Love, love, loooove this restaurant! As for food, they have great brunch options, including a full menu AND buffet. The food was delicious and the buffet was very affordable. The icing on the cake was the bottomless mimosa specials. Very affordable. They even allow you to take home any unfinished bottles (due to COVID, of course). You can’t go wrong with that. Our service was the sweetest and she very attentive and personable. I can’t wait to go back!

I’m in heaven the best meat loaf I’ve ever eat besides my own and the potatoes are off the chain omg I have found my new place to eat . Thank you so this will not let you do more than one reviews so I’m adding to mine as of Oct 16 2022 we ordered the same thing and the second picture is what we got I called and demanded a refund and the food was cold and nothing to eat it with . I mean did the door dasher stop and eat all the beans . Becca the manager took care of the problem .

I patronized this establishment for a family event. We had a fairly large party! One of our servers Ezra (beautiful name) showed such patience and grace with us. I haven’t experienced this level of service with such a big party in quite sometime. Ezra made a suggestion with food and drink and it was so amazing. I highly recommend this place for service, food and atmosphere. We went in on a Saturday night and it was packed. We did have reservations.

Went back for the cheeseburger lunch special. It was great. Nice smoked flavor to the meat. Good value for a good meal. Coffee was bold and crisp. Parking was great and the table was set in a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are courteous and prompt. Will try to return in the future.

We had a big gathering for a graduation early dinner and I’ll be honest I was impressed with the service. Our waiter was top notch with providing great customer service. The food was solid. Chicken tenders are rather amazing and the waffle fries were great too. Overall a bit on the high end price wise but the food and service made it worth it.

There was a special drink and entré for each day of the week. I had the Tuesday special: Tacos and chips and salsa. I chose the shrimp tacos. They were soooo good, and they had a sweet yet spicy sauce drizzled on them. My comrade had the jambalaya. He spoke highly of this dish!!! I would definitely go back to try more items on the menu.

The food was amazing! We had the chicken pot pie… amazing! We had the BBQ flat bread and the maple bacon flat bread. Again, amazing. My son had the millionaire bacon burger. He loved it. The prices can not be beat for delicious, high quality food we were served. The staff are so kind! We will be doing this again!

10/10 recommend Granite City Food & Brewery! We had an outstanding experience at Granite City that deserves high praise. Our group of ten had a 7:30 PM reservation, but due to a storm that rained out the Air Show, we called hoping to come in around 5:30 instead. The staff was friendly, empathetic, and happy to accommodate the change. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, upbeat, and relaxed, with multiple TVs—two of which the staff gladly tuned to the NCAA Super Regionals at our request. Our server was exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. She offered excellent food and drink recommendations and even brought beer samples to a couple of us who had a hard time choosing from the tempting options. A thoughtful visit from the manager added a personal touch, and the food was fantastic across the board. From appetizers to entrées, everything arrived on time, at the perfect temperature, and just as ordered. Service was smooth and proactive throughout the evening. In a city full of dining options, Granite City stood out. They turned a rained-out event into a memorable night, and we’re so glad we chose them. Huge thanks to the Granite City team — we’ll definitely be back!

Great selection of entrees! The food is consistent and delicious. Try the pot roast and fish chips. The Caesar salad dressing is fabulous! Do yourself a favor and order the chocolate cake. Takeout is easy and fast - make sure to sign up for the reward program for deals.

We showed up to Granite City without a reservation for 5 people on an extremely busy Mother’s Day, and Taylor, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Despite the crowd, she found us a table quickly and made us feel genuinely welcomed. What really stood out was her leadership—Taylor was on the floor the entire time, cleaning tables, helping staff, and checking in with guests. She truly leads from the front, and it shows in how smoothly things were running. Huge kudos to her for making our experience so positive. We’ll definitely be back!

EVERYTIME my family and I go to Granite City in Franklin Tennessee it is always FANTASTIC. From the greeting at the door, to our favorite waitress Kaitlyn And our amazing bartender Amanda. Not to mention the GM Taylor always stops by to ask how everything is. The chefs are ALWAYS on point with their amazing selection and we almost never miss a Taco Tuesday. No matter if it's just my wife and I or a Parr-ty of 10 with our family and friends we always know we will be taken care of. 12 years and counting we will always consider Granite City our family.

