I dined in today at lazy dog the manger Omar was very welcoming towards my family. We will be back for sure. It’s nice to be able to go to a restaurant and run into generous people and be taken care once in a while I appreciate that! The food was amazing as well it came out really fast

I am in town for a family function, and with today being my birthday, I was looking for a good meal. I found it at the Lazy Dog. Our server, Tessa, was awesome, friendly, and attentive. She asked if this was our first visit, and it was. So, she brought us a complimentary appetizer of garlic parmesan waffle chips. Brought out by the manager who wished us a pleasant meal and a happy birthday. Coming from South Carolina, I selected the Campfire Pot Roast. A generous portion of roast served over a bed of red skin mashed potatoes, spinach, and diced carrots. It was fantastic! It's one of the best pot roasts I've ever had. Since it was my birthday, I finished it off with a Triple Chocolate Mouse (with a birthday candle courtesy of Tessa). It, too, was delicious. If you get the chance to visit, do not pass it up.

If you've haven't introduced your taste buds to the best food Fresno has to offer then I pity the fool. I suggest you do yourself a favor and Show your buds some love especially if your 420 friendly... lol... but serious the staff is very delightful.. manager sheila is a sweetheart And her concern for good business is the best I've ever encountered, the drinks are perfect with reasonable pricing. Cool casual place to eat. This time i had the shrimp tacos and some onion rings and they were awesome! Service was very good and friendly. Definitely will come back. They also have an outside patio where you can dine with your pooch right by your side that is cleaned daily. To me, that raises the cool factor of this place.

I'm terrible when it comes to taking photos, but the atmosphere was quite pleasant, my wife and I stopped in as an appointment we were meeting announced they were running late. We were seated very quickly and mentioned that we had something to get to, and our waitress was more than understanding. I have never been seated and served our food the chicken katsu sand, and hush puppies with a 6 Oz glass of wine so quickly. 20 minutes from order to finished eating. The restaurant wasn't packed mind you, but it wasn't empty either. Well staffed, front house was warm and inviting, and more so they didn't all look stressed out. Kitchen was immaculate and business minded. Busfolks were quick efficient and almost like ninjas. Whoever is managing that restaurant deserves top marks. The whole package is running smoothly. Well done! Update 03-23-25. Got the country quiche, whoever adjusted the prep on this, it's well mixed, lighter, fluffier, and the parmesean on top is a nice add.

We had an AMAZING server “STEVE”, he was very knowledgeable and helpful !!! Food was good except the onion rings my hubby had ( a bit soggy) but the fries were perfect ! We got a yummy turkey club , a roast beef dip and some delicious coconut shrimp!!! Soooo delish ! I love this place !

Must try their Candied Bacon appetizers!!! Our waitress Dora was amazing with us! Recommended plates that were indeed delicious such as their fish tacos and I had their savory slow cooked carnitas in a red sauce with mash potatoes, rice, and warm corn tortillas! She kept the margaritas coming! And sold us on their satisfying sweet brownie ice cream S'more. Dora was a delightful waitress. She was very welcoming and gave us a great experience. Love the atmosphere! Great service! Highly recommend!

Service was great and they had some limited edition beer that was quite tasty. I had the fish and chips and they have fantastic fries! Others at my table had the Kung Pao chicken and shrimp and also lettuce wraps and they all loved their food as well. Staff was super friendly. Place was packed which is also a sign of how good they are. Definitely a go to spot with a great menu.

We had the BEST experience at Lazy Dog in Fresno on Blackstone. From the welcome at the door, it felt like being welcomed into their home, not a business. Our server Scott was phenomenal. He was a great waiter, but beyond that is he truly cared about our experience. We also had a wonderful server, Alejandra, take over when he had to take his break. She was attentive and beyond kind. Now, what topped the evening was meeting the manager, Brittney Montgomery. The excellence of the staff is most evident after meeting their manager. She clearly leads a team who cares about customer care and enjoyment. It was a pleasure, and we will return because of them.

