After 6:00 pm with the sun setting directly through the window it is a very nice place to be at to have a HAMBURGER and FRIES.

I regular visit this place from couple of months and order only French fries, cheese cup cake and sprite. Fries are really good but sometimes it was small and cold. But only hot fries taste are good

Been awhile since we've been to a Carl's / Hardee's. The price increase is shocking. $34 for two combo meals. Well beyond anything we remember from the last 5 years. Service was great once you get past the AI ordering system. Food was surprisingly good, on par with Five Guy's. We wouldn't go again purely cause of the value proposition, but if there's a good enough deal we could be persuaded

Clean restaurant. However, Menu is confusing. I was disappointed with quality of the cheeseburger double thing I ordered. Bun was stale or had freezer burn. Not enough salt on burger. Other Carl's Jr. locations from San Diego to San Mateo have same problems.

The AI drive thru would not allow me to order a chicken burrito (said it was ‘unavailable’ so I asked to speak to a person. Otherwise, good food and good experience.

The drive thru here seemed to be broken as no one said anything to me for like 2 minutes. But if you're here at night, then you're in a bad way. I had a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I'm not proud of it. But I am who I am. The fries were great as usual v

-Their burgers are tasty (not dry, well seasoned). -Sodas from the fountain are crisp ( the extra co2 makes this possible) - The tables , chairs and even the benches are surprisingly clean. - The service is mid ( cashier was a bit slow).

Carl’s Jr. Dr Pepper is cold but taste really bad and very watered down lady did exchange and gave me a Coke but was let down Coke is the same way

The short - don't go here. Plenty of better options with happy people and worthwhile management in this area, but not here. Ordered through the app but the app would not let you ad coupon. I asked the staff for help and then he said oh just put your card information in and then pay. The order went through without the coupon so they overcharged me. Apparently if you order through the app the staff cannot give you a refund. It's 11:00 p.m. now I have to come back and talk to a manager for my $15 Plus the hour I spent trying to use your app and then the other 3 hours I have to use to come back to get my $15 absolutely ridiculous zero out of five if I could do not recommend Carl's Jr ever to anybody their app is trash. Came back next day at 12ish but manager doesn't start until 1. No wonder the staff is under trained. The wifi doesn't work. You get routed to white screen that doesn't load.

I asked for no onion on my burger and there was extra onions. I’m allergic. No time to go back , I’m on my lunch break and need to head straight back to work. No lunch for me today unless I order delivery. Waste of a $14 meal and gas.