We ordered cheddar and ale soup, bock cheese pasta, a wedge salad, and a steak dinner. We also had the chocolate cake and carrot cake. We ordered our food right at 5:00 pm. The delivery company had to revise our order and once they put in our order the delivery window was from 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. A good time and what we expected. However, the issue is the food once we received it. From the time we received the delivery notice to the time, the food arrived at our home was 10 minutes. Unpacking the food, I noticed very little heat coming from the packages. Once opened, the food was cool to cold. The soup was the warmest item in our meal. The pasta and chicken in the dish was flat out cold. The inside of the wedge salad was rusted, and we had to remove it. Part of the chocolate cake had a cucumber flavor like the vegetable had accidentally been left near it. I reheated soup and pasta. I am disappointed in the way received our meal. The taste was still good, but just because I order food as a delivery doesn't mean it should be cold when I get it. We had our supper delivered. We ordered the millionaire bacon burger and waffle fries, the chocolate cake, boneless wings, and baby back ribs. We ordered aioli with the burger and fries. Not sure if it was put on the burger or was supposed to be separate. Either way, it wasnt present. The mayonnaise was not spread to the edge of the bun, and so thin I couldnt taste it. Food was tasty and arrived on time. The char on the ribs was slightly burned.

Food is pretty consistent and tasty for a chain restaurant. Some of the entree prices seem a little high for the portion size.

Great food and good service. I love the bison burger and typically get it. My only complaint here is that it's *always* freezing in the restaurant. Does a col restaurant make people drink more at the bar or something? Or maybe it encourages to eat, pay and split more quickly?

Suprised it was so affordable. With a family of five stayi g at the hotel I was nervous going in. Pleasantly suprised. Affordable and really good food. Staff was very good too. Would recommend stopping in for dinner and a beer.

Restaurant and Brewery next door to the Drury Inn just off the Interstate so easy access and plenty of parking. Spacious bar and bustling atmosphere. Service was good and friendly. Great selection of beers and of course can try flights and actually take growlers to go!! Sour Beer selection available as well. Menu is extensive but not as many actual different foods as different ways of preparting food. Very American Bistro food but some things like the Fish and Chips were very good. Others like the flatbreads were just ok. All in all a nice place for a quick meal in a chain restaurant - fun atmosphere....

Very nice restaurant, you can tell it gets packed; we had reservations for 5:45, and there was already some people waiting on a Wednesday night. Service was good, food was even better, and the ambience was very nice with some live music singing very close to us, with good options of guitar music. All four dishes seemed pretty good, no complaints from any of the group; we had a shareable pretzel with cheese, which was very tasty and right out of the oven. All dishes were very appealing, since we had a pasta dish, it came with garlic bread. The dessert was on spot, also warm, right out of the oven along with vanilla ice cream. Good choice when visiting Smyrna or Nashville.

Came here for Sunday Brunch and I was pleased with my overall experience. The atmosphere is very calm and dining area is aesthetically pleasing. Our server was very friendly and attentive for the most part. She disappeared towards the end, but I assume it’s cause she had a lot of tables. The brunch is served buffet style and due to COVID they make your plate as you move through the assembly line if you will. And everyone is wearing masks the entire time. It was a pretty quick process and very easy. They had a plethora of food options, and most were tasty. My personal faves were the hash-brown casserole, the bacon was cooked perfectly, the sausage was good, and the fruit was fresh and sweet. If you want an omelette or eggs Benedict you must order that from your server so we did and sadly those both were a bust. The eggs were over cooked in the omelette and the Benedict was lacked flavor. Of course, the bottomless mimosas are worth the $10 too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I felt like you get a large portion of food for the price.

Good brewery beer selection. Full brand really good daily and Happy Hour specials. Angel was our bartender. Really nice and excellent service.

Did a reservation so seat6was quick. Hostess and waiter were friendly and prompt. My sister ordered the chicken pot pie. I ordered the pot roast. Chicken Pot Pie was soupy, crust was excellent but filling was more like a soup. She rated taste profile 7 of 10. The Pot Roast (with garlic mashed potatoes, carrot slices and shoestring onions) was solid 8 of 10. Garlic lovers will love the dish. For me, garlic was a little over powering and permeated rest of disk. HOWEVER, the roast beef was extremely tender and delicious. Service was excellent. Will try this Granite City again next time I pass through and try something different. That will dictate whether we come or not. Hope this is helpful. 😁

Great Happy Hour selection! If you take advantage of their Happy Hour and daily specials you’ll be satisfied with both your drink and food options. Really enjoyed the pretzel sticks with beer cheese. Wasn’t a huge fan of the spinach and artichoke dip though so would pass on that. Chicken sliders were moist and flavorful, would recommend adding ranch if that’d something you like!

Great food. I had a burger and my wife had the meatloaf. The burger was premade but still good. She said the meatloaf was amazing. Will be back to try some of the other items. We didn’t have them but the pretzel sticks looked great!