Start off saying this place without a doubt has one of the most delicious Brunches I have ever tasted. Everything was great. The service is decent, the only pain was waiting for our food a little longer than expected along with our drinks that took just as long as the food. But they made sure to compliment us with water in the meantime so it isn't all bad. All that aside, everything was well cooked and absolutely delicious. The Breakfast Club which is a star item is not a meal to sleep on. This is very good and I highly recommend to all. The donut holes with the sauce as well was a great side dessert as well. Reminded me of my times at the fair. And finally the DIY Flights were amazing. Had three different juices which each one hit. To add they do allow dogs outside so you can enjoy outside dinning along with your dog. And they are so kind to bring dogs a water bowl for free. Not to mention if you want to order food for them they can bring rice out to them as well. This place went all out and it is very much appreciated. Recommend for all couples and families to come.

We came here Friday night for dinner and brought our dogs (3). We brought Rosie the oldest (13yrs) as part of her bucket list do’s before she cross other rainbow bridge. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were seated in the patio . When they found out the occasion of our visit. They went above and beyond. The pups loved their burger/rice/ veggie bowels. Rosie had x2, the lettuce wraps were perfectly seasoned and well portioned. Chicken wings crispy. Loaded hush puppies had a little bit of kick. We shared the Korean Ribeye bibimbap, which was delicious. The grand finale was when the manager Brittany personally brought out a large slice of cake with sprinkles and ice cream and served it to Rosie. Here she is very pregnant and squatting to show so much love for my Rosie. This touched my heart so much. Everyone of the staff were so amazing. Thank you for giving my girl on of the best times of her life..you made her so special.

Lazy dogs has it all. It has good food, good drinks ( kids and adults) and it has amazing service. All of the food we had was great, but if you go I would definitely recommend the fettuccine alfredo, the crispy deviled eggs and the huckleberry apple pie for dessert. The mango chili margarita was one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a while. They have a wide variety of food so everyone is going to find something they’re excited about. They also offer frozen tv dinners that you can take home for an easy dinner at a later date. The atmosphere is cute, I love the dog decor everywhere. If you don’t like dogs this is definitely not the place for you. I would definitely recommend trying out lazy dog if you’re in the area!

Everytime we visit Lazy Dog the staff is always great and super helpful ! Some menu items can be a hit and miss for me but when you find the right thing on the menu it changes everything ! Some of my favs are the Wedge Salad, Pot Roast Beef Dip , Pot Pie , All-American Burger (try the tots so delish) and the Butter Cake is a must it’s one of the best things I’ve ever had !

The servers were all super kind and very attentive to our needs, we loved the wings so much we accidentally took a picture after we ate the wings lol! the crunchiness and juicy balance was amazing 👌 the ribs were very good and came off the bone pretty well, my boyfriend enjoyed his burger and we both loved the fries crunchiness and flavor as well! Loved everything about this restaurant and we will be back

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. Large selection, food was fantastic, drinks were equally as great, our waiter was very helpful, knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. If you are ever in the area you must go to this place.

Lots of food and drink options. Though the weather was warm, the patio was pleasantly shaded and cool. The service was outstanding as were the shrimp tacos from the lunch menu. Currently, inside seating is still restricted to 24%. I am also posting the beverage that I ordered - it was very tasty and larger than I thought it would be. I will definitely be back to the Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar.

I love that all the Lazy Dog Restaurant are consistent. The food is great, the staff is friendly to humans and pups. I went with my dad, grandma, husband, and dog. We all enjoyed our drinks and meals. I do wish they had size options for the dog menu. I have a little doggy. We gave her some of her order, but we took it home, and she enjoyed her chicken bowl all week long.🐶

It was girls' day out this past Saturday! Celebrated my niece Mariah 28th Birthday weekend having brunch. It was my first time I've ever tried this place. My Mom & I were the first to show up in our group. I was greeted by the hostess I let her know we were with a group who had reservations. They would not seat us until half the group was present (which I did not like) so shortly after when our group finally got there then we were seated promptly. I absolutley loved the vibe & the food was on point!👌This is a dog friendly restaurant (hence the name) & there were some pups present having their meal as well & yes they were well behaved (never heard any of 'em bark or act out). All staff was SUPER friendly & helpful! Our waitress was pregnant (didnt get her name) & we had a large group she was so sweet & made everything perfect for us! I had the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad and OMG it was delish 😋 Recommend this place. This night, I wanted to try their chicken pot pie. It was such a good creamy and rich dish. 😋 Everything is always on point when we dine here, and the atmosphere is at times busy and chill. Had amazing lunch with my parents the service was amazing and friendly, and the food was freshly made and served well cook!! I ordered a medium rare burger from there and it was perfectly cooked amazing six and eight out of 10. Can’t wait to come back again

Brandon was an amazing server. The chicken salad sanwhich and club were amazing along with the surfer ninja ipa! Just a great vibe at this place. I would recommend joining the beer club. Also had the chicken tortilla soup (the bomb with a great cheesy cracker for dipping) Ask for Brandon!

