion tanglers, stuffed mushrooms, etc. Their food is usually above average. Their prices are somewhat higher than other restaurants ...but fair. They have an all day price fixe menu that includes soup or salad, a choice of select entrees and dessert. (I am very unhappy that they removed the shrimp sedona from their price fixe menu and replaced it with a dry and less tasteful shrimp scampi ) This evening I discovered something that is personally somewhat upsetting and seemingly unfair. Can you believe that Houlihan's charges nearly $4 for a plain seltzer water? I can't recall ever seeing this charge previously at Houlihan's nor have I ever encountered any other restaurants in my area that charge anything for a glass of plain seltzer water! I questioned my server, but he confirmed that this charge is neither an oversight nor an error. Although we mostly enjoy this restaurant, I may need to rethink whether or not a $4 seltzer water is a fair charge or highway robbery.
The food was better than expected for a chain like this, particularly their potato soup. However, the croutons in the salad were kinda soggy and the brownie sundae wasn't that great. The highlight of the night however, was the bartender Charlie and his wonderful service and masterful cocktails.
Very nice restaurant. The Good: Good service. Nice decore. Large menu with many options. Clean dining room. Clean restrooms. The Bad: It's not cheap. My girlfriend and I can eat lunch at Bellagio for less than $20. Lunch at Houlihan's (including tax and gratuity) was almost $50. Ouch. Girlfriend loves their fajitas. Says they are her favorite fajitas. I prefer the fajitas at Miller's Ale House. I guess it's subjective. :-) Overall, 4/5 stars. A very nice restaurant. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
Nice casual place with moderate ly good food. Their prix fix menu is a good bargain.
The asian chicken was really good. The fries were okay the burger was really tasty. My family and I popped in after visiting Adventure Park. Its a nice spot for a quick bite to eat before hitting the road again. The drinks were really good as well. There’s a prefix menu which is really good and has some great options.
Gotta appreciate the All Day Fix Menu, especially now a days. You're telling me, I can get an appetizer, entree & dessert for only $24?! Sign me up! I recommend getting this as it is well worth it. I ordered the Houlihan's Famous Shrooms as my starter, the Stuffed Chicken Breast as my entree, and the Salted Caramel Gooey Butter Cake as my dessert. Not disappointed with any of them.
We have been here many times, and I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before. Thus, I didn't take pictures. Our server, Jenna, was friendly and helpful in answering menu questions. We were happily surprised to see a Prixe Fix Menu and decided to go along with that. For appetizers, my husband had the potstickers (pork dumplings), and I ordered the ahi tuna. Both were very good, especially the ahi tuna, thinly sliced, nice flavor, not fishy. For the main entree, my husband ordered the stuffed chicken, and I ordered the Sedona Shrimp Pasta. He enjoyed his chicken with red skinned mashed potatoes. My fettuccine pasta with shrimp in a butter sauce was very good. For dessert, we both ordered the cheesecake, topped with caramel and a vanilla bean cream. It was flavorful but sweet! We've truly never had a bad experience here and always a good meal.
Stopped in for late lunch. Restaurant is located in the mall area on route 110. Plenty of parking next to the restaurant.. Service was incredibly slow for a place that was not packed. Had to wait on the host for seating and then quite a time before receiving menus. Waitresses was also the bar maid. She was very friendly and attentive. I opted for the appetizers as my main course while my companion had a burger with fries. The food was standard as what you'd expect from these chain themed restaurants as where the drinks. Recommend sticking to the beer as most of their drink creations fall short. While it location and inside was well maintained and clean, the slow service is something that they need to work on. Watched other diners arrive and waited for seating in an mostly empty resturant for the day and time.
This is one of my favorite restaurants however I'm not sure what is going on. The last 2 times we have visited, one for a birthday party with a group of 10 and then again with our friends who are visiting from France in a group of 5. Both times were for lunch. The service was very slow. The waitresses seemed to not really be paying attention. We were there for 3.5 hours for the birthday party and 2.5 hours the 2nd time. That's way too long in my opinion. The potato soup is still the best. I hope the service will improve in the future so I can update my review positively next time I visit. I really do love this restaurant typically.
Service is glacially slow. Been there a few times, different times of the day. It's so slow. Also heard, "well, the baked potatoes aren't thawed yet, so you need to order something else." Mess ups on orders. Someone in party ordered gluten free burger bun, everyone who ordered burgers got gluten free buns. Just stuff like that. Foods delicious, but you're gunna be there for a long time and you might need to ask for them to fix something
Service was a bit lacking. Our waitress was nice, but not very attentive. Food was fine and always a quiet atmosphere here.
Seated quickly and service was quick. Bourbon bacon burger and ahi tuna salad. Burger was ok, a bit dry though. The ahi Tuna salad was ok but the tuna was way, way too salty. I use a-lot of salt and it was too salty for both of us. Nothing special though. Not sure I’d come back. The waitress was extremely friendly and courteous though.
