Our experience was wonderful. The food was phenomenal. I had the ribeye and my wife had the filet seasoned to perfection, presentation and service (Brandon) was 5 star. Highly recommend!!! Thank you for making my wife's birthday memorable.

Our experience at this restaurant was exceptional from start to finish. The service was flawless—friendly, attentive, and perfectly paced. Special thanks to our server Mike, who was both professional and warm, making us feel right at home. The wine list was a standout. Thoughtfully curated and exciting, with a sommelier who was knowledgeable without being the least bit condescending—a refreshing and enjoyable touch. And the food - absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Every dish was a perfect balance of flavor and artistry. We had a lovely time and can’t wait to return!

A Culinary Gem That Exceeds Expectations Having dined at many exceptional restaurants, we can confidently say that Station 100 sits firmly at the top of our list. Admittedly, we were a bit skeptical upon walking in, as the space carries a cozy, homey vibe rather than the sleek, modern aesthetic often associated with fine dining. But any doubts were quickly erased by the impeccable service and food that went beyond all expectations — a true 12/10 experience. We started with espresso martinis that were perfectly crafted, setting the tone for the evening. From there, we indulged in tender, flavorful scallops that left us eagerly anticipating what was next. Opting for the 5-course holiday meal, we were delighted with every single course. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with flavors that harmonized in a way that only masterful culinary skill can achieve. When it came time to choose a wine, we wanted to try something new. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations that led us to a choice we thoroughly enjoyed. Their knowledge and attentiveness elevated the dining experience even further. If you’re seeking a true fine dining experience where every detail is considered — from the first sip to the final bite — Station 100 is the place to be. It’s a rare combination of warmth, hospitality, and culinary excellence that will leave you already planning your next visit.

Each time my family returns to Station 100, it is a magical and romantic experience graced with culinary finesse. Barbara and Elia perfect the visit, with an authentic passions for the arts. This is a very special place for us and we are so glad that the Brunner family shares their passion with the community so generously.

Absolutely delicious meal. One of the best we’ve had including international and expensive steak chop houses. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and service was excellent. I only wished it was closer to my home but it’s well worth the money you’ll spend.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Station 100, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. But it was the food that truly stole the show. Every dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The attention to detail in each bite was remarkable. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. It's clear that the chefs at The Station 100 are masters of their craft. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who ensured that every need was met. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience, and I can't wait to return for another culinary adventure.

Hands down the best, only fine dining in Frankenmuth. Great wine bottle service and gold dusted tomahawk steak was beyond expectations. Came here for an anniversary and was given a nice private table

Fantastic. I wasn't really expecting a 5 star experience in Frankenmuth. Boy, was I wrong. If they consistently deliver the kind of experience and amazing food as they did last night, then Michelin should come visit. It was amazing. Highlights were the butternut squash soup and the beef wellington. But I don't want to take anything away from the wonderful salad or the duck breast. They were also flawless. My only issue was that the desert wine was way too sweet, I couldn't drink it. Our compliments to the head chef and the entire kitchen team.

This is the place to have the most romantic and beautifully curated meal. Every aspect of the dining experience has been perfected and coming here is always a special treat, even for those of us who live nearby :)

Brought my mother in law here for her birthday and we absolutely loved everything from the atmosphere to the service to the absolutely delicious visually appealing food. We had never had lamb before and let me just say it was not disappointing. Will definitely come back

I had the opportunity to attend a wine tasting private event here and had an amazing time! Everything from the staff to the food and wine was amazing. Everything was prepared with care, and the flavor pairings with wine were fantastic. I will definitely be back for meals in the future!

When you come in here, you will experience different flavors, a dining experience that makes you think about what it means to sit and enjoy whatever is presented to you, plus the idea that it is a Wonderful cuisine experience that you are giving to yourself.

