The breakfast was pretty good and the rooms and grounds where clean . The beds where a little stiff but overall pretty good little spot. Right off of MLK , Mexican restaurant and liquor store and dollar store in the same parking lot . The pool was fun and it was clean.
Nice hotel! Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. We did use the pool, it appeared clean and it was a good size for the five of us. The hot tub was not open however and the area was blocked off. Breakfast was actually pretty good with a variety of options. Overall it was a great stay and I’d recommend to anyone!
We enjoyed our stay here. I just need to understand why our room had the same exact artwork piece next to each other and one slightly askew. I will wonder this as long as I live.
Nice place, stayed for an out of town swim meet. Pool is nice and warm on a slushy winter day! My 6'2" daughter was so happy to have a shower high enough for her to stand under and commented how the staff cared enough to make the curtain fancy. Breakfast was good and I'm happy to have fresh coffee all day.
Had a great stay, comfy rooms, pool and workout room. Friendly staff, and very doggy friendly . High recommend
Very nice Hotel, great customer service and the morning breakfast was delicious.
I am currently disabled due to my knee being in four pieces. Whenever I arrived here I was in a lot of pain due to my new medication not working yet. The staff were amazing. They got us the best handicap room they had available, whenever the swelling was unbearable the woman at the front desk spared her own ibuprofen to help, and they gave us a free late checkout so we wouldn't have to rush my broken leg. Kindness can be rare in this world but it should be praised when it is seen. Thank you so much and God bless you all.
Very friendly staff, rooms were nice , beds comfy. Breakfast was good. We're Hilton Honors, and this was one of the better Hampton Inn's that we've stayed at. We would definitely return.
Front desk (both day and night) were phenomenal and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was great. Will definitely stay here again.
Really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and of a nice size. Everything was convenient and well organized.
We've stayed her a couple of times and each stay was for at least a week. Staff remembered who we were even though we are from out of state. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was nice, clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great black out curtains also! We will stay again and recommend this Hotel to friends /family that may be headed to Fayetteville.
Nice clean hotel. Was not busy. Parking was good.
This hotel has been such a blessing for us and other families who need a place to gather before attending a family event for TC. Bry has been such a huge help in organizing rooms for us. And Cindy at the front desk is awesome. So nice to see friendly faces on a day that can be such a challenge.
No complaints here. Staff was genuinely nice. Beds were nice and comfy. It was quiet. The bathrooms were decent sized. The room smelled wonderful. Breakfast was pretty nice, they had pastry's, gravy, biscuits, eggs, fruit...everything.
Hotels are kind of hard to rate but the Hamilton inn was clean, well maintained, had comfortable beds, and wasn't too expensive. 10/10 highly recommend if you're in the area and have the ability to do simple things without feeling the need to post about it on social media
This was our second stay at this hotel. The first one was in November before the Thanksgiving and the recent was after the New Year's. A very clean facility and the staff are very nice, attentive and hospitable. I would highly recommend this place. We travel quite a bit and enjoy our stays at Hilton hotels.
Location is great for attending U of A games and there are lots of eateries around. Close to the freeway for going up to Rogers and Springdale or back home. The hotel itself is a good one. Clean. Bathroom and shower are large. Lots of counter space. Water gets hot quickly. The wall mounted tables next to the bed is small, however there is another movable table that can be used, so that was nice. The breakfast is good. Several options. We slept well.
The room was great, hotel seemed over all very clean. Breakfast had a lot of options, not all great but was a bonus not looking for a meal elsewhere down the road. Would definitely stop again.
Very nice staff. Great room. Nice outdoor area to hang out in at night. Quiet location.
This location was very clean, convenient and the staff was very nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was okay. The standard fare of sausage, eggs and biscuits. Cereal and milk was available for my granddaughter. There were several juice options. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others.
We stayed here 3 nights for a local Ragnar run. Super close to the race and easy to get to. Very quiet rooms and hotel overall. Updated furnishings and decor. Very clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
The staff was friendly and helpful, we had a good breakfast and clean rooms, the temperature in the pool was just right! I highly recommend Hampton Inn for a comfortable and safe stay!
I stayed at this hotel on a work trip, and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Rooms were clean and a good size. We were there with a team of 18 people who were coming and going at all hours of the day/night for our event, and the hotel staff was always available and friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was good (though it would be great if they could label gluten free items!), and coffee was hot and ready at all hours, which was critical for our very busy work weekend. It was a great experience all around.
Very clean and neat. The Employees were friendly and helpful. Anne checked us in for our stay and she was awesome! Very close to the university of Arkansas campus which was a plus!
Great place to stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Marvelous! Off and on interstate location. We had a dog so they located our room near an exit on first floor. Stores and restaurants near by. Breakfast was great. Entire place neat and clean. Room was great.
