I got the BEST Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard from here! I've had the royal from 2 other locations and this one by far was the most amazing. As I was waiting in the drive thru line I could see the employees working steadily on orders and my blizzard wasn't even the least bit melted when I got it, during a lunch rush.

One of the last original building Dairy Queens and it is very good, I wish they would keep more of the originals, retro is definitely in! Highly recommended!👍🇨🇱

Dairy Queen is consistent on the good quality & pricing. Tacos were delicious & we loved the drumstick blizzards. For some reason only the drive thru was open at 6 in the evening.

I have been to alit of Dairy Queen's and let me start by saying this one is by far the best tasting one I have been to and their are a few I can choose from by my home. Anyhow the wait time can be long and sometimes a pain in the but but they really make up for it with their deserts. It's an older one not one of the new ones and that alone sets it apart for me. When I was a kid we would go to Dairy Queen to... well hang out. You see this was when we had phone booths, rotary dials on the phone, Space Invaders ( the upright version, you know.25¢ for two credits) was all the rage and there was a jukebox in the dining area. One thing is consistent in the ever changing world. The home town hospitality of the folks who work there, the "Primo" quality of the hot, fresh food ( and yes you gotta wait a minute, you know we had a thing called time when I was young), and the humble, utilitarian but clean ambience of old time hamburger joints. Every time I go I can still envision my Grandfather ordering a malt or dilly bar. If you want something simple, satisfying, affordable and gooder than good as my Pops used to say then I suggest you stop in take a little time for yourself and your family or significant other ( as is said these days) and enjoy one of the only truly nostalgic burger joints left ( you know where you talk to people when you order, not some damnitable oversized touch screen! Lord help us, and you actually wait for your food to be cooked, not receive some "staged" burger patty that's been waiting a while for you. And the best part? Turning off the "Net" ( which has us all caught in it, pun intended) And conversating with the people who mean the most to you in this eggshell fragile gift of life we have, to share what our ancestors held dearest...each other, over good, good food ( you know breaking bread) and a humble inviting atmosphere. So I say try er today! Blessed be All.

The food is excellent but the manager Jessie is very rude. He also doesn't serve the add ons that I request for the blizzards I buy. Other locations always add the add ons that I request and pay for it. Manager at this location needs serious training in customer service.

They close before the posted time every time, pulled up at 8:55 and message said they were closed. Update 04/2025 They've drastically improved, the service is great and the guys at the window are so polite. The orders are made to order and made quickly …... they are open later than theynwere before which is great! Its always busy when I go.

These guys work very hard to take care of their customers. We always get great service at this location. Thanks guys & gals!

I had a late night blizzard craving. Went to another nearby location where I had my final bad experience. Google and pulled up to this location 5 mins before closing. I wasn't expecting much because it was closing time but was VERY impressed with my blizzard. It wasn't melted at all. I ordered a large and had candy mixed all the way to the bottom. Great job guys!! This is my first ever review but I had to give credit where it's due.

Blizzards on cold days are the best!

Always make my food right and fresh. Only thing I don't like is they don't know how many condiments u get for the order. They always forget my gravy even when I pay for an extra one

I really like the DQ back home. Here in the city I have yet to find a good one. If you're ever passing through Paris TX stop by. The food is good and the blizzards are better😊

They were nice and friendly just had to wait a few minutes, that's only because they make your food fresh the only reason I didn't give it a five star is they put tomatoes on my tacos when I asked them to leave them off,the rest of our order was just fine.

Went through drive thru for pup cups and hot fudge Sunday. Told girl I couldn't hear her, but she didn't speak up. When got to windows, still couldn't hear her! When a customer can't hear SPEAK UP!

Alright, Alright, Alright...their remodeled drive was quick and easy. Their yummy dip cones were on sale and drinks with that wonderful crushed ice were half price. Total cost $1.99. It was the best buy so far of 2022!!

It's bit small but always welcoming once you go in, staff acknowledges you immediately as always go, ready to serve you and also let you be aware of special of the day or new items on the menu that may be limited time only. It was a typical Dairy Queen drive-thru experience. The speaker equipment worked well and the DQ Employee and I communicated easily, he was able to understand me and take my order without trouble. The vehicle in front of me sailed through the drive-thru with presumably no problems. The young man at the window was pleasant, handled money accurately and he gave me exactly what I ordered.