Haven’t been here in a couple years. And was unfortunately left wanting when I returned. The entrees just felt like they were missing something. Not enough salt, and overcooked steak were disappointing. The lighting in the restaurant was just a bit too dim. Almost movie theater dim. The restaurant was spacious, and had nice art. But that about all I can say positively. Wish I could say better things.
Seems to be a nice place appearing very clean, not sure why there was a small dog barking a few tables over from me. Although my meal had over all good flavor, my soup was served cold, and my mash potatoes with green beans were cold as well. Unfortunately my 4oz filet mignon was cold as well but tasted fine. The vanilla bean cheese cake was very tasty. I'm happy to say by beer was also cold....
I used to really enjoy this restaurant. Lately though it's gone down hill. Last time I went I got their meatloaf which is supposed to be one of their signature dishes. It was burnt and dried out from reheating.
Very sad to say we will not be back. I was always a Houlihan’s lover but most of the food here last night was not good. I ordered the heartland chicken salad and the chicken tasted like fish and was so heavy with oil taste I was unable to eat it. Also, one of my favorite things there used to be the garlic ranch dressing. It is now tasteless regular ranch, a very cheap version. It literally tasted like nothing. Very disappointed.
Place was clean. Had the price fix. I had the spinach dip for an appetizer. Lack flavor and way to much oil. Had the shrimp dish and shrimp had a funny taste to it. But flavor was good. Cheese cake was probably the only good thing. Waitress saw 3 times. Not conversationalist. Had to get up and refill my own drink. Just upsetting to experience. From the experience I had I would say another place on its way out the door.
I think this restaurant is closing soon. Food was not good and the lettuce on a hamburger had bugs. Portions were small.
We ordered the fix menu and appetizer was salad was soggy like ot was old and had the Ahi Tuna was delicious. Had coffee was good. Entree had the half chicken was small a little had to dip in Ahi Tuna sauce and cole slaw had no flavor added salt and pepper didn't help, macaroni and cheese was just ok had to add salt and pepper missing flavor. Also had fish and chip was good, chip fries where good. Waitress kept disappearing and water refills or coffee where far and few had to ask other staff if they can get me more coffee or water with lemon. Very disappointed use be more of an upscale Applebee's or Chili's know it's gone downl and proce value not worth it and potions are small. Would not recommend. I use to love this place not to many left in long island anymore sadly I can see why.... I would of went to Miller's instead and didn't offer any military discount I asked and girlfriend was in uniform. So sad.
We went to have a date night this Saturday afternoon, chose Houlihan’s. Great start, was very attentive at the start since our section was empty at the time of our seating . I ordered the fajita combination which brings both chicken and steak. Instead the server brought out the toppings and fajitas, no chicken, no steak. When we mentioned it to our waiter, he rudely stated that they were firing it up now. After 5 minutes the server brought out the chicken. ONLY the chicken. Combination has both chicken and steak ! We mentioned it to the waiter yet no apology or an explanation was given nor did we ever get the steak. They disregarded my order and gave us what they wanted to give us and ignored us. First and last time we chose this restaurant.
A group of family met for dinner at Houlihan's in Farmingdale, NY. The waiter was nice but not attentive. I asked for a turkey burger & received a turkey club. Two people ordered fajitas which ended up tasting very salty. Dirty dishes were not always taken off the table, so we ate around them. The turkey club was not taken off the bill until we reminded him. After spending $250.00 in one seating, I would expect better service. I will not recommend Houlihan's to any of my family & friends, as the same opinion goes for the rest of the party. Thank you for your time.
Went on a Tuesday afternoon service slow. Potato soup tasted funny only had a couple of spoonfuls. Had to use bathroom 3x. Food poisoning
First and foremost I will speak the truth and nothing but the truth. There welcoming was very friendly after a 30 minute wait for a table. Our waiter took about 30 minutes before acknowledging us after she took our order which was the French onion soup that was horrible and the calamari that was gummy for our starters. After a another 30-40 minutes wait for our appetizers to come to our table it was very cold. We waited for another 20-25 minutes to finally tell the server that our appetizers are very cold. She took them away after returning with our appetizers back to us in 3-5 minutes like she warmed them up in the microwave 😬. For our main course meal we order the Seared George’s Bank scallops which was ok. And the Impossible burger which was very good and taste. Which was recommended by our waitress
arrived with my wife (lunch time) and ordered two Irish coffees. when the coffees came I asked for teaspoons. the waitress forgot this and gave them to us 20 minutes later too late.. We both ordered chicken on salads, It took 35 minutes to get the food. The chicken was suppose to be cutlets. They seemed like left overs reheated, the bread crumbs were like mush falling off. the salad was wet, not dressing. the restaurant was empty as our waitress had only 3 tables with 2 people in each table. Once aI received my check I had to find the waitress to pay. she was leaning over another table just talking. we watched her for 5 minutes then approached her to pay the bill. I used to like this restaurant. I would never go back.