Given that most of the poor reviews are at least three years old something there is obviously changed. They were we assume short staffed last night with only 3 serving tables but were very attentive. We goto quite a few high-end restaurants and it is impossible these days to find something quiet and relaxing so our roughly 3.5 hour meal in a quiet relaxed setting was exactly what we wanted. Most places want to rush you out the door. We walked in expecting a nice relaxing and long meal and got exactly that. The Rossini was excellent as was the pork special with home made pasta. Food was excellent, presentation was also excellent. Will for sure to back

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience, and the food was fantastic. If you want to splurge a little and have a delicious meal, I highly recommend The Station 100! My wife wanted to try something new, for wise, so she ordered the Tuna Carpaccio. We were both apprehensive about it, but it ended up being absolutely delicious! There was zero fishy flavor, only a buttery melt in your mouth slice of Tuna with a lemon-aioli, toasted sesame, and roasted bacon. My wife ordered the mushroom risotto with salmon, which she loved. I ordered the ribeye with onions and scallops. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the plating was absolutely beautiful. We even split a tiramisu, delicious! It's a 2.5 hour drive for us 1 way but definitely worth another visit.

It brings me great pleasure to recommend an exceptional dining establishment that was brought to my attention by a colleague. Despite my numerous visits to Frankenmuth, I had never heard of this hidden gem. Although the name has changed since its previous iteration, I wholeheartedly endorse a visit to this establishment if you are willing to invest in a culinary experience that offers exquisite cuisine and delectable wines🍷The porterhouse steak, in particular, was an extraordinary and mouthwatering delight 😋

Great place to relax and enjoy a great Valentine's dinner. A nice four course meal with wine pairing. Not a fan of red beets or horse radish, put together as a soup with apple and cooked just right it was wonderful. I love it when chefs can blend foods together to create unique flavors. The steak was also second to none. I've had steaks at so called steak restaurants that didn't come close to this flavor or tenderness. A little pricy so we tend to eat here on just special occasions. Make sure you have time, not meant to rush here. Ate here again February 25th with our oldest son and daughter in law. We were all impressed again. Definitely one of the best tasting restaurants in Frankenmuth. There may be a couple that are better known but we've eaten there as well. They all have their own uniqueness but you have to try this one for superior taste.

I love the formal feel of this place – it made our anniversary feel super special. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The rack of lamb was amazing and the salad dressing was wonderful. My wife had the filet and enjoyed every bite. The presentation was phenomenal. We both liked the wine options and had glasses we normally would not have picked. Service was well-timed and unobtrusive, while providing lots of info on the food and drinks. The sommelier was wonderful and we appreciated his details!!

Absolutely delicious. 10/5. Service was top tier, drinks were amazing, the filet mignon was divine. The cheesecake with raspberry sauce was the perfect way to end the night. They made a memorable anniversary dinner.

The atmosphere is a take on European elegance. The Host and waiters are dressed to the nines, in some very stylish suits. The place isn't large, which creates a coziness. They definitely lean into mood lighting. I ordered the Austrian Goulash ($29). A slow cooked Beef, seasoned with Paprika, in an onion stew. Served with spatzle. It was Fantastic! Probably the best European Goulash I've had in a long time. The spatzle was delicate and delicious. I finished with an Apple Strudel ($8). A classic Austria dish done divinely. Every element was perfect. The service was too notch. Very friendly and super efficient. Overall an easy 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely! I was surprised that it wasn't busier on a Memorial Sunday. I also don't understand the negative reviews, unless I just came on a very good day. I recommend!

Wow! What an incredible meal!! Everything was cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding. I wasn't sure about the corn salad but after my first taste it had my taste buds dancing. The owner came around and talked to us and she is wonderful. The best meal I have ever had in Frankenmuth. A wonderful experience for me, my friend and my cousins!

Pricey for sure, but you're paying for QUALITY food, service, and atmosphere. Perfectly cooked steak, amazing tuna carpaccio, and delicious seabass. 😋 You're surrounded by an elegant clutter of wine, whiskey, and vintage atmosphere and will have the most attentive service. If you have the coin, it's a good stop on your trip- nice and romantic if you want to take your special someone somewhere nice.

