This place has modern ambiance, probably a new theme which all Taco Bells should follow. It lets you order food using a tablet POS. Place was neat and clean and adequately staffed. Food, same as usual.

Nice new and clean. Even the bathroom was clean, (cooking from someone who hates public bathrooms). The new look on this place was very modern and transparent. You can see the kitchen and speak to the person that's putting your food together and request more or less of what they have. I ordered the salad bowl and watched the person preparing it like a hawk lol. I watched him change his gloves (that gave him some points) and while he added the ingredients he would look to me for approval and to see whether or not I wanted more if any at all. Of course I wanted extra guac, and he didn't hesitate to lay it on there for me. I appreciated that unlike other places.

Their Mexican Pizza is the best pizza I have eaten. You must try it😋😋😋The staff are so friendly

I haven't been to Taco Bell in over 7 years. It was well worth going to. I enjoyed my 2 crunchy tacos, My to soft tacos and my one burrito very much. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. The store is up-to-date with a Kiosk you can order from or you are able to order from the Taco Bell app before you get to the store, Or you just walk up to the counter and order.

Sometimes they take their time with the order but it’s always good and customer service is really good. Their fountain drinks are not watered down at all unlike other fast food chains.

We don't normally rate fast food chains like Taco Bell, but this College Point location really deserves a 5-star review with the cleanliness and updated store front. If this is the design language for future Taco Bell stores, my opinion about Taco Bell as a consumer is definitely improving. When you first walk into the store, you will immediately notice the open-air design. The self-serve kiosk is greatly appreciated because there will be less chance for error in the customization for food (being lactose intolerant, we hate having to send food order back). Maybe due to the better working environment (visually), the workers seem to be in a better mood too. Regardless of the reason, our experience at this Taco Bell location is well ahead of other Taco Bell locations and we'll definitely be back more frequently. The parking lot is slightly packed, but there's a bigger free parking lot nearby. The extra walking might be warranted after consuming Taco Bell food.

It’s the most modern Taco Bell I’ve visited. It’s tucked away in the Whitestone shopping center. The transparent kitchen out front will dispel fears of gross and improper handling of food. It looks a little like chipotle but you’re not able to dictate how you want your entree built. There’s a self serve order kiosk if you don’t need human interaction. Plenty of charging outlets and ports for mobile devices on the counter table.

Food was good, and staff friendly. Didn't give them 5 Stars only because the dining area was a bit messy and the price is way too high 1 burrito, a tostada and drink meal and 1 quesadilla, beef taco and a drink, came to twenty plus dollars.

Nacho fries should be all the time. Friendly staff. You can be a garbage animal and grab Bell then hop over to Amore for 5 slices if you like. You can stare at the closed halal place that occupied a former one hour photo booth. Pulling off the Whitestone I nearly die every tine. Haven't seen the green Bell sauce in a while🤔

Pretty good place, decent wait time, never really crowded, but they're kinda stingy with their meat, I ordered a crunchwrap on more then one occasion and they barely put any meat in it.

Not sure why, but the prices at this location are much higher than other nearby Taco Bell locations...the atmosphere inside is great though! The service and staff here is wonderful and very accommodating as well.

Went on junk food run for son. He craves taco bell all the time. He usually orders the chalupas. For the first time I ordered the Nachos they were good got extra chips to enjoy the crunchiness. Order was pretty fast and parking was available on this site.

It's a Taco Bell, how can anyone compare it with a good Tex Mex or otherwise. Came here from T-Mobile's free taco Tuesdays. Ordered online and was accurate and fairly quick. The space is on the smaller size compared to most Taco Bells and there is no drive thru. If it matters. All in all, 4 stars, clean, yummy establishment.

Nachos smelled awful, but tasted good and didn't make me sick so thumbs up. Nice decor too. Also, it makes me feel good when 6 people are working feverishly to make one order of nachos and maybe one other order.

Their menus are quite pricier than ordinary taco bells but I guess they need pay the rent :s Food preparation was clean and taste was as expected. They are one of the few place to provide drink fountain in the shopping center.

Conveniently located of the Whitestone Expressway with ample parking. Restaurant is smaller than other locations I have been to and they do not have full Taco Bell menu. However it is clean, employees friendly with a short wait time and good food.

This location has some of the best employees! They are very attentive to all food modifications and my household has a lot of dietary restrictions. I can always trust them to make my food correctly. The ingredients are fresh and the table areas are always spotless. The only reason I gave a four instead of a five is that the franchise owner set the prices for this location higher than other nearby locations and never offers the nationwide specials that Taco Bell offers including removing the HH drink special. The bathrooms aren’t always available but are very clean when open.