Excellent food, beer, & service. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the food, beer, & condiments. Whole staff was very friendly. All the food tasted amazing (got the fried deviled eggs, bacon candy, & chicken lettuce wraps). Beer was refreshing & tasty! Can't wait to go back & try out more!!! Lazy Dog is very reliable for a fresh meal. We come at least monthly, utilizing their Campfire Club deal for a free appetizer. Suitable for whatever you’re craving: Asian, American, bowls, salads, and more! The servers are always so pleasant and welcoming.

I have eaten at a lot of restaurants and I have never had the level of service and treatment as we received today. I was beyond grateful at the level of attentiveness of our waitress and the assistant manager Selena. The food was superb as well as the drinks and beer. Totally wonderful its a complete 10/10.

I ate here a few years ago in San Diego and was not impressed, however this location in Fresno was outstanding!! The menu has a great variety of authentic cuisines. The prices are high but you will see where that money goes into the giant size portions and the excess of delicious ingredients infused in every bite. I highly recommend especially after a long day at Yosemite or Sierra national parks, it’s conveniently located right off the 41. Great staff that are kind and friendly, with clean condiments and restrooms.

Visiting on business and wanted something we've never had before. We were not disappointed!! Parking spot up front and no wait for a table. The customer service was over the top from the moment we stepped in the door. Asia went into detail when asked her suggestions for first timers and she did not steer us wrong. We started with the deep fried deviled eggs to try something unique and they were delicious. The texture with the flavors was deeply satisfying. I had the fried chicken dinner and my boss had the chicken and waffle salad. The only disappointment was we neither had room for desert. Perfect weather on the patio and the variety of dogs with their humans were beautiful. Another pleasant surprise was when the bill came! 🤯 So much great quality and service for such little money. We're trying to figure out how we can fit another Lazy Dog meal in before we leave. We appreciate such an overall great experience!

Okay, so we have eaten here several times before, and the food was always good. Tonight, they blew your socks off! We came for my hubby’s birthday, and were greeted by the most delightful and personable server, Angelina. She took our orders, and made us feel like the choices we were making were the smartest and best choices out there. We started off with Coconut Shrimp. The breading was super crispy, cooked to perfection, and the sauce that it was served with had enough heat and sweetness to compliment all notes of the dish. I had the parmesan chicken with Alfredo. The other dish was the Flat Iron Steak. Cooked and presented PERFECTLY. I ordered a smoked bacon maple old fashion from the bar, and the bartender came over and gave me a cool little tip on how to get the best experience from the beverage. It was insanely good. We finished off with Butter Cake, and it was a religion experience. (When you take the first bite, the next thing you say is “oh Dear Lord!”) My other half is not a ‘foodie’ the way I am, but he said it was the best meal he’s had in his adult life. I am a food guy, and I am also picky. This place shot our expectations right off the charts. The BEST Birthday Meal, EVER!

This was probably the best food my partner and I have had in a while! The service and ambiance were excellent but the quality of food was insanely good! We had the Valentine's day 3 course meal and each and every item in there was made to perfection. Would recommend this to anyone, anytime.

I came here for lunch a few weeks ago after dropping my car off at the dealership for service. I was seated promptly at the bar area. I didn’t know what to order this time around as I usually order the pot roast sandwich as I always do. So I decided to try something different and I ordered the Cuban sandwich with umami fries. The sandwich and fries came out hot enough. The food was good and the hospitality was even better. I’ve gone to other restaurants on Blackstone the same way I dressed that day and some places didn’t even want bother with me as much after I was seated. But over here I felt just as important as any other customer and I appreciated that even more. All in all I had a great lunch and I wanted to leave a review to show my gratitude. I also wanted to say thank you for letting me hang out in the bar a bit longer as I waited for my car and was able to get some of my spreadsheets done for my restaurant. All in all, I definitely recommend this place for lunch and it sits on the top of my list for my favorite Lazy Dog locations around California. The Irvine location is my favorite but the Fresno location is just as good.

