There's no service any longer. I have to place my own order and the person making the order doesn't care... My husband ordered no ketchup on his burger. Same person made both of hamburgers and 1 had 1 pickle 1 had 3, 1 the onions were on the bottom bun. I'm sure that's not right... But, I am sure they don't take test for each station they work. My daughter said her cheeseburger was cold and she did not like it. The fries were ok and the drink was very good.
Though there were minor issues with the food, its more important to note the lack of professionalism and friendliness at this location. It's like being a paying customer is a bother to them. Not to mention the nasy faces they make when you ask for something as simple as salt.
Black mold in their soda nozzles due to lack of daily cleaning, needs to be done every night, if it is falling out like this it has not been done in a long time. Showed manager who didnt say much it or seem to care, I asked for a sealed drink instead Update: came back and spoke to the upper management who assured me that they clean the nozzles every night in sanitizer, I stated it would not be so bad if that was the case, she took off the coke nozzle and it was not pretty. They are aware of the issue and I think its safe to say it is being taken care off. adding 1 star for trying

Three weeks later and still the same poor quailty iced coffee. Plus they upped the price of a breakfast number 7 by $0.30. That's a 4% increase with no improvement in quality. Little tired of getting an iced coffee looking and tasting like milk. Today's was also 90% ice. 😑
This McDonald's use to be my favorite but just goes more and more down hill. The small Hispanic lady they say is manager never wants to fix anything and whoever they had taking orders tonight at the drive thru doesn't know how to. Tonight they wouldn't ring me up they way I ordered and instead did it their way and charged me more even after I told them. They also don't know how to make milkshakes and the little manager lady will argue that that's what a chocolate shake should look like. The strawberry is the same way because I thought if the chocolate is like that and she don't want to fix I'll try a different kind on a different occasion but it still was white. Might as well got vanilla or just a cone. Every time there's a problem the manager just pulls you to that 3rd window and makes you sit while your food gets cold forever and then she's looks at you and says tough lick pretty much. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Slow service and poor quality of food . I am currently in the store and they have mixed up 5 orders and I watch them put it back on the line. Picture of food quality on a busy Thursday at 1210. Also, why are your managers yelling at people from across the store at employees. Picture of the excellent quality you can expect. This crew need retraining with PQS.
They are extremely rude. The fair skinned male manager is disrespectful. There was a smaller Hispanic lady making it seem as if I didn’t understand when it was her and there was a black male with a hat on that kept looking over but would not take my questions or help but proceeded to help a fair skinned lady that walked in front of me. I will never ever return to this location. Unprofessional and rude . Will be reporting to escalate because this was not okay go up the street to Gahanna or sunbury
Terrible services they got my whole order wrong and I litterly told them what I wanted I had to pay 4.79$ just to another 10 piece nugget when I ask for a 20 in the first place and the lady in there was being rude horrible services I'm never coming back

i tried to redeem my birthday reward at the Easton store but it wasn't working and they were so rude about it!! so i gave up and went to the Executive Way location and everyone was so kind. the code worked so idk what Eastons problem is. but everyone at Executive Way was so kind- 3!!! separate people wished me a happy birthday <3 dont waste your time at Easton 🥱
They need to learn how to run the Drive thru. They need to confirm the order at the speaker, confirm the order at the first window and confirm the order at the 2nd window. I went today Sept 2 at noon. They never confirmed my order, I had me to pay someone else’s order and they handed me the wrong order. 2 completely wrong orders and weren’t even sure what mine was. Unprofessional people , they don’t even know how to speak to customers with out an attitude or yelling.
Nothing wrong w the food, it’s just tiring going through their drive thru and getting the wrong food half the time. Today was different, I ordered breakfast and was told to pull around to the first window. Pulled up and was asked if I had something different than what I ordered, to which I replied no and restated the order I said at the speaker. They asked me to pay at the second window. Pulled up to the second window and they were gonna charge me someone else’s order which was much more than what I ordered. I asked how much were 2 sausage egg and cheese muffins that I ordered and without looking they replied with $20 something dollars, only looking at the order from their screen, not what I ordered. I left because I was getting more and more frustrated. I never get this upset, but I feel as tho I keep making the same mistake thinking things will change and get better.
Very bad customer service at the night shift. There is a young guy why was laughing at me while i told him why my order was taking so long. He told me to pick up the 3rd window, but never show up or brought my food. And they tell u go to the third window when no one is going to come. They also got my order mixed up no sausce on the burgers i got
I do not recommend this McDonald's at all. I went in to get a fast meal, but to many problems occurred with many staff members. The man took my order and a woman said something to him and took over his station. She then asked what my order was as he never entered it into the computer. I told her and it seemed OK. I sat down, screaming children running around with no parents doing anything to stop them. It started making me anxious. I noticed a staff member took what looked like my order to a different table (i had the number sign for my order on my table). He said that's not my order and I said I think it's mine. She literally tossed the tray on my table, knocking the receipt on the floor and almost dumping the tray on the floor too. She turned immediately as I said excuse me, because I noticed no cup for my drink. I got up and said excuse me a total of 3 times, being ignored every time. I said excuse me to another staff member who turned around and went in the back. The woman who took my order walked by and I said excuse me to her. I explained about my drink and she rudely asked what drink. I told her I ordered the combo meal and she asked what size and tossed it to me. At that point I was extremely overwhelmed and shaking. I did not feel comfortable in this particular McDonald's and the staff obviously does not care about being courteous or the fact that they were treating a handicapped person rudely. I would go to another McDonald's if you are in the area, the outside looked really neat, but that's the only thing good about it.
Food is below the average for a McDonald's. The drive thru staff seems to hate their jobs and most of the time it's the wrong order because of the two lanes coming together. Update 12/4/2019 The burger was raw to well done. I'm done with this store. The woman in the drive thru are always rude and short or yelling at each other.
