I've enjoyed Wingstop, but I rarely go anymore. My experience tonight reminded me of why. $17.99 for an 8-piece combo? Seriously? The quality of the food is unpredictable, sometimes good, but usually mediocre. Tonight the quality was poor - skimpy wings and undercooked, flavorless fries. The staff was friendly as usual, but otherwise my experience was disappointing.

Fries were raw and chicken not crispy. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING! I don't post too many terrible reviews but this one really took the cake. It wasn't even undercooked when I asked for extra well done, they were raw. I asked for extra seasoning as well. I'm sure even if I got the wrong person's fries, they would not want raw fries. The lady when I came back to exchange them wasn't even apologetic. Takeout order 120050.

*Not exaggerating here* By far the saltiest wings I've ever had in my life. I've been to Wingstop before and never had this issue. Only ate at this location once before, so take what I say with a grain of salt (or a heaping of salt as Wingstop employees like to say). But this location is not good. The fries were soggy and over seasoned. The wings were nice and crispy (which is why I gave them 2 stars) but incredibly salty. Barely finished the wings and I had to drink 2 cups of pop to do so. Not recommended. Try another location. My lips feel like they are shriveled.

UPDATE: I'm done coming to this Wingstop. This is the 2nd time now that I have received awfully poor quality meat with blood and internals clearly showing. Not white meat by any means. Please see the picture I have attached. The first time this happened, they replaced the wings for me and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now once again weeks later, some gnarly looking meat. I'd stay far away from this Wingstop until they get there supplier in order or start quality checking. One of the better Wingstops. I've had a few different locations and this one has very friendly staff. The food is prepared fairly quick compared to some other locations, these guys can churn out a lunch order in 5-10 minutes vs the other spots that are all 10-20 minutes. The taste is the same as all the others, which is good and consistent. Fries have always been good for me, mine have never come soggy or overcooked, they are perfectly crispy and seasoned.

Horrible customer service Lynette was in charge. Had me on hold for 30 min called back multiple times, nobody answered. The online service is down, and nobody answered. Drove all the way there, and then they say no more orders

Worst experience ever. I ordered a six piece combo stepped out for fresh air while they made my order, when I came back they had packed it to go so I told them it was for here. so they switched it but threw away all the sause in the plastic container so I was stuck eating plain wings and then when I got up to go to the restroom they threw away the rest of my food and soda. I asked for another cup but honestly I should have asked for a refund.

Hi I wanted to put complaint for the worker name yoli or yolanda whatever her name is she was really rude to me but also to others & she just kept staring at me n my friends while I eat I don't think it was comfortable she gave me a weird look all the time so now I have to go to another wingstop thanks to her never again!!! Come on wingstop switch your workers that's so unprofessional & also tell her watch her mouth she said something under her breathe while I walked away!!

Personally I was treated like a human being but a homeless man who came in was not. He came in with money not acting crazy and politely wanting to order food. Service was refused which the cashier has the right to do but it is the way in which he went about rejecting service to this man. They treated him like he was not a human and rudely told him he was not allowed to order and then proceeded to call the cops on him after he calmly left the establishment.
