I always love seeing the drive thru cashier Maria when I visit. She always ask about how my kids are doing now that they’re in college and remembers I’m Ann without the E! 😂 She’s my favorite!!❤️

I rarely go to this location because I don't usually have the presence of mind to remember that it's there. The food is good but it doesn't stand out as well as some of the larger chain restaurants. My most recent visit involved a visit to the drive-thru. The ordering process is the no-longer used two-window setup: Order at the first window and pick-up at the second window. My experience was very pleasant as I had a fun and chatty conversation with an older lady before I was able to move forward to the second window. I kept thinking how refreshing it was to place my order face-to-face and to actually enjoy it. The time involved with the drive-thru was reasonable. My food was fresh and hot and very good. I think I'll remember this place from now on. If I hadn't been pressed for time, I wouldn't have rediscovered this location. All the other restaurants were packed inside and out at the time, but the traffic at this location was much lower. It's something to consider when all the usual locales are busy or congested.

The crew is very attentive, nice and polite. They went far and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order. The spicy salad was awesome and I got plenty of chicken there. The cashier and the crew leader were great. It's my second time here and I'll keep coming back. Thank you chains and Bina for the service

Drive thru was quick and the very nice girl took my order, she was friendly and helped with my questions. My order was ready with in mins and the young man delivered it to me with a kind gracious demeanor.

Best Tenders we have ever had!! A+.....

A recent 11am visit on Thursday 4/6/23 introduced me to what can only be described as the best Chicken Sandwich around. The Honey Butter... I sat in the dining room longer than I normally might have, just to enjoy each bite. The service was phenomenal and.. oh, that sandwich, paired with waffle fries and a Coke Zero... I'm be back!!

This PDQ location is great! The atmosphere is super fun, the employees are really nice, and the facilities are always clean. I love their Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich, it's positively mouthwatering 😋 They have a freestyle soda machine too (always my favorite). If you want to go somewhere fun with friends, this is a great place to go. My friend got a rice bowl here and WOW it looked amazing! I'm going to order it next time I visit. Lastly, they have a good selection of desserts, so be sure to check them out!

My son has autism and will only eat 3 things. Pdq is one of them. We are there all the time and the staff treats us so wonderfully. We love it there. The food is always delicious

I've dined in here once and ordered from here a few times. The food is always good and the restaurant is very clean. I usually get chicken tenders which have a nice flavor and are a nice alternative to Chick-fil-a. I haven't tried the sandwiches, but my wife always gets the deluxe chicken sandwich and really likes it. The waffle fries are good as well. As for the sauces, the PDQ sauce is really good and a little zesty. The ranch is good, the creamery garlic and honey bbq are okay, and the honey mustard is frankly generic. I recommend PDQ sauce with the tenders as it's the most flavorful and unique.

Overall had a good experience. The chicken tenders were truly tender and juicy and the honey mustard dip made it that much tastier. The tables were a bit sticky...perhaps time to have them refinished...but besides that...lots of parking...super fast service and pleasant environment. I'll come back to try something else next time.

I have been to this PDQ more times than I would like to admit publicly. Their staff is full of joking attentive and overall amazing people. The food is hot, juicy and delicious. The food is delivered to me exactly as I would expect to see it on the menu. 95% of the time. In writing this review I cannot think of a time that they have actually messed up one of my orders... I like my food super saucy and sometimes they like to hold back on the sauce. I would also like to see them come out with like an atomic super spicy sauce for the few customers that can handle it. Certain wing places have it and would be awesome to see PDQ take there current Buffalo a step up.

For the past few times I have visited this PDQ, there is a woman that takes your order in the drive thru line. She is a little more mature with a slight accent. She’s incredible. Extremely courteous, excellent customer service and I’m actually excited to see her knowing she is enthusiastic and thorough. I unfortunately don’t know her name. She worked 2/17/25 at 7pm. Thank you for having her on your team.

Alan is probably the friendliest, nicest, most humble person I have ever met. He always greets me with a big smile and truly cares about the customers. He always makes sure my order is perfect and knows the whole menu like the back of his hand. He’s always extremely helpful and I will ONLY come to this location for PDQ because of HIM!! PDQ's chicken is done in a way that just tastes better than all the competitors. Their Nashville hot is HOT! And I think it's the zucchini fries that are also spot on. A little greasy but great. This location has a decent staff, especially the lady in the drive thru. The staff inside is not always the most attentive, but the food is generally spot on. Place is clean.