Service was fast. BUT Bianca had an attitude. She didn't count my change out back to me, and she didn't tell me that I had a number on the bottom of my receipt. How was I supposed to know that they called your number for your food, I have never been to this DQ before!

Terrible service my friend was still waiting to get his blizzard 5 Minutes after I finished my meal, asked for it to go and got it on an eat in tray, and when they brought me my food the manager tried to tell me I had gotten a receipt and that they always give them out when I asked what the order was that he had instead of just telling me what the order was The food was good though. That’s why it’s not one star.

Love the ice cream here, but I doubt we'll be back. I drove more than 10 miles to get ice cream from here, because we were craving it, and their website said it closes at 11:00PM, but when we pull up to the drive thru at 10:32PM, they're closed!!!!... since 10:30PM, the guy said...

I still haven't found a restaurant that can make my order right. I asked for a no. 3 with bacon, jalapenos, and asked if they could grill my onions and jalapenos. The did and the burger was great, the only thing was they failed to add bacon. So I paid for something I didn't get

Paid for bacon on 1 of my burgers, didn't get it. Burgers was sloppily put together & warm, at best. Not a good experience with this particular DQ off Main st in Fort Worth. For your high prices, I expect much better!.

The service I received was very kind and pleasant, and so was the food. However, this facility does appear older and a bit work down. Nothing wrong, as this could even be intentional to fit the rustic theme of this area of Fort Worth.

Order was Thur drive thru. At the window a small sign said no bills over $20. Our order was over $40. We did not get our whole order. We had to go back, later. The cashier was nice. I had receipt.

The food was hot and fresh but the fries portion was skimpy. Not even a kid's size portion. Not sure why they would give so less maybe running low on stock. I would've got my money back but it was too far away and I don't live in the area. The customer service was excellent though. They smile and greet you.

Food is always good. The only issue I have with this place is the staff. They aren't very nice as all despite my kindness to them. It appears that this is an issue with other customers as well. Being nice to people is easy to do.

Bathroom was dirty and it stank really bad. Place needed to be cleaned but the food was good. Service was fast and they did well. Just dirty place.

The food is as expected however, the service is sad to say the least. They stare and crack jokes about people coming through the drive thru and in your face when you pull up they look at you like you are a drive thru zoo creature for their entertainment...Very young crew not being lead the correct way. I was not going to do a review on this store, but after a couple years having the same result...well sad.

Restaurant was dirty. Staff was courteous but spent more time gossiping into their headsets than tidying while we were there. We had to clean and bus our own table before we could sit down. Not a freat space for a group of people. Not enough seating. Ok for a quick bite but we wouldn't go back

Service was terrible and i mean horrible they had me get up and get my food after we waited for a while, when we got there no other customers were there our drinks came out way after food and i had ask for our drinks while we sat and ate everybody else got their food dleivered to their table but not us oohh noo i had to get up several in order to have a complete meal i don't think we will be back to this locatio.

What can I say? it's a Dairy Queen in the ghetto, max age working there is like 17, Don't expect to get good service, don't expect fast service, DO NOT expect friendliness!!! There is kids working here!! Go to another DQ much better ones out there. The kids who work there do not care about you and your reviews. If you keep coming here YOU are the reason!

Went in around 7ish at night. Place was being ran by an all 19 or under crew. So forget customer service rite off the bat. No greetings at the door. Just two employees arguing on who was gonna take the next order. Every other word from the two female employees standing at the front counter was cuss word. Very unprofessional. Music was too loud inside the kitchen. And still no Wi-Fi. Wasn't expecting to be. But would be nice. Food was still on point tho.

The food was delicious and flavorful and made quickly; however the manners of the girl working the drive through left a lot to be desired. She misheard me when I stated my order, then argued with me about what I had actually said when I asked for it to be corrected. I'm sorry if she's had a rough day or whatever, I understand being irritated at work by customers, but as I didn't have a nasty attitude towards her, I don't think I deserved one from her in return. I will likely not return to this location due to the lack of manners and straight up arguing with me over what I did or did not say.