All three ratings are high! The food was good I had fish and Cowgirl my dog had the burger option. My fish was very good and I loved the slaw. Cowgirl loved the burger patty but skipped the rice and veggies. Maybe have other options to go with her burger patty or mix some gravy in the rice n veggies then she will eat it. I will ask next time. The service was top notch!!! Alec my server was very good , friendly and checked in on us. The other servers in the area also would say hi and loved Cowgirl. I must say I walked away many compliments for her. Staff Rocked! Alec especially. I will be coming back with my girl when we come down the mountain! The patio was great too! They even had heaters out to keep it warm for patrons and their dogs. I must say very warm and welcoming place it’s on top of my list!!!

My wife and I went here last night for dinner. Our server was very attentive. I got the fish and chips, which was very good. The portion size was generous (unlike Panera Bread). The atmosphere wasn't too distracting, although we were in the bar, and the draft from the outside door was a bit cold. Overall, a very good dining experience!

I love this place. When you’re sitting in the bar area and look up it gives rustic with the wood and metal. The food always fresh and the drinks from the bar are delicious and interesting. I just had the lemon cello, basil spritz, and it was refreshing and tasted like summer. Then I had the elderflower lemonade spritz, very unique and well worth trying. I got the spring pea hummus, which is new on their menu and a food I’ve never had. They have a cauliflower ceviche that I wanna try next time. Then I had to get the bacon candy because she is my go to appetizer every time. The male bartender greeted me with a smile, and he was very friendly and helpful picking delicious food and drink drinks. We were seated at a table next to the back door. I asked for a booth and the girls with green eyes said that the table has no server. ????. Anyways I said it was fine but that table has the worst air draft ever. So we asked our waiter if we could move to the booth with no server and he said yes. Lovely guy. They have a cozy fireplace in the very back. Overall it was very nice, the food was delicious and I will be coming back.

Nice atmosphere, very good service during the busy hours. Food is somewhat standard American cuisine and it tastes good, they have variety of items. We have been there 2 times already. First time I had a burger with blue cheese which was a 10/10 and second time had a meatball(new addition to their menu) which was ok. We liked the overall atmosphere and definitely will be visiting again for casual dining nights. Ao many cocktails variety as well and they taste good.

First time here and it was sooooooooo good!!! We had the Fire Cracker Shrimp and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice appetizers to start. Then chicken tortilla soup, a Cuban Sandwich and Blue Cheese Burger. It was one of the quietest lunches I have had. We were all so busy enjoying our orders we barely spoke. For the group of chatterboxes we are, that's review enough. The ambiance is beautiful too. I only got a picture of the chicken soup because we dove in too fast. Came back again for the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. This time I remembered a picture. They are so delicious that I get it for lunch even though it's an appetizer with extra sauce on the side. The water carafe and glasses are such a cute touch too.

Really enjoyed our time at Lazy Dog and the food has gotten better than when it first opened. I like the consistency and taste of the food. It's high quality and you can tell whoever made it actually has a passion for cooking. Portions are big and generous and the pricing is a bit high, but its worth the price. The service is attentive and friendly as well. Will definitely be going back. The pot roast was insanely tender and melted in your mouth!

We went April 28th, The Service was excellent. We sat at table 326 in a small little corner area next to a party. Our waiter was so great and amazing. He was very attentive and made us feel real comfortable. The food was delicious. The chicken burrito bowel was a little salty but I do tend to think a lot of stuff may be salty, so may just be me. But overall will definitely be back especially cause the service was so great.

It’s typically good. The drinks and service are better than the food, depending upon what order. If you’ve ever been to Miami, their Cuban sandwich would be wholly unrecognizable; it’s more like a weird Reuben, for example. Props for some creativity in menu, though.

I am an event coordinator / and as well specialize in women's beauty I come to this place regularly because of there great food and customer Service. However this past Saturday, they where extremely busy, like never before. It took 1:15 to get seated there system went down however the kitchen manager and floor manager where extremely professional and explained the issue they encountered and apologized. So because they carried them selfs so professional I give them a 4 out of five. And will continue to bring and recommend many of my friends, family and business associate. The staff and management handled it just as I would. My favorite bartender is Back ( Katie Gee) I will give them a five !