Been coming to this location (#1010) for a few years now, food is always good. Management in the beginning was rough and needed work, tables weren’t clean and just seemed dirty, I didn’t want to be inside so would only do drive through. Within the last few months I decided to go back inside again and it was VERY clean. One of the managers came spoke with us Jared, great guy and is the guy you need running that place. Amazing customer service, and his friendly attitude and energy is very welcoming. Happy to say we will continue to frequent this location. Thank you Jared you’re awesome!

While on vacation I checked out PDQ as they don’t exist back home. It didn’t disappoint. Chicken was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Waffle fries were incredible extra crispy with the seasoning. Fries are better than the competitors. I also want to give high praise to the staff as they were extremely friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From chicken strips, nuggets, sandwhiches, and salads, PDQ stands above the rest as it relates to quality fast food. It is clear that this restaurant is operated by People Dedicated to Quality. I ordered the chicken strips with creamy garlic and chipotle dipping sauce. The french fries were thin but incredibly crispy on the outside. Everything arrived soon after I ordered, and I found myself satisfied but still craving more food; this is a good thing, TRUST ME! I finished my meal with an Oreo shake. I highly recommend this restaurant for someone interested in quick but quality stop to eat.

I go back because of Aisha. Talk about selfishness even when it’s about food. Since I’m terrible with time I’m always late and food is no difference. At 5 min to closing she offered to make something fresh. Chicfila doesn’t even do that. I objected but she still extended the offer. She’s a better person than me or most. A raise would be too good for her. Just let her own the franchise.

They take your name plus give you a table tent with a number on it. Then they deliver it to your table . Good and fast. Order at counter where there’s a menu all lite up. I had the honey butter , which is instead of mayo. It came with fries and a drink. It was very good a bit messy but good . Big piece of white chicken. G had the 4 pieces tenet meal , which came with a soda as well and fries. They take your name . When it’s ready they call out your name and it’s served on a tray. All fast and good . Gets busy .

I had been here before and felt menu was too limited. They had s BoGo offer so I decided to try it again. I am not a fan of the chicken breast - the straps are breast meat, they were small in my opinion and were not that delicious. The sauces they were promoting were nothing out of this world. It is still an I can take it or leave it place. Will be a while before I return.

The macaroni was disappointing as it was macaroni in some sort of liquidy cheese sauce. I think broccoli is a side as well, kind of random.

This our first time dining in and boy do we regret it. When we saw the condition of the restaurant and the excess amount of flies inside we wanted to vomit. We used to do the drive thru a lot but now that we know how dirty this establishment is, we will no longer return. My chicken sandwich had a fly in it. Those tiny fruit lies to be exact.

Asked for PDQ sauce. (They said they’d put in 4 little sauces, they didn’t) Cost $29/$30 !! I think we were overcharged, but didn’t get receipt and didnt realize til got home . Looked in bag when Got home, and —no tomato or lettuce on sandwiches —Zero mayo on the sandwich and —-no PDQ sauce in the bag! —only 2 seriously paper thin napkins. Were these guys stoned? lol To me, the mayo & lettuce and tomato are crucial on a chicken sandwich. So that sucked big time. Were just too many mistakes made and no receipt given so we couldn’t check how they overcharged us. Wanted to turn around and get newly made sandwiches but worked 12 hours so we were too tired . Please DO BETTER with the DETAILS , PDQ on federal highway, THEY MATTER!!!! There is a LOT of competition , so, get it together! Went to Cluckface last week and they didn’t miss one thing AND the sandwiches were absolutely incredible! Go try them and see what I mean. PDQ sandwiches have potential , but not when you forget crucial ingredients, in my opinion! While service was friendly, I’m Putting a low score because , paying attention to what you are doing and what is ordered IS part of the service!!!! , no receipt, no sauce, no mayo, no lettuce , no tomato = crap service.

What a mess... Kitchen problems had the drive thru telling people to pull around the building to buy themselves time, but now there are 4 of us clogging up the lot rather than the drive thru. Well they definitely bought themselves time because it took 10m for two sandwiches. Meanwhile people are honking at me because I'm parked where the staff told me to. I asked for no sauce, but it's like they put extra on and I can't have spicy food. They wouldn't add mayo, but put one in the bag, so helpful when I'm driving. So I pull over and got as much sauce off as I could, added my (not enough) mayo, we're good right? No, the chicken is wooden (look it up) and it's like biting into ear cartilage. Yum! I've had decent experiences going inside in the past.