Better than average fast food. This particular location is clean and cozy. The staff isn't as friendly as my regular spot, but that's fine, just make my food well! I ordered the new jalapeño Mexican pizza and they forgot the jalapeño...I went back in and they gave me a few in a side cup. Not the same, should have made a new one but still was ok. I'll be back!

I don't miss having cashiers. I prefer to enter my meals on the kiosks and watch them work their magic via the window. They have seating for dining in, but when I went it was still during no indoor dining days. Looks modern and clean.

Due to the pandemic, everything is cleaner since nobody is allowed to eat inside yet. I appreciated the employees at this location, they were friendly and greeted us. I always appreciate the ones that don't project their misery onto customers-- I'm only there for a taco anyway. They gave fair amount of tomatoes on my taco, not the sad 2 squares of tomatoe the other places throw in. They were also generous with the cheese here. It's always nice to come upon a Taco Bell where the employees know that the ingredients aren't coming out of their actual pockets. And this place even gave me extra Mild Sauce without me asking-- and that's what we call an A1 experience at Taco Bell.

Great location and staff! I haven't had to wait long for orders to come out. This location is chill and usually clean. Portion sizes are reasonable. They aren't skimping on ingredients. The only issue I have is that on 2 separate occasions, the bathroom was out of order or had no toilet paper. However, staff were very helpful during these situations, and I hope they can keep improving.

This place is the worst when it comes to the managers customer service. I'm allergic to cheese so I ask if I can substitute the cheese for tomatoes. Its always a big deal. They always tell me know then when I get upset over the lack of customer service the manager ends up doing it. Just give the customer the tomatoes instead of cheese and move on with the order.

Service was fast and efficient. Had some issues though. The taco party pack I ordered had several tacos where there was very little or no beef. Also had to replace the Baja Blast Freeze with a regular drink because they were out. After checking the receipt, I saw they didn't adjust the price. It was only 20 cents but technically considered theft. Is it worth it? You decide.

Because they seem clean but I haven't made my way in there. All the other places offer so much soon I'll make a complete circle of every eating facility in this mall!!! Had a wait over 5 mins from someone at the front counter checkout to take my order & make payment. I made small order of one small burrito to go & took over 15 mins for me to receive my food. One positive is the fast food restaurant is clean & sanitary.

I’ve been coming here for sometime now and everyone is always extremely polite and the service is quick. Today I asked for the chalupa box and she said they don’t have chalupas anymore. So I asked if they can swap it for something else and she said no we can’t do that. So to clarify, I asked if it’s the chalupas they don’t have or the cravings deal and she said they don’t serve those anymore with an attitude. So I ordered something else. I pull up and ask the gentlemen giving me the food if they’re still serving the chalupa craving box he said we are, we’re just out at the moment, sorry about that. So I was confused because the girl just lied to me and gave me an attitude. She was the one to give me my drink and checked to see her name but she wasn’t wearing one.

Saturday night August 3st about 9:15pm I ordered a black bean crunch wrap. I took it home got into my pj's and was about to enjoy my meal like most people do. As I checked they made a mistake and gave me beef instead of beans. I haven't had beef in over 12 years. I decided I'm going to get dressed again hop in my car a drive back. I got there and spoke to someone I think named Hassem. Explained I had to come all the way back to their store and I needed my order corrected. This employee gave me such a weird look like if I was lying or something was my fault. This person said nothing to me, no apology for the error, no accountability at all. He turned and told another worker to make the correct order then just sat down with his friends or guests at the table. As a district manager for a well known restaurant chain , I'm trained in customer service and hospitality interactions. If this were to happen to anyone you as the employee represent the company. Employees are trained to take initiative in expressing concern for your customers needs. The customer engagment was unexceptable behavior by this employee.

What can I say but this place is a hip or miss. Sometimes the food is on the money. Sometimes it's a complete disaster and the order is just a mess. I guess the location Provides a share of interesting customers. I've been there when it's completely calm. And I've been there when those people yelling and screaming running around. Having to be chased out by the manager. I have noticed lately. The soda machine is missing a lot of flavors, so do yourself favor and taste it before you walk out. Sauces, forks and knives are scarce and sometimes annoying to get ahold of the staff to give you some. If you order through the app, you might stand around waiting for somebody to actually help you.

I used to really like this place since I eat from the vegetarian menu and the food is highly customizable. I loved that I could omit certain ingredients. My order is usually correct, but today there was a bit of sour cream or some type of sauce added that I had asked to be omitted. Now, I can't eat it because sour cream and ranch sauces gross me out. I can't trust this place anymore. I probably won't be back.

We need to find a new location for our family Taco Tuesday's. Manager did not find it odd that the app processed my order and payment but I had a balance. For some reason their store was not showing the reward used on the app. It clearly showed on the email receipt. I would have canceled the order and walked out if the kids weren't with me. After read the reviews, it appears no one has cared to look into the discrepancies occurring between the app and their store.

