Usually we go to the Sierra Lakes location but it was on the way home. The orange chicken was extremely old and crunchy. There wasn't much chow mein and i will probably follow up with cereal because I'm still hungry.

Ugh stale fried rice and chewy slimy fatty greasy teriyaki chicken. Not worth it, won't be back.

Went through the drive-thru wait wasn't to long, service was pretty good. Once we got home opened our food, portion was so small had 1 shrimp (shrimp&beef) had 2 pieces of broccoli (beef&broccoli) the Beijing beef seemed like it was left overs because it was so hard. Honestly probably wouldn't go back. After reading through the reviews I can see why it was so bad.

Bad experience, I ordered food from the drive thru. I get home after a long day at work, not only is there an item missing but when I opened one of the plates there was a hair in it. Took the food back asked for a refund. Very unhygienic, doubt I'll go there again. This is not the first time I've had issues with this location, several times I've gone home and something is missing.

I placed a order on line going to work they handed me what I thought was a complete order till I get to work and find out they didn't pack my Beijing beef when I payed for it and tried calling there phone doesn't work and hangs up on you unbelievable

This is the second time I have come here. The first time, I asked for teriyaki chicken, and it was uncooked. I literally tasted the raw chicken in my mouth. I came again and asked for the same thing, and guess what? The chicken was uncooked again. Overall, chicken is one of the meats that has to be well-cooked because uncooked chicken contains salmonella.

Ordered dinner for the family there was some leftovers so I heat up the rest for the kids the following day , as I’m taking the beef broccoli out this is what I find ….. piece of feather wire craft on the very bottom. So grossed out I’ve spent $35 for this family meal and I get this . Not a happy customer will never eat here again . I could o my imagine if one of my kids choked on this .

If I could give this zero stars I would. Horrible service. I ordered a two plate entree at the drive thru. When I got home I noticed I was missing an whole side and the serving size was smaller than usual for my beef and broccoli. When told to the manager named Mario he laughed and said that’s why it’s broccoli and beef. It’s mainly broccoli with three pieces of beef. Was rude throughout whole conversation. When asked for corporates number he failed to provide and claimed he doesn’t know it nor have any access to it. Did not feel confident in returning to location for my missing items when the call all I hear is laughter and him being snarky. Didn’t trust he wouldn’t mess with my food. When asked if corporate’s number is posted in the location for guests to see if requested he replied no then said goodbye and hung up. When I still had questions. Overall horrible service, missing items, food quality is poor. Wouldn’t trust this location because of lack of knowledge and professionalism from Mario’s behavior. Extremely disappointed and don’t plan on coming back.
