Locale in centro a Gallarate siamo stati serviti in tempi brevi e per me che avevo esigenza di mangiare una pizza senza lievito e senza lattosio vi posso assicurare che ho mangiato una pizza davvero buona sicuramente non è la solita pizza è più croccante perché non ha il lievito però è tanto tanto buona ben condita soprattutto. Ci tornerò sicuramente e ve lo consiglio

Trovata un'altra pizzeria a Gallarate che fa la pizza con mozzarella senza lattosio e con farine speciali. Ho provato la pizza con zucchine a crudo e mozzarella, senza pomodoro (mia scelta personale) e devo dire che era molto sottile e croccante, quasi come una piadina mi è piaciuta molto. Leggera e digeribile. Ambiente informale e personale gentile. Peccato ci siano pochi tavoli all'esterno. Mia figlia ha preso una classica Margherita, buona anche quella e credo sia fatta con i classici pelati perché ho notato le confezioni in vetrina, 10 punti in più di chi ultimamente usa la salsa di pomodoro che serve per il sugo...per la pizza ci vogliono i pelati come si usava una volta! Posto consigliato.

Located in the city center, this is a lovely place to enjoy pizza. The decor is simple, elegant, and the long dining room offers plenty of seating. I tried the four-cheese pizza, not their thin and crispy version, but the classic Neapolitan one. The flavor is there and evenly distributed, the excellent cooking remains light and digestible. Unfortunately, the walnuts on the cheeses, in my opinion, take away from the flavor, but I wanted to try it. The red draft beer wasn't the best I've ever tasted. I finished with a very good dessert, a chocolate-filled tart. Dinner could have been done without; it was good but not exactly light. Overall, it was a lovely evening; I'll most likely return. The non-draft beers are a bit overpriced. €30 for pizza, cover charge, draft beer, coffee, and dessert.

I like eating here because I find the unleavened pizza particularly light and easy to digest. This time, I noticed that the traditional pizzas have disappeared from the menu, such as the Quattro Stagioni, which I prefer. The pizzeria manager tells me that for some time now, they've adopted a policy of changing the menu from time to time. I chose the salmon and spinach pizza, which I wasn't thrilled with; my wife chose the Calabrian-style pizza with olives and capers. The dessert selection is also impressive, a sample of which is shown in the photo. Overall, the overall rating is consistently positive.

Ordinato tramite Deliveroo due pizze due sere fa. A me non piace la pizza napoletana quindi questa tipologia sottile e friabile l’ho trovata molto buona. Peccato però che le pizze siano arrivate completamente fredde. Cartone gelido. E ho dovuto riscaldarle in forno. Ma non è stata la stessa cosa. Cambiate rider!!!

Per la pizza nulla da dire. Locale bello e curioso. Personale accogliente e disponibile. É accessibile x disabili xò, c'è da spostare qualche tavolo per accedere al salone con tavolate lunghe. Per il bagno ho avuto problemi ad accedervi, perché hanno installato il chiavistello per chiudere la porta dall'intero del bagno.

I've known Fabbrica Pizza since it opened and have been going there for years. It's been a long time since I've been there, and I've found the same taste, originality, and quality of food, but....Yes, there's a but: the place is old, in need of a refresh, with a stale smell of food and fried food. It's a shame. One last thing about the beer, which is why I stopped going there. I don't like craft beer and I'd like to have a choice, although I understand Settimocielo's commercial motive 😉.

Presentation was great, but it was just good. Nothing crazy special. The service was really slow. Was going to order dessert but the server never came back so I just got up and paid.

Location carina, se nn fosse che i tavoli, almeno all'interno, son tutti stipati ed inoltre si mangia tutti appiccicati. Tempi di attesa biblici per un prodotto piuttosto deludente. La loro Regina poco cotta per quasi noi tutti e il loro impasto senza lievito eccessivamente secco: come scusante, c'era la mancanza del pomodoro sulla nostra, poiché mia madre che soffre di diverticolite non poteva mangiarlo. Personale di sala giovane e poco coordinato: erano costretti ad urlare di chi fossero le bevande perché non avevano idea di dove servirle. Eppure era stracolmo. Mah!

personalmente non mi è piaciuta la loro pizza. Location e camerieri validi, ma la qualità della pizza non ha nulla a cui vedere con il mio target.

Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo preso 2 pizze: 1 con impasto sottile...friabile...si spaccava appena la.toccavi e quindi mia moglie ha mangiato a pezzettini.... io ho scelto quella con impasto madre...ma non era ben cotta...ci sono le.foto.sui muri di.pizze con bordo alto ma non aveva nulla a che fare con quella portata.... tanti ingredienti sulla pizza

My friends and I ordered two pizzas and a focaccia (delivery on Glovo). The pizzas arrived missing some of the main ingredients (mozzarella), and those that were present were either replaced in very small quantities with other ingredients or were RAW (see zucchini). I personally paid an extra €1.50 for potatoes, and they only contained a few RAW potato cubes!! This is mocking those who trust this pizzeria. I'm sorry, because the dough was good. High price: about €13 per person.

Pessimi, cari e ladri! Due famiglie a cena! 4 adulti e 3 bambini (il più grande 4 anni!) Pizze croccanti, coperto a un prezzo allucinante (2 euro a testa, bambini inclusi, per tovaglietta di carta e tovagliolo di carta). Come se non bastassero i 132 euro di conto, si sono “dimenticati” di darci la ricevuta, e aggiungendo 10 euro extra. 4 fette di salame in aggiunta su una pizza 1.50€, 1 pallina di gelato (piccolissima) ben 5 euro!!! Per favore state alla larga da questi ladri!!! Non mi vedranno mai più!!!

Sono stata stasera a cena con amici per la festa di compleanno del mio ragazzo e devo dire servizio pessimo . Ci fanno accomodare e gli chiediamo l'aperitivo senza averci portato qualcosa da stuzzicare col bere . Ordiniamo le pizze e arrivano senza tanta attesa peccato che il coltello non era idoneo al taglio ,ma nel complesso buone . Ad un nostro amico gli portano la pasta senza chiedergli se gradiva del formaggio ,l'imposttamento si faceva desiderare ma nel complesso buoni. Subito dopo chiediamo se si poteva avere una pizza baby e nella attesa ci portano una schiacciata di focaccia . Arriva la pizza in quantità grande non come da richiesta. Chiediamo i caffè e di loro iniziativa ci portano la torta pensando che i caffè erano una falsa per fare una sorpresa con la torta. Fatte le foto ,ci portano via la torta e invece di servircela davanti a noi c'è la portano già impiattata portandoci fette enormi .Ho dovuto persino chiedere io le forchette per la torta . Chiediamo per lo spumante e non avevano la scelta sul dolce piuttosto che secco. Ci portano i bicchieri uno diverso dall'altro e habbiamo aperto noi il lo spumante e io l'ho servito . In tutto ciò io mi chiedo le cameriere dove erano ? Si mangia bene ma non lo consiglio per il servizio.

Finte pizze senza glutine. Le pizze con impasto senza glutine vengono cotte in forno con le altre pizze, come dichiarato telefonicamente dalla ragazza. Non va bene per celiaci, anche se dicono il contrario.

I just had a horrible experience at this place, I entered the place at 13:47, they gave me the menu and only came at 14:05 I asked to have pasta, the older woman working there said no it is not possible because the kitchen finished working but you can choose something else, I do not speak Italian and it took me time to undestand the menu, she was so rude and extremely unwelcoming, she could have told me that they are closed instead of this horrible experience, I ordered a cold salmon plate, they brought it with some bread (really bad bread and very few), before finishing my plate I needed more bread and again she said it is not available (imagine a restaurant in Italy without bread!!!!), I asked for the WiFi password, she said no it is only internal; no pasta, no bread and no wifi!!!! I am a tourist in Italy and if I come back to Gallarate, I will never ever go there and I do not recommend this place at all, this woman at the restaurant could have simply told me that they are closed already instead of this terrible experience that ruined my lunch.
