Great burgers and fries! Love the atmosphere! The waitress was wonderful and very helpful with explaining the specials. Plenty of parking and there's plenty of handicap ♿️ parking as well up front. There was not a big crowd inside and there was lots of seating spaces. Highly recommend this restaurant 👌
Stopped for the veterans day special and it is worth it. I have not been here in many years and forgot how great the burgers. The service was excellent. I will be back soon!
The customer service is AMAZING! The hostess addressed everyone waiting. She asked if we were okay or needed anything while we waited on our take out. There were at least 5 parties waiting. I was so impressed!
The service was awful. Had a gift card issued from Red Robins and the manager could not get the card to work. The waitress grabbed my bag of food and took it to the back. As if I was going to steal the food. I offered to pay for the food after about fifteen minutes of trying but, the manager insisted on getting the card to work. I called customer relations and asked for assistance. They could not help me but, said they could see the gift card in the app. After about 45 minutes of waiting I left because the food was cold and I was frustrated over the entire ordeal. This Red Robins was in Hurst, Texas near the mall. Won't be going back there no time soon after that type of treatment I received.
I ordered 2 burger boxes via phone to be picked up at 11:15 am the next day. When I went in to pick them up, they had no record of my call and my order wasn't ready. However, this turns into a really good review thanks to asst GM Daniel. He swung into action, handled the whole thing with a smile on his face, got my order ready as quickly as possible and communicated with me as I waited as to their progress. In the company I work for, we can give a co worker a "high five" thru HR for going above and beyond to recognize stellar performance. I would give Daniel a "high ten". I walked away with nothing but positive thoughts about my experience due to Daniel! Well done!
We came into this Red Robin on a Sunday at around 3pm, so it wasn't too busy. We were seated right away by the host, Xavier, and got drinks pretty soon after sitting down. We decided to try the cheese twists and they tasted really good. We tried to use the plates that are in the picture below the cheese twists basket. The top plate was dirty, but it could have been from the underside of the basket. Once we finished our appetizer, our food came out relatively quickly. I got the southern charm burger and my girlfriend got the royal Robin burger. They both came out exactly as we had ordered which was fantastic, I did decide to ask for more of the whiskey river bbq sauce because my burger did not have as much bbq sauce as I would have liked. Our server Jalen was very accommodating and great! We definitely recommend having him as your server.
This is not a place that you go home hungry. So we got bottomless fries with our meal and we're starting to fill up before our actual food arrived. We had lots of dips with the fries so hit a good mix of flavors. The burgers and sandwiches were excellent. Our server was pretty cool and checked on us frequently.
I’ve been to Hulen Mall many times, but I’ve never come to this restaurant. I decided to take a chance and omg it was definitely worth it. I will be returning soon. The restaurant was clean and had friendly employees. Our waiter (I forgot his name, but he was tall) was very kind and helpful. However, The bathrooms were kinda iffy. The water pressure was bad so the toilets didn’t flush correctly. The bathroom floors were also super sticky. But, I’ve definitely seen worse. So, I’m not gonna take away a star for that. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. I got the Madlove burger and it SLAPPED. I’ve never had a gourmet burger before, so this definitely set the bar super high. The ingredients tasted fresh and delicious and worked super well together. I also got the Ensenada Chicken Platter. It was good too. Usually restaurants that specialize in one food have terrible choices of other foods, but Red Robin doesn’t. TLDR: delicious burgers, great employees, iffy bathrooms. 5/5⭐️ would recommend
We dropped in forty-five minutes before closing. We had just come from out of town, after driving twelve hours we wanted to eat some type of substance. The hostess grimaced because we were those people who showed up right before they closed. Our waitress, Shar, was outstanding. Super friendly, took our order, and made recommendations. She gave us a few extra orders of bottomless fries and kept checking in on us even tho we were the last few guests in the restaurant. She was genuinely happy, and we could hear her singing as she prepared to close the restaurant. Thank you for not making us feel like jerks for showing up near closing time.
Late night dinner,Burgers were okay ...I've definitely had better! My Blue Cheese burger tasted like a regular burger and I love Blue Cheese!! Hence why I ordered the Black and Blue... Fries were soggy...yuck! Onion rings were good! My drink had plenty of alcohol and no pineapple! Best of all was Our server she was outstanding! She apologized for things they were out of but she went the extra to suggest options that were similar! Loved her personality! The sides were awesome and she even offered us jalapeño coins to try separate! If I owned a restaurant I would have stolen her for my place!! She made my mom's vanilla shake to go a popped it in the freezer for us until we got ready to go! Hope she get a raise...great job!!