Wow. I felt like a celebrity. Dad took bf and myself for my birthday. The service was incredible. Like we were the only people in the restaurant. And we were for a bit, but even when we weren't. Top tier service. 👌 AND THE FOOD! My dad and bf..one is chef by trade and one might as well be..we were all doing a happy food dance. So So delicious. Dad couldn't stop ordering new things to try for the table. What an experience. You will pay a bit for this experience (thank you Dad for taking that hit to make my day special) but it is incredibly worth it. We will be back. Dad already has his next menu items selected 😆. Anyway, great job to all of you at The Station. What an experience we won't forget.

Update on my first review. Just came back to try the 5 course Beef Wellington and it was everything we hoped for. Once again we enjoyed some extremely unique and absolutely amazing dishes and had an amazing server. It’s a slower pace but you won’t find a more creative chef in Michigan. We’ll be back seasonally to try the new five courses… ————— Great staff, service was perfection. Take the time to learn the backstory of the restaurant, it’ll make your experience even better. Mother & Son Chef/Sommelier pair looking to move their wine establishment into upscale dining. They invested in great staff, creative dishes (that work) and seem to be doing everything right. The building on the outside and to some extent the inside does not match the ambition yet but the staff and food show they’re putting their heart into the right things first. The rest will come with time. Best experience I’ve had in a long time. Wish them luck! (Keep your servers as long as you can, you can tell they share in your dream!)

Great food and excellent service. With that said, the decor with fake bricks and plastic plants left the eyes puzzled. They would benefit from a refresh of the overall decor.

Food was great. Service was not. Waited 35 mins before ordering drinks, waited over two hours before seeing our food. However I will say the owner came out and spoke with me about our bad service and made it right. Because of her dedication I would try the restaurant again.

We had the 4 course Valentines meal. Steak was delicious (just very small), the salmon frittata was mediocre, the raviloi tasted like they dumped a packet of ramen noodle flavoring in there and it was disgusting, & the desert (not pictured) was good. The presentation by the chef was beautiful 💝 Our bill was around 175$. They even added a $5 credit card charge and said they would take it off if we paid cash. I'd rather have that 5 go to the waiter. The waiter we had was awesome and wish I remembered his name. 🌟 Would be nice if they had gluten free and dairy free options. As an overall experience in my opinion its just not worth it. Now don't go and say I wasn't there, my name wasn't on the reservation, my friends was.

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and really enjoyed the service of the dining room. We ended up staying a little longer than we had anticipated which was two hours. As for the food, the plating alone was great! When it came to flavor we found some menu items having us feel as if they were bland. We enjoyed the soups, and salads but the Wellington and the fillet were a little bland. The pastry on the Wellington could have been more crisp for enjoyment.

The Station 100 Steakhouse in Frankenmuth, MI, offers a visually impressive setting that exudes sophistication and charm. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is welcoming, with elegant decor and the ambiance of a high-end restaurant. It’s a place that promises a memorable dining experience—but unfortunately, it does not deliver on all fronts. While the dishes are beautifully presented with artistic plating and attention to detail, the quality of the food does not match the upscale appearance. The steaks, in particular, fall short of expectations, lacking the premium quality one would anticipate for the high price point. Despite the fancy presentation, the taste and texture leave much to be desired, making it hard to justify the cost. This mismatch between atmosphere and food quality makes the experience disappointing, especially given the potential of such a stunning venue. For those seeking an authentic, high-quality steakhouse meal, this may feel like a tourist trap, offering style over substance.

Our waiter though friendly, forgot our drink order not once, but twice. Luckily we were not charged for the forgotten drinks, total duration of our visit 2.5 hours which was longer than we wanted to stay. We sat in a back room with very casually dressed folks when we were smart casual/business casual per the dreascode which isn't enforced. Our window seat was quite drafty when I thought we were going to be rated in the gorgeous dining rooms celebrating a birthday, we were out in a back room.

This was very highly recommended however extremely disappointing. Was questioned why we didn't have a reservation, mind you it was 3pm and the online reservations had openings every 15 minutes so what's the point? Walked through and was barely 30% capacity after acting like we were going to be turned away. Wait staff, this is frankenmuth not chicago or any other big city, pretentiousness is unnecessary. Employee was bragging about turning customers over the phone away. Wonder if the owner is cool with turning away money in a very empty restaurant Was the only customers sat in the back section secluded from the rest of the patrons. Got the aged steak ($87ish) and had to trim 1/3 of the steak away because the outer crust was unedible, hard. The remaining steak was pretty good but for a $200 bill, EXTREMELY underwhelming. Not sure who would choose this over any other local eatery.

