Great atmosphere! Loved all the combinations you can create.

The presentation was...let’s just say...enthusiastically anatomical. This hot dog had BDE (Big Delicious Energy) and it knew it. It was bold. It was proud. It was oddly inspiring. Taste? 5 stars. Customer service? 5 stars. Entertainment value? 11/10, would blush again. Bless them for making Fremont a little more fabulous, one glorious hot dog at a time.

Had the cheese bagel with plain cream cheese and coffee cake muffin. Just stopped for a quick bite but found somewhere I'll definitely return. The food is amazing and the girls are very nice and very quick with getting the food out.

Good collection and quality bagels. We ordered everything bagel and plain croissant, both with egg n cheese and loved it. They have good collection of bakery items, coffee was okay. I would come again to try their other items.

This is a good bagel shop to stop by. I’ve been walking past this place whenever I walk around Fremont Hub. Bagels are quite pricey probably because of how they prepare them. They add cream cheese and other spreads between the bagel making it like a sandwich. They also serve other pastries like muffins as well as fruit drinks. They also need to update the menu because they don’t say that you get charged a little more if you want cream cheese on a gourmet bagel. Also don’t know why hide the prices of cold and hot drinks, but could assure that they are averagely the same price as ones from other brands. The place quite feels dark, but that doesn’t really bother me. Overall, this is a good bagel shop to go to, but they really need to improve this place a bit.

They got my mom's order wrong. She ordered a Turkey Avocado Melt and they gave her a Sub Club. Also, they have undisclosed surcharges for everything, like their "gourmet" bagels or choosing a crossaint, yet they offered the choice for that item to begin with. Also, they charge for using card but they don't tell you that before you order nor is it posted anywhere obvious.

I bought a SMALL Carmel frap and it was $8! I was in shock. Coffee was okay. Bagels are okay. Nothing specious. Also Restaurant was open but bathrooms were out of order which Is gross and against the law.

My friend and I ordered two sandwiches (one vegetarian and one chicken), and while cutting them, the staff used the same knife — something I wasn’t aware of at the time. I later noticed a piece of chicken stuck to my vegetarian sandwich, which my friend confirmed. I immediately threw it away and informed the staff. What was frustrating is that they insisted the vegetarian sandwich was cut separately, even though my friend clearly saw both being cut together. I walked away feeling terribly disappointed — especially as a strict vegetarian. If you’re a vegetarian like me, I’d suggest staying away. This café clearly doesn’t maintain proper separation between veg and non-veg items, and they’re not willing to acknowledge it when confronted.
