I was pretty surprised pretty reluctant to you to go by this place. I remember when it used to be a pup taco and then Taco Bell now it’s this tropical delight. The food is impeccable. Service is great and the smooth of the best great tasting stuff. Good job guys.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my go-to spot for delicious smoothies and healthy bites. The smoothies are always fresh, perfectly blended, and made with real fruits — never watered down. I also love their wraps, flatbreads, and bowls, which are packed with flavor and feel light yet filling.

I used to come here a lot when I worked nearby. Now I just go whenever I am near. Would definitely recommend their smoothies and their pesto chicken sandwich. Their smoothies are great and tasty no matter which one you get. Would definitely recommend this place. I’ve also tried their chia bowl which is also great.

The food is very good. The smoothies are very good although one of them was very weak. I took it back and they replaced it with a new one which was very good. They did mess up once by not giving me my complete order. When I got home I saw I was missing part of my order I went back and they made me another one. Major bummer though.

The food is very good. The smoothies are very good although one of them was very weak. I took it back and they replaced it with a new one which was very good. They did mess up once by not giving me my complete order. When I got home I saw I was missing part of my order I went back and they made me another one. Major bummer though.

The three stars are for the smoothies. We’ve ordered the chicken pesto flatbreads before. I know DoorDash can be iffy, but we purposely got express delivery, and this is on the cook. For this order, they weren’t grilled. The inside wasn’t melted. It was like they just stuffed the flatbread and sent it on its way l was hungry and it’s not like it tastes bad. It just tastes wrong. You can tell the cheese isn’t melted and there are no grill marks. (The bread is soft.) I hope it was a one-off failure.

I recently placed an online order with a coupon for a free smoothie or bowl with Tmobile Tuesdays. I had a problem with the first code, so I had to spend about an hour on the phone with Tmobile support about a week ago to get my new code. My online order tonight went through with the code, I got my confirmation email, and I drove 6 miles to this location to pick up my free smoothie. When I got there, the cashier said that they would not honor my coupon, and I could not get my free smoothie. The smoothies and food here are good don’t get me wrong, I have been a customer here a few times in the past. I’m unhappy because it’s one issue to not honor a coupon, and whole other issue on top of that to honor the coupon in the online system, have customers drive all the way to the location, and have it not be honored. A complete waste of time and 12 miles worth of gas money. I will not be coming here again.

I was let down because I would love to go to the Vegas locations, but it looks like the SoCal smoothies don't hit the same. I hope the owners can improve on the quality of the smoothies soon. The pineapple is Not fresh, it is old canned chunks. Strawberries were old. Service was slow even for a pick up then whong chips iny bag, no apology. I felt like they just don't care.

The drinks were a huge disappointment yesterday. The smoothies were extremely watered down, but we were offered replacements which tasted slightly better. I was let down because I would love to go to the Vegas locations, but it looks like the SoCal smoothies don't hit the same. I hope the owners can improve on the quality of the smoothies soon. I will try the Rancho location and taste the difference

Terrible customer service, if you’re like me and you attempt to use the loyalty system/app or fill out the survey on their receipt they refuse to honor it. TSC used to be my go-to spot for smoothies as they had a pretty good loyalty program but not anymore, guess I’ll be getting my smoothies elsewhere now. A lot of the TSC spots in south Orange County have closed down and now I can see why. I even bought one of their reusable cups for smoothies as they used to give you a discount for saving them money on a cup but apparently they don’t honor that anymore either. The last time I’d come in with a coupon code they didn’t know what to do with it, and the store owner/manager came out and said that I needed a picture of the code on my phone as well as on the receipt (which I didn’t have). Came in prepared with both this time and the server, rather than just be honest with me and tell me that he couldn’t give me the discount or didn’t know how to do it, he instead pretended to give me the discount and hoped that I wouldn’t notice. When questioned he tried to get his coworkers to help but they just told me that they “aren’t doing that anymore.” Disappointing. Guess there isn’t any sense in wasting my time filling out their surveys if they aren’t even going to honor their own deal. Unlike what it may say on the receipt, TSC most definitely does not listen.

Okay so give me the chips I paid for not bananas. Not the first time they’ve done weird things like that.

Went through the drive through and ordered two sunrise sunsets. I Wanted my girlfriend to experience what I would call the only actual smoothie franchise that we have down south for the first time in California. Well it was lack luster to say the least… our smoothies were watered down and flavorless. They were also the wrong color like we weren’t given what we ordered at all. I’m glad I didn’t order the bahama mama because if it wouldn’t have been sweet I would have honestly cried. Bad first experience for my girlfriend as well because now she thinks Jamba Juice is better.

Raquel was extremely rude to an older lady customer. She kept screaming and raising her voice at her while the lady was simply trying to place an order. On top of that, she had long nails and was not wearing gloves while preparing the orders, which is very unsanitary.

I just got a smoothie right now and because I added peanut butter to the normal drink, I couldn’t get it replaced because I modified there smoothie and They said it is not there fault I don’t like it. They made it with all ice and watered down so it had zero flavor. I told her I managed one and know exactly what happened this is someone who added more water and ice than the normal recipe. So because it wasn’t there own and I added peanut butter….They couldn’t replace it for a different smoothie. I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism and would never return to this location they clearly do not know how to run a business!