The food was average but the seared ahi was good, the drinks were special and the servers very friendly. The most important thing : they open till 12 am, it’s one of very few that open late in Fresno!!!!

Then I had the bison meatloaf which was awesome it was tender it had flavor I love the mashed potatoes in greens combination that came with it and I had a strawberry lemonade. I'll waitress was summer and she was super awesome very polite very courteous and took care of us individually and as a group. The only minor hiccup I have is that it was a little too dark for an afternoon lunch. Just my personal opinion other than that I will return.

Such a cozy place! You can bring your pets to dine in, but outside. They have a lot of healthy options such as cauliflower mash and lemon pepper chicken etc. We ordered about six different entrees and was not disappointed at all, I mean some do need a lil extra touch here and there but it was pretty good.

Super friendly atmosphere and a huge variety of selection for dining! Almost hard to choose what you’re really hungry for... my husband had the Bison meatloaf plate, I had a Cali burger with pickled cucumbers (Asian inspired flavor), fried deviled egg and hush puppies apps. The have good happy hour specials!

The restaurant had a great atmosphere and was family friendly. Our hamburgers were cooked perfectly (medium) and had great taste! The beer on the other hand left more to be desired. Other wise we will return for the food.

Went out to brunch. I had a breakfast burger and their banana foster French toast with everything on the side. My fiancee had some chicken, broccoli,and rice. Wonderful food and good service as usual.

The atmosphere for this restaurant was very inviting for family as well as single guests. The drinks were awesome and tasty. The Cajun fries were the best that I have ever tasted, and I'm here visiting from Atlanta, Georgia. The crispy wings were ok, but they were not the traditional wings that I thought I was going to get. It had no flavor or spice. I had to add salt and pepper to get flavor. Other than that, my family and I still enjoy our time. But I will not order crispy wings.

My husband and I stopped here to have lunch. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. I had the Fried Chicken Sandwich and he had the BBQ Bison Meatloaf.The chicken could have been more flavorful but it was still good. It had a good crunch and the fries were very crispy. My husband loved the meatloaf. Not 1 bite was sparred. We will definitely be coming back to try other dishes. Edited: We recently eat here again and tried the candied bacon and the donut holes. Our family of four adults had dinner the other night. I've always had a great experience. This night, not so much. As soon as we entered I noticed how chilly it was inside. We were seated in the dining area. My daughter, my wife and I all mentioned how cold it was inside and the AC was still on. I immediately went back to the car and retrieved 3 jackets. On my way out I noticed a table of 6 adults all wearing coats. Our server came to take our drink and appetizer order. I mentioned the chill in the room. She said she'd tell a manager. Fortunately they adjusted the temp and it was tolerable with our jackets on. My food was good but my wife's Asian chicken slaw was not done well. Lots of slaw and very little chicken or flavor. She asked for more dressing to make it taste like something. Service and drinks were good but overall not the value or solid experience we've come to expect.

Welcome to Fresno! We have tried the new Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar in Fresno a few times. Our group has tried multiple dishes, including the Crispy Deviled Eggs (Incredible), Roasted Winter Vegetables (wouldn't order again), The Dirty Dog (OUTSTANDING and flavorful), the Barbecue Ranch Burger (average), the Friend Chicken Dinner (Fantastic) and the Chicken Chili Verde Nachos (we sent them back - very dry, not enough cheese - chips were great). The cocktails we tried were the Red Sangria (I like CPK's, next door, much more), Asian Pear (I will order it again and again), and the Rosé Elderflower Punch (too much floral flavor). The servers are all friendly but seem to be spread a little too thinly, we asked for ketchup and ranch from 2 different people and never received it, our fries got cold and went to waste, the kitchen forgot the spice maple syrup for the chicken dinner and the chicken was cold before our server brought it to our table, and we waited up to 15 minutes for our cocktails. The food is great, the manager was gracious when we returned our nachos, and the servers are nice. We will let them get through the growing pains and try again!

