The food is very good and they serve a lot of it. The waiters are very pleasant (although a bit slow even when there aren't many people in the place), and the atmosphere is very cool. The price-quality ratio is very good. The daily menu is highly recommended; there are plenty of dishes to choose from and it's reasonably priced (€10 during the week and €15 on weekends). It includes a drink, appetizer, bread, and dessert.

Good place to have a beer or a snack with the kids. Service is a little slow, but it has a nice atmosphere and is well located.

A good place to grab a bite to eat. We had nachos, which were bagged and lacking in jalapeños, although they were delicious. We also had potatoes and cheese, the same as the nachos. On other occasions, the dish had much more cheese. The sirloin toast with Brie cheese, which, although a bit bland, was also delicious. They should add different cheeses. With each order, a different and elaborate tapa is appreciated. The service is quite fast and the staff is pleasant.

Well, it was bland, to be honest. It's clearly a tapas bar, but at least we didn't get to try the tapas; we just ordered some open-faced sandwiches and a pincho. The place is pleasant, and it felt safe since it wasn't very crowded when we were there… but with the terrace full and the tables so close together, I'm not sure how easy it would be to overhear everyone's conversations. On the other hand, the service was lackluster, like in many other places. The staff just serve you what you ask for; their interaction is nonexistent, and the bill is just barely acceptable. Interestingly, when we asked for the bill, they didn't even tell us how much it was; they just opened the card reader to take payment… We'll have to try the other places nearby.

The truth is, the food is nothing special. In fact, the pork secreto arrived cold and overcooked. My partner ordered rare sirloin, and it was practically burnt. Some pieces of chicken in the Caesar salad were raw (they were still red). The odd thing is that the first course was more generous than the second. Finally, the service is incredibly slow, even with two tables occupied. They barely come out to the terrace to ask if we need anything or even to let us call the waiters.

Menu: The macaroni carbonara came in a baby-sized portion. The cream was fine and the macaroni was al dente. The house burger and fries were a standard burger with lettuce, onion, and cheese. Tasty. The cheesecake was good.

La comida del local está muy bien, y la limpieza lo mismo pero hay que recalcar por qué 2 estrellas... El servicio fue pésimo, fuimos a comer, una reserva grande; Llegamos y nos toma nota una chica, algunas bebidas no llegan hasta que se reclaman; Nos toman nota de la comida pero solo a nuestra mesa, a los otros compañeros nada (los cuales se fueron del local mientras que la misma chica les recriminaba)... Acto seguido nos traen la comida y LA MISMA CHICA viene a disculparse seguido de un "pero" con justificación de que era culpa de la mesa que se había ido... Comemos, muy rico todo y pedimos otra ronda de bebidas, la cual tarda tanto en llegar que ya acabamos de comer cuando aparece todo... Lamentable el servicio, compañeros sin comer y encima intentos de justificación culpando a otros... No vuelvo

I thought it would be better, but I was disappointed. The waiter was incredibly slow and they didn't even have half of what I ordered. I think the service needs to be better, and they should hire more staff. It's not all about making money; if they invested in customer service, people wouldn't leave unhappy. I went back again, and everything was just as shabby and the service was terrible. I stopped by to see if I could give my previous review a better rating, but no, I definitely don't recommend it.

Pésima experiencia, mesa grande con reserva esperando más de una hora para que nos atendieran, llamamos a la camarera y no nos hizo caso, al final toda la mesa nos fuimos, la camarera no aceptó su error, sinceramente no volveríamos. 0/10

Se les olvida el aperitivo constantemente en cada ronda. Tiempo de espera exagerado entre ronda y ronda. Pides un cafe y más de 20 min de espera. Servicio nefasto o espabilan o no creo que duren mucho.

Somos clientes asiduos de este restaurante y nos quedamos asombrados con el cambio de sus platos. Pedimos fingers de pollo y berenjenas, y para nuestra sorpresa la ración parecía una tapa de aperitivo que no comía ni una persona, además del precio abusivo de cada plato para las raciones tan ridículas que daban. Ha sido una gran decepción. Nos tuvimos que ir a cenar después, que pena con la buena comida que daba este restaurante durante tantos años.

