Excellent food! You will want to go back! One more time and again and again!
Great food, unfortunately twine of the costumer service staff is a bit rud
Love the fries here... They are always plentiful and you can heat them up in an air fryer for a second helping! I deliver food from these restaurants regularly and they are pretty good for drivers (as well as the customers) by having everything ready on time and hot.
My family and I recently enjoyed a delightful dining experience at Five Guys. The food was not only delicious but also plentiful, and the ambiance added to our enjoyment. A standout moment was indulging in the Five Guys shake with a vanilla add-on. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a satisfying meal.
Five Guys is one of the best fast food chains in the burger industry. Everything is made out of peanut oil and the way they prepare food is amazing. I got here and am the only one in the restaurant during the night. I also like how the place is very clean like they never left a spot hanging. The theme of the restaurant fits to the atmosphere of a burger place since its colors are red and white. Ordered small fries and man…the portion is really big for something that is supposed to be a size of small. Also, if I remember correctly, the cheeseburger has two patties while a little cheeseburger only has one. I guess that they don’t like calling a cheeseburger a double cheeseburger and a little cheeseburger a cheeseburger haha
On our way to Moutain View, we stopped in for lunch. Very clean, staff was friendly. Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, and small French Fry.(Small is the way to go, feeds two people easily.) Our food was served hot and fresh. Didn't take long either. Grand total was $36 for two people.
Was greeted as soon as we entered. Cashier was nice and offered few items. Milk shake with peanut butter and cookies and creme is bomb! Service was quick and fast. The food was amazing also, nice and juicy burger. Fries were freshly made and the crew even mentioned that if it was not good, they will replace it: not needed, it was crispy the just the right amount of salt. The place was really clean and looks like it was really taken care of. Kudos to the team here.
This was my first time trying Five guys and I’ve heard a lot about their spicy chicken. The place is cozy and their service was excellent. We got two hot chicken sandwiches with fries combo. The food was fresh and look appetizing. The chicken was tender and juicy. The bun was average but their sauce was good. Their chicken was scrumptious and moorish. The zig zag fries were also great and crispy. I think their seasoning elevates the fries and I can’t stop eating. Overall had a great experience and I’ll definitely vouch for their chicken and will return to try more.
We had a large order and each item was customized and came out tasting good. Took a little while, but willing to wait for FRESH and tasty food. Staff was friendly and polite. Plenty of parking in the free lot. Restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Forgot to take photos of the food they were eaten so quickly. The Cajun fries are SO good. The only thing left to take photos of were the peanuts. So here ya go.
I popped in for the first time and decided to grab a veggie burger paired with some Cajun fries to take home. The staff turned out to be incredibly friendly, and they were super cool about accommodating my last-minute changes. I'd give them a solid 5 out of 5 for their service. On the flip side, the food didn't quite match up to my high hopes, which were fueled by all the fantastic things I'd heard about this place. Unfortunately, the food ended up being more on the average side of things. The Cajun fries were tasty, although they leaned a bit toward the softer side. I couldn't help but wish they came with some kind of special sauce – something more than just the usual ketchup. I'd rate the fries a 4 out of 5. Now, onto the burger adventure. The bun sadly turned out to be quite soggy, and despite the burger's smaller size, it managed to create quite the mess. However, in terms of flavor, I have to say it held its own and earned a respectable 4 out of 5 in that department.
I really don’t like writing negative reviews. It’s so cliche to just get online and rant and rave, burying a company. So let’s start with the positives. The employees were professional and friendly. The food wasn’t bad, but the advertising is misleading in that they claim to be gourmet burgers, but they’re basic fast food burgers with a larger selection of condiments and toppings. The restaurant was clean as well. But at a time when you can get a truly gourmet burger with endless fries from at least three different restaurants for $12 or less and my meal - two burgers and two fries - cost nearly $50? After paying I felt like I bought dinner for five guys. The prices do not reflect the quality of food and NO fast food restaurant should sell burgers at this cost. A child’s cheeseburger cost more than $10. Ridiculous. Ready to die on this hill. As an added note, my friend was trying to order a hot dog for his kids and asked how big the hit dog was. Was it big enough for two toddlers to share or would he need two? No one at the counter could answer that question. They offered to show him the bun length, but not the actual hot dog itself. Strange. I really wanted to enjoy this experience, but when I can get a better burger with endless fries at a national restaurant for less cost? This one guy won’t be taking his family to Five Guys.
Seems like it’s gone downhill…. Was gone out of the country all summer just got back this fall and was looking forward to going….However the fries were horrible almost like the oil needed to be changed or something. They were definitely off…… Burger was OK but I think the fries ruined the meal… not to mention that we normally get just one fry to split because there’s quite a few in the bag. However, this time there wasn’t which was probably a good thing because they were really hard to eat ….. sometimes when establishments try to get away without changing out some of the expensive stuff they step over dimes to pick up nickels….I won’t go back. I’ll wait and go to the one over in Redwood City. It’s always good.
Disappointing Experience at Five Guys Pacific Commons – Staff Uninformed and Unprofessional I had a deeply frustrating visit to Five Guys at Pacific Commons. As someone with dietary restrictions, I always check allergen information before ordering. Shockingly, the staff seemed completely unaware that their own restaurant provides an allergen and nutrition chart. I had to specifically request it, and even then, the staff member appeared confused and unable to understand basic English. The chart clearly stated that their fries do not contain gluten, yet the staff insisted otherwise without even reviewing the chart. When I asked to speak to the manager, the situation worsened. The manager also struggled with English and instead of addressing my concern, both employees spoke in Spanish in front of me for several minutes. Eventually, the staff member relayed that “everything has gluten,” contradicting their own printed materials. This lack of communication, disregard for accurate allergen information, and overall rudeness made for a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this location, especially for anyone with food sensitivities or who expects basic professionalism.