Some of the items are fantastic. I think what they prepare. They prepare well, but no steak should ever be as thin as your baby finger.

We had reservations at 7:15pm. We arrived slightly early (7:05) where we were informed that our table wasn’t ready yet. No big deal, we were early. We were not seated until 7:25. Again, no big deal. It was 7:48 before we were asked about getting any drinks. This was presented by the hostess, not our server. Once we finally were addressed by our server around 8:00pm, we ordered our food. We did not receive our food until nearly 9:00pm. In the meantime, we ran out of water and were not refilled. The food was good. The lemon drop martinis were good. Nothing was fantastic. If anything, the atmosphere is what kept us from leaving. Will not be returning. We were in town for a vacation, and thought it would be nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Turns out we would have been better off waiting in an hour long line at one of the downtown restaurants.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant and they do fine dining, both with the food and presentation. The service however, was lacking. There was one server and a manager working the entire restaurant and the server was running and rushing the whole time. I felt bad for him. It made the experience slightly uncomfortable. Which was unfortunate for the price you pay. I won't be returning.

Food was good but didn’t really justify the price. Service was terrible. We were seated and ordered and then sat for over an hour! Watching two other couples come in and get their food and go before we were even served!!! Then we finally got our food and sat for another half hour after we were done waiting to get our bill. We wanted more wine. We wanted something sweet to enjoy after the meal… nothing completely ignored us. I’m 54. First time in my life I walked out without leaving a tip. Not a good Valentine’s Day experience! Really disappointed!!

Long wait. Over priced. Food was not worth the price. Both me and my husband were on the toilet an hour after dinner. Eh would not return but that’s us. Dinner for 2 people was $150.

Station 100 has a good reputation, but that reputation seems to have been earned in the past. The entire place is dated and somewhat dilapidated. The tomato soup was very boring and not at all like the picture on their website. The fried mushrooms were bland and nothing to write home about. The goulash was far too sweet. I had 3 Wiener schnitzels over the course of my 3 day stay in Frankenmuth. This was, by far, the worst. The breading was good, but the veal itself was tough and chewy, rather than tender. I will say that the Spätzle was good and the mushroom gravy was also very nice. I was annoyed that I ordered Leffe Blond (a Belgian beer) and was incorrectly corrected on the pronunciation by the server(for context: I live in the Benelux region of Europe, speak Dutch, and know how to pronounce the names of Belgian beers). As other reviewers have pointed out, the servers all try to be sophisticated. “Try” is the operative word as it’s very clear that they are trying a little too hard. When she brought my “Lef” (as she insisted on pronouncing it) she presented the open beer bottle along her forearm like a sommelier presenting a wine bottle. Odd to say the least. I think the owners need to focus more on food quality and consistency and less on training their staff how to “act” like this is a fine dining establishment. Last, but not least, the server highly recommended the tiramisu as being “as close to the authentic Italian recipe as possible”. We decided to order this and while it looked very pretty, it was extremely boring and you could barely taste any coffee. We asked her later what her favorite part of the tiramisu was. It was at that point she explained that she doesn’t like coffee and normally hates tiramisu, but she really loves this one “for some reason”. She was very sweet and enthusiastic. All in all, the dinner was not worth $150 for 2 people (including tip).

To be candid, I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. Despite visiting numerous times, I have never encountered such an unsatisfactory service, particularly during my 14th anniversary celebration. Upon arriving at 5:15 pm, I was met with a lack of attentive service. Despite my request for dinner, I remained seated for nearly two hours, until 7:30 pm, without receiving any food. My scallops were served cold, and when my dinner finally arrived at 7:15 pm after a 40-minute wait, it was also cold. Furthermore, my steak, which I had requested to be cooked to medium, was served rare. The staff then inquired about my preferred cooking temperature, but I declined to change my order, as I was already hungry. In summary, this experience has been the most disappointing I have ever had at this establishment, and I was not expecting such poor service.