Steve is an absolutely incredible person which in turn makes him a great server. I highly recommend you ask for him. The food was Applebee's quality with a little more flair and a much higher price tag. Sauce could have used more balance Mirepoix was raw which made it in edible. Mashed potatoes can use more seasoning. Sauce needs more beef stock to ballance way too much wine. I will say this it's awesome that there is a restaurant open till midnight still serving full menu in Fresno even though it's not great it's something to eat.

Saturday night was busy as can be, even with reservations it was an hour wait. Make sure your entire party is there in order to be seated. Atmosphere is loud, the music is constantly playing loud. A little hard for conversation especially with those across from you in big table. Food is hit and miss. I ordered the Chipotle chicken quesadilla, and had to send it back. It was flavorless, chicken was dry and tortilla was burnt and not sure what cheese they use but it was off putting. Servers were great they accommodated me. I got a new dish and not charged for the other. Got a few free appetizers on the house too for the long wait. The prices are midrange $14 a plate, kids Plates are $5.95. All in all I had a great time here with friends and family.

Usually the food here is decent; however for some reason it was not great this time. The chicken in the pot pie was very bland and flavorless. The crust was good, but that’s about it. The fried chicken breading was dry and wet at the same time some how and left more to be desired. It must have been an off day, because usually the food was is not this bad here. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Food was fine. It worked. Service was commensurate to the pressure of the environment. Atmosphere was chosen because their claim to fame was to accommodate dogs, which is nice to have "a" restaurant do that. That said, they also offer a dish for the accompanying canine, which does not at all take into consideration the size of the dog, nor any nutritional consideration. They see "dog." They mix "dog dish." Hooman will be happy regardless. All that aside, you're relegated to the outside deck, on a main drag, where there's the incessant, testosterone-level testing of internal combustion angst. Get used to interrupting all conversations.

The food is fine for a chain restaurant however the service is terrible. The last few times that we have been there the service has been spotty and we end up having to flag down our server. The last time we were there we were getting a drink before a reservation and suddenly someone came up to let us know that we were at the end of our time limit and told us to leave. We had no notice from anyone that there was a limit (which is perfectly fine and we would have made sure to follow that) nor did we see our server for 30 minutes prior to that announcement. From a customer service standpoint it will make us rethink visiting Lazy Dog.

I really wanted to love this restaurant. The menu looks amazing. The experience wasn't bad, but it could have been so much better. The Poblano Pork looked great, the meat was tender but bland but luckily the sauce was tasty. Sadly, the blue corn tamale was bland also and none of it was to temperature. The Korean Ribeye Bibimbap was very good but also not to temp. Honey Feta appetizer was warm and a good size. More actual feta in the dip would help this dish. The biggest disappointment was they were out of the house white wine on the happy hour menu. It was still happy hour and they were not busy, but they were out. I asked if they would substitute another white wine for the happy hour price and the manager said no. I was really shocked that when you're out of a product you refuse to substitute. The server was great but management, hmmm. Not a good feeling about that call. If food temp and customer care can't be handled, I'll not be bringing the hospital staff over for holiday dinner or my niece & crew for engagement lunch. Sorry Lazy Dog, y'all have a great look and facility, don't let your attention to detail and hospitality slide. There are tons of great venues in the area willing and able to take your business.

Food is never FRESH, this was my second time, I ordered salmon it had a very pungent odor and the rice was uncooked and cold. Then ordered hummus and falafel which was okay to eat but not worth the price of 3 falafel with salad only. Got sick when came home, and it will be gonna be my last time here, will never go to this place again

Don’t order for pickup. I spent $140 for 6 meals and waited over an hour when it said it would be ready in 17 minutes. I got the text that the order was ready, after i arrived, which is fine, but I waited 20 more minutes just to have to go in and see my food (which included 6 ice cream brownie sundaes), sitting on the counter. Food was absolutely terrible, and the dessert was ruined. Worst part about it- they got mad at me for going into the restaurant and inquiring about the order.

