I thought the Old Spaghetti Factory was amazing on the inside and this Italian restaurant was founded on January 10, 1969, in Portland, Oregon, by Guss and Sally Dussin. It's the first time I've enjoyed coming to the Spaghetti Factory in person. I can start creating new memories in Fullerton and remember this place forever.
This place is a great spot. For lunch or dinner? Or a couple of drinks🥃🍻🍷 staff is very attentive and friendly
Great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. Pasta is fresh and has good flavor. I go here multiple times a year with my bestie. Best friends, best cozy atmosphere, best affordable fresh pasta around. I highly suggest reservations for any group larger than 2
Very nice old-school Italian restaurant. We really like the lasagna, but the salads, bread, and desserts also add a fine sense of occasion. It's a good restaurant whether or not you go for the signature spaghetti and associated sauces. Manga!
This is a really wonderful place to go out to eat. There was a good variety of pasta and sides, and the portions are worth the money. They also have endless bread loaves. The interior and lighting also really go together and make the dining experience much more enjoyable.
The waitress Breanna was amazing. She was extremely busy with it being a Saturday, but she still checked on our table multiple times and when our drinks were running low, she would automatically refill our soft drinks without us asking. Breanna also had a wonderful personality. I will definitely be back
Ryan was an amazing waiter — very kind & friendly! We really appreciated him going above and beyond to make our evening extra special. Please give him a raise!!! Also, the food was delicious as always!
This is the best place for Italian, for groups, for young and old families, reunions, parties and dates. The atmosphere is lovely, as is the furniture. The meals come with a good-sized salad for each person or a minestrone or vegetable soup. It comes with hot baked sourdough bread with garlic butter, unlimited. It also has a scoop of vanilla ice cream or spumoni ice cream, which is chocolate, pistachio, and cherry ice cream. Lots of fun to be there. They have a trolley car that you can eat in or take pictures in front of. Monday is the deal day. Large plate of spaghetti with meatballs for two, soup or salads, bread, drinks of choice, or wine and ice cream for $25.
Amazing service from Ryan! Really pleasant "old world charm" atmosphere. Right next to active rail lines (freight and passenger,) definitely lends to the vintage rail station vibe. Excellent food, hearty portions and very friendly/efficient service! Perfect for a weeknight meal or fancy occasion!
This place has exceptional staff. Polite, cheerful, great customer service . Place is clean . Decor is amazing beautiful and elegant m. Great music while you eat. Kid friendly. Food is amazing. The sourdough bread was scrumptious. This place is a definitely one everyone has to try. Especially the flavor if the food and the seis is are great. Must try.

Very nice restaurant next to the train station. The food was yummy and the service was very attentive. Definitely walk around to see all their cool decor!
I went here for a celebration and loved the atmosphere. I loved the restaurant architecture and decor! Food was great for the price! The spumoni that came with the meal was also really good 😊. Blackberry mock tail and tropical dreamsicle were also really good drinks. Will come again soon!!
We had a great overall experience at Old Spaghetti Factory. The chicken Alfredo was tasty and filling—perfect to split, and it’s nice that you can add a small extra portion for a minimal fee if you do share. The salads were pretty basic, but the homemade dressing was really good and made them enjoyable. The fresh baked bread was excellent, and one of the highlights of the meal. Our server was friendly, though they seemed a bit spread thin, so drink refills and getting the check took longer than expected. What we really loved was the value of the meal: salad or soup, bread, entrée, and a scoop of what tasted like homemade vanilla ice cream (or spumoni) for dessert all included. Despite a few small service delays, we truly enjoyed our meal and would happily return.
Sat in a both in the back. Felt very private. Not the typical restaurant vibe I'm used too. Not bad, just different. Or server was great... Wish I remembered her name though. She was friendly attentive and thorough. Food wise, a little disappointed. The chicken parmigiana was kind of bland. Sauce good, chicken dry and not well seasoned. Haven't had that problem before. Lasagna was alright, again not mind blowing. Will we be back? Yes.
I went to The Old Spaghetti Factory on two separate occasions: family dinner and business lunch. The service is great, very friendly and helpful with any requests you have regarding the menu. My go to is the Manager's Special with a preference for the mizithra cheese and browned butter / spaghetti with meat sauce. When you mix those two together, they pair well. I am sure a house red wine 🍷 would even make the meal so worth it along with the spumoni. 😉

