I love on the canals of Freeport, NY on Long Island's South Shore. I ordered my food online and picked it up. As I returned home, my neighbors next door, also on the North End of our canal, were out in their yard. I pulled over to say hello, and grabbed my recent pickup from you and joined them for an inpromptu picnic looking down the canal, laughing and enjoying my Rewards free pizza, boneless chicken and cinnamon bread sticks with loving neightbors. Oh yes, an Orange Fanta as well...... Your personnel in the Freeport Location were so nice and was ready waiting for me, they protected their health and safety as well as my own, and the food brought neighbors together adn boy did we enjoy it..... This is one of the best Domino's Pizza. The manager and staff operate like a well condition machine. The quality of the Pizza that I order is always on point. The staff is very friendly and professional. My little girl gives her stamp of approval also. This is one of her favorite places to go.

The delivery is perfectly fine, you just have to be patient. If you are patient you will get what you want. The piece of pie rewards is amazing, I just ordered a free pizza and had no problems. Domino's is amazing. Also no problem with the food, sometimes the soda will be out of stock which will be annoying but that rarely happens.

I've never had a bad experience here! Even when a mistake was made with my pizza the staff handled it professionally and was very nice and apologetic about the mistake. I love the new look of the place! These guys and gals are my pizza heroes! I'm currently waiting for my pizza to come as I write this!

This place of business is absolutely amazing! From the service to the employees. Hands down, could never disappoint! If your order is messed up they fix it! Immediately! They can get my money any day! Walk in and see how how these folk work to make it prefect, makes the pizza taste better and it’s amuses me to see this because not many places take this much pride ESPECIALLY a franchise nonetheless!

I have been a customer for a few years. Pizza is always ready on time and perfectly baked. Customer service if very good. Everyone is very nice and friendly so far. Place is very clean. I recommend it.

A couple times they either missed a topping on my pasta bowl or missed a sauce or two but overall my meals comes fresh and hot and on time drivers are excellent

I’m taking out the time to write a review tonight, due to attention the team working right now, gave to me & my family. I gave an earful of an explanation over the phone, of why I had to call ahead of time before I used my usual method to order pizza on the Dominos app. Long story short: I had credit from a previous delivery order mistake where we didn’t receive what we ordered. Ashley took her time to make certain this was verified, properly credited & handled appropriately. She was very courteous & considerate. The manager (I didn’t catch her name) made a decision to be more than accommodating & offer to use my credit and then some for the previous mishap. Overall, I appreciate their kindness and of course, the yummy 3 pies we normally order (handmade pan pizza w/bacon & pineapple, handmade pan w/Asiago & cheddar cheese & handmade pan w/extra mushrooms & green peppers). My family is extremely satisfied and for some reason, the pizza was so good this time around probably made with additional TLC. Thank you Ashley & the team tonight, we are grateful you made all considerations on our behalf. This made our dinner worth ordering with you! Continue to be customer friendly, it’s very inviting. I am not a "Domino's guy" for the most part. However, this place is clean, employees are nice and depending on what you want they are fast and have good prices. It's not necessarily nyc style Pizza, but whatever.

The wait was long of course on Friday night. But the service was great. The employees was helpful. The wings are really what I wanted and of course some cheesy bread.

About a week or two ago my daughter placed an online order but the app glitched. It wouldn't alow her to complete with the delivery option. When I got there to pick it up the associate there added a coupon that helped. Good service!!!

Very good pizza. Thin crust a little too thin compared to Papa Johns. Like the easy online ordering, earning points and fast delivery. Papa Johns online too complicated and they screw you on rewards. Dominos has just as good a selection and quality is just as good. I like this place and will continue ordering from them.

I've always had a pleasant experience ordering from here. They have an automated phone system to process your order that is very helpful. It keeps my previous order information on file so I don't always have to repeat myself when getting my favorite pineapple and ham pizza ! My order was completed on time for pick up all but one time. in my most recent I was given a coupon pamphlet with discounts I can use towards my next order. Overall a great experience. Would recommend

The sandwich tasted good, but the amount of ingredients inside the sandwich was very small. You would hardly taste the meat.

excellent quality food. i've tried almost all menu items - pizza, speciality chicken, pasta, lava cake, bread sticks. Service is great. food tastes great. its fresh and yummy! but, why 3 stars? because they don't provide forks and napkins by default - which is super annoying especially since they charge a $3 delivery fee which ISN'T cheap. The chinese takeout which is further away charges only $1 delivery fee + free sauces. Thats another thing Dominoes nickel & dimes you on - the sauces! tsk tsk dominoes. seriously?