Was gonna go to Panera Bread but we decided to give Lazy Dog a try, it wasn’t the worst but I don’t think I would come back as the food wasn’t great at all. Ordered Mac n cheese for my toddler but It came out really dry, I know it’s Kraft but it looked like they had made it prior and just reheated it. I got the sand which and soup combo, I got the walnut chicken, it was ok but my chili had too much going on. The hand bread chicken nuggets tasted like frozen nuggets that were battered again and fried. The waitresses were nice and friendly though.

i went saturday for valentines day i wanted to try since i always heard good things about the place. food was excellent. service however was horrible my server yasmin i think was her name was just plain rude and basically ignored us the whole time. we understand its busy but her attitude was just disgusting acting like we bothered her by showing up. i hope for the restaurants sake this is corrected

My daughter pick out this place to celebrate her 17th birthday. Food was terrible , we had a table of 6 and everyone's food was bland, no flavor. My sons steak was suppose to be medium rare and it was very well done, he couldn't even finish it. I Sent kids meal back, my daughter had raw breading and I was still charged for her meal even tho she only tooke i bite . Now we know to not come here again. Almost 200 down the drain. If you want no flavor then come here.

It was eh. Should have gone to Chili's or Red Robbin and paid half the price. Asked for a well-done burger and look at the photo. There was WAY too much blue cheese on my burger. The michelada mix has a bad aftertaste. Tried a bloody mary and same bad taste. 2 drinks and no buzz. Cool place. My waiter was good. My daughters guacamole burger tasted sour or tart. My other daughter loved her pancakes. It's kinda hard to mess up pancakes. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you need to take your dog..... so they can lay on the concrete??? Why?

If you have celiac or any allergy please save yourself the inconvenience and do NOT EAT HERE. I told my server about my celiac and was assured no gluten would be in my dish. They DO NOT TAKE ALLERGYS SERIOUSLY. I had a severe reaction in there establishment. I also went during a time that was not busy so there should have been no reason to not take some precautions.

Food was NOT GOOD! Service was BELOW AVERAGE!! I ordered the pulled pork dinner, it came out looking like my dogs throw up after eating a bunch of grass to calm her stomach. The service was below average with the server literally saying "here" as he hands me the tap to pay card reader to pay the bill as he walks away. No professionalism in his demeanor during the entire interaction.

The “manager” here was in a really bad mood on new years eve . He kicked us out of the restaurant because of my 6 pound puppy that he felt like was being bad because he kept going to his feet but the manager kept standing over him. (Prior to this. We had 3 different servers come to our table and not one had a problem with my puppy.) Then he proceeded to follow us after we did as he told us and left the restaurant to try to threaten us and saying he wants to fight behind the restaurant. He then left and as we were getting in our car. He came back a second time trying to fight again. Telling us he wants to put his hands on us. He might have been intoxicated. I have been a regular customer here before and the staff has always been super friendly so I was shocked with this encounter. Lazy dog do better at your hiring. This is becoming an unsafe environment for the customers.

Absolutely horrific service last night, 12/7. Had a reservation for 15 @6pm for a birthday celebration. Service started out OK but quickly went downhill. Knew something was off when they served my son his cheeseburger and then nobody else at our table was served for another 10 mins or so. Food was not brought out together at all. I never even got my meal. After the rest of the table finally got their food and we’re halfway done eating, the servers came to tell me the taco soup ran out and they were making a fresh batch, would be 7 mins. Server asked if she could get me a small side on the house while I wait, I said no it’s fine, I’ll wait. No biggie. Well 4 other people in our party were also waiting for their soup too. 37 mins went by and NO SOUP, ok, but also NO follow up from any of their servers that’s it’s taking longer etc? I’m patient and waited quietly, but this was SO ridiculous. We never complained once or asked for anything, we were literally ghosted by the staff and it wasn’t even busy. Finally asked for them to bring my soup and the others in to go cups because the table had been done eating for 30 mins at that point. The manager came over, apologized, gave us the to go soup along with voucher cards for one free, complementary appetizer, or dessert like that is supposed to make up for the awful service and make us want to come back? And then to top it off, four other people at the table who had ordered desserts, never received their desserts. The manager or the servers did nothing to rectify the situation besides offer a small voucher for our next visit. They said they were going to comp our soup which was a whopping eight dollars. We then asked for the checks because we were ready to get out of there and we waited another 30 minutes for them to bring us the checks. I have never left a zero tip. That’s how terrible this was. I’ve worked in a restaurant, I know mistakes happen, but for there to be no communication from the servers or the managers about what’s going on for over an hour, when we were such an easy table, is beyond me. We were not rude. We even gave a server a cupcake from our birthday party, while I was waiting for my soup to still be served to me! It’s pretty sad that you have to act like a Karen to receive decent service.