Stayed only 1 night as I had missed booking April 1, 2024 at my other hotel and this was 1 Exit closer coming from the east. Weather was media blitzed as going to be horrendous. I got in early and they had a room ready. Front desk staff were very accommodating in allowing me to check-in early and let me keep my bike under their portico. Also enjoyed several conversations with the older gentleman (or my age guy!) at the front desk. Breakfast was on time and of the usual fare. Rooms were colorful and peaceful.
I helped my daughter move here, so I was needing a place to stay overnight. I was here a previous time, but wasn't that impressed with the hotel that I chose then, so I decided to try a different place. This was, by far, better than where I stayed the last time. The room was a little cheaper, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! In addition to the usual waffles, cereal, and fruit, I had a choice of scrambled eggs or a cheese omelet, biscuits (and gravy) or toast, and sausage patty or links. As for the room, the bed was comfortable, and when I checked in, I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk. The next time I'm back in town, I'll choose this hotel again.
The room was spacious and clean, but the refrigerator did not work at all. Also when I looked at picture online, I was under the impression that there was a hot tub and there is not. instead it is now a work out room. At least update the website and photos because that was a part of why I booked here in the first place. Other than that the overall stay was fine
Good: Very spacious rooms (2 queens and pull out sofa), had a mini fridge, looked clean, nice breakfast area with variety of good choices for breakfast, amazing shower water pressure, hot water. Service desk was polite and friendly. Suggested improvements: The spacious room could accommodate a table and chairs for having breakfast/meal, or a gathering place. It would be a very nice addition to the room. Kitchenette area could be improved to be more welcoming - the stark white lighting yet dark room could be brighter yet warmer lighter, and the wall could have artwork or something to give it a little more warmth — really felt like it was a hospital in that part of the room. Bad: no shower gel (seems to be a pattern here if you look at other guest reviews). The shower curtain is either up too high or it is cut too short because the curtain flies up above the top of the tub with the water turned on from the shower head. The shower head type of water coming out was broken and I couldn’t adjust the water type coming out. The fitness center (see pic) was only a few medicine balls and a yoga ball. Docking one star for a very pitiful fitness room.
We had a nice stay at this Hampton Inn hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, the staff was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable.
Enjoyed this hotel. Service: Friendly staff that seemed to genuinely care about their guests. They had a sign near the registration counter that said something like "Cats and Dogs are welcome here". Room: clean, updated fixtures, impressive furnishings and decor. Love the window treatments! No center gap between curtain panels. Location: just a block from the busy street. Near many restaurants. Near the UofA. Easy access to freeway. I wish the continental breakfast had more fresh fruit and less highly processed foods that really don't taste that great. They still have their waffle station with 2 different irons.
Overall, the stay was good. The hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but it was not working. The shower ran out of hot water (in the morning and at night). The bed was comfy, the room was big, and the front desk staff was friendly and nice.
We paid the extra $30 for a 2 room suite so my husband and I could both have a spot to relax. The description said there was a sofa loveseat and a chair with ottoman or recliner. Pictures show the chair in the room with the bed but the chair was not there. The staff was friendly, shower hot, and there were no feather pillows, which is a big plus. We are.Hilton honor members and almost.always stay at a Hampton Inn. Often the suites are the same price as a regular room so I was disappointed that when I paid the extra $$ it didn't quite fit the description. Other than that it was very nice. There was one Mexican restaurant within walking distance but we were able to get delivery.
Breakfast was the typical free breakfast of reconstituted eggs, reheated biscuits and a waffle maker. The beds were nice. The pool was nice for the kids, but it was pretty crowded when we were there. The work out room consisted of two treadmills, one of which worked, and a stationary bike. It was smaller than a standard room and felt a little cramped. Coffee was available in the evenings and tasted fresh even after 10p. Overall, nice hotel for the price, but don't get too excited about the breakfast.
Slept good. Rooms could use some maintenance. Tub drain didn’t stay open for a shower. Toilet paper holder falls out of the drywall. TV remote didn’t work. Window shades didn’t open, bad remote I’m guessing. Breakfast was good, coffee was great. For the cost I was happy and will come back.
We stayed here for student orientation at UARK and we were pleased with the hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was yummy - continental style. Location to UARK by car was just about 8 minutes and a straight shot. We did not check out the pool due to time but the chlorine smell was strong enough to be smelled by the ice maker/stairs area. With having to accommodate many people, I personally can understood why that amount of chlorine could be used, plus, the pool is indoors so not a lot of ventilation. There is a Mexican restaurant steps away from the hotel that I heard from family was surprisingly delicious. And a Walmart within walking distance if you wanted to get out and get steps in. We would book here again when we come back to visit. The bang for your buck was appropriate.
oom was very clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us were so noisy I had to finally call the front desk. That helped. The shower was ok the water did not get really hot. People were nice breakfast was good. Very closely located to 95. I would stay again but would request the 4th floor.
