Fried chicken is one of those things that always hits the spot. Gotta love KFC.

The chicken wasn't fresh. The chicken was not even warm, dried out. The lady did not put a biscuit in my box but claimed she did. She pretty much said I was lying. I had to show them that she didn't.

The staff seemed like they didn't care, the store was not super clean, fod was ok, but my big problem is everything is to go, even when you say for here. We are made to buy bags at the grocery store, if we want them, but here at KFC you're getting one even if you don't want it or need it, everything comes packaged to go, so not an inviting place to go eat, the feel is take it and go we don't want you here. So I won't be going back.

Service was mediocre at best. Person who took my order kept wrongly repeating what I was ordering. I thought we finally were on the same page when I paid for my to-go order. A friend and I ordered at the same time. He received his order fairly quickly. People three orders after me received their items and I was still without my order. My number was finally called. I asked if they had put butter and honey in with our orders and the person said yes. When we got to our destination, my order was incorrect and out of our 4 meals, there was 3 butters and 2 honeys.

The food was great, service is poor. The kitchen failed to let us know they were out of cooked pot pies and decided to tell us, minutes after we placed our order, that it would be a twenty-minute wait for another pie. They gave us less than the amount of food ordered. Never going here again.

Craving for hot wings so I purchased 12 pieces for $10+. After eating a couple of pieces & Family member eating 3 we decided not to eat anymore. It was so tough & over cooked.

Sunday Oct 22nd 2023 approx 1:45pm Tustin ave , Orange Ca location. Food was great! But what I did not like is how the SHORT MEAN MGR she looked like from the Wizard of Oz , treated her employees , I wouldn't treat my cat or dogs like that !! Corporate hope you read this, you need to replace that manager!!

Service was terrible. Order was not taken properly. Associate was not helpful as it seemed to be he was rushing because he was working by himself or definitely short handed. Ownership needs to improve the quality of service. A paying Customer needs to be able to order what they like and provided acceptable level of service.

My son almost cracked a tooth on your french fries, We ordered 3 combos and the fries were stale, and so overcooked that some were like rocks. Also the lady at the window was very impatient and rude. I won't be visiting here anytime soon.

Ordered original 2 piece dark - could not believe how much grease was on the paper as well as the chicken - dripping all over. I've had better grocery store deli chicken. Lots & lots of pepper.

I got drive-thru after starring at the menu for a little while the lady says sorry for the wait what would you like or what can i get you i was trying to get chicken tenders a combo and she says we don't have that then i proceed to make another selection a chicken sandwhich classic and again she says we don't have that I'm thinking why don't you just tell me what you do have so i make make a choice from that and she read my mind she list what they do have the famous bowl which i get and i like and she says something like and some other stuff or pieces wth? What kind of description is that basically the only option i had was a famous bowl but i like KFC and it was good but i didn't know what it was i detected a hint of something like attitude not sure but the way she went about that kept shrinking the menu down when she could have just started off with I'm sorry were almost closing and don't have all the menu selections just strange i found it why not open with that.

The lady at the register is rude to me for letting her know that someone else pour an entire trash content in the toilet. Doesn't let me order right and desperately tries to run me off. I stopped going to that establishment because of fear of food contamination.

I will no longer support KFC. Ordered to $10 Tuesday special. I ordered the 8 piece drums as it was the only option I had on the app. When I got there to pick up my food, I asked coud I get 4 thighs to substitute 4 legs. I was told "No" because it was an online order. I'll spend my money elsewhere 😌

You guys are so incompetent it's unbelievable. How do you guys function. Like seriously. This location has always been terrible. Missing food items, chicken hard and stale. Sodas flat as can be. They should just really get rid of this location. No one knows how to do their jobs. Most of the time they don't even have the items you try to order. I will never be coming here and will be making a report to corporate as well.

