I recently visited the Subway at Promenade shopping center under new management and was pleasantly surprised by the positive changes. My choice for the day was the oven-roasted turkey sandwich, and I must say I was pleased to witness the preparation process. The ingredients were fresh, and the turkey was perfectly roasted, contributing to a delicious and satisfying meal. The dining area and service counters were clean, creating a hygienic environment. Despite the restaurant being busy during lunch hours, the service was quick and staffs are invested in customer service. This is a significant improvement from my previous experiences, and it reflects the new management's commitment to enhancing the customer experience. My overall experience was satisfactory and I look forward to returning to enjoy more delicious meals in the future.

I just found out that subway well at least this location sells coffee I mean how cool. I went in for breakfast and a coffee today and ended up ordering the 6" bacon, egg, and cheese for $3.99 and a 12 oz coffee for $1.60. The service was and the food was good also. There is plenty of parking here also I was in and out in about 15 minutes and there was a bit of a line.

I ordered a meatball sub. They didn't have any meat balls. They were going to continue to make my sandwich and told me they would owe me some meatballs. I declined and ordered a different Sandwich.

Cookie are never fresh neither does there bread, and they never really have there juices available.

Don't go here. They charge extra for Parmesan cheese on your sandwich. Go to another subway where it's free as it should be.

Rarely go here. It's just isn't very good to me.

Place states that they don’t serve breakfast all day when commercials say otherwise. Don’t come to this location if you’re expecting to get breakfast past 12pm.

They never have croissants! They're finished by 9am when breakfast finish at 11am. If the manager knows people order a lot them, make enough croissants so they can last until 11am

So I went in ordered a foot long meatball sandwich and I asked for ten napkins. I got 6 too bad if she would have given me ten.. I was going to tip ten dollars.. Not only did she not welcome me but her overall attitude was one of either, I don't like you or I don't want to be here... oh well, good luck staying open your sales are already down... trust me been coming here for 20+ years...watch out redhead with a scowl on her face.

This morning I arrived and found a lady, who I think is Mexican because she doesn't speak English well, and she treated me very poorly, in a bad mood, and almost shouting, what bad service... that lady got up today from Bad, We as clients are not to blame for the problems they have, work is work and that's it, they should get those bad-tempered employees like this lady out of work. Because just as my hunger went away, there may be more clients that this lady is going to serve like this, and that is a loss for the company.