Needed a place to spend the night while my house was being fumigated. Got there around midnight. Left early in the morning after eating breakfast at Hampton, which was all you could eat. Southern omelets, sausage rounds, oatmeal, biscuits, and gravy, and various other breakfast items
I visited Fayetteville this past weekend with my church chorus. There were about 30 plus in our group. When we arrived to check in there were signs posted about a citywide power outage on Nov. 10th from 3:30am-7:30am. The front desk staff was helpful and even called other hotels in the area to see if they would be effected by the outage. Another hotel was willing to price match Hampton Inn's room rates. Staff was very helpful to explain how we could be effected by the outage; no hot water, no hot breakfast, no power until 7:30. We decided to stay and make the best of it. Well the power came back on early about 6:30. Being the breakfast eater that I am I went downstairs to check on breakfast. The breakfast attendant told me the oven was on & breakfast was cooking but would take about an hour. I returned about 30-40 minutes later & saw others in our group already eating breakfast. Breakfast attendant was on it & breakfast was great. She was pleasant and patient. I was hesitant about staying due to the power outage and not knowing if there would be a hot breakfast. Overall I'm glad we chose to stay. Everyone made the best out of the situation that was beyond any of our control. I'd stay here again.
The staff was very hospitable and the hotel was clean. The rooms are average hotel rooms but very clean. They had a decent buffet for breakfast.
Typical Hampton Inn with all the standard amenities. This stay was unusual, as we had to change rooms multiple times. Started in Room 100, but had to move due to a strong scent of mold. Moved to Room 200, which had a water leak that soaked the floors near the bathroom/bed area. Had to moved again, to a smaller accommodation, which was frustrating as a family traveling with pets. Out of the 5 day stay, our room was “cleaned” once; nothing was vacuumed, swept, or wiped down. Very limited hot water in the shower; no hot water if running a bath. On the plus side, we enjoyed the pool, the hot breakfast each morning with numerous options, and access to hot coffee/hot water for tea. Overall, our experience at this location was tolerable. Will not be returning nor recommending this Hampton Inn.
The staff here is SO welcoming and great. The room I had was nice but, the bars of soap you usually get with your room were not present along with some other hotel essentials and for whatever reason, the remote to the TV didn't work so you had to operate it manually. That was annoying. Even though this is an older property it's still a very nice place to stay if you're in Fayetteville, AR. To the team that worked during my stay, keep up the good work y'all!!!
Very clean, up-to-date hotel. The free breakfast was better than most during pandemic times. Room was nice, bed was good. The big disappointment was the indoor pool. The water was so green and murky I did not get in. I asked at the desk but maintenance was unavailable. Got in the hot tub because it appeared clean but the whirlpool setting didn't work. Was disappointed because we wanted a relaxing morning with these amenities.
TV does not have a sleep feature. Bed was a little firm and cheap, feeling mattres. Batteries in remote dead. Alarm clock had an alarm set for 5am. THERE'S NO GYM EQUIPMENT LIKE ADVERTISED.
Do not go here for the hot tub and pool. I chose this hotel because I wanted one with a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was being renovated and was unavailable and the pool was so cold I couldn't get in, and neither could the other couple who wanted to swim. I told the lady at the front desk and she replied, "hmm, okay." I did not leave the interaction feeling like anything was going to get better, so just go there if ALL you are looking for is a clean room.
We had a room that smelled of wet animals and urine, so they gave us a can of Febreze to spray, but that only added a new layer of smell, making it worse. We did not have any pets with us and did not ask for a pet room. The staff members were friendly but unable to help with the room because the hotel was booked full for the night.
I’ve stayed in this hotel several times for the last decade, sometimes just with my husband, other times with my parents. We ALWAYS enjoy the hot tub. That’s what you do when you are trying to relax on vacation or visiting family, or attending a funeral. We arrived this recent stay to find out the hot tub no longer exists and where it was a second fitness center construction is underway. There was already one fitness center. This was very disappointing and almost enough to look for a new relaxing location to start calling “our go” to hotel. However i also encountered a very pushy cleaning staff. I was using the downstairs restroom due to our rooms being occupied. I had been in the stall for just a moment when a worker came in and announced after clearly seeing my feet that if “anyone” was in there they needed to know she was sending her cleaning crew in to start in this bathroom. I simply said okay I will try to be done quickly. She replied “thank you!”. The response should have been “oh, take your time” but no, I was inconveniencing them with my grief and upset stomach.
Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received at a Hilton property. A list of problems: digital check key did not work at check in, room reeked of smoke (figured out it was actually mold I was smelling later), did not give me a different room (was told they were fully booked even though a king suite was available online an hour later), fitness center had no power, fitness center also had two drip buckets on the floor. I will never stay at this Hampton location again.
Its a place to sleep..nothing more. The pillows flatten. There was mold on the banana bread and the bagels were hard. I ventured no further with the food. The air conditioner in my room was so noisy it kept me awake. There is no seating outside other than the bench by the front entrance. The pool area is nice however the patio that contains lounge chairs next to it can only be accessed from the parking lot. The whole place had a stench. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Its in a great location, just need some touching up and direction in certain areas.