They put Chipotle sauce in my Quesadillas. It's supposed to be Jalapeño sauce. They also have no idea what their Breakfast Salsa is and tried to make me look like I'm the one who doesn't know, yet I always get it at other TB's. Their attitude also stinks when confronted about missing stuff you paid for. Shoves it to you and no apology. Hire adults and not kids.

The dollar menu here is so limited. Most other taco bells have more options for dollar menu and I was surprised that I couldn't find them here. Service was ok, I used the kiosk to order my food. They put your name on the screen so you know when your food is getting prepared and when it's ready.

Theres mexican, Tex mex and taco bell. 3 very different things. That being said... I love taco bell. Always have. Its one of my top 3 fast food choice. The food is the same as all the other taco bells. This review isnt about the food. The place is beautiful. The kitchen is open so you can see them cooking your food. Everything is new bc they just opened so I'm sure itll be less shiny in few months. The low rating is for the price. Its ridiculously high. I am ok with each location having different prices. Diff rents, new minimum wage laws, etc. I understand. I expected there to be some* discrepancy. Reasonable. Quarter here fifth cents there. In comparison to the taco bell on Northern and Utopia, the prices differences are about $1+ per item. For combos 3+ per combo. 3 crunch tacos supremes and drink 6.79 Here 9.19 Mexican pizza combo 6.99 Here 10.49 3 regular tacos and drink 5.89 Here 7.79 Hard Taco supreme 1.89 Here 2.89 Burrito supreme 3.59 Here 5.49. I genuinely thought this was the new Taco Bell Cantina locations that serve beer. It does not. There is also no drive through so it's not as convenient for the truckers driving past Van Wyck. And finally why ask if you're goinf to stay or to go if you'll be handing out ALL the orders in a to go bag?

Place has fallen off. Takes really long for food. Have had issues like missing items. Also blocks the app from being used and forcing the kiosk. Prices are also inflated. [Ex: Luxe meal is advertised as $7 but is $8.49] They purposely raised it as other locations are less or honor the deal. Service is slow and sometimes they allow kids to roll up weed on the tables.

I just bought some food from there , they missed one item, and When I called the store they said the only way to get the item is to come back to the store, but I am already home which is 30 min away from there. I asked if there is any other way to fix the problem, he just hang up the phone.

Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and a Steak Quesadilla. Same result for both. The outer rim of the quesadilla had parts that were without food for an inch from outside to the center, and the thickest part of the quesadilla was 1/4 of an inch. Ridiculous ! Never coming back here unless I see reviews showing change no matter how friendly the employees are, unless the prices go down to 2$ from 5$. Still not going to the Northern blvd place because it's too far.

I drove 40 minutes to this location that he says that close at 12 o’clock and when I get there 11:45 they told me they were close. Change your hours of operation so you don’t waste people time.

Was told I can drive back to get the cheese. I said is there anything I can get for my troubles of driving back? No. Them the manager had the audacity to blame it on me and how I did not put down add cheese on the app. Taco Bell, I love your tacos but you did me dirty today. Train your managers to make your customers happy. Not to save $2 on a food item. Now I am out 50 cents!

Orders say "order ready" on the app but you'll be waiting a lot longer when you get there because they dont even start prepping before you even get there. Given a small drink when the order says large. Missing items. Biggest problem is the order status especially during a pandemic when the whole point of the ordering online is so I can pick up my orders fast without having to wait in a condensed room during a pandemic

Half hour to closing and dude says they are closed, system down, yet both kiosks I see are working fine. Not cool.

Overpriced by nearly 150%. The owner is obviously diverting from the market for fast food. It's just taco Bell. Not a Chipotle. The ingredients are probably half the price of things put into a chipotle burrito. I scratched my head when I ate here. The breakfast crunch wrap, which is rather small from this store, isn't worth more than $4 based on quality, size and ingredients. I think it was a ridiculous $6.

Bad customer service!!I ordered my food and never delivered. We called them back to check up for the delivery, and they cursed on us and hung up on us! Such a bad service. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to order on their app cause they won’t deliver the food on bad weathers.

Have to change my review. It has become a habit at this establishment to get orders wrong. I pay for an added item, but I don't receive the item. Ask them to modify an order, when I open the order, it's not modified. Bring my order back for correction, associates act as if I am bothering them. Horrible service.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Taco Bell recently. I used the mobile ordering system and also ordered drinks through the in-store device. Unfortunately, the employees were slow and rude about getting my food and drinks. To make matters worse, I did not receive a receipt when I ordered through the in-store device. I ordered a large size freeze drink and regular size freezes, but I received two regular size freeze drinks instead. When I questioned the employees about the mistake, they denied that I had paid extra for the larger size and claimed that only regular size drinks were available for the type of drink I ordered. When I asked for a receipt to check the pricing, the employee initially claimed that the price was the same for regular and large drinks. Only after I persisted and asked for the receipt did the employee finally acknowledge that I had paid extra for the larger drink. Despite their mistake, the employee did not apologize and was incredibly rude to me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Taco Bell. I hope that the company takes steps to train their employees on customer service and ensuring that receipts are provided for all transactions.

