Scrumptious food at a good price, and free ice cream. Great service as well. The employees are mostly high schoolers, but good ones. They are rather quite silly at times.

This was our 1st time her, but it won't be our last. We went after a track meet that was around the corner and even though they were busy they worked fast and friendly! The food was fresh, the tea was terrific & the service was sensational! Kudos to the Wednesday night crew who were WONDERFUL!

I'm traveling and ordered some chicken tenders through uber. First they called to make sure my order was correct and allowed me to make changes over the phone. The chicken and gravy is amazing! I highly recommend it, great flavor without being excessive. Price is is perfectly reasonable for what you get.

This is some of the best fried chicken you'll ever eat. I had the 8 piece gizzard meal that comes with a little container of gravy for dipping. It's a generous serving - I had plenty for lunch and enough for lunch the next day. Excellent mashed potatoes and green beans. Staff is fast and courteous. Great iced tea to round out the meal.

Pretty good food but the price is astronomical. Not enough food for the price I paid. Great service and good food will get nearly any restaurant consistent business. I just think they're pricing themselves out, especially in comparison to their competition.

I came one day for a drink during happy hour and got a drink and they accidentally brought me an ice cream cone. I was told I could just ask for one. Tried it the next time and was refused. Why sometimes and not others? Why some people and not others as it was apparently meant for someone else the first time and not me?

I went inside instead of waiting in the long drive-thru line. I was immediately acknowledged and placed my order for a 10 piece family meal. I even had a coupon pulled up on my phone that I used with no problem. Some minutes went by, and then I was approached and said it would be a 18 minute wait unless I wanted 1 breast, 1 leg, 1 thigh, and the rest in wings. I said no problem, I'll wait. The wait was 42 minutes. I'd been clock watching. The staff was friendly, with no acknowledgment of wait taking longer than expected. No complementary drink offered. The food came hot. Not impressed with the bland fries. Not a problem. I'm not impressed with Bush's chicken overall, but my elderly mom likes it.

I was very much looking forward to receiving my order via doordash. I was surprised 😮 to see such light coloring on the gizzards and fries. The gizzards were more chewy than crispy bland taste and light color like the country gravy I could have done without. The fries look like the were dipped in cooking oil and brought right back up. The good things were the fried okra found in a small greasy brown paper bag. The yeast roll was soft and the lemonade is a good blend of sweet and tart with little ice 🧊 👍🏽

First time here and the chicken was alright. The Busch sauce tastes like mainly mayonnaise. My favorite items were the French fries and the bread roll. The French fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned. The employees come outside for drive thru orders. It was raining and the person who helped me was so nice and had great customer service!!

We tried out Bush's for the first time at this location. The drive thru was a bit disconcerting when you're used to a speaker box, but the customer service was amazing. Very helpful and happy. The chicken was just ok, could use a bit more flavor. The gravy was a little bland but the fries were good. You get a good portion for your buck, and the prices are fair. All and all not a bad stop to get your fried chicken fix.

Shrinkflation has made it's way to Bush's in Forney. Ordered a 6 tender combo to go. I got a box full of chicken nugget sized tenders. When I mentioned it to the person behind the counter that they were all chicken nugget sized. The response was "there's an extra piece in there" An extra piece or even two or three extra pieces doesn't do anything for me when they're all half the size or less. Probably not going to be coming back for a while as this experience left me feeling like I really got ripped off. The only reason I even gave it two stars is because the chicken is still very tasty.

First of all the fries had ZERO salt no seasoning at all THEN i asked for a sweet tea they put no ice in it then the drink tastes like straight up dirt!! From out the ground. Then they forgot my spicy packets. Overall bad experience not coming back .