So I came to get Dairy Queen at 11:33am and right when I went to the door she locked it this is bad customer service, and she didn’t give a reason this is why I’m going to McDonald’s now smh 🤦‍♂️ they need better customer service I guess that lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed! 😠😡

I honestly don’t even know why this place is open , I was the only car in the drive thru the girl taking my order was not patient and getting irritated if I ordered more than one thing . They still made me to pull to the front and wait after they took my order to my car I notice I was missing a meal I tried to get out but they wouldn’t open the door for me I got in my car and went through the drive through they didn’t believe me and made me give the food back to them as soon as they realize they gave it back , I could see the coworkers playing inside and getting mad at the fact that they were indeed missing a meal !

when are they going to open the dine in part of the building ???????????? With a distorted speaker how are going to get the order correctly ? I seen them make changes in the parking lot , it only took 30 years to realize that they needed to close one part of the driveway due to long lines and ppl cutting in line . If it takes 30 years to figure that one out how long is it going to take to realize people want to eat in and how long till the speaker outside will be fixed so they can clearly hear us when they take our order so their wont be no discrepancies ?

The drive thru girl is very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!! Im sitting here in their drive thru as I type this & she is still serving up nothing but ATTITUDE!!! & for her to have "shift leader" on a tag is a DISGRACE for your company!!!! I will NEVER come back to this location AGAIN!!!!

This place is pretty much flat out terrible. I have lived downtown about 3 years and out of maybe 10 visits I can’t say I’ve had a single one where I left remotely satisfied. I have repeatedly returned due to the limited options in the area, but I have to say this will be the last. Go to Braums on White Settlement and University instead.

Didn't have the sundae I wanted. Had'2 jus get what they had. I think they didn't wan'2 make it cuz they were getting ready to close. Then the dude brought me 3sundaes, I had'2 ask for a cup holder. He turned and walked off. Sat there 3-4mins tryn'2 get his attention and he finally comes bacc and asked me WHAT AM I STILL HERE FOR?? Napkins.... Got the 4.99 basket with chicken strips. Dryest oldest chicken ive ever bought from a fast food place. The chicken could have broken a tooth. I asked for ranch and they tried making me pay 58 cents. 😂👏 ok boss

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. On 9/16/2018 Ordered the hamburger special and did'nt get the blizzard, and the fries must have just come out of the fridge. As far as customer service, let's just say there is none worth mentioning.

We arrived at 9:50pm and were told they were closed by a girl that seemed to be snickering to someone else while saying it. I know we aren’t you favorite customers arriving 10 minutes before close, but we are still customers and it was not 10pm yet.

The ladies working the drive through at 9:30 on 8/12/18 have no buisness working in fast food restraunt. Ordered my food and was very hateful I was ordering items not on that locations menu but was on the websites menu. Management need to take a look at who was working and have a learning moment with them ....

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen and I am a regular. I got a coupon for my birthday and chose this locations address and they would not allow me to use it. I asked to speak to the manager and a lady came and said no we don’t take it as I was trying to speak she cut me off and left. I drove away and I will never ever return to this location and I do not recommend it to anyone if that is how poorly their management team is ran.

Was looking at the menu on the drive thru & my boyfriend gave me one kiss and the manager on duty said thru the speaker "If your gonna order , order or not leave. You can kiss some where else" in a very rude tone . I've been going there since I was little and now I hate it. All employees seem like they don't care for customer service. Also tried calling the store and they didn't pick up. It was in no way busy so they could have answered.

1) once again this Diary Queen on Northside Dr & Circle Park did the usual, 2) i ordered a simple belt buster w/mustard on the meat side & mayonnaise on the lettuce side ? Be sure to check your order and receipt before leaving. Our order was not made correctly and we where over charged. Bought 2 cheeseburgers fill up and were charged extra for cheese. The staff were very unprofession with little to no people skills. They act like if they didn't want to be there. The manager was worse. When standing there to fix my order manager was standing behind the counter ( at the registers) eating a ice cream cone. Not once did he try to assist. He basically threw it off to a young lady who was actually busy.

Snotty staff with attitude if you ask for extra anything, very messy presentation. I wanted to try the new crunch monster dip but in a cup, and they put like a teaspoon on my ice cream. I asked for more dip, and it bothered them to give me more! I had to buy extra in a cup.

