Just celebrated my dad's 75th birthday at Olivetto! What an amazing day! EVERYTHING was perfect! The staff and the food was epic! The owner Anthony was so accommodating! I went to Olivetto Pizzeria to meet some old friends I worked with. It was one in the afternoon. It was pretty empty. We ordered our food from the lunch menu. Soup or salad, entree, dessert. The price was reasonable. Service was a little slow but there were eight of us. The food was good. The waiter was courteous and friendly. Overall I was satisfied with the food and service.

The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The service is also excellent, but the owner adds an automated gratuity on your bill. I normally tip 25%, but if the service sucks, I leave less. I prefer tipping in cash, but they add it to the check so the server gets screwed and has to pay tax on that money. I'm not even sure the owner gives the full tip to the server. Horrible business practice to force a customer to leave a gratuity. Gratuity is a gift from a customer to a server for quality services! Servers need incentive to perform and guaranteed tips remove that incentive. The owner should stop this ridiculous practice, or I'll stop recommending this place.

Service was wonderful. Pizza was ok... just ok. Ordered 1 regular pie and 1 bacon chicken ranch pie.. The bacon chicken ranch pie had sliced tomatoes and very little ranch dressing.. luckily I had a bottle of hiden valley ranch dressing in the house,and added that on top...(see picture). They had a great crust though.

Ordered shrimp pesto for pick up. $35 for the pie ( not Sicilian size) 3 huge bubbles in the pizza, very few tiny shrimp through out the pie, maybe if I was lucky 1-3 tiny shrimp per slice some had none, not too . Cheese very little, was mostly pesto sauce, was swimming in it, Very disappointed with never order that ahain

This review has nothing to do with the food but with the customer service and workers. This one young blonde girl who works behind the counter of the sit down section of the restaurant is beyond rude. She makes a very uncomfortable environment for patrons. I will not be returning inside the restaurant to sit down and eat ever again because of her.

Been going here for years. Never a problem. Tonight get 2 heroes to go, 1 a shrimp parm. Get home the shrimp parm literally had cleaning fluid mixed in. Probably spilt. The party eating it spits it out. I smell it can’t smell. Take a bite and it’s disgusting. Call up restaurant tell them at first I say just make another one. It’s late she’s hungry. While driving there she texts and said forget the other sandwich. I get to restaurant and tell them. Counter person very nice I think the manager comes over I tell him he smells it I said you have to take a bite. He says he will send to back to investigate further. I guess they have a lab. He says we can’t refund on card. Never heard that before. Then he says credit for next time I said ok. He says 25 good I said absolutely not. You put poisin in the food. I drove back and forth twice He says that’s double. Really I paid 34.68 for 2 sandwiches. He says what do you expect a hundred bucks . I said forget it and walked out. Sorry but never again. Move on folks.

I have to say after 15yrs sadly I won’t b ordering from here anymore, $60 for two pies, veal parm hero and 2 pepperoni pinwheels.. the pizza has more crust then sauce or cheese and just really has gone down hill. Half the food was cold and they lost the cheese pie.. the margarita pie just looks pathetic and rushed…

This was always one of my favorite places but today's gluten free penne vodka was disgusting. A tin of pinkish watered down flavorless sauce on top of all broken overcooked noodles. For 2 pm on a Thursday afternoon this place should be ashamed

From the rude little pizza guy to the girl taking orders on the phone this place has gone downhill in quality with their food. I ordered a meatball hero and they chopped the meatballs up and made a sloppy joe hero instead.. the pizza by far is not pretty...
