I haven't been here in about 20 years but the food is still delicious and a bargain , me and moms went for the 3.99 special a burger , fries, and soda! We left full and satisfied. Definitely gonna go back sometime soon.

Followed my nose - just driving by and couldn’t believe how good it smelled! Pulled over and tried their Colossal Burger, chili-cheese fries and drink - AMAZING!! The pastrami was spot-on! Juicy and flavorful! The chili-fries had just the right taste - not sweet or spicy. Just the right flavor. Wow!!

They have the best pastrami melt I have ever tasted. Plus their root beer fountain soda is off the charts. My grandkids eat all their food & says they have good food.

Pastrami sandwich was the business with extra pickles. The atmosphere outside is interesting. You get a meal and a live drag race show.. don't walk on the sidewalk if you want to live

Went through the drive through and order some fried zucchini, it was super and fresh at 8:10 pm.

Yum! Yum! Yum! First time eating here and everything was fresh and delicious. My husband ordered the gyro, I had the chili cheese fries, my little boy had the cheeseburger kids meal and my girls had the kids grill cheese. Their fries were amazing. For the first time, the food didn't have the greasy smell many places have. You can tell that they maintain their fryers clean. We will definitely come back for more.

Pleasantly surprised. Good food made to order and fresh. I had the chicken avacado club and it was wonderful. Although I shouldn't eat the fries 😉they were fresh and thick just how I like them. I was just passing through area however would return if I'm ever here again.

I never leave reviews, but the light and fluffy supple french toast drizzled with their syrup that soaked in just right, paired with their savory and tender but not overpowering sausage was too good not to tell. My son and I came here this morning, Mother's Day, and went through the drive thru. We were both in our PJs going to get breakfast for mommy. When I got to the window I asked if they accepted Apple Pay and the lady told me they did. Problem was, they were having issues with their internet. So not only was the Apple Pay not currently working but my cards wouldn't work either. Then a man, who I assume was the owner, came over to the window and was trying to get the machine to work. He asked if I had cash, which unfortunately I did not. By this point, the mixup had already taken a few minutes and there were a few cars behind me. I was sad, which the man could tell, but prepared to drive away and head to McDonald's. Then he told me to take the food and he hoped I'd come back later to pay... this was almost $30 in food. I was shocked! I thanked him and told him I lived nearby and would be back later. On our way home I told my son, who is 7, how unusual that kind of customer service and trust is nowadays. Anyway, we all enjoyed our meals and I went right back down and paid the trusting man in cash. He was very grateful when I came back to pay. I've been here before but will definitely be frequenting it more often. It's refreshing to find businesses that go that extra mile to keep their customers happy.

Best turkey burger EVER. Thick patty, moist and full of flavor, with a tasty whole wheat bun. Make it a combo with fries and a drink. Add a side of pastrami if turkey is too healthy for you - the pastrami is also on the leaner side and not greasy. Drive through with fast and friendly service, or order ahead and pick up - huge lot with plenty of parking. Small business that's been a local favorite for years.

We have been customers for 10 years plus!! The food is delicious and they have alot of variety. Shout out to Lupe who is the only one who is always very nice and pleasant to serve us. She works very hard and knows how to treat loyal customers.

Yorgo’s is a staple of South Gardena. No nonsense diner menu, thick fries and expansive menu. It’s a good place to get a cheap burger, chili fries, breakfast, or even some pastrami or gyro. The aesthetic is older, but I appreciate all the pictures of picturesque Greece on the walls. Great that they also have drive thru and a $5.99 combo special! Easy and quick.

right around the corner from where I currently live. the food was amazing I got the burger combo with raspberries brisk. for my first time they were helpful. the menu was quite big so there's alot of options.

In L.A. just for the weekend, and this is where I get my breakfast burrito. Bought an extra one to take on the road with me.

Best deal this side of L.A. the food hits on a lost art level. They don't make them like this anymore. This economy's got me counting my pennies and these guys have a deal that got me and my kids enjoying an eating experience out of the house and in a nice atmosphere. Has a mom and pop feeling when you walk in. They have specials to compete with the surrounding fast food and sit down restaurants. We got the double cheeseburger combo. The burger is huge. Definitely will fill you up! Fries are good too. The staff is friendly. They have restrooms too but are outside. We came here at 6PM during traffic. It was definitely worth it.

Yurgos is so delicious they make the best gyros , pastrami, and BLT's I also think that the customer service is excellent I spoke with Karla and Beatrice.Karla was a pleasure to speak with and talk to in the drive-thru and they both Beatrice and her are both one of your good employees that you should keep. I was telling Karla, that I've been to another place in Culver City that specializes in pastrami sandwiches and I think Yurgos is 100 times better than that place and this place has been around for over 50 years. I was just driving by this burger joint. Then my friend said they had good burgers. What's a GOOD burger? I thought... So instead of asking him. I drove in. They had a full menu over the counter, i could see cars pull by their drive-thru, they didn't seem to be waiting to long... Star! I had to ask the lady for the house specialty, she looked confused so i just went with a burger combo. We ordered two of the same, when she rang us up the total was around $8bucks and change, cool. As I was about to reach for my wallet to pay for my order. She walked away... It was the price for both combo's!... Boom! Star! It didnt take long when she called our number. Two average sized burgers and pair of steaming hot fries, we already had our drinks. Ok.. the fries were piping hot! Fresh out the fryer. Burgers has noticeably fresh veggies, and a freshly cook patty I took a bite... Hmmmm. I said "this is a good! Burger"...Star! All in all there's nothing bad about this place, also nothing super. That's it. My friend wouldnt stop raving about the fountain drinks, he swore their syrup mix for the soda was unlike no other place in L.A.... IDK So just in case he hits this post some day...Star! ...just cause you wouldn't stop talking about it Doug Stewart.

