We had a wonderful evening. In hindsight, we should have tried more from the fish menu—but the pizza was delicious too. The appetizer and focaccia were very good. Excellent value for money! (I didn't take a picture of the mixed fish appetizer—highly recommended!)
Highly recommended! We had the paella for 4 people... Really good and truly beautiful! Rich in seasoning and perfectly balanced. Fairly priced and generous portions. Friendly and attentive service. We'll be back!
We went to this place for pizza tonight, purely by chance and without a reservation. There were three of us, and even though the place was packed, they found us a table very quickly. We ordered three pizzas, which arrived very quickly and were truly delicious. The staff was courteous and quick to serve us. We had a really good time. We'll definitely be back.
The pizza was delicious, but the starters and first courses I saw with my companions were also truly spectacular. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and organized. Excellent experience.
After a few years, we returned to Fossano, and lunch at Il Faro was a must, as we had enjoyed our first meal there. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the best is on the plate. We chose the seafood tasting menu. We enjoyed every bite; it was delicious. This family-run restaurant is worth a visit. It offers a delicious menu and a wood-fired oven that produces wonderful pizzas. We thank all the staff, including Il Faro's grandmother, daughter, and granddaughter, for this delightful moment of culinary pleasure.
We had amazing pizzas and pasta here. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend if you are in Fossano.

Great place to eat with lovely staff! Nice outdoor seating and long tables inside for a big group of people. The burrata pizza was so good and of course the aperol spritzes went down a treat. The service was very fast considering there were about 15 of us!