We stayed at the hotel next door and the menu online for this restaurant looked good. We decided to try it for carry out. The ordering process online was smooth and painless. We were surprised it was only 20 minutes before the food would be ready because it looked very busy when we drove by. We went over and the food was ready for us as soon as we walked in. We tried the chicken Alfredo, the buffalo Mac and cheese, the fry nachos, and the cheese quesadilla. The kid rated the cheese quesadilla a 5 of 5, but unfortunately everything else was kind of bland. It all looked and smelled good, but flavor was definitely lacking. Maybe if you eat in the restaurant it would be better, but our carry out experience was definitely not 5 out of 5.

Great service from Amanda our server and everyone else at the spread area specially the chef making the cook to order omelets. Love the salmon over green salad. Prime rib was really good. I was disappointed with mussels on pasta they got way over cooked and the potato (square with peppers onions) cold and soggy like they had been there for a long time. It is a pretty good spread with many choices, you will not leave hungry. I wish the score system could be on points, my score should had been 4.5

Surprisingly tasty. Order the prezel & spinach artichoke dip and blend them.. you won't regret it fam. Lots of great options and the beer is excellent. We had a large party come in an we tried multiple items on the menu. Every single one was delish.

I have had food catered from here before, and the food has always been really good. Unfortunately, this was my first visit to the actual restaurant. The space is beautiful, and the service was really good. Our server was very attentive in making sure that we had everything we needed. Our spinach and artichoke dip, however, was less than great. It honestly felt like yesterday's dip reheated. The dip was incredibly greasy, which is not something I have experienced with most spinach and artichoke dips. The chips themselves were almost stale tasting. Thankfully, I have experienced better food from this kitchen at catering events and will give them another shot. I hope to give a better updated review at a later date, but today just wasn't their day.

Great joint! We didn’t know Sunday was brunch only before 1 PM and that they no longer make their own beers, but that was really the only cons to our visit. We got there shortly before 1 PM and waited to get the full menu and I’m glad we did! I had the Chicken Tuscano and it was one of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever had! Service was a little slow but good, understandable considering the place was packed. Thanks for a great meal!

We went on a slow day... There's not much going on. The service was great, and food came out pretty quickly. I haven't enjoyed a meal like this in a bit. The portion was big but so delicious. Pot roast was very flavorful.

The beers are very good! Tried a few different ones and didn’t regret any of them. The food is average. We ordered nachos and the bison burger and found them to be average as far as taste and quality. I had been one time before and ordered the shaved prime rib sandwich and it didn’t taste fresh. I recommend the spot for happy hour beers but if you are looking for food and cocktails, there are better options around. The staff is very friendly and attentive and I appreciated the level of service they offered us. Did you find this review helpful? If so, hit the like button below!

The brunch may have been amazing. Too bad our server didn't offer that as an option. Burger & fries were good, but 8 think cocktail shrimp, prime rib, parmesean hashbrowns may have been better. One menu, one silverware set (table of two). Beer was cold (that's two thumbs up). Zug Zwang for the win there. Ask for a taster, you'll be hooked. Free cinnamon rolls for the final win! If you had offered that before my meal, I would have been won over. I was starving & a small snack would have been just the thing. Stop by Costco & get yourself a discount gift card....

I can only speak to the Sunday brunch buffet. I have been there on 2 different occasions. The food is good, and they do a good job of keeping the table well supplied. Our last time there, we had a group of 8. I know most eating establishments have an automatic tip applied to parties of 8 or more, as do they. What I was surprised about, is that is was a 20 percent tip. On a buffet meal, 20 percent is too much. They should put a smaller percentage on the bill and if the patron wants to add to it, they can. My prior visit there, I had an extra $7 charge added to my charge that I had not approved. I was able to get this credited. Luckily I check my credit card statement and saw the charge. How many of you regularly check you credit card transactions to prevent overcharges?

I ordered the Pot Roast and my wife ordered the "Build your own Burger". Burger was average, nothing great but not bad. Pot Roast had delicious veggies and sauce, but the meat was tough and sinewy. Ambience was fine, though some the tables and seats were very worn and needed to be replaced. Our server was very good and the food came out fairly quickly. Overall, a reasonably good dining experience, though the quality of the meat used in the stew was disappointing.

This is exactly what we ordered. However, the restaurant had a rather unusual odor. It smelled as though the carpets hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. My husband gave it a try anyway. Hopefully the food was better than the atmosphere.