We've been here a few times and realized on Saturday (10/4/25) night that up until when you get your food everything is perfect; food is awesome as well and very authentic. It is a slow casual environment for a nice leisurely meal, not rushed. But as we noted from our previous visit approx. a year ago, after your entrees arrive, you're long forgotten. We finished and wanted after dinner drinks and dessert but got ZERO attention. We waited about 45 min AFTER we finished our meals and decided to hunt down our server and leave. I can't think of an excuse to treat customers like this, whether they are understaffed or what, DO NOT ignore your tables please. It's sad because this is far better than the other restaurants in town. Please acknowledge all your tables equally until they leave.

S
Sofia S

Sadly, such a disappointing experience. There must have been a staffing shortage or something bizarre happening at this establishment the night we visited. We had a reservation for Valentine’s Day and arrived at the same time as 4 other couples who also had reservations. The host did not say “hello,” “welcome,” or even smile. Simply, “do you all have reservations?? Yes? Who was here first?” Then rolled his eyes, let out a puff of air and rubbed his face, letting us know it would be a minute. We were sat in the back room by the galley and the entire night we could here staff yelling, “I need a pumpkin soup on the fly,” “large table at #9 firing,” or (my personal favorite), “in about 10 seconds I’m gonna puke.” The tables around us remained dirty throughout the evening and were used as the dirty dish station for plates taken from mine and other tables. When asking the difference between dry-aged and traditional ribeye the same host, who was now our waiter, offered little to no insight except that the dry-aged is “beefier,” so I went with the traditional cooked medium rare. It came out 45 minutes later, cold and very rare. We decided to forego the desert and asked for our check. We were brought the wrong bill that was $100 more than ours. It took so long for anyone to come back, that my date walked up to the galley register to get it corrected. The kicker was we could hear staff whispering about someone who had to talk to a table that was upset, and on the way out, we caught a glimpse of said diner speaking quite angrily with who I can only assume is the head chef/manager/owner. For a restaurant that promotes fine Italian wine and dining, with the price tag what it is, you set a certain expectation for your guests: Pleasant, welcoming employees who are knowledgeable of the menu, a soft, clean atmosphere, and food appropriately cooked to order. I’m personally hoping this was just a night that multiple employees called off or some other fluke that can explain it, but overall a memorable Valentine’s Day for all the wrong reasons.

J
Jessica Anderson

The service was the absolute worst! We had an reservation and were seated promptly, but after that, we were completely forgotten. No one checked on us, and we didn’t even receive a drink menu until 35 minutes later, and only after we asked for one. After finally placing our order, we waited over an hour and a half for our food. The food itself was delicious. They definitely have something going there, but that was it. We were there for a total of 3 hours for two meals. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’ve had many fine dining experiences, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst in terms of service and overall experience.