El sábado pasado fui con un grupo de amigos, teníamos una reserva para comer y al llegar nos pusieron en varias mesas. Tardaron en tomarnos nota de las bebidas, aunque ese no fue el problema, pasado un rato llamamos a la camarera y nos dijo que esperáramos, seguía pasando tiempo y volvimos a llamarla, nuevamente nos hizo una seña, mientras atendía a otros que habían llegado después. Después de casi una hora, aún no nos habían tomado nota de la comida y otros compañeros que se sentaron más tarde ya estaban comiendo, al igual que otras mesas, nuevamente la llamamos y volvió a decir que esperáramos que venía después. Entonces decidimos irnos, nos levantamos y fuimos a pagar las bebidas a la barra, mientras la camarera de mala forma nos increpaba por irnos, diciendo que no nos había tomado nota porque no la llamamos y que eramos muchos. El compañero de la barra se disculpo, mientras ella decía que no era así como había sucedido, hasta que le dijimos varios que la habíamos llamado más de tres veces y todas ellas nos dijo que esperáramos, o pasaba de largo, ignorandonos mientras atendía a otras mesas. Es una vergüenza estar casi una hora esperando solo para que tomen nota de la comida, encima no lo hagan, y en lugar de disculparse se ponga a echar la culpa a otros o se excuse por ser muchos, cuando ni siquiera se acercó para saber qué íbamos a comer y todavía se moleste porque nos fuésemos. Demasiado esperamos, y más educación y paciencia tuvimos, se ve que ha ido a peor, es lamentable pues en otras ocasiones nos había gustado pero no creo que volvamos con lo sucedido.

Somos asiduos todos los años a venir con el evento cifimad. Nunca en la vida nos ha pasado lo ocurrido está vez. Siendo una mesa grande, y estando sentados, nos toman nota de la bebida, no nos toman nota de la comida. Al cabo de media hora vemos que mesas que han venido después, están con la comida en la mesa y hasta terminado, momento en el que toman nota solo a parte de nuestra mesa y al resto nada. Habiendo llamado a la camarera en tres ocasiones para poder pedir, pasan otros quince minutos sin que nos tomen nota. Finalmente nos levantamos y nos vamos todos los que no habían tomado nota de la comida, momento en el que la camarera lejos de pedir disculpas nos increpa que eso no podemos hacerlo y que no está bien. Se explica en la barra lo ocurrido y pagamos las bebidas, lo único que en 45 minutos habíamos recibido. No creo que volvamos a repartir en el futuro, y menos con la actitud mostrada y el desinterés

Una experiencia nefasta. He ido hoy a comer con un grupo de 15 personas y nos hemos ido toda la mesa, una hora esperando a que nos quieran simplemente tomar nota, la camarera pasando de nuestra cara cada vez que la llamábamos, han atendido a mesas incluso sirviéndoles la comida cuando han llegado después que nosotros y seguían sin tomarnos nota, pero es que cuando nos hemos levantado encima la camarera nos han hablado con descaro diciendo que supuestamente estaba muy ocupada y que no era verdad que la habíamos estando llamando. No vuelvo a ir, ni puedo opinar de la comida porque no la hemos probado. Han perdido 15 clientes por mal servicio.

A terrible experience and shameful treatment. Last night we went to this place and, without exaggeration, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with service. While every other table was served a free tapa with their drink, we were blatantly ignored. The waiter walked past us several times and never once made the slightest attempt to bring us anything. A complete rip-off. We had planned to order tapas, but seeing the arrogant, indifferent, and unprofessional attitude of all the waiters, we decided to leave. Before leaving, we mentioned what had happened to another waitress, and her response was even worse: not an apology, not an explanation, not a solution, not even the tapa they had already charged us an exorbitant price for with our drinks. A place where they treat customers as if they're a nuisance, with absolutely no manners or professionalism. I will never return, I will not recommend it to anyone, and I hope they suffer as much as the way they treat their customers. There are many bars in Fuenlabrada that do know how to respect those who pay.

Very bad experience, 50 min waiting for the second course of the menu after serving us the first, obviously you are no longer hungry, apart from that 4 children order pizza and it takes 40 min and two of them are completely burnt, when you go to talk to the manager he is not even able to recognize the error, we understand that there may be some problem in the kitchen but at least he recognizes it, in fact he tells us that they had only put in one pizza that is why they arrived late and burnt, instead of commenting on it when they realize the error they put them in at a higher temperature and serve them burnt, and a rude girl next to the bar is insulting and when you complain to the manager she tells you that she does not work there, so why is she entering the kitchen? In street clothes and without a hat on her head? They certainly have not known how to treat the customer, they leave a lot to be desired ....

If you want to combine lunch, snack, and dinner, this is your place. Between courses, you have time to digest and take a nap. On top of that, one of the dishes, which was a pizza for the daughter, took 45 minutes to come out and was burnt. The cachopo was raw, like a steak. A terrible experience.