Disappointing Experience at KFC I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with KFC that I feel compelled to share. I placed an online order two hours in advance, aiming to pick it up after work for dinner with my family. However, upon arrival, I was informed that several items were missing, and to add insult to injury, they claimed the chicken needed an additional 20 minutes of cooking time. Not only did I have to endure a longer wait, but when I called to address the issue, I was met with skepticism. The representative insisted that I return all the items so they could verify my complaint. It was an unnecessary hassle, making me feel like they doubted my honesty. This entire ordeal left me hungry and frustrated, especially considering my initial goal was a simple family dinner. The lack of efficiency and customer service has severely diminished my opinion of KFC, and I'm left reconsidering whether I'll choose them in the future for my family meals.

On 4/22/21, 7 pm. I visited the 708 N Tustin, Orange location. This store front doors are locked, only drive through. I drove into drive through, waited for the cars ahead to place my order. The attendant stated, they are only have chicken tenders and no other type of chickens until 20 minutes wait. I could not wait, but I was stuck in the drive through until the the cars in front of me cleared out. This the second time I visited this store and exact the same think happened. I will never go there again.

The older lady working the drive through was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. Horrible customer service would not recommend eating here. Was asked to show my ID after giving my name and order number also after showing them my phone with the order on the app.

Always slow rude service every time I come here can't believe it always asked to wait until there's nobody in the drive threw. Message to general. Manager's location retrain your staff. On better customer service experience

This KFC has the world's worst customer service. I was there at 3pm on Saturday the 12th of October. My order was being taken by a nice well mannered gentleman, but short nosey "so called "manager Guadalupe abruptly interrupting, she kept calling the cashier out on non sense, she kept embarrassing him and she had no idea what I was ordering. I felt so bad for him. She kept raising her voice at him for no reason. This lady needs to be retrained and taught how to treat employees. Horrible service.

Placed my order on the (super glitchy) app. Got there and had to wait at least 5 minutes to "order" even though there was only one other car in front of me at the window. The woman at the window was really rude. Apparently they've had issues with giving orders to the wrong people so a photo ID is required to pick up your mobile order at this location. The app doesn't mention that, and as I live literally 1/8 of a mile away and had already paid, I did not bring my wallet. the woman proceeded to lecture me about not having my ID with me. They are always extremely unfriendly here. Drive the extra couple miles to the one by the orange mall.

Got a 30$ fill up and only deviated fries for a mashed potato. Said fries will be 15 minutes and that was fine but they sounded irritated. Then was given half my food and had to exit parking lot go down tustin do a u turn to turn back into their parking for halfs my food to get cold while the other is still cooking.

The window person had a strong Spanish accent, which made it impossible to understand her. I felt rushed while she proceeded to rudely take my order, upon picking up my order at drive thru window she slammed the window in my face! 😯

I just got food for my niece and daughter. No one was in line and they had me pull into the parking lot across from kfc to wait for my food when no one was even in the drive thru. I got my food one minute later and when I got home I got the food out to serve my niece and daughter and it’s super old and hard and not even edible. So I drove over to another parking lot to wait for one minute exactly for hard cold old food when no one else was even in the drive thru... absolutely ridiculous and I feel played with.

When the drive through tells to “just a moment” 3 times just to take your order.

I ordered hot wings and some chicken littles in the drive thru and was asked to park in front of the store to wait for my order. You cannot make a left turn out of their parking lot so I turned right and parked in the parking lot immediately nextdoor. I walked over and told them that I just parked right next door because there was excessive traffic on Tustin at that time. The drive-thru cashier said I couldn't park over the which I responded saying well I can't make a left turn out of your parking lot. She responded by saying well you can make a left turn out of that parking lot and make another left turn into our parking lot. As I said there was excessive traffic, so I had to drive all the way to the end of this other parking lot turn left in the traffic and I had to wait at the left turn signal through three lights just a turn left down the street to turn left into their parking lot. I'm sorry but that is doing a little too much. All they had to do was walk out to the car but instead it was easier for them to make me go out in the traffic and spend almost 10 minutes in traffic just trying to go next door into their parking lot. Not to mention when I got home there was hair in one of my chicken littles. I had already had a bad experience at this restaurant with hair being in my food. I will never be returning to this establishment.

Mega bad I asked for Nashville 5 pieces to put two parts by the side. As I get the answer, their unable to customize. Lie through the bank; they're putting the sauce on top. That is all! Stupid stuff! Unfortunately, they are insulting and uneducated in customer service, only to put more money out of the customers.

