I typically don't review fast food establishments. This Taco bell is excellent and deserves kudos for it. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and everyone I saw working was wearing gloves. The food was better than I expected as most taco bells have really gone way down hill. The proportion between the meats, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese was on par. I will dine at this taco bell again. I would also like to thank the franchisee and management for running a tight ship and showing pride in the restaurant.

Food is consistently perfect and delicious every single time. The restaurant is always clean and comfy. Could possibly be the best taco bell in South texas. Definitely setting a taco bell standard how nice the restaurant can be.

Had the opportunity to be a part of this store opening for Taco Bell. And I had a wonderful time with my wife and son. The burritos, tacos, and Baja Blast Mountain Dew slushy was fantastic. The service that we received from all of the employees was welcoming friendly and kind. Not only did they greet and serve us with excellence, they made sure that they took pride in the food that they served. The employees were proud to work there. I will definitely be back again.

We prefer to take this type of food home, where we can relax and enjoy it. But we live so far from the place, everything is usually soggy. Places such as this is pretty much what you expect, but I'm afraid it will be dropped from our favorite eateries soon.

If I didn’t like Taco Bell so much. After this experience with staff. Dude looked like he wanted to fight me cause I asked what he was making. Stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for a lid. They would look me straight in the eye then turn back and kept talking to a coworker. They are very rude when they do talk to you. That ain’t the live mas attitude I came for.

Disgusting and unprofessional. It's always such a dissapointment ordering from here. They never get your drink size correct and they need to clean their drink machines. Wish they'd fix it, they haven't for months.

I went to the Taco Bell in floresville Tx 12/10/2025 and when I walked in I was immediately put off by the loud obnoxious voice i heard yelling at the employees. It was an older lady behind the counter with red hair, tattoos and a little over weight. As a customer I should never hear that coming into an establishment. Im assuming she was the manager due to the way she was talking to them but I actually was really co concerned for the employees. This is definitely not okay behavior while I was inside but to allow anyone to talk to the employees that way is completely not okay.

We were just in line at 9:55pm and were greeted perusal we asked for a moment to pick from their new menu. We were asked four different times if we were ready after only being there for less than a minute. We were then told we were on a timer with attitude and we had been speaking with the manager on staff and we had to then place a mobile order because we had surpassed our time limit. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in an establishment and employee. We definitely took our money elsewhere. Corporate really needs to step in here.

The workers just told us the name, we bought freezes and I had to ask them for it. I ended up not even getting one of my items that I bought and on top of that no fire sauce despite asking for it. One of the workers also looked so confused on what to do it was kinda bad looking, do they not teach their employees?

I was always so excited that Taco Bell finally came to Floresville. But here lately I’ve been nothing short of disappointed. Every. Single. Time they are out of something. A particular soda, a specialty item, whatever they are out. And the service is becoming more and more disappointing. Not reading the order tickets, skipping items, and not being careful to items asked to take off (I.e. onions)

Workers here are SUPER rude, non-responsive to customers when they are at the counter to order. My daughter went up and was asking for a lid for her bowl and multiple workers just looked at her and continued to talk with each other. There was also a man standing and waiting to order and they as well watched him walk in and continued to talk. They were not working and the lobby was empty as well as the drive through... so being busy was not the case. Grown adults not providing customer service and teenagers with a crappy attitude are what run this Taco Bell location. PLEASE replace your staff! This is embarrassing on the companys behalf for hiring such underskilled people to work here. This slow and they couldn't even refill the soda machine either? Then the girl gave me stupid look and said "uhhh yeah, it's out." Taco bell. Fix the staff.

I need to talk to someone in charge because even the district manager is rude as hell I need corporate number ASAP. Please do not have go up there everyday because I will. All I want was corporates number because this is not the way you handle business. All this over lettuce. Juan Sanchez should not be a DM if this is how he treats people calling them broke and making opinions on one's mental health. Talking about "I'll make you happy since you've never been happy a day in your life". Either y'all can hear this or me and Juan will be having a man to man conversation. Was on the phone with a business partner to witness them get a wrongly made order, get it replaced, then have an employee argue with them about it only to have the manager refund it then say they have probably never been happy a day in their lives. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional attitudes towards a paying customer.

I don't feel the workers are taking their job to seriously. We ordered 2 Chicken Chipotle Wraps are they did not look like anything we ever ordered before... it was a thin just taco not even in a burrito form. A total let down but just left and decided to not confront the issue.

Nothing like bitting into a crunchy taco that’s empty or a burrito that’s just a rolled up tortilla practically. I work by another Taco Bell in SA and they’re awesome. Here, not so much. Oh and their service is “super great” here too.
