PROs: Friendly and fast drive thru service. Plenty of options from the menu. Their service accommodates special requests such as 'decaf' coffee. CONs: None so far. 1st time visiting Dutch Bros, appreciate the fact music is not blaring out the window, as that can hinder the requested orders. We did return for our 2nd and 3rd visits. I absolutely love this place! I will never be going to any other coffee shop besides this location because of how awesome the people are and the drinks! Every time I go there they complement my steering wheel cover that has frogs on it:) Today someone drew a cute little frog on the lid of my coffee and it made my day 100x better🐸

Great place to get a quick coffee or energy drink. Lots of flavors and near limitless customization options. They also offer muffin tops that are also pretty good.

Everyone here was so fun and upbeat. I loved the vibe of the place. The baristas had fun music going on inside wurh a disco ball and lights. Everyone had a big smile, and the coffee was delicious. I've passed this place many times. I suspect I'll stop here more often.

I have been to Dutch Bros. three different states, and Flower Mound is one of my favorites! The management is so compassionate, and kind who clearly lead their staff to be just the same. I have NOT experienced a grumpy worker here. Most recently, during a giveaway timeframe I was ordering an iced cold brew something, and she couldn't find the button. So, she puts it in manually, awesome. Then I get to the window and it's a hot cup... I look confused, lol, but THEN I learn about a "toasted cold brew" and HELLO HAPPY ACCIDENT! Soooo tasty! I mention this story because even in the chaos of a giveaway time, with tons of cars and people at the window, she was happily ready to re-make my drink when I looked all confused... AND she was super patient in explaining to me what it was. I will happily go out of my way to go to THIS Dutch Bros. because it's the best. Thanks for being awesome!

Dutch Bros flower mound is undoubtably my favorite Dutch Bros location in DFW. I go out of my way to go specifically to this location because of how fast, friendly, and helpful the staff are. I went in today after having a rough day, and had to shout out the team working today. Kayson was very friendly and kind, completely making my day within a three minute conversation. Ava is almost always there when I go including today and she’s always very sweet and friendly. I also got to meet Calla another incredibly friendly and sweet barista at this location. This team was awesome and very efficient! I watched them made my modified drink perfectly in like 20 seconds. I wish I could shout out all of the amazing and friendly barista’s there unfortunately I don’t know all of their names. This location never ceases to amaze me. These guys truly go above and beyond. I will always come back. Definitely check out this location if you haven’t already!!

I try to grab a protein coffee every morning from there before work and I'm literally ALWAYS greeted by the baristas with a huge smile and a genuine "Good morning!" and it really makes my day!! I go to Dutch Bros all over the country and this really is my favorite location!!

Absolutely shocked, got 3 drinks for 15 dollars and had them as soon as I pulled up to the window. Has never happened in the Denton and everyone seem to actually enjoy life here or at least manage. Thank you 💚

I love Dutch Bros. The staff are also friendly nice and fun to talk to. They're willing to help with menu questions or make suggestions. I like that they come out to your car so you're all done ordering by the time you get to the window. Sometimes there can be a long line, but such is life. Usually, they are really fast. If you think the drinks are too sugary, just ask for half sweet. I also love the protein milk added to my coffee, AND I love the stickers!

This is hands down the best location I've been to and I've probably been to 50 or so different locations. Every employee is nice and informative. They have longer lines sometimes but they move very fast compared to other locations. They always make my drink correctly and have smiles on. It's great to visit this location, I have one closer and drive further to visit this one instead. Whoever is in charge is doing a great job.

Been to this Dutch Bros a few times when I'm visiting up here. They're super fast, the drinks are great, and they're not as expensive as Starbucks. Really like that they have a variety of flavors for their tea in both green and black tea!

Love this place the Caramelizer iced Mocha is my favorite drink. It’s the perfect mixture of vanilla and caramel topped off with caramel drizzle and it’s so yummy. The staff here is always so kind and it keeps me coming back time and time again.

Slow service because they want to make it social hour. Guy talking to a friend in line instead of moving on to next car. Horrible service. Run by teenagers. Dont waste ur time here.

My wife and I come to this coffee shop everyday, we started coming because of the vibe and the workers take their time to actually talk us and we love to get to know them personally! One of the literal BEST baristas yall have you fired because of some petty stuff, I don’t know the details but I know the new manager that was involved is jealous because she ran the stand better than the manager is capable of doing, matter of fact ANY OF THE MANAGERS INCLUDING THE “GM” she brought a sense of family and inclusion that you won’t get anywhere else HIGHLY upset that you just fired her under the pretenses you did I will be going to a different Dutch or coffee shop now