Incident Report: Ineffective Management on 11/01/2024 As a delivery driver, on Friday night, 11/01/2024. Despite the high volume of orders, the manager on duty failed to adequately support the team. During my pickups, I observed: - The team was overwhelmed, constantly calling the manager from the back to take orders. - The manager remained seated in the back office, visible from the lobby, instead of assisting the team. - The dining area was packed with customers, yet the manager chose not to engage and help. I recommend management address this issue, as it's unfair to employees and negatively impacts customer service.

Food was disgusting. The ground beef was watered-down. The soft taco was soggy to the point that it had to be thrown out. Do not buy from this place.

I don't understand why the midtown Manhattan Taco Bell has better combo prices but the taco bell that is in the middle of nowhere is higher priced

The food was awful. It didn’t even taste like Taco Bell. Shells were stale. No idea why the food was so much worse than any other location. It’s a shame, because the location is good and it looked clean. Service was pleasant, though I used the touchscreen to order, and I got the wrong thing in place of the burrito Supreme I ordered…but none of it tasted like Taco Bell. Very odd.

Employees not masking. Male employee and male manager is never masking while preparing food or interacting with customers. It's disgusting. Service is slow. They often forget to include items in their sealed bag (taco, cheese sauce, etc.) And yea, price is significantly higher than other Taco Bells. Consider avoiding or making the trip out to Northern Blvd for the other Taco Bells.

I placed an order through Grubhub today at 1:17 PM, and a delivery driver was already en route to pick it up. At 1:57 PM, I received a notification stating that the merchant canceled the order because they were “unable to fulfill it.” However, when I contacted the restaurant directly, I was told that the order was ready and waiting for a delivery driver. This makes the cancellation confusing and unacceptable. No explanation was given for why the order was canceled despite being prepared and ready for pickup.

You can customize an item on the kiosk, verbally ask them to make sure the customization is correct, and then watch them ignore both and make your order incorrectly. Happened more than once. I feel like i have to be Gordon Ramsey and correct them to get what i ordered. Truly fascinating how bad quality taco bell has become while charging such elevated prices for mid fast food

I went to this Taco Bell once it was terrible experience. It's probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in New York. The moment I got there saw many chairs like completely broken. Than I went to place my order Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box, I think I paid 16 dollars for it. Instead they gave me Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Meal not at all what I ordered. I just ate it because I was really hungry and couldn't wait. What pissed me off wasn't even alone that they got my order wrong but they didn't cook my order right. The Catina Chicken Crispy Taco came horrible, I should have taken picture of it. I'm never returning back to this Taco Bell. Any other Taco Bell place in New York is better than this location. It's sad that this location is so horrible like I actually really wanted this Taco Bell to be really good since it's located in Flushing my favorite neighborhood but unfortunately it's terrible. Never go to this Taco Bell I repeat never go to this Taco Bell. Also I believe Taco Bell corporate needs to get involved with figuring what's happening in this location that is causing these terrible experiences to happen. People here either need to be retrain to their job properly or be fired.

NEVER order them from the delivery app.. Take the time to walk in. They will mess up your order.. Spent 30.00 from food to be delivered. Crunch wrap with extras (13.00), sweet Chipotle fries with the extras(9.00) and sauces.. Fries delivered, no extras. Crunch wrap extra lettuce yes, but no extra meat or cheeses. Sauces?? None... Never ordering online again. Not worth it!

Worst service ever I ordered from the kiosk thinking I would immediately get my whole order as soon as possible. I was wrong I sat down with my son and I received my dine in order without my drink. I was baffled and asked where it was. The cashier said it would take 2-10 minutes to make, so I sat down and ate my food with myself son while waiting. After waiting and finishing our food after 20-25 mins, the drink was ready. I told the manager that I waited more than 20 minutes, and if there was any way my time could be compensated. He just smiled and said “No, it’s a new drink and he had to go to the back”, that was not right. I know it’s a fast food service but this was the worst service I ever received from one.

This Taco Bell in Flushing is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s ridiculously overpriced compared to other locations. What makes it even worse is that the portion sizes are significantly smaller than what you’d get at any other Taco Bell. For the price I paid, I expected much better value and a decent amount of food, but I was left disappointed. I will absolutely never come back to this location again. Definitely not worth the money, and I’d recommend avoiding this Taco Bell at all costs.