Not a big fan of this automatic “delivery charge” fee that’s added to every delivery order. I can see if it’s the tip for the driver that automatically they get paid, that would be 🆒, but I’m told that it’s NOT the tip for the driver - the tip is separate. I don’t want to stiff the driver, but I get no joy in shelling out $10 for the Dominos Driver Fee of $4.50 each delivery order, plus a tip. Shame on you Dominos on your Corporate Greed. 💰💰

I think charging a delivery fee is very negative to the customers purchasing on a regular basis from this location. Hike your prices on the menu but I think it is a slap in the face to regular customers to constantly see that delivery fee and outright greed by the proprietors of this particular Dominos.

the foods pretty good. the staff are more baked than the pizzas though. it took 3 people and 20 minutes just to give them my address. overall it’s good food for what you pay, but the people there are all burnt.

So much for if there's a problem they'll make it right. Food such a mangled mess we wondered if the driver had an accident on the way! Cheese dip was a pasty goo that must have been full of oil from the look of the boxes. I think they mistook thin crust for hand tossed. I filed a claim and they only offered a 20% discount!

on 10/20/2017 I order a pie around 8pm.It was 10pm and the pizza never made it. This was the worst pizza , I have ever had. I always order from Domino's in Freeport. I have never had any thing like this. The pizza is not even cooked well. It looks thrown together I ordered New York Style. This is awful.

I ordered a pizza and wings and I received a notification that my order was ready. When I arrived they said my pizza was ready, but my wings were given to someone else for delivery. I had to wait an addition 10 mins for my wings which was ridiculous because I only received 5 small wings for $7 that’s a rip off. They didn’t even offer anything complimentary for the inconvenience. Update the wings had a weird taste and the skin was flappy and pale.

The online menu is complicated. The chicken wings are wet and undercooked. If you call you are connected with someone outside of the United States at a call center. If you pay with your bank card you have speak to the call center and the worker from the local brach to complete the transaction. The Philly Cheese steak pizza was far too salty. It was gross to say the least. My experience was utterly disgusting.

On 12/3/22 you got me and my guests sick!! I ordered a pizza and parmasean bread twists for a get together. 5 hours later people being to complain about feeling like they were going to throw up or had diarrhea. I realized everyone who was sick including me all ate bread twists. When I checked the bread twists that were left I realized they were undercooked and the inside of the bread twists was still raw dough!!

I placed 3 times delivery orders. The first time, they totally ruined up the order, get someones' orders instead when I got the delivery.Then I waited another 30 mins to get my order delivered. The second time, delivery guy dropped the one of the wrong order and then swapped the order when he realized it was delivered wrong, there is an order for a diet coke drink , got the wrong size of the bottle. The third time, which I just got, was missing a garlic sauce. All above, three orders, there were no knife, folk, napkin for the break bowl and chess bread I ordered. I have to grab something I can use in my work place to have my lunch. I think the guys work there need to be more professional. Very bad experience I have had for these three time orders, I probably will not order any more.

Absolutely terrible company. Placed an order for pickup and had someone pick it up for me and they wouldnt give her the food unless she paid in cash! Not only am I very hungry, Dominos makes so much money that they can willingly turn down money and business. I thought this place took a turn for the better when they redesigned it, but tonight I literally watched an employee put together boxes from a stack laying on the dirty floor that he had propped up with his foot. The inside of every box he made either made contact with the floor, the inside of his shoe, or both. I was disgusted and the manager noticed me starting at him and tried to fix it, but too late at least 20 of those boxes were on the table to be used for order and on top of that there was no room for the unmade boxes so they just sat on the dirty floor. I even watched one employee step on a box, pick it up, and put it on another pile of new unmade boxes. THATS DISGUSTING! That’s the last time I’m going there.

WORST DOMINOS IN NY! We ordered sodas with our order. When the food arrived it is freezing cold as if the driver never put the food in the bag to keep warm. The driver told us “we didn’t order sodas with our food” but we were charged. Call the office and they tell me they can credit for the sodas and as far as the cold food “just deal with it”. What kind of customer service is that!!! I’m calling corporate office as well. Then when I ask to speak with a manager they put me on hold for over 10 mins. Don’t waste your time. Choose another location!

I ordered a half cheese half black olives and green peppers this past Saturday 12/09/23. My entire family got the bubble guts the next day. Salmonella poisoning probably. I won’t be ordering food from there again.