Made a special trip across town. Ordered Dr. Pepper, got Coke. Ordered Onion Rings, got Fries. Ordered a blizzard (in drive-thru) got no lid. Mexican female cashier was rude and didn't know how to make change.

Ordered a #1 combo with cheese through drive-through even though no one was behind me I had to pull up front to wait. Got back to work just to discover NO DAMN FRIES. Tried to call NO ONE answers the phone! What a rip off! Owner/management needs to look into this place. Won't be going back there anytime soon!

Came here for the first time today. Was taken my and my families order by a young lady whose name tag said "Anessa". She was not a happy camper. Was rude when letting us know if a discontinued item on their menu, and looked at all of us rudely and was so quiet we had to lean in to hear her. The atmosphere is okay, kind of hot for an ice cream joint.

Probably the worst Diary Queen ever. The staff is discourteous, and uninterested in any form of customer service. They don't bother actually listening when orders are placed at the drive thru, and you end up waiting nearly 25 minutes for a steak finger basket, which sits under a lamp for 10 minutes before anyone notices its ready. When we did get our food, there was a very half hearted "sorry for the wait..." while they were all huddled around laughing and talking instead of working.

Their customer service in the drive thru was horrible the girl that was there just gave an attitude the whole time she was talking to us. If I could a give zero star I would. They need to train their staff better

My family & I have not been to DQ in a while so today after a REALLY long day we decided to go to DQ before heading home for the night but before heading to DQ we looked up the hours to make sure we remembered them correctly & we did (10pm). It was 9:02pm when we pulled up to the drive through, a girl came on the intercom greeting us but before she could finish a guy came on the intercom cutting her off mid greeting and said “we’re closed”, my partner responded “I’m sorry, what was that?” to make sure we heard correctly & sure enough he said “sorry, we’re closed already”. When we were pulling off after hearing that they were closed we double checked the hours again just to make sure we were looking at the correct location & sure enough it said that it closed at 10pm not 9pm. If the hours online are outdated then they should be updated.

Was sitting in the dinning area and all I kept hearing the works playing, cussing, on their phones, playing Inappropriate music and didn’t even have slip resistant shoes (crocs, vans and Nike) Also a family stopped in for dining in and an employee had already locked the lobby door at 8:30 pm. Never again will I go back

Ordered our food at the drive thru.. pull up to the window, our order wasn't even entered. So we pay and wait at the window. Because they didn't put the order in they ask us to park in the front and they will bring it out to us. We waited 25 mons and just ended up going back in to the line at get a refund. We've now been her 30 minutes. A bunch of little kids working here.

They lack basic comprehension skills and they’re completely unorganized. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s almost a guarantee that they’re going to mess up my order or give me some confused looked when I ask them to give me the items missing. They definitely need more training because each worker that I’ve been in contact with seems just as confused as the next as if it’s their first time day working there. I understand that there’s always new working learning new things, but jeez every single worker is confused? Get it together, DQ.

If I could give zero stars trust me I would. Their workers are so unprofessional they need better training or new management. We went today 1/2/2021 at 10:34 PM and all that my pregnant sister wanted was a blizzard the young lady that was in the drive thru was just serving us attitude out of no where saying they where close, even tho it says on the door and on their website and in google that it closes at 11.

Went thru the drive thru and tried to order a big meal the lady couldn’t understand us so we drove off to the window where they wouldn’t open it so we could order. I walked inside and was getting ugly looks and being laughed at.

Horrible customer service. I will never return to this hole in the wall sorry excuse for a burger joint. I can at the very least be satisfied with my food order in most cases, however, even the food was disgusting. It was just and all-around loser in the fast food line up. This is literally the slowest DQ I’ve ever seen. Took over 20 minutes for 2 ice creams and they had cars lined up in the streets. The workers inside have no sense of urgency. Also, this place still hasn’t opened their lobby for some reason

Pleasant service staff wise but the burgers weren't what we remember and know Dairy Queen for. Fresh bun and produce but the meat on my Wife and I's burgers were luke warm, no seasoning or at least salt what so ever. Didn't taste good at all to say the least. Very disappointing given I paid almost $20 for 2 burger meals. This location needs to step it up on preparing burgers even during lunch time rush hour please and thank you...

