Costa Vida serves fresh, delicious food with flair. We love the fun, bright atmosphere, and the restaurant is always immaculately clean inside. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Oh and their queso is dripping with ooey, gooey deliciousness! Costa Vida is a step (or two) above its competition for more than one reason!

This was my 2nd time eating at Costa Vida in FloMo and it was delicious! The food experience was made even better by the friendly staff and clean tables. I'm vegetarian and there were several options to meet my picky tastes. My husband also loved the Limonada (reminds me of Los Cabos) and the Horchata cinnamon rice milk! Plus, the portion size is generous and we had food leftover for later! We'll be back!

I tried this place for lunch today with my mom. We had the pulled pork taco salad. (Recommend by a super friendly customer). To say it was delicious is an understatement!! The salad was heaven in my mouth!! My hometown of Panama City, FL NEEDS one of these restaurants!! The restaurant was clean, the decor was inviting and was handicapped friendly. Which was nice since we had my mom's wheelchair with us. The staff was super friendly, especially when I dropped my drink and it covered the whole floor. They replaced my cup and cleaned up the mess right away. I will be back.

Stopped in for lunch with my husband and we both were very pleased with our choices. I got the shredded beef bowl and he got a chicken burrito. We’ll definitely be back and what’s even better is that they have drive thru!!

Although I got here during lunch, all things considered they were fairly quick. The service was polite and patient explaining how things work. Have to admit it all looked and smelled great, and tasted just as good I started eating before taking the picture. Nice selection, do wish they had fish tacos.

The employees seemed to be very busy and a little distracted. The food was good though. I believe that I do prefer Chipotle, though it was a similar dining experience.

Food is great, fresh. Staff is friendly, efficient. Just wish they wouldn't handle money with the same gloves they prepare the food with- which is why 4 stars. Suggest a dedicated cashier or change gloves? Otherwise we love the food!

Loved it. The sweet pork was unique and flavorful and paired well with the savory queso in the enchiladas. The rice had too much cilantro for me but if you like cilantro you'll love it. The refried beans were the best I've had and the strawberry dragonfruit drink was suuuuper refreshing and pair well with the meal over all. You definitely gotta try jt.

I would have given a 5 on food except not crazy about the sweet pork. I had a coupon so I thought I would give it a try. Other food has been great! Always generous with portions and staff is always friendly. The place is always clean inside and outside. As a manager from a coffee shop, I always think it’s important for the outside of your place to be clean and free from trash. Great job!

Normally love Costa Vida sweet pork. Food was good but quesadilla maker was really stingy with the meats. Was only 50% what Normally is given, unless they are reducing portion size. Hopefully better experience next time

Usually great, love this place. But there's a newer kid working there, Dalton, who obviously and purposely skimps you and says everything is an upcharge if you ask for a little more of something when it isn't with any other employee (ex, a little more pico after skimpy scoops). All the other workers will actually give you a fair portion and are amazing.

Ordered a sweet pork salad, asked for no rice and a small amounts of beans. When the server Klaire picked up barely any meat I asked to be given more, which I considered a regular serving (Im a very regular customer). She asked if I'd like to pay extra for more, I said no I wanted what I paid. She said that I would have to pay extra and gave me only the measly amount. Maybe I should've asked to get a deduct for the rice and the beans i left off! $10 for lettuce and a little beans and a little meat is crazy work. Disappointed in the service and it was a bad meal.

Enchiladas were made using thick pita bread instead of a tortilla. Looks nothing like the pictures online. Not good quality. More expensive & smaller servings than chipotle. Wish I liked it more because the drive through is convenient

We’ve been bragging and telling people about this place about how they are not stingy with their food and the atmosphere but we’ve been having 2 bad experiences the last couple of times. This time the worker was so stingy and when I told him I wanted it a bigger bowl (salad) he was giving me the small regular bowl when it was not what I asked, then was being stingy with the chicken even after ordering double. He then transferred it to the big salad bowl with barely any rice, when asked for more he said it would be extra… extra for rice??? That barely covering the plate and let’s not talk about the meat when it was not the size of a salad double meat. My wife has a gluten free allergy and he put the tortilla and started preparing and when she said no tortilla he didn’t even change the plate or anything. Honestly couldn’t even talk to anyone. I don’t know if they changed managers but the last couple of times we’ve been they have been terrible. He was just trying to get us the little bit of food they had left because the place was packed instead of making more. We’ve been loyal customers and recommending people but now everyone needs to know how they are now.

When this place first opened , it was great . Over the years , the quality of food and service has absolutely degraded . They never ever said get the order right ( ordered chicken and got pork last time) It used to be a quick drive through option not anymore!