Over all I was very disappointed with our experience. It started off to a great start they offered us a car seat holder for my little one! The wait was only 10 minutes and when we were seated the server came over only seconds later for a drink order! After that it went alittle down hill. We ordered and about 30-40 minutes later the food came out. The steak was over cooked and seasoned and the mashed potatoes taste like nothing just potatoes and some milk, green beans were the same way not even basics like salt and pepper. My husbands burger didn’t have bacon and they forgot the waffle fries. The drinks were only filed 1 time the entire 1.5 hours we were there. Not to mention the women’s bathroom stall that is for handicap accessible and baby changing stations doesn’t lock.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a good review on this due to the service. Let’s start with the they’ve got a great menu with plenty of different options even for the pickiest eater. On two separate occasions at this establishment, we had bad service. The first night not very busy. It was a Thursday night not crowded whatsoever. Had to go to the bar to retrieve my own drink, also had to go to the bar to have refills for Soda. The food came out cool to the touch. Never did see our waiter after that. The next weekend I stopped in to grab a quick one item carry out. When I walked in, someone said they couldn’t help me but they would go grab the hostess a few minutes the hostess arrived, but instead of taking my order, he decided to people that had come in after me. After that, another young lady came to take my order but as soon as she started, someone else walked to the other side that does carry out. It doesn’t seem like much but standing around for 10 minutes trying to spend money only to be ignored. I decided to try another establishment in the area.

A tale of two experiences First visit the restaurant was slow and our fries came out cold. When I sent back the waffle fries they came back super brown, chewy, greasy but hot. I thought they had some kind of breaded treatment. (My burger was decent- wife's fries were cold and she didn't like her burger nor the wilted lettuce. Her replacement fries were burnt crumbs from the bottom of the bag) Never saw a manager. Charged regular price. Tonight I ordered waffle fries again and discovered that the first trip I was served burnt food. Surprise-!!! These pretty fries were also cold as was my buffalo chicken sandwich. Like prepared and sat 15 minutes before served. Cold food? Can't do it. Sent those back an waited a solid 15 minutes while everyone else at my table finished their meal for my order to come out hot. The 9 waffle fries that I was charged an extra $2 for were hot. 9 fries. Extra charge for 9 waffle fries instead of crinkle fries? Again charged like everything was great. Again I have no clue who is running this place. Waitress said she would make sure everything was great next visit- and I told her that wasn't likely. In a classy restaurant the manager brings out mistakes and checks that the customer is taken care of. A classy restaurant doesn't re-fry burnt fries and call it a good experience. A classy restaurant does reach out and I will be happy to take this down if I hear these experiences are not how it should be.

how do u mess up cheese, chips, chicken tender, honey mustard? the guys forgot abt my friend and compmeatly ignored her and we asked for parmasean cheese and they gave us barly any cheese and it was white american cheese. that picture is the chicken next to my daughters hand who is 11 and has small hands!

Ordered the salmon entree through Uber eats from this restaurant with no special instructions, just straight off the menu. When I sat down to eat my meal I realized my salmon was vastly undercooked, basically raw on the inside. I didn’t realize I was ordering sushi, I think my salmon could’ve swam straight off my plate. Very disappointed.

I

TERRIBLE!!! The first and last time I will be coming! the cheese they gave us for pasta won’t melt in the pasta it’s so gross and the chips are stale they gave us weird stuff and called it mustard it has like seeeds in it, it looks like it’s from hocus pocus and there was a broken boil! SO UNSANITARY!!!!!! And the waiter had his fingers in my drink!!!!! I WOULD RECOMEND IF YOU ARE PHSYCO!!! ask for Parmesan cheese… you might get a little surprise.

A
Alexis

The service and ambience of the place was very good. The only problem was the food. I had high hopes for this place as it looks very nice and well kept. I got the buffalo Mac n cheese. Within the Mac n cheese there was a slice of uncooked cheese. I also found various things that weren’t supposed to be in there such as lettuce, other forms of noodles, and one singular green bean. Slightly disappointed.

K
Kim Fleck

Beer was fantastic, service wonderful, food horrible! I can’t express enough! We’re staying at the Drury, I read the reviews. Though we’d try anyway. We ordered a beer flight, simple French onion soup and margarita flat bread. Nope, absolutely a no go! Awful! Beer and service was great! 😂🫣

S
Sierra Shell

Horrible experience!! My husband got the party nachos and I got the chicken tender platter. My chicken tenders were decent, but of course they forget my extra sauce with these huge chicken tenders. The worse thing with my plate is they probably gave me 10 fries in total. My husbands nachos were a different story from on the outside they even look questionable, my suspicions were confirmed. It was super dry. It looked like the cooks literally just threw everything in a box and said here you go. We most definitely didn't finish all our food and wasted $30 on garbage. Completely unacceptable experience. Some of his chips were even burnt. Maybe things are different if you eat inside.

S
S. C.

I am not happy with my first visit. Nothing I ordered was correct. I ordered a side salad and asked for blue cheese. I receive a weird mustard-like dressing, which was disappointing. My entree was supposed to be Chicken Tuscano. Menu says it comes with mashed potatoes. Mine came with rice, which I hate and would not have ordered. I would have appreciated being informed if they were changing the side. Waste of money since I didn’t eat the rice and didn’t like the dressing on the salad.