The last time I ate here before this last weekend was in 1997. I remember it being a beautiful atmosphere with nice cozy chairs and the food being delicious! Well unfortunately that wasn't the case this time. We were seated in a corner by the entrance that was very rundown, the seats were broken, it smelled like chemicals. Even though its called spaghetti factory, there should at least be options on the menu for some kind of pasta without meat. The only option is ravioli with spinach and marinara with carrots? Who puts carrots in marinara??? Idk but I was disappointed. I will however, rave about the garlic cheese bread! You have to ask for it. Its sooooo good! The Caesar salad was also very good, I recommend it. The spinach ravioli and spaghetti were ok. Nothing to tell your friends about. I wish this experience would have been better but it will be another 20 years before I go back.
This is a very cool restaurant with a unique layout but the food was sub par. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp had absolutely no flavor or spice, it was just plain shrimp. The dish also hardly had any sauce, most of us at the table had to order an extra side of sauce for our pasta. The spinach artichoke dip was good with the bread.
Second time here. Food was fantastic. Service was lacking. Our apps, salads, and entrees all came at the same time. Server Priscilla disappeared and never refilled drinks. It wasn't busy.
I think the biggest selling point for this location is the ambience. It's located in a pretty artsy place in downtown Fullerton and the interior design is very unique and comforting.\n\nUnfortunate…

My cousin just had her bridal shower here and I wish I could give this place a 4 or 5 stars but I left disappointed. We had a party of about 50 and only had two servers. The manager kept peeking his head in instead of helping the servers, there was food sitting on the trays. The servers were nice and I can see how hard they were working to drop drinks and food. But with a party that big, the manger should have stepped in to provide support ( refill drinks, drop off food, etc) Food was just ok but the bread was amazing.
I recently placed a large online order for pickup and was given a scheduled time. When I arrived, I found several employees gathered around the host stand, chatting among themselves. After a few minutes of searching for any signs directing online pickups, I asked where to go. A young woman casually pointed behind her. toward a wall and said, “Oh, it’s over here.” On the other side, there was no staff present—just a few bags sitting out. I waited about 10 minutes before asking again if anyone was handling online orders. One employee came over reluctantly, asked for my name, and told me my order wasn’t ready yet. By this time, several other guests were waiting as well. About 25 minutes later, another staff member arrived with multiple orders and asked my name again. She quickly realized that the bag I had noticed earlier was actually mine—the same one I’d been told wasn’t ready. In total, I waited nearly 40 minutes for an order that had been sitting there the entire time. By the time I got home, the food was cold and needed to be reheated. While the food itself was decent once warmed up, the overall service felt disorganized and inattentive. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor first impression, and it’s not one that makes me eager to return or bring my family in for a dine-in meal anytime soon. The pics are only half of what was left of the employee crowd. After, waiting so long and having to sit down
Food is horrible. Place is horrible. All staff and employees are horrible. Don't recommend. Food is way overpriced for being served in a cheap dish. Trash.
Been coming here with the fam since I was a kid. Dozens of dozens of times. But then u do us dirty on my $50 gift card / get $10 off coupon from December. Not valid on Meatball Monday?? Only one order of that from our table, we had 6x people there! Ring it up separately! Didn’t even ask. Actually ridiculous🧐 coupon expires in March, won’t be able to use. Will not be coming back, you’ve lost a loyal customer. I hear Sprouts has mizithra for much cheaper and better quality.
