I recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's located on 46331 W Panoche Rd, Firebaugh, CA 93622, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. As a travel and food enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for excellent service, delicious food, and a clean dining environment, and this McDonald's certainly delivered on all fronts. Service: The ordering process was quick and efficient, through self ordering kiosk. Food Quality: The food at this McDonald's was fresh, hot, and prepared to perfection. The cookies were crispy and had perfectly melting chocolate, making them an irresistible side. Cleanliness: One aspect that truly impressed me was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Ambiance: The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance. Speed of Service: Despite the restaurant being moderately busy during my visit, the speed of service was commendable. I received my order promptly, and there was no compromise on the quality of the food. Overall, my experience at McDonald's on 46331 W Panoche Rd, Firebaugh, CA 93622, was fantastic. The combination of service, delicious food, cleanliness, and efficiency left a positive impression on me. I highly recommend stopping by this McDonald's location if you're in the area and looking for a quick, satisfying meal. I'll undoubtedly be returning whenever I'm in the vicinity.

This is a Nice and clean small McDonald’s, good location. Has a parking, several gas stations and shops next to it. The toilets, free for public, are located in a separate building. However, the area is rather crowded - parking was full when we arrived (Thursday afternoon). McDonald’s was clean inside, not very crowded, the service was fast and polite. The space was pleasantly decorated for Christmas. We only ordered some coffees which arrived fast, prices are very moderate: we paid 3.5 usd for 2 medium coffees. The coffees were quite bad though: one was a cold, the second tasted burned. Overall, it is a fine spot to stretch your legs or grab a bite before you roll forward.

Ordered a McRib it came out with no sauce. Fries were not fresh. Fountain drinks not well maintained. The sprite was way off. Restrooms not clean.

Unfortunately, this is the only option for late-night food in the area, because the quality is consistently poor. I can’t trust them to get an order right and always have to double-check the bag. The food rarely tastes fresh; the fries are usually soft, like they made a giant batch and let them sit out for ages. Professionalism is also lacking—I’ve even heard them blasting loud Indian music through the drive-thru. Definitely not up to the standard of other locations. Maybe that's why they don't care since you don't have a choice late at night.

Im not picking on this McDonald's but it's really all McDonald's. The level of service has gotten laughable. Despite not having anyone at the register, they have no one to clean the restaurant or help guests up front. This is the case at most stores. The contrast between MCD and In N Out is so stark. In N Out has impeccable service, better food and better staff. IMO shareholders have ruined the American institution that is McDonald's. RIP

2025 What happen to the cheese burger?? I’m paying to get a cheese burger but really got a burger bun with a slice of cheese and 1/2 slice of meat. Why I rather pay more to get the regular cheese burger :-( there was not the same. This a reason to go elsewhere for a small burger. I wanted a small burger not a tiny patty burger. -— Two years ago 2023 I recently visited McDonald's and overall had a positive experience. The food, as expected from McDonald's, was good and satisfying. The service was remarkably fast, which was impressive. However, I do have one minor complaint regarding the restroom wait. The restaurant's restrooms were somewhat crowded, resulting in a longer wait time. However, it's worth noting that McDonald's offers additional restrooms outside the main dining area, which tend to have shorter queues and provide a faster option for those in need. This alternative restroom option can be quite helpful during peak hours. Despite this inconvenience, I found the overall experience at McDonald's to be enjoyable. The food was tasty, the service was efficient, and the convenience of the outdoor restrooms helped alleviate the restroom wait issue to some extent. In conclusion, McDonald's provided what I would expect from a fast-food establishment. The food was satisfying, the service was fast, and although the wait for the restrooms could be improved, the alternative option outside helped alleviate the issue. I would still recommend McDonald's for a quick and satisfying meal. Note: Keep in mind that experiences may vary depending on the location and time of your visit.

This was a very busy restaurant so I understand that staff are under a lot of pressure. However, the service here was appalling. A person travelling with me ordered a spicy mcchicken burger and whilst eating it he noticed that the burger bun was mouldy. He promptly sought the assistance of staff and was told he could not be provided with a refund and was offered only a replacement burger. As you can understand he did not feel like eating another burger. I also saw a staff member here refuse to help an elderly man who could not work the kiosk and who wanted to order at the counter with the staff member stating “no, order at the kiosk”

Today I visited around 10 to order food and coffee and pay cash. The older lady in the back ignored me and 3 Asian elderly customers for about 15 minutes. Then started showing them how to use the touch screen, not knowing that Senior Coffee is not on the display menu. I got tired and left without buying anything. They need to let their employees stop chatting in the back and go take care of the customers. Also tables look dirty. I visit many McDonald's every month in the past 38 years. This location is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Visited last few time in the past 6 months and service was slower than other locations. Maybe a new manager is needed.

This has to be the slowest, most empty McDonald's I've been to. I have to stop here every other week and it's always the same thing, long wait, slow staff, and cold food. If you want to spend 10min at the drive thru speaker, and another 15 min at the reserved drive-thru, this is the place for you. I was able to buy and play an audiobook while waiting for my food. Ridiculous!

This place is disgusting. I would give zero stars if I could. The amount of flies in here is disgusting. They are everywhere and they land on you constantly. Look carefully at these pictures. Every black dot you see is a fly. My food was also nasty. The fries tasted like they had been stored in the refrigerator from the night before and then microwaved. All the food was sloppily thrown into the bag as well. The fries were upside down. Will never be back.
