Love the fresh food here and friendly service. We’ve had pickup and delivery and it is always on point. It’s a small place either way a few tables and chairs, so eating in is also an option.

These guys were slammed and I forgot to get his name but the guy on cash at 1:20 on 12/18/26 went out of his way to get my sandwhich right and also add some last min items. Phenomenal work. Will def come back

The guys that work at this location are so much fun. The food as usual with any Jersey Mike's location that I've been to was amazing. This location specifically was cleaner than most I've been to. The staff likes to joke around in a friendly manner with the customers and due to them I've been back to this spot probably a good 15 times in the past 3 months. Parking was super quick and easy. 10/10 in my book. I'll definitely be going back here.

Our food from this location is always prepared perfectly. Sandwiches have more then enough meat on them and taste wonderful. I had the Mikes Philly and honestly it was better then most of the so called Philly cheesesteak places here in DFW...

Shout out to the weekday lunch crew! ☺️ Everyone in the store is always very friendly and they know how to move with a sense of urgency. Food quality is always consistent and delicious. Really happy to have a Jersey Mike’s option here in Fate!

Sometimes these chains are hit or miss but this Jersey Mike’s is the standard, the team is great and food is always good. I made a mistake and ordered to Rockwall Jersey Mikes and the team at Fate helped me get it corrected and made it work out for me. They didn’t have to do any of that because it was my fault but I greatly appreciate it and I’m glad I live down the road because I will be back repeatedly!

sweetest humans ever! got a pick up order and asked a for sub to be super mikes way, and they provided a cup of the mikes way mix. (and put a ton on the sandwich) so kind of them and made my day!

I am updating my review.since its been about a year or so. I order a large order for my work about once a month. They are absolutely awesome at this location. My order is always ready to go when I pick it up everything is included i never have to worry about missing anything. My sandwiches are always labeled and everything is perfect. These guys do an amazing job!!

The staff were nice but did seem a little disconnected - they were working hard though and we appreciated their efforts. The inside was very clean and not probably took about 10 minutes to get through a line of 5 people. We love Jersey Mike’s! Enjoy/disfruten! 💪🏽🔥 🥪😎

Ordered a Chicken Philly from this location & while my food was good the Customer Service was lacking. There were 5 people working when I came in. I literally stood there for 1-2 mins. before my order was taken & there was not a single greeting. This is a big pet peeve when my money is concerned.

The customer service was good. I think they were more focused on the call in orders. But they were very polite gentlemen. My only issue is my bread was so soggy when I got home. So I couldn’t stomach the wet sandwich. I had to toss it. I only live 5 minutes away. The pictures below show it.

recently visited your establishment Jersey Mike off interstate 30 in Fate, TX to order a sandwich and was extremely disappointed with the lack of sanitary practices and poor customer service. The staff placed my bread directly on the bare counter, which was covered in oil and vinegar residue—something I specifically asked to avoid for both cleanliness and personal preference. When I politely requested that my sandwich be prepared on the paper, both the young male and female employees began to argue with me instead of correcting the issue. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the manager stood by without intervening or addressing the situation. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Food should be handled with proper hygiene, and customers should be treated with basic respect. It’s clear the staff lacks proper training in both customer service and food safety. I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others. I also plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to report these concerns.

We did an online order, one of our sandwich’s was a bacon chicken ranch. On that we customized it to have extra bacon - the sandwich came without bacon(at all) AND didn’t have ranch either. We have reached out to corporate and are still waiting on their response for some kind of credit/refund. This is something we have NEVER had problems with the Rockwall location and we will probably be keeping our business back there even though it’s a further drive now since our move.