M
Meg

Tl;dr: This isn’t our first bad experience, we won’t be back again. Food, service and overall experience were a disappointment. The food is dated and pretentious, and the majority of staff does not seem concerned with guest experience. We dined at Station 100 last evening with another couple, and were incredibly disappointed with both the experience and the food. This was our first visit back in almost a year, after a terrible experience on Valentine’s Day last year ($600 beef Wellington for 8-10 people to share came out well done when ordered medium rare. Restaurant didn’t even apologize, let alone offer to replace it with one that was cooked properly.) We decided to go back and give it another shot, and it has not improved. It says a lot when a “fine dining” restaurant in a town without many options is less than half full on a Saturday night. When we arrived there were only 3 cars in the parking lot. Being fine dining, we expect the meal to progress at a slower pace, but we waited about 20 minutes for our soup and salad to arrive which feels excessive when we were one of only 5 tables in the restaurant on a Saturday evening. Our server was great, especially considering he was the only one working, but the other members of staff fell short of our expectations. The most noteworthy part for me was that after we had dealt with the food mishaps, the chef proceeded to stand outside of the kitchen door, literally staring us down/glaring while we chatted and wrapped things up with the waiter. She made a point to visit every table there except for ours prior to that as well. Throughout our entire experience, we did not have any member of management stop by to check in or discuss the issues that occurred. Three of the four members of our party, myself included, have worked in the industry extensively, and understand that mistakes happen. It matters so much more how the mistake is handled than what it was in the first place. It would have taken very little for us to walk away from that experience willing to give them another opportunity, but they clearly did not care to make the effort. Food: I will say that everything was plated well, but the parsley & colored tuile on each dish is unnecessary and outdated. The tuna carpaccio and beef steak tartare appetizers were fantastic, the chicken curry was okay. The tomato soup and house salad were great as well. For entrees, my boyfriend had the lamb rack which was delicious, but a very small portion for the price with not a lot of meat on the chops. I ordered the filet, cooked medium, which came out rare initially. They took it back to bring it up to temp, and I let the server know I was okay if it was a little over medium rather than still being under. It came back still quite medium rare, and was tough and had no flavor. I ended up not even eating it, as the sides that come with it were disappointing as well. The vegetables are bland, cold and undercooked, and the potato dauphinoise had far too much nutmeg. The other couple with us had the Austrian goulash, which was okay, and the A5 wagyu medium rare with 3 scallops. The scallops were okay, but the wagyu came out medium well, which isn’t something you’d expect at that price point. He informed our server and asked for a replacement, and he was happy to oblige and didn’t take the old one. He then came back and said he needed the old one for the kitchen to cook the new one, which is fine, but was odd that he didn’t just take it initially. The second one was better as well. For dessert we had a tiramisu, which was just okay, and the Black Forest cake which very clearly was foodservice supplied, not made in-house. Overall, save yourself the $ and disappointment and skip this one, or stick to apps and soup & salad.

Vegetables were raw, steak was ordered medium and came very rare, potatoes were just blah. The waiters were very friendly and helpful, but for the first half hour we were the only ones in the restaurant. We went for our 40th wedding Anniversary and thought maybe they would have made it a little special. I don’t recommend and would not visit again.

A
Angela Bird

For the price you’re paying, service was not good and steak was severely undercooked. There was 2 guys doing all the serving and the place was pretty empty besides a couple tables and no one checked back in with us about the food until we were done. He offered us free dessert for the steak not being cooked properly and we politely declined and just asked for the check. He came back 10 minutes later with the dessert menu still trying to get us to buy one. We again said no and asked for the check. It was another almost 10 minutes before he came back. For spending over $200 for dinner it took them 30 minutes to take our drink and food order, waited almost 40 minutes for the food and then another 20 minutes to pay and leave. Very disappointing to be honest.

Our party of 4 dined at Steakhouse 100 yesterday afternoon/evening. I'll start with the good news. We arrived quite early for our reservation (like, over an hour, but we were hungry!), and since it wasn't yet a peak time, they were able to seat us. Three out of the 4 entrees were quite good, if a bit salty. We ordered the schnitzel, goulash, and a salmon risotto dish, which we all enjoyed. My stepmother's steak was another story. Tough, cold, and flavorless, at least it was medium rare, as ordered. She didn't eat it all, and didn't even want to take it home. The decor of the restaurant was nice and, if you're looking for a European experience, pretty spot on. However, all the customers were dressed as if going to Olive Garden, and a few people brought little kids. Obviously completely understandable for 2 weeks before Christmas in Frankenmuth, but still. Now the bad news. The service was dreadful. The waitstaff was bustling about all evening, rushing back and forth past our table like the place was on fire, even before the tables filled up. Our waiter acted at all times as if we were a complete inconvenience to him, just bumpkins visiting the big city. If they are trying to sell the "European Experience" by giving you a bitchy, incompetent waiter with his nose in the air and his hair in his eyes, then they nailed it. However, having just moved back to the US from living in Europe for 8 years, I can assure you that this is NOT the European way, at any price point, and especially not in Germany. The waiter was so rushed that we couldn't even understand him most of the time when he spoke to us. He yelled at my teenage daughter when she innocently inquired after the vinegarette recipe (it was really quite good, and for sale by the bottle), and she was so embarrassed when every head in the place turned to look at her. When my mother's wife told him that we were celebrating my mom's 85th birthday, he said, "Well. I can show you a dessert menu," and dashed off again. No congratulations, no bit of chitchat, nothing. It was unbelievable. Nevertheless, he persisted in visiting our table at the American pace (about every 3 minutes, which I now find maddeningly annoying), ensuring that we wouldn't miss out on having our evening completely ruined by his incompetence and superior attitude. To be fair, all the waitstaff were rushing all evening, so he was not the only one who was too busy for the people dropping 3 figures per person on adequate food, and waaaaaaay overpriced wine. For awhile I wondered if this was how they treat all elderly lesbians, but no, I think everyone was treated to the same rudeness. I know they are probably to busy to read this long review, but maybe you aren't! I feel a little better, getting that off my chest, but I'll have a sour taste in my mouth for a while after this experience.