Horrible experience! I used to love Houlihans but unfortunately When I went in on a Sunday the food and service was a disaster. The waiting time wasn’t too bad, we were seated on the bar side, I wasn’t crazy about it with two toddlers. The waitress was nice but she hardly ever came by. We constantly had to wait for everything. Food wise; the spinach dip was spinach SOUP! It was no where near a dip. The salmon was most definitely the 5oz when I wanted a 7oz. Ive came here several times and ordered almost the same stuff. But everything came out so so so slow that it was crazy! And it was not even busy!
I will give 1 stars because food was ok. Let me start by saying that appetizers were served with no utensils my friend who was very hungry started eating her tuna and the veggies with her hands. We waited and waited and nobody came and I finally decided to get up and find someone to give me the utensils. I then ordered avocado and chicken eggrolls and now we had no plates we again have to find someone to bring plates. The waitress was not the friendliest. She even had a attitude after I paid the bill I realized I was thirsty and asked for a soda. The restaurant was almost empty now I know why. It is a nice restaurant but the lack attention to details, the lack of customer support not to mention not the most friendly staff I will never go back again. I would give cero stars to service and atmosphere.
Service horrible. They are nowhere on site. Nobody to help or ask for anything. The soup came out slightly warm. The manager just sat in a booth in the back. Food took forever and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Owner wrote me to email them, which I did and never responded. Oh well, they really prove they don't care.
This was my first and last time at this restaurant. I had high hopes as it looked like they had a nice variety. Our first issue was the temperature of the place was freezing. Yes it's summer but this place was ridiculously cold. Then the waitress was missing in action most of the time and we sat forever to order in an empty restaurant maybe 3 other tables had people. When I received my drink from the bar it wasn't garnished as it was supposed to me. Then the worse part is the fact the place was practically empty and we waited over 30 minutes for a salad and taco order. But even then I physically searched for a manager to ask him where the order was and what the hold up was. Within minutes magically the order was served by him. The salad was ok but the dressing or chicken seemed spoiled and I could not eat and enjoy it. The manager never followed up even knowing I had to look for him to complain. I know it's hard to get food workers but this manager and waitress are definitely in the wrong field of work.
I ordered from here on door dash and the food I got was bad. They’re description of mashed potatoes seems to mean disgusting French fries. Super disappointed in my food. The soup I got had a blondish hair in it as well🤢🤮 be aware ordering online!! (Grilled rosemary chicken single, French onion soup)
Tonight I had to throw my money in the trash because the chicken was sour and tasted funny and the sauce tasted like old 🤢🤢🤢🤮 and the manager was very rude to serve the customer, terrible service, the quality has simply gone down because it's not the first time I've eaten it. and it definitely doesn't taste the same
This place has gone down. The waitress was complaining to us she was the only one their. She had us there for 3 hours. Never brought the check.Telling us she had to answer phones. She lied there was another waitress. My daughter asked the manager for the check. He asked me you didn't get the check yet? My husband had coffee and one cup she brought 3 waters there's 4 of us.She never came back threw the food at us never saw her again till she saw the manager come over.Place used to be sooo good.
I ordered three stuffed chicken breast today. They were really sour. The chicken tasted like it was defrost and frosted several times. The filling tasted really sour like expired milk. I called the place. The manager was not helpful at all. Said he couldn't do any thing till Monday and mind you today is Friday. And he also said it was going to take at least 10 days for a refund. When refund take 3-7 days to hit your account, he definitely doesn't know what he is doing. He said it would take 13 days at least for a refund more than 2 weeks. I don't understand how this place is ran. Why would I have to wait, l am a restaurant manager, I know the business. I know if you go to the online portal you could give people an instant refund. yes it will take a couple days to hit back your account but not more then 2 weeks like he said. This shouldn't be an excuse for you not to give me a refund when the food was clearly bad. Some of the chips I ordered were really stale which means that they mix an old batch and a new batch together. the salsa that came with It was definitely expired. I didn't receive an apology, Which is what I was looking for. All I got from him is I had no issues with the food today. mind you all three people that I had with me order the same exact food and said exactly the same thing about the food. We did not eat our meal. The way this got handle is unacceptable. Maybe this manager has to get his butt up from his chair and do his job. Go check labels go make sure that they're not selling old food and make sure that the food that should be thrown out. Doesn't get a new label put on it. This is a Health care red flag.
Last night I came with a friend to get food. We were seated as soon as we came in but it did take a few minutes till our waiter showed up. Once the orders where place within maybe 10-15mins we received our food. Presentation wise it looked good but there was a issue with one of the meal. The stuff crusted chicken look like it was partially cooked when she cut into it,also the crust had a sour taste. The mash potatoes had more potatoe skin than potato. Green beans tasted like they were frozen not fresh. The meatloaf had to many fried onions on the top of the meat loafand the asparagus was very chewy.Even a simple raspberry lemonade taste like it was carbonated. Definitely wasn't satisfied with the stuff crusted chicken meal I don't think I'll come back again. In the past your food was good but idk now.