Horrible Customer Service. Starting with the so called manager Guadalupe, she is just RUDE, a huge language barrier. Very disrespectful towards employees. Now Angel the so called Store Manager is another RUDE individual. I asked to speak to Rick the "actual" store manager, Angel said there was no store manager with the name of Rick. Angel wanted me to get him a call log of when I called to the 1st time to complain about Guadalupe not willing to exchange my bowl there was a cockroach in my bowl. She refused. So I called to speak to the store manager left my contact info, as of today no call back.

But i get breast and drum sticks ??? Seems simple 4 ps meal all thighs. Why would they not get it right. Because they are children and dont care. Good news is Popeyes chicken is opening just 1/2 block away. No more opening my bag and not having the simple order all messed up. KFC is horrible service. I have been in and complained but it keeps happening because they hire people (kids) who are worthless at listening to their customers. I realize this complaint will do nothing at all I just cant go there. Hopefully enough people will change to Popeyes and the market shift will get the attention of a owner

Will not be going back to this location. Terrible service. Pulled up at 829pm the other night, went to place my order and she basically said they were out of everything because they close at 9pm. Um its 830pm. Don't think the owners would like the fact they lose money because there employees stop working at the minimum of 30 minutes prior to closing. Popeyes is going to do great when they open a block away cause KFC IS THE WORST!

We payed for a 5 piece Wing and a Wing and Breast Combo. The 5 wings were wing pieces, 1 piece was all batter and the one in the other Combo had very little meat. Called and left a message and received a call back and was told by the caller that the Wing Combo only come with small half wings, and it doesn't say that anywhere on the menu at that location and online 🙄 The staff was incompetent, 0asking too many questions and made us repeat things, the person who called back was argumentative right off the bat and rude! Offered no sympathy and wasn't listening at all! The food tasted so bad and had a gross after taste 🤢 and they didn't get one of our drinks right! I don't like going in on businesses this hard but this KFC, franchise or not needs to be looked at closely and I am not done with them! I will be contacting the Health Department on Monday. If you are reading this review, I hope you are laughing but seriously I recommend driving 10 miles out of the way for better overall service. I have been there enough times now to know this location is off and doesn't deserve your business unless you are desperate or a glutton for punishment!😤

The food here used to be good, but lately, it’s gotten really bad….Everything have been really salty…to the point that’s inedible…Easy up on the salt please!!!!! Recently I ordered a combo with 2 set of fries. The fries came out extremely salty. It’s almost felt like the staff dumped the whole can of salt in there…We ended up throwing all away :( The chickens here is a hit & miss. Used to be all hit, but over the last few months, it’s mostly miss…Fried chickens came out extremely soggy. There is almost no flavor in this chicken at all, besides the crunchy crumb…. The attitude….what’s up with these servers? How’s about a smile for once…we’re not there for free food. We pay for our food…There were a few times when the food were not ready, so we were told to go either go around, make a U-turn and come back, park at the front….Or at the next door shopping center. One time, one of the older lady was pissed at us because there were no parking nearby, so we had to park a big further down. She was pissed because she had to walk a bit further to deliver our food…. Overall, we will stop going to this location and try different locations instead. Judging by the empty cafeteria inside the store, I believe most of the customers already have left…

They guard the restroom as if it was filled with gold! One evening, ten minutes after going thru the drive try lane, the immature ‘manager’REFUSED to let me use the ladies room! Why did I go back? I guess I don’t learn my lesson! I went inside today and needed to wash my hands, upon seeing me walk up ( I use a cane and have tattoos, so the cashier mush have recognized me) she practically ran to lock the ladies room before I could even order! When I was pointing this out to the ‘manager, they were both smirking and whispering in Spanish! Hello! I may not be fluent in Spanish, but I am mixed race and understand quite a bit. VERY unprofessional! Who left these immature kids in charge? They should all be fired! The manager, the cashier and who ever decided to leave them in charge! I am a senior citizen, what kind of mischief do they think I am going to be up to? I will not be returning!