This restaurant is marketed as fine dining, which made our experience perplexing. Our party of three adults and a toddler arrived at 3:45 PM and were seated immediately, but we waited approximately 40 minutes for menus despite the restaurant not being busy. During that time, our waiter made multiple instances of eye contact with us but did not approach the table. The lemon martinis were good. However, the rest of the meal fell short. The curry appetizer consisted of toast with curry spread and melted cheese, which did not align with expectations given the price. My husband’s Old Fashioned was unbalanced, with significantly more bitters than bourbon, making it undrinkable. The beef Wellington had a soggy, mushy texture that was visually and texturally unappealing. Despite it being less than 10 degrees outside, there were gnats flying around. While the restaurant presents itself as upscale, the pricing does not reflect the quality of food or service provided. We asked to speak with a manager, but no one came to our table. Overall, due to slow service, overpriced and poorly executed dishes, and lack of management follow-up, we would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

*Highly do not recommend* Just left about 15 min ago. Not sure really where to begin. Party of 3 adults and a toddler visiting the area, looking for a fine dining experience which is what was advertised. Unfortunately, “fine dining” is far from what we experienced (considering the bill). Initially we had a nice staff member seat us and take a drink order….from there we went into what felt like was utter isolation despite seeing an our staff scamper by every few minutes. After 20-30 min we began wondering if we would get menus. Following the appetizer and another 30-45 min I then had to resort to arm waving to get someone to take our order. I could go on forever but our experience was this. Friendly staff (when you see one), atrocious service, cocktails were made very very poorly, steak was good, other non steak entrees were again sub par. I asked to speak to a manager 2 separate times. Both times he was “unavailable” despite seeing him walking around just prior to my request. We will not be back. We will not recommend. One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a while.

Terrible experience. Atmosphere is weird (for lack of better way to describe). Here in Feb and bug flew out of plate in wine. Steak raw and ordered Medium sent back twice and still undercooked rest of food cold had to request plate back so I could at least eat part of meal with others. Other steak also sent back once. Midway through vegetables discovered white hair in mouth. Beyond disgusted. Offered free desert umm no thank you. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

We came here for a special night out and was thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, the ambiance is really nice, and we had read many reviews that the service and food was great. This was definitely NOT our experience. After being seated, we were greeted about 10 minutes later, handed a wine menu by the sommelier who didn't return for over 15 minutes. After placing our order, waited 1 hour 15 min for dinner. During this time, the waiter never stopped at our table to ask us if we needed anything or to update us on our order. We watched people seated way after us get their order. We order a medium filet and a scallop dinner. The food was dropped off and then no-one came back to check on us at all. The whole rest of our meal. There were several things we needed, one being salt and pepper and the meal was very bland. I received 3 small scallops on my rice ($60) and the edges of them were tough. We couldn't get our waiters attention and it didn't seem like anyone else was around. We didn't get asked if we wanted another glass of wine, no one talked to us (yes, it was busy, but this is not an excuse for a fine dining restaurant like this). After waiting another 25 min to get the waiter's attention to pay our bill, we were not asked anything about our dinner or if we needed anything else. This was the worse fine dining experience (we travel a lot). THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED for a $200 meal for two and did not get the experience for a special night out....