Worst customer service ever! The staff working on 08/30/2018 at 6:26 were rude and should be more properly trained in customer service and in their position. The shift leader and the drive thru worker tried arguing with us because we had ordered a large smoothie and they tried giving us a medium. The shift leader persistently argued with us that a medium smoothie cost what two medium cherry limeades cost even though we ordered a LARGE. So not only did they not know how to ring in a smoothie correctly, the shift leader charged us for two medium cherry limeades which cost 4.78 when a large smoothie should only cost 4.29.. We will definitely not be back to this location.

I went to order a burger in the drive thru lane. They young lady asked me to park up by the front. I pull around and park, after ten minutes I go back to the drive thru and tell another employee that I don’t want the burger can I please get a refund. This is where it’s get really bad... Christian the “shift leader” tells me with a smug face that they do not do refunds. I said why not? And he just kept telling me they do not do refunds. So I order a burger that is now taking 15 minutes to make and I don’t have time to wait, and this child looks at me and is smiling telling me they don’t do REFUNDS!!!??? I hope JESSE the “general manager” reads this. You can’t have children running your establishment.

Worst service we 've ever had at this Dq. Wait staff turned their backs to ignore us. My wife ordered blizzard with nuts. They finally got it made and we left. 3 miles down the road she said no nuts go back! She walked in and wait staff did same thing. Finally got same woman's attention behind counter and made another. Forgot bananas? Really? For a banana split blizzard? We won't be back.

It's very odd. The service is disrespectful to the point of confusion. They have messed up our order twice--no apologies...just hand you the correction and slam the drive through window. Then--we stop with the family and get Blizzards...same thing, we say thank you and they close the window without saying a word. The workers are either miserable or that's their service model. We love Blizzards...I guess we'll go to the Basswood DQ. So weird.

Cold burger and fries. The pattie and fries were previously cooked. Who knows for how long but it didn't even melt the cheese so I know it wasn't cooked to order. I've eaten at this DQ several times for many years and never had a more disgusting old cold burger or cold limp old fries. I won't be going back there for burgers anymore. I wouldn't have given the food a single star but it wouldn't submit my review without clicking something. I will stick to Whataburger or even McDonald's for my burgers.

Arrive at location 5 mins after scheduled open time, there was even a car in line in front of me. The care moved to the window and I was told they would be with me shortly. After waiting for 4 mins I was told they weren't ready to open yet. We were looking forward to lunch and ice-cream too. We have toddlers and had to get food elsewhere.

THE WORST! We showed up during hours , the lady told us one moment and she will take our order, then after waiting 5 minutes she put the close sign on the drive through board before closing, and never said a word to us. Acted like she would take our order then closed while we had waited and then hid so we wouldn’t see her in their window. 05/23 at 9:40pm. Disrespectful, wasted our time, and obviously doesn’t care about her job. Please find a new person for the job cause we weren’t the only people she did this to.

Got there around 10:20 the inside was closed we couldn’t go through the drive-through because our truck was too big so the young man opened the front and let us go in and order our ice creams and our food. The older lady that was in the back handle in the food was touching the food with no gloves and it looks like she had just came from the restroom while we were walking in so I had to cancel my food order that is disgusting.!!!

My recent visit to Dairy Queen was incredibly disappointing . Not only did we wait for 30 minutes, but they also forgot our order completely and didn't bother to apologize. The lack of basic customer service is disappointing and reflects poorly on their management. It's a shame because I've enjoyed their products in the past, but this experience has left me reconsidering whether I'll return.

So my wife and I got there a little after 7 and there was a Mexican family in the lobby holding a receipt. As I opened the door the Hispanic cashier told us that the lobby is closed due to the staff not being able to handle the cars in the drive thru. I will not be returning here even though it is close to my new home

Went in for taco tuesday... Now I see why they only charge $1 worst quality tacos I've ever seen! Why offer an inexpensive taco if your gonna turn around and cheap out on making them! I DO NOT RECOMMEND the tacos from this location!

The chili burger has the most stale Fritos I ever had in my life. I need an autopsy on the Fritos to know how long they have been stale. Worst burger ever. However their blizzards were delicious and they get a 1 star for that at least.
