The food here is authentic and so delicious! I ordered the ceviche Quintero and the torta de pierna. The ceviche had the right amount of spice and tasted so fresh! Order the ceviche with a side of Tostitos, you won’t regret it. The torta de pierna was amazing! I added cheese to it and didn’t leave one bite behind. My new go-to spot !!

Food was delicious. Need to go back and try everything!!! I had the "Torta de Pierna" and "Asado de Res" our waitress was very friendly and helpful 😁👍

My best friend and I were excited to try this place our families are from Sinaloa. It was really good, the service was great, the restaurant is very clean. We’ll be back. We ordered; tostadas, gorditas, tamal de puerco, plato de machaca which comes with ensalada de coditos y frijoles puercos.

My tostadas of shredded meat along with the macaroni salad in the side & the pineapple agua fresca were all delicious 😋. My family and I already came twice to eat here and we will definitely be back. Location is clean, service is great and the food is amazing 👌❣️

However, to me, the birria ramen con queso was definitely delicious! I put some lime and toppings. Thought I haven't tried many other servings yet, this will probably still be my favorite dish. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS DISH! There is no doubt about it. There are restrooms available. The inside isn't that big, but there are several tables available with 4 chairs each. It's located on Sierra Ave. There's parking in front on the main street. There's also a parking lot in the back with ample parking. Overall, this was a great first impression. My two pickiest eaters actually asked if we could also order to go after our lunch. My only complaint was lack of fountain drinks.

We are new customers and this our second visit here in one week. We came for dinner and I had the birria ramen which was delicious. The menu said that they serve menudo Friday to Sunday so I came back. This is the best menudo in the inland empire hands down. My go to place used to be Puro Jalisco or La Tapatía. No more! I had the Menudo Blanco con Pata and it’s the best ever. (Besides my wifes) Thelma was our waitress on both visits and provided great service even though she was very busy with other customers. Today me and my sister in law had a BOMB breakfast here at Cocina Sinaloense! Blanca our server was super friendly and welcoming. You need to try their machaca with eggs and their beans! So good!

Sopes were ok big but the flavor wasnt amazing ... service is cool great customer service ... kinda small place .... tamale was good ... apparently known for the birriea ... sopes were $6 each

4 out of 5 of us loved our food. 2 of us ordered taco plates not realizing they're street tacos, not crunchy, but still good! The birria torta was delicious. Our birria tacos and torta did not come with consome, will asl foe that on thw side next time. The asada we got didn't have much flavor and was overcooked/burnt and returned unfortunately. The kids' bean and cheese burritos looked delicious and cheesy. The beans had good flavor too.

Ran in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. This is a very 'hole in the wall' type of joint, located in the heart of Fontana, which means very limited parking- other than that the food was phenomenal. My daughter's got the birria ramen con queso and the quest birria plate with rice and beans. I got the barbacoa with frijoles puercos and sopa fria and it came with freshly homemade tortillas. It was so good and packed with flavor. Like I mentioned, parking was limited but so was seating, with only 6 small tables to choose from. It did get packed quick, not recommended for a huge group. I think I found my new favorite breakfast/brunch spot, they open at 9am so we will give it a try at that time hoping its not as packed.

The shrimp ceviche was delicious. I did pay extra for avocado. It came with two tostadas. The Jamaica was on point. I'm very particular about aguas frescas. this one was delicious. Not too sweet with the right amount of hibiscus potency I will definitely try it again if I am in the area

First time there, friendly service. The chips and guac are $4, well served and true avocado, the gorditas are more like sopes, they have good birria consome on the side. However the gorditas/sopes to me had a good taste and amount but there was something missing.

Very disappointed especially with the prices in this economy you want to get your money’s worth! Went in today and got all of my quesabirrias like this. They where very burnt and couldn’t take them back because it was closed already🤦‍♀️

First time coming here and I had a super bad experience. While eating my food I almost choked on a piece of metal wire. The situation could have been worse. They should be careful of what’s happening in the kitchen and going into their food before opening up a place and feeding their customers…health inspection should be there pretty soon.

I placed a simple order. 2 birria tacos and a birria ramen. When I opened my birria ramen I noticed that they had served me nothing but ramen and no birria at all. Not even a small piece. I called the restaurant to notify them and the lady that answered the phone put me on a hold so she can speak with the cook. She then says that he did forget to put the meat inside. I asked for a refund, but unfortunately, I did have to go through Uber eats to have that taken care of. Which I understand, those are the policies. But the fact is that she didn’t even offer her to replace my meal or any type of customer satisfaction service for their mistake. And I really just don’t understand how to cook forgot to The meat inside the Ramen because technically he didn’t even have to cook it.