This place used to be amazing. They need to do dust and cobweb control. I had a light sighn above my table and all i could see was cobwebs. It was covered in them. Those need to be wiped down too. I had to make sure what fell was not on my food or table. The food quality seems to have gone down. Was not impressed.
Red Robin – Extremely Disappointing Experience This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We waited almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged even though the restaurant was basically empty. There wasn’t a single worker in sight, and we eventually had to seat ourselves. When I finally found an employee and explained what happened, there was no apology, no concern, nothing. The food was just as bad as the service. The fries were cold, and my wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no onions. Not only did it come out dry, but when she mentioned the issue, the waitress said, “Well, I assumed you didn’t want mayo.” That is not how service works — you ask, not assume. Overall, the service was terrible, the food was trash, and the lack of professionalism was unbelievable. We will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
Worst experience ever there. We have had issues with this location in the past but it was always a service issue and not the food. But this time it was the food and I won't return or recommend this location. This time I had ordered the new cheese stick twists. You could smell fish before server even got to the table so I take it they fry it in the same grease and use the same batter as fish and it was also salty. Then I ordered the tavern burger because the other burgers have gotten way up there in price. I asked for extra mayo and boy they made sure it was swimming in mayo which was way too much but I dealt with it and just scraped it off. But it was so extremely salty and I couldn't make it thru another bite so they remade the burger and told me that the cook has a heavy hand in seasoning. The 2nd burger had even more mayo on it then the first burger it was drowning this time. You couldn't see the burger it was that bad. Plus sadly they have shrunk down the size of the patties on the tavern burger and smashed it down so it is the size of a kid's patty so the ratio is so off because there is hardly any meat. My tomato slices were thicker than the meat so when I tried to scoop the mayo off the meat it just crumbled/fell apart. I appreciate they took the burger off the bill but sadly that was a lot of time and food wasted. Definitely not worth the money or time.
I ordered the bacon and bleu burger with family. The waitress was awesome for the most part. She was wearing a red bow. Didn't get her name though. The issue I had was with the manager. He was a shorter gentleman with glasses wearing a blue checker pattern shirt. Didn't get his name either. When he was doing his rounds, he checked in, and I asked for a second order of fries. Which is Red Robins whole thing. "Bottomless Fries." He went to the kitchen and just hung out there. 20 minutes later our server finally came back around and we let her know the issue. Another 10 minutes later after the meal was done we got the fries, which had to be taken to go, which the fries don't travel well. So disappointed. Now the big issue I had was when I walked up to the manager. I told him if we was too busy to take the fry order then we should have told me to talk to the server for it. He was so dismissive. This Red Robin has gone so down hill with him.
Update 10/28/26, there are no specials that will let you have a veggie patty for near $10. It’s meatest and wrong. I will go elsewhere until you bring back a special that allows a veggie patty substitution. Disappointed in your vision to not serve all with what you could do. You can do better…. NOT vegetarian friendly on their $9.99 special. . Beware. Even though there are veggie patty’s on the menu and you can substitute them for any regular menu item, you cannot substitute them on the tavern special.
I have visited Red Robin on two occasions specifically for their bottomless salad, but unfortunately, both experiences have left me disappointed and concerned about the quality of their food and cleanliness practices. On both visits, I encountered a distressing issue with the salad. Despite being a fan of their salad offerings, I have discovered sharp objects in the salad that ended up lodging into the back of my throat, causing significant discomfort and pain. This occurrence has made me question whether Red Robin is effectively cleaning their salads or ensuring the safety of their ingredients. While I understand that occasional accidents can happen in any restaurant, having encountered the same issue twice raises serious concerns. I strongly urge Red Robin to reevaluate their food preparation processes, especially when it comes to the cleanliness and safety of their salad ingredients. Apart from this alarming issue, the overall dining experience at Red Robin was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the recurring problem with the salad has overshadowed these positive aspects, leaving me hesitant to revisit the restaurant. I hope Red Robin takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to address this issue. As a customer who values food safety and cleanliness, it is essential for me to feel confident in the quality of the food I consume. I believe that rectifying this problem will not only ensure the well-being of their customers but also enhance their reputation as a reliable dining establishment.
I had the new blue cheese burger. I substituted the impossible patty. The burger had a sauce that was a bit spicy but tasted ok. The onion rings on it we greasy but tasted ok. I just took them off and it was better without them. The fries were terrible. It tasted like they really need to use fresh oil. They had a really old bad flavor like the oil was really old. The fondu cheese was ok.
