When we are in Ft Worth, we always make time to eat here! The jalapeño ranch dip is so delicious that I can almost make a meal out of dipping their amazing chips in it alone! The food is always spot on, yummy, and fast! On our most recent trip, we had the BEST server (Nala)!! She was so engaging with a welcoming smile! Her laugh and humor made our time even more enjoyable! Great spirit and great food to break up Christmas shopping!

Great place and AMAZING service! Terrance was our server and he did a fantastic job! Loved his enthusiasm and energy! He kept our drinks and tummies full the whole time! Our needs were always met, our food was hot and fresh and we were very happy with everything! Heade sure we were well taken care of. He gave our kids the attention they deserved too! I would recommend a million times over and would recommend/request to be seated in Terrance's section whenever possible!! Thanks for everything, Terrance!!

We hit Chuy’s on 7th again and, once again, they delivered. 🫶🏻 We had a table full of chaos—4 adults, 5 kids, and a baby—and not once did we have to flag anyone down or wonder if our order got lost in the shuffle. Cam (our server) was on top of everything: refills stayed full, food came out hot and right the first time, and he made the whole meal feel effortless. Food was exactly what you hope for from Chuy’s—chips stayed crispy, creamy jalapeño was addictive (as always), and the plates hit the table tasting fresh and flavorful. For a group our size, it could’ve been a train wreck, but instead it was smooth sailing. If you’re looking for somewhere that can handle big family energy without skimping on service or flavor, Chuy’s 7th is it. 🙌

My husband suggested Chuy's because he went to one about 18 years ago and said we would like the food. We went upstairs and started looking at the menu. First impressions are important to us and normally set the tone of the experience. Our server, Terrance, has the best, most positive energy! My husband ordered the jalapeno Rita. I cannot normally handle spice, but he asked me to try a sip and assured me it was not spicy. The drink was full of flavor without being spicy. I ordered the flautas - they tasted so good and we're not burnt to a crisp. My daughter had the chuychanga. She loved every bite! My husband ordered The Kings Memorial combo. He asked me to try something that had the tomatillo sauce. There was a hint of spice, but the flavor was incredible! The tres leches cake was suggested for dessert, and I am so glad we tried it! Normally, tres leches cakes are too wet for me to like the texture - but this cake was light, fluffy, and still had the liquid in the cake without changing the overall texture. The food was amazing, but it is Terrance's energy and attitude that elevated the experience. We will definitely be back!

We dined here with whole family as a larger group (5 adults and 4 children). Parking was bit of a trouble but within couple of minutes we’re able to find a parking space on the street. It took about 25-30 minutes to get us a table. While waiting for our table we went to the park to take a stroll and enjoy the mild weather. Food was quite good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Portions were large so pretty much everyone had some leftovers to take home with them. Our waitress was very attentive and got our orders in quickly. All in all it was a decent experience. This was our third visit to Chuy’s (previous two were in Florida). By far we we liked our previous two visits to Chuy’s in Orlando and Gainsville locations slightly more than the one in Fr. Worth. Nevertheless, it was still a positive experience here. We wouldn’t mind coming back here again although parking situation is something I personally don’t look forward to dealing with. 😅

Food is usually good to very good. I had the Burrito Bowl at this visit and would not recommend it. It was just ok and there are better items on the menu for the same or less money. The noise upstairs is very loud when busy. I don't know how the downstairs compares. The service was slow at this visit. It took 15 minutes to get a chance to order, 30 minutes for food to get to our take, 15 minutes to get the check after to-go boxes were provided, and then another 15 minutes after we got the check to get someone to take payment. Counting the time spent eating, our party of 3 people were here just shy of 2 hours.

To be honest it has been several years since I've been to Chuy's. Chuy's has always had good food and a good atmosphere. Only reason giving 4 stars is because it can be a challenge to find a parking spot nowadays.

We were there during the Jonas Brothers concert so it was extremely busy. We added ourselves to the wait list 30 minutes before we arrived and still had to wait 30 minutes. Like I said they were busy. The jalapeno creamy dip is to die for. I don't like jalapenos but I love this. The burrito bowl was large and very taste. Will definitely return.

