Sooo good! I work in the shopping center so getting to eat here is super easy and convenient! Strawberry Lemonade is a MUST TRY!! It’s so good! If you’re not super fond of sweet, ask for a little more ice! My only gripe is the inconsistency with associates. Some associates let those who work in the plaza get discounts here and some don’t. Unfortunate, as my entire staff would eat here more if we were able to take advantage of that. But it’s ok. Still a great place to eat.

They have a membership thing also so if you are regular then you can try enrolling yourself in it. Ample parking space outside. Enough seating area inside . They have tables outside also so you can enjoy the food with the weather.

The food was very good, and with good portions. However, the staff could definitely use a dose of friendlyness. I'll go back for the food.

Chicken platter - chicken is always bland - why?? We enjoyed our platters and that came with it. Fries with paprika was crisp and tasty and strawberry lemonade was yummy. Thanks!

Beef here is VERY good and tastes awesome. It's unlike I have had at any other place. It's buttery and yet firm. I haven't tried the sandwiches yet, but will try them soon!

I had high expectations after eating from Halal Guys food truck in New York recently. The food was okay but nothing great about it. The pita was quite firm, rice was fine, and protein was mostly cold. There is decent amount of seating and I was able to find a space easily. I do have to say it was quite expensive for the amount and taste of food.

Tried the chicken wrap and the falafel small bowl. The wrap was delicious and the chicken well cooked. The falafel was not fresh, the rice had no flavor and half the bowl was lettuce (why!). There was nothing special that’s make me go back here.

It was my first time at this location, and I’m not sure if I had a wrong batch, but the meat smelled terribly foul - had to toss out mid way. Hope I don’t get food poisoning. Never had a similar experience at other locations.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but after multiple experiences, I feel the management needs to be aware of the behavior of one of their employees. I have visited this location several times, and on at least four separate occasions, the same employee has been incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Today, we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt again, hoping he was just having a bad day previously. However, the pattern continues. He did not listen to our specific requests, failed to provide the proper utensils/napkins needed to actually eat the food, and his attitude was completely unacceptable. My friends have had the exact same experience with this individual. Customer service is just as important as the food itself. It’s disappointing to be treated this way repeatedly. We will not be returning to this store. I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t have to deal with this.

We get home and realize almost half the ingredients were missing including pita. How can you have this food without pita?? We called them that evening and they said there was nothing they could do. It was quite embarrassing to serve our guests with missing ingredients. We called the manager and he only refunded us $11 for an order that was over $150. He also would t provide any escalation paths when we told him we were not happy with that resolution. They did not have any empathy or accountability for their mistakes. It’s embarrassing for their reputation as well. This is also not the first mistake they’ve made with take out. Very disappointed

The food isn’t as delicious as it used. Food is going down while prices are going very high and they charge extra on everything. Nice staff though.

I had very bad experience at this location. They recently started selling lamb and I ordered some extra meat but the lady behind the counter (circled in white) told me that they can’t give extra meat because there could be other customers asking for lamb. I offered to pay extra as I was aware they charge extra for more meat but she rudely denied and refuse to give extra meat. On top of that there were literally no customers as you can see in that picture. I am never going back again!!

I’ve been going sporadically for a couple months now and the quality has been going downhill. Unfortunately, today was the worst I’ve seen in a while. I got some food and ate it, as usual. I couldn’t finish the whole container so I decided to leave the rest. I left it overnight and what I saw the next day was disgusting. The lettuce was sour and rancid, as if someone had spilled vinegar all over. On top of that, the rice and beef were like rubber, super chewy and flavorless. Would not recommend

I used to really enjoy The Halal Guys — the food quality and flavor were great, even though the bread was always a bit hard. But after coming back a few months later, I noticed things have changed. The meat portions have gotten smaller, and now there’s way too much rice and lettuce. It honestly feels like I’m eating a salad with rice instead of the signature meat platter I used to love. On top of that, the sauce packaging has become really limited, and now they charge extra if you ask for more, which makes no sense for a place known for its signature sauces. It feels like the focus has shifted more toward money-making than customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if this is how the franchise or the corporation plans to keep running things, I won’t be coming back. I’ll be looking for another place that still serves the same “meat over rice” experience The Halal Guys used to be known for.

They have started scamming. 95% of their regular plater is rice which is not even well cooked, the rest is protein plus other ingredients. Very disappointed.

I have being visiting Halal Guys from past 2 years now at Pacific Commons location and I every time I had a good service, but today I was totally disappointed by the service and the response I got from the person making my regular platter and the rude behavior of the branch manager. Long story short I visited today to give a treat my newly wedded wife with the Halal guys platter so we ordered regular combo platter and requested to add little more portion of protein (chicken) to which the server added little extra chicken to each platters and on the bill charged as $4.99 to each platter for the little extra chicken. When we wanted to check with the branch manager for the charge of $4.99 to each platter for little chicken. The branch manager asked us to show the platter to see the portion of the chicken added, like seriously the manager opened the platter to check the quantity of extra chicken being added to the order, when I try to inquire about the extra charge I was charged for ? That's totally insane and we were shocked to see such rude behavior and cooperation from the staff. ☹️☹️☹️ I mean the branch manager at least can explain properly the charge rather than quantifying the customers food. Like seriously I feel embarrassed infront of my wife by the insane behavior we got at the Halal guys today :😔😔 I will never advice to visit this location as I'm embarrassed and disappointed with the inappropriate service 😔

I went to the store at 10:30 PM on 02/13, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional, to the point that I felt uncomfortable and had to cancel my order and leave. No customer should be treated that way. I definitely do not recommend going to this store late at night — it did not feel safe or welcoming at all.
