I’m here 5 days a week, I work in the area. Staff is always nice & friendly! Food & drinks are always on point. Drive thru is quick and I love their tumblers. I ordered one donut the other day and it came in a super cute little bag. I love dunkn. 🥰🥰
This place is an excellent local business for school PTAs to work with. He worked with Irvine's Loma Ridge Elementary school PTA and did a wonderful job supporting it. The manager, Joe strongly supports local communities. He is a wonderful person to work with. I bought donuts and ice cream from this location and the desserts were delicious. The facility is clean and bright. My kids loved the treats. Please come out and support this local business because he and his business deserve our support. Thank you so much Joe for all you do. ❤️

I just found out about Dunkin’ Donuts Reward Program “Dunkin’ Extras” where Dunkin’s rewards purchases at retailers such as Walmart, Target, etc. for Dunkin Donuts products. After signing up and uploading my very FIRST receipt, I was rewarded with a $5 Dunkin’ Donuts Promo Card to use for any purchase at a Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant! Plus, being a regular Dunkin’ Rewards member, my account is currently loaded with a coupon to redeem any Iced or Hot Drink for only $2 until 12/3!! So what did I do? Used that $2 off of my promo card to enjoy a Cocoa Mocha Signature Latte!! This was my first time trying a Latte, although I’m pretty fond of Mocha Coffee, I figured this might me good, too! I wish it came with more sugar, but after checking my order, I see that I forgot to add some in lol no biggie because I just added some from home! Adding it made it taste more like a hot chocolate! Thanks to Dunkin and the kind gentleman that assisted me with my pick up order. I will be back again soon!
Another West Coast Dunkin for East Coast transplants. It's got seating for about 16 people maximum, restrooms, drive-thru and a Baskin-Robbin's ice cream shop built into the same venue.
I went to Baskin-Robbins, Not DD, for ice cream. The business is clean and well served, the associate who helped me was friendly and helpful. Because the store is shared with Dunkin Donuts, the B-R 32 space is only the length of the counter as is the DD space. There are some inside tables, too, so it's actually fairly comfortable!
Excellent service. No complaints. 8:00 am. The drive-through seems really active this early. People getting their coffees and sweet snacks lol. Inside, not busy at all. Got a dozen donuts + an extra one for about $15 or so. Not bad! The cashier was very welcoming and kind. She acknowledged me as soon as I came up to the register. Even though she was busy, she was nice and attentive. Plus is nice and cold inside… with this heat lol, perfect to spend some time inside enjoying a coffee and a donut!
Dropped by here on my way to work for breakfast today. The donuts (the 5 munchkins I got) were as expected, nothing over the top. There was a little bit of trash and food scattered around the tables and seating area. The staff here was very friendly (and understanding when I explained to them that I wanted to spin in circles to take photos for Google Street View). Overall, I would come here again for the quick service.
It was just ok. Donuts not so good but coffee was delicious! Friendly fast staff.
I'm gonna start with the positive note. Easy location and easy parking. Place looks clean too. Staff is friendly and helpful. Now donuts on the other hand were a big disappointment. Very dry! Like they have been made days ago. Will not go back there for donuts anymore but maybe will try an icecream one day. It's a bummer. Because I live a good donut.
Ordered an iced coffee. It was 95% Ice. For 6$ I should get more actual coffee than that
Foods alright - granted the workers are teens and its not a serious job but they got a nasty attitude for no reason, if I wanted attitude I'd just go ask my teenage daughter for a favor.
I place a mobile order almost every Friday morning, it my little treat to myself after a long work week. Every time I go to pick up, the workers always seem lost, overwhelmed and out of sorts. Today was at least the 3rd time my order was incorrect. So disappointing, do better DD.
We came here to order and they took exceeding long to take our order and to give us our order I really don’t see a point in a drive thru if you have to wait 20 minutes for 2 simple orders

Its gone DOWN HILL in the past few months. On several occasions I've had to wait 20+ mins for a simple latte. Management seems to only staff 3 employees to run the whole business - both drive thru, pick up and the 31 flavors side. The new manager SHANE has advised employees to say this is due to the new CA law where workers are paid $20 per hour. That is the most absurd excuse for poor management I've ever heard. Starbucks down the street has at least 10-12 people working at a time and their drive thru time is excellent. Only Scheduling 3 or 4 people to work is a management issue and blaming you employees for the long wait time is disgusting.
Probably the longest time you will ever wait for 6 donuts that are already made sitting on the shelf just waiting to be put in a box i waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and 6 donuts i asked and asked for them to hurry up but no they literally just dont care by FAR the worst experience i have EVER had ANYWHERE and even for my 3 drinks i ordered for my family to go they didnt even give me a drink holder so i ended up dropping 2 of them so please NEVER go to this place i wouldn’t go here again if they paid me for donuts
Order from here either from the app or online ordering and you’ll end up paying for a drink they don’t have. They don’t update their availability and then it’s your problem to find something else. This used to be a great location but the manager changed, the staff changed, and now it’s terrible. Won’t be back at this location
