I always come here before/after getting my nails done at Chloe nails- the food is a refreshing healthy option compared to anything else nearby. My kids love it too! Enrique was really polite and accommodating.

The night that I came here I drove for almost 8 straight hours and had a dinner craving for WaBa Grill. The customer service here was such a refreshing experience that I hardly see in restaurants anymore. Jay's customer service skills were great. The young man was polite, well spoken, and noticed I was having trouble navigating the new self ordering screen. He waved me over and recommended a current deal based on what I ordered. In my opinion this service well deserving of a tip unlike most restaurants that expect tips without the service. While waiting for my food I noticed the place and bathroom was clean and well kept. Would definitely stop in Fresno again just for this specific location.

Shout out to the Northernmost WaBa Grill in the United States, they are none north of this one. Went here last Saturday, food was great even better than some of the locations back in SoCal! Service was chill and the place was clean! Will be back again if I ever am in Fresno again.

I come here weekly and Stephanny always greets me with a smile, she knows my order, and I love that she encourages me to eat healthy!

This is one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch in Fresno, highly recommended. Great service and food quality every time.

Ordered two steak & chicken bowls , miso soup & the dumplings 😋 all were very very good ! Reminds me of Broilers down south 😋 the Waba sauce is so so tasty be sure to ask for extra packets of those . That is how good it was nothing left

I love this place so far! Delicious food and service isn't bad either! Gotta try the steak if u haven't, it's my favorite meat! The chicken is good too! I thought the salmon was a bit dry for me. The sauces are flavorful as well!

Salmon,  would of wanted the salmon to have more options maybe. Love the great amount of avocados for the price as well. It left me with Leftover with lots of rice after finishing food. There was a Sesame seed dressingas well but we didn't care of it at all for the salad. Potstickers were good, maybe grilled a bit longer not so soft. Miso soup loaded was good and loved that it was filled up with chicken as well. Taco was delicious, they added extra chicken chunks so it was a stuffed taco. Rib-eye rice veggie bowl was great! Love it but, the veggies were a bit underwhelming... the broccoli was okay, and cabbage could be steammed a bit longer, also the carrots weren't too bad as well. The sauces were okay, I felt like there should of been one with more lime and cilantro style sauce. 3 out of the 4 sauces were spicy not suitable for kids. Also, the variety of selection is quite nice! It isn't overwhelming and isn't boring with just 5 items, so it gives the customers more to pick from without overwhelming the customers. Also, the service was great! Thanks again Waba grill for the service and checking in on my family to see how we liked it. Thanks! Overall, I wouldn't come back... maybe because it's a bit out of our way, when Teriyaki-Don is closer... BUT, my kids do love the miso soup so, there is that. Maybe if I come by myself I might just order the rice bowl with chicken or ribeye no veggies. Thanks again for the delicious experience Waba grill, until next time!

Every time I ask in Fresno for more than one packet of sauce the employees look scared like they will get in trouble for giving more. So you would rather have customers have dry food because you are hardly putting sauce on the meal to begin with, and then keeping the sauce locked up? Please do better. I’ve only had one person give me as much sauce as needed and he was so friendly and upbeat. You need more employees like that. Food overall is ok. First time trying in Fresno I found a piece of hair in my chicken. Didn’t complain, but please do better Fresno. Sauce is not that serious.

Tried to eat here, but the staff would not acknowledge us, no hi, how are you, will be right with you, nothing. The staff was preparing food, so I know it can be busy, but this was our first time ever in a WABA grill. We felt that we should have been at least greeted or acknowledged. So after standing there for 15 minutes, we just left, and we noticed everyone behind us had left as well. The food might be good, but I'm not sure, but this review is more about the service and atmosphere.

I could not tell you what the food tasted like. My son drove across town to give this place a try it out. Ww walked in and had not been acknowledged. I waited at the front counter, while the gal was preparing the orders for about 7 min. She did not say not one word, no one else came forth to take our order. We ended up just leaving. I'm sure they were busy, with just a two man crew however, to not make even an eye contact or say "I'll be with you in a moment" was very disappointing.