Normally the food is so piping hot and delicious I’d head here a couple times in a week if I wanted chicken tenders ,but the quality this time was awful , the waffle fries tasted old and hard , everything was salty yet bland the only thing that saved it was the honey mustard, even the ranch taste different now. but I bit into a piece of chicken that was so bad I had to spit it out it tasted gamy and the texture was so awful it made me nauseous and I still had the flavor of this chicken throughout the day which really upset me and made me disgusted I didn’t even want to eat the rest of the day. And the regular coke tasted like flat Diet Coke. The cashier was extremely friendly though. But this experience was sadly really bad. I hope this was a fluke but it seems like the quality has unfortunately gone downhill and that’s very disappointing I usually recommend this place to everyone.

YOU RUINED NATIONAL CHICKEN TENDER DAY FOR MY FAMILY AND I!! To begin, we placed an order for an 8 piece chicken nugget meal and had a promo code for a BOGO CHICKEN TENDER MEAL! We were not given the deal as stated on the promo flyer but instead cheated out of our money because you all opted to give us the chicken nugget meal for free because it was of lesser value! Your promo flyer clearly states its for 3,4 and 5 TENDER meals, SO we expected to receive a FREE 5 piece tender meal for the 5 piece we purchased! Then you tell us its 15days for a refund?! Only to get home and see we have a 5 piece tender meal and a 3 piece meal ALL OF WHICH ARE BURNT AND NOT FRESH! CHANGE YOUR OIL! My 2 year old requested to have peanut butter and jelly instead it was so bad! We kindly gave our sauce requests at the order window only to have to repeat them at the pickup window and then still get home and have it WRONG! Sauce missing after telling them twice?!! Just wanted my soda because I was so upset with my meal only to find I had received original COKE instead of Cherry COKE and the Syrup must have been low because it tasted like water. WHAT HAPPENED TO PDQ?! Once my favorite, I will never return!

Not sure what quality it is they demand but, this is the nastiest, dry, tasteless chicken I have had in a long time. Used to be good. Not going back now.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! My son raves about this place & he wanted to ask for a refund, I wish we had. The absolute worst food I've had at a restaurant and so expensive. The sandwich was rubbery, the honey butter sauce tasted of. The zucchini fries just tasted like grease, not even seasoned at all. I asked to swap then for Mac & cheese for the fries so I would get full, it was gross too. Unbelievable. The high point was the Coca-Cola freestyle machine.

Ordered a 5 piece thru drive thru only received 4. Had to ask for a receipt twice. Also ordered iced tea but got like 10-15ice. Food was good, but service was good and i beleived i was overcharged as well

went through the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Once I got home and took a bite of my food it was raw/pink inside. tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. phone just rang.

I was charged 5 bucks for a Mac and cheese and only got a quarter serving . It was literally three bits. Manager on duty was rude when I questioned the portion size and was told 6oz is a portion whatever that means. Don’t order the Mac and cheese if you come here.

First and last time I eat here. Placed an order for a regular chicken sandwich. Literally two minutes after I ordered they said the chicken was ready. I asked are you sure it's fresh. The girl told me yes and I've never heard of chicken being ready in 2 minutes unless he just microwaved the food. And that's how it tasted already cooked food that was heated up. Tasted rubbery.

This location needs some management and owner love. Came in on a Wednesday night. No chicken fingers. Staff is uncoordinated.. Food is tasty but the staff needs some further training.

Raw chicken sandwich and the fries were hard as bricks. Submitted feedback on their website a week ago and never heard back. They also refused to uphold the promotion they promised on their social media and website for Mother’s Day.

Change your oil for the fries!!!!This location is the only one that has the nastiest fries.I usually go to the Deerfield location and their food is always fresh.This one is run down and obviously ran completely different from the others.Fries were hard as a rock and smelt like old grease.Ew.

Never write bad reviews. My husband ordered a sandwich (he’s a fast eater) realized the chicken wasn’t cook. Instead of management rectifying situation, their defensive response was “well why did you eat it?” Such a dissapointment. If it needs to be said; didn’t realize it was RAW.