Queso was delicious and Margaritas were strong. I liked the beans, pretty picky about rice to begin with. Server was nice and polite, but was in a huge rush which as a former server I understand, I just hate feeling rushed through a meal we spend good $$ for. If I wanted fast food, I’d go to Wendy’s 🤷🏽‍♀️

We've been here before and usually never had an issue (except one). But last night (30 Dec 2025), my wife and daughter got food poisoning. The only thing different that they ate from me was the refried beans and the Mexican rice. Both are still sick today. But it was definitely the food. It's the only thing we did last night. And I'm fine. This used to be a good location. But we ordered take out from them about a month ago, and they left out things from the order. Last night we thought we would give them another chance. But now, I think we are done with this location on 7th street in Fort Worth. I think we will go back to the I35 and Heritage trace location or maybe the I20 Arlington location. Just a heads up for Chuy's lovers out there. ***Update*** Chuy's corp did reach out to me. Their customer service is spot on. Increasing my review to 3 stars because of the customer service. Again, the rating is only a reflection of the Fort Worth 7th street location. But their corp customer service and other locations are great. We may try this location again, but it will be a long way in the future. We are a little "gun-shy" for now.

My adult daughter and I were out and about Saturday and were starving, and went to Chuy’s. It was 3:30 so likely during shift change, which we understood. But it was not a great experience. The hostess had zero customer service skills. There were no tables bussed to seat us at. She didn’t communicate that or apologize or anything … just basically stared at us. We finally decided to seat ourselves in the bar area. The bartender was busy with minimal eye contact or conversation but did basically provide okay service. I will say the food we ordered was excellent, which is why the rest of the experience was so disappointing. The restrooms were basically unusable with every toilet needing to be flushed and cleaned, a dirty sink area, and no paper towels. By the time we left there was a decent sized crowd waiting for tables and it was only about 4:30. Chuy’s has a fun atmosphere and excellent food so I hope they can remedy their staffing and cleanliness issues, because it will be awhile before I get the desire to try again based on the interaction I had yesterday.

Our group meets every Monday. We decided to give this one a try. Went with a large party (group of 10). Usually when we go in large groups I am very forgiving with the wait staff. It is hard to wait on large parties. I know large groups can be demanding. It was a weeknight, no wait and not very crowded for this location. But still had many people here. Our server brought our drinks and than dispersed. I know he has other tables. It was 20 minuets before he returned to take our order. No big deal. We sat and talked. Asked for refills and more salsa. Waited and waited. But he just kept disappearing on us. We kept going to the bar for our drink refills. And kept asking other staff members for things. They would get annoyed with us when we did. Most of them ignored us. We ended up waiting 50 minuets for our food. And he still left out one of members dinner. We were all done eating by the time our last person received his dinner. He never apologized for the long wait, or said he was busy with other tables. Manager never game by. Nothing. I have no clue where kept going. It was all on one check, tried to make it easy. But he was struggling. Removed this restaurant from our list of places to eat. I would not visit this location again even if it was just me and my husband. But I am excited to try the new location by us. Maybe they will have better service. Our group started this after Covid when restaurants were not doing so well. We started going on Tuesdays when they were the least crowded. It was a way to support local businesses. We had to move it to Monday's due to scheduling. We love to support restaurants in our area. And understand that when you have large parties it puts a strain on the staff. But noticed that larger chain restaurants do not like or support large parties. So if you are in a group of 6 or more, I recommended going somewhere else.

We come to this location so often and spend quite a bit when we do. It’d so frustrating having such a simple order and still never getting what you ask for time after time!! I always get cheese quesadillas with extra green chilis onions and cilantro. Literally so simple. So WHY do they always look like this!!

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, and one of my favorite go-to orders has always been the celebratory Mexican Martini on Fridays. Unfortunately, this past visit left me completely disappointed. The drink was served with ice and a red straw—no olives—and tasted more like a tart margarita than the martini I know and love. When I politely asked about it (nobody wants to fight ice or sip a martini through a straw), I was met with clear annoyance, as if I were being a burden. The replacement drink wasn’t corrected—it was just made stronger, to the point that it was undrinkable. I got up and asked for the bartender for a martini glass and olives so I could personally make the drink right. Defeats the purpose of paying to be served. To make matters worse, our drinks stayed empty, and food arrived before anything from the bar. The service felt rushed and careless. Our server seemed visibly unhappy to be there, and that attitude carried through the entire experience. When you go out—especially after a long week—you hope to relax and enjoy good food, good drinks, and decent hospitality. Sadly, this visit made me question whether I’ll be returning.

I asked if he could get the table ready so they would not have to rush once everyone got there well he didn’t ! It took Daisy sweet self to step in and she was amazing at what she does! and beautiful! Our waitress Rusty was amazing by herself pretty much with all these people! And one more waitress also I met at the end I’m sorry I forgot your name you know who you are! But the manager Rush or whatever your name is, when an customer calls to break bread with you and my family spends there hard earn money with you in your establishment you better well believe there coming!