Horrible customer service. I took a trip to pick up my order and when I arrive home I noticed they underbaked my pizza (there was shredded cheese not fully melted, and pepperonis that looked unbaked). I had ordered it well done to begin with. Then they remake the order after I call, I had to make a 2nd trip there. When I get home, I come to find out they burnt the pizza. At this point it seems really petty what they’re doing, as if asking for a well done pizza means burning it. I ask for my money back and they said it will be refunded. It NEVER got refunded despite me following up on the issue. This was a genuine case of neglect on their part. They always try to make the orders so fast, they thought I was kidding though when I said the pizza was underbaked by regular standards. Let alone the fact I asked for a well done one. Because they bake their pizzas so fast, I’ve had to come home and pop it in the oven to bake it a little more. And it’s not that I even order it well done all the time, just sometimes. I don’t know what it is with them barely baking the pizza. This is the worse scenario I’ve had to deal with this location. But them getting orders wrong and having inconsistent quality is nothing unusual. I’ve been a year round customer so I know. You’re better off doing a charge back through your bank with this location when they don’t respect your time and money.

Update 8/23/2024. I made an order online cancelled the order and NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. After being told 5 business days. I spoke to Diego on more than one occasion and he told me .. hey we will work it out only to tell me today to call my bank. The problem I have is if an order is cancelled the employee has to provide proper service in canceling the order with documentation. They have no record of my order ever being cancelled which is disgraceful and unacceptable. The cancelled order was 28 dollars and changed. The money could not be refunded right away. I waited n waited and called with no resolution. I feel like they just treated me like a criminal for spending my own money and wanting my refund for a delivery that I cancelled. Ughh , worst experience in a long time.absolutely disgusting. 2 large pizza soda 25 bucks for a pizza with barely any sausage on it . The pepperoni pizza had plenty toppings however the pizza tasted like cardboard. The cheese tasted artificial lacking natural flavor. What the hell happened!!? Is every fast food restaurant cutting back on quality ingredients for more money.?! Less deals but the quality of the food has declined. This was basura (garbage) and I’m tired of wasting my hard earned money. A total waste of money , gas and time. I’m beyond disappointed.

I had an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with this Domino’s location. Last night my order was made incorrectly, and I was given a credit for a free pizza. Today, I called to redeem that credit and planned to pick it up, but I also wanted to add an additional item to my order. While on the phone, I asked the employee to give me a moment to look at the menu. I asked him to add an item so I could hear the price, then decided I only wanted to add one extra item instead. That’s when the employee became rude and impatient and said, “Ma’am, I have other things to do.” I explained that good customer service is part of his job, and his response was, “Okay, I have better things to do,” before hanging up the phone on me. This was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. I don’t care how many times I change my order — if I’m paying for food, I have every right to decide what I want without being rushed or made to feel like I’m wasting someone’s time. Customer service requires patience and professionalism, neither of which were shown here. If an employee has an issue doing their job or speaking respectfully to customers, then maybe customer service is not the right position for them. No one deserves to be treated this way.

I also took a bite and took a bit of sausage and had to run to the toilet and chuck up. I said uncut so they won’t contaminate the pizza and they did so anyways. 100% horrible I do not recommend.

I am very disappointed with the way I was serviced yesterday. I called to place my order for delivery but of course you don’t speak with an automated customer service representative. I clearly said for delivery and I gave them my address. After waiting over and hour I called to check the status and automated system transfer me to the store . The guy who answered the phone was very rude and said that I set it up for pick up . I clearly did not ! Calls are recorded and monitored so why not just check that instead making it seem like it was my mistake . Anyways I asked him to please deliver it and I want a fresh pie . When my delivery finally arrived it was not fresh it was cold so he definitely gave me the pizza that was just sitting there waiting . So disappointed. Never ordering again .

This is by far the worst domino's I've ever encountered. When you tell them you want your wings well done they still just put them through the oven one time. Now ordering pizza and it comes like this. Yeah sending a replacement but shouldn't have to constantly deal with multiple deliveries for one order. And the best is when you call them out on it you get the traditional "it was a new worker" line. After tonight I'm done with Domino's.

This will be our last order from this Dominos. Inconsistent quality and very dissatisfied with the customer service. Two days ago we ordered two large pizzas, both with double cheese. One pizza was correct with the double cheese, the other pizza didn’t have regular cheese, much less double cheese. Tonight we ordered another large pizza and a medium veggie pizza. The veggie pizza was perfect. The large pizza arrived with half the pizza underneath the other half. Called the store and the person who answered the phone said “Sorry about that. We can send out a replacement but make sure you give that one back to the driver untouched and uneaten.” Seriously? As the photos show, it looks as if half the pizza was already eaten so I wouldn’t touch it. I asked how long it would take for them to deliver the replacement and was told “we’re really busy so 40 - 50 minutes.” We waited 40 minutes for the first pizza and now have to wait another 40 - 50 minutes because of their mistake. Horrible customer service not usually experienced with Dominos. Guess it’s the franchise owner. We’ll be ordering from local pizza stores from now on. No more franchise chain store pizza.
