It's always a long line in the drive thru Saturdays nights but on maps it says not busy🤣 5 people left out of 20 in line all around the place

They literally get your order and then have u wait so long and it’s 2am & 8 mins has passed

Stay away from this place! The incompetence is crazy! if you order here you better be ready to check your order at the window because they will always 100% of the time either 1. Not get your order right at all or 2. You’ll be missing at least 2 items on your order no matter what without a fail trust me you can see it in they’re face that either they know what they’re doing or they just don’t care stay away there’s another location down by Westminster I’d suggest that location better

If you ever want to know the question to "Will robots take our jobs?" look here at jack in the box. They have employees that dont speak or understand english which translate to not understanding how to read an order. They will mess up your order even if its 1 item. Ask for no cheese, they will add cheese. Pay to add cheese, they wont add it. I truly believe there will be a day I order 1 item and get an empty bag.

I have never gone to another Jack like this one it’s a really unprofessional place there is an employee named Karen and let’s just say she seems like a really miserable person really unprofessional and needs to be trained again it’s a really bad Jack I feel bad for the owner for hiring this type of staff he needs to recheck his employees

People make all the difference in the world, Celeste managing and taking care of this particular location need to learn how to provide AT LEAST the most basic service. I read a review once that stated; "it is taco bell what do you expect?" It made a lot of sense to me, but I did not expect that from Jack in the Box. Beng swayed by the advertising i certainly did not expect less than the standard manner of treatment from any restaurant, This location fell short on their monatary obligation to provide me with the food as paid for, Shame on the hiring / training manager.

I literally just drove off the drive through and me and mom are in literal disbelief how rude the girl at the drive through window was. She was short and had red hair with piercings. We would talk to her and she would ignore us and then told us to go to the front very blunt and rude to wait on our order. My mom told her it was fine if she can add ranch and half way through her speaking to her she walks off Rudely and ignores my mom. Once she handed her the order outside my mom told her thank you and she ignored her and turned with an attitude and slammed the door. We will definitely never be returning here and I hope there is consequences for her. If you can't work at a customer service place and be friendly don't work at all.

If I could give ZERO stars I would the girl that was taking my order had NO patience at all when I asked her if everything was okay she gave me attitude she looks and sounded so unprofessional hair was completely messy and falling around her face while preparing my food we asked her if everything was okay and she started yelling at us telling us that she kept asking for our drink which we weren’t done ordering for. I told her I work in customer service and we don’t ever doesn’t to our people like this and told her she needs to work on that (in the nicest way possible) she then said “ girl bye” and slammed the window on me as we were still waiting on out order.

It was a good place until recently they changed personal first they rush you in the drive thru now today they took 10 min to take my order 15 to make my food another 10 min to make my ice coffee when my ice coffee was ready she just placed it on the counter I had to ask if that was mine after 5 min on the counter

June 18th 2am I don’t know why they smush my chicken sandwhich like a pancake flat flat why would the worker do this you getting pay got a job do it right please. Also their tacos already been made before you order so basically it just sitting there for whole hours lazy worker

I had to wait about ten minutes for 6 tacos when there was nobody in the lobby and one person in the drive thru . They had 4-5. Personal staff including a black shirt so a manger or shift leader ridiculous !
