My husband and I stopped here today on a road trip because we didn’t want Starbucks, we wanted a good local place, and this was so worth the small detour! The barista who took our order was SO friendly and helpful! My husband got an almond milk mocha with a little vanilla syrup added and it was perfect, not too sweet. I got a cardamom (seasonal) matcha with cinnamon on top it was super good! Thank you again to the barista who took our order 🤗 (these were her recommendations/modifications!)

First the staff is always so welcoming, super friendly and attentive. I barely started to go there 3 weeks ago and I will say I have been back so many times and have brought friends and they are all impressed as well! The coffee is phenomenal, I never have to have it adjusted or am I ever dissatisfied with how it is made. They are so consistent unlike some other coffee shops or chains. The banana nut muffin should be illegal It is too good! The negativity about Component has got to be a personal issue because from The staff, The atmosphere, the food and the coffee 10 outta 10!

This is my favorite coffee shop in the Tower District. I don’t know why it hasn’t gotten better reviews. The staff was SUPER friendly and took the time to talk to me and answer my questions. They even asked after I got my drink if I liked it. The vibe in the shop is very trendy, relaxed, cozy, and bright. They have cute little booths in the back and a big table as well.

I live in Visalia so I visit the Component Coffee there quite often. I’d never been to the Fresno location. It is gorgeous! So many plants! Great seating! Lots of seating options! Very sunny and airy. I loved it. The staff were super nice and friendly and the food was amazing as usual. I got avocado toast and an Aztec Mocha, which was perfectly spicy. Very good food and great atmosphere. Love it!

Component Coffee in Fresno is, hands down, my favorite coffee shop—and that’s saying a lot since I live all the way in San Diego! Their beans are absolutely incredible. I’ve tried countless roasters, but theirs stand out every single time. Whether you’re grabbing a pour-over, an espresso, or a cold brew, the coffee is consistently phenomenal. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. I also love that they sometimes host pop-ups outside, adding a fun, community vibe to the whole experience. If you’re anywhere near Fresno, make Component Coffee a priority. Heck, even if you’re not, it’s worth the trip!

Ordered a Gibraltar and it excellent! I love how kind the barista was and how relaxing the atmosphere is! I'll definitely be visiting again when I'm back in town!

i would love to highlight the hospitable staff and refreshing, consistent quality of the drinks - my partner and i have not been disappointed with any of the matcha lattes we’ve received here and highly recommend trying them out if you haven’t :-) i would LOOOVE to see the strawberry matcha latte available all year round if possible 🍓🍵

Lovely to finally come back and see what component have done with the old Revue shop. I've been a big fan of both for years and very happy that great coffee is still being served in Fresno. The interior is still classy as hell, and has all the artisan touches that made the revue special. The menu is sadly a bit more limited than in the other component location, although luckily only really on the food side. So it's off to Visalia if you want a breakfast burrito. Hopefully some of those things might make it across in the future. Overall, great job.

I really don't have much to say about the menu as I've only tried their coffee and hot chocolate; both of which were OK, just nothing special. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. The important thing to understand here is that beyond the food and drink this establishment is popular as a place to meetup and hangout in the Tower and because of that they could probably serve coffee from a Mr Coffee and folks would still come. Notwithstanding my mediocre rating, I'll be back, for sure I'll try one of their menu items and revisit this review.

The important thing to understand here is that beyond the food and drink this establishment is popular as a place to meetup and hangout in the Tower and because of that they could probably serve coffee from a Mr Coffee and folks would still come. Notwithstanding my mediocre rating, I'll be back, for sure I'll try one of their menu items and revisit this review.

I got two Ice coffee. Both tasted like milk with a hint of flavor. Was not impressed.

I decided to give Component Coffee another try, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The café was noticeably dirty, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The two staff members working seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which set a negative tone right away. What really stood out, though, were the boarded-up windows, apparently due to vandalism, but it’s been over two months and nothing has been fixed. Vines are literally growing through the broken windows, and I couldn’t help but think about the bugs that are probably getting in. It just doesn’t feel sanitary. To make matters worse, I saw the cashier handling food without gloves and scratching himself. That was the final red flag for me. This place really needs to take a step back and address the cleanliness and repair issues before continuing to operate. It’s just not a comfortable or hygienic environment right now. I sure do miss the days of The Revue. Totally different vibe .

When I got the nearly empty honey bottle near the sugar to put some honey in my tea, the barista started squirting some liquid into my tea. I asked her what she was putting into my tea, she said the liquid was honey. I told her that’s not honey, and she said that was what they used behind the counter. Then she grabbed a big bottle of honey and slammed it on the table and walked away. I will never come here again, and I would not recommend this place.