Pretty average southern California burger joint. They do offer a variety of things to eat beyond just burgers, to include breakfast and full dinner options. Also, the prices are very reasonable. You can get a burger, fries and a drink for $3.99. Overall, solid but not spectacular.

Passing by looking for a quick lunch and saw the 3.99 burger special and stopped to give it a try. It's a small burger and small fries, but hey...it was very tasty and the perfect size I was looking for. I recommend it and I will come back to try something else from the big menu!

We got the $5.99 special. The cheeseburger was. Junior size which they don't mention but tasty. The fries could have used a little seasoning. Bland fries are not a good thing. All in all ok🤔

Really good food i had the Mexican ham and eggs with toast. Cost i think was around 7 or 8 dollars. Had the chili the other day and it smelled good, but it lacked something the taste was different from the smell . Had the pastrami just yesterday and it was really good the pastrami was very tender and easy to chew not full of fat. I hear the international omelette is a hit, i have yet to try it.

I have been here on a couple of occasions. I only order the burger special with cheese which is about 7 dollars and change. Everytime i have came my fries and burger were hot and good. Service is friendly and accurate. I will up the stars if i try some other dishes. Yorgos is good with me.

Came in on a slow Tuesday no one was inside, was skeptical but heard good reviews about their burger. Their burger was good a 4 out of 5, the fries were ok, I like mine soft they were a bit crunch so fries 🍟 get 3 out of 5. The price for the burger combo with drink was $13.53 kinda on the high end even though cheese is 75 cents. The price could be lowered and improved but they do have a jr burger special for 7.99 at the moment. The staff is friendly and informative. Over all 4 stars, I would come back.

Honestly the food was good. Got the bacon breakfast burrito with OJ. I’m sure everything else on the menu would be just as good only issue I have is pricing. They charge for sauces which I understand if it was for additional ones but nope you don’t get any unless you buy them. Also call me cheap but $4 for a regular size BOTTLED OJ is a bit much. I’ve gone to other burger spots where for less than $5 you get fresh squeezed. That being said they regularly have deals such as a burger special. Decent burger joint.

It was my first time coming. We came to get dinner, so we used the drive thru. The service was very friendly and very quick. The soda was pretty flat, and the manzanita sol amd dr pepper tasted like they had to clean the soda dispensers. The hash brows were cold and needed salt. I got the chili omlette. The chili was really good and flavorful. The eggs were fluffy. He got a cheeseburger.The burger was good too. I would try again.

I had a #2 Breakfast special with sunny side up eggs and mix of 2 sausages and a strip of bacon along with coffee. It was good. Nothing special about the place. It just serves what’s expected of it. However, if you compare it to what IHOP offers, it’s a better deal. Enjoy your breakfast while waiting for Foreign Auto Body opens.

Prices are so inflated recently that I will never go there again! Ordered a club sandwich no combo just sandwich and a shake! Handed a twenty dollar bill over and got less than a dollar back in change! Outrageous!👎

Ordered a burger special per seeing the banner advertising fries,drink,and burger for 6.99$...i went drive thru,so I left and when it was time to eat I realized they sold me a Jr. special....false advertising big time...taste was ok,and fresh... unfortunately I wana say they washed my lettuce and trew it in the burger and made my hamburger bun extra soggy! Disappointing!

In my previous review I said that their food is worth driving out of your way for. Lately they haven’t been consistent. I came today for the clam chowder and it was heavily over salted. After 2-3 bites I said enough and I asked if they had any that wasn’t heavily salted. She said no so I told her I wanted a refund for the soup. I also pointed out that although I had requested extra dressing on my burger it was difficult to find any on it. And the cook is such a fine upstanding gentleman that he’s telling the waitress to just take the burger back. That isn’t what I asked for buddy. I asked for a side of dressing and I showed her that there was little if any dressing on my burger. These kinds of experiences pretty much ruin my dining experience. There was not one single word of apology from the waitress. I may have to quit coming here except I like some of their soups and I thought the cheeseburgers were good but the burger has gone downhill. I drove out of my way and I can’t say that I enjoyed my burger or the clam chowder. I dropped the stars down to three and may have to go lower if this keeps happening. No apology of any kind. Not one single word. I hope the owner reads these comments.

Quality of food is average and the place lacks a pleasant atmosphere. Number one problem is the prices of the food. Prices are very high!! I understand that this is a growing epidemic amoungst the food industry, however with that said , this place is on the higher end with prices. Next time I am hungry and near this area, this will be the last place that will come to mind. Easily forgettable.

I'm giving them 2 stars for my very 1st time visit I feel disappointed I purchased a chicken salad for the price of $10 9 something and and it's a I'm gonna use the word skimpy chicken salad you hardly get any chicken you hardly get any salad seems like it's a small salad in a large bowl if this is how the portions are that maybe the price should be lowered not worth it Don't think I'll be coming back here for the chicken salad I have yet to try the burgers and fries

Good food but staff is so/so... I came late at night one time, was waiting in the drive through, was hungry, people were still inside but they refused to serve me, maybe they were closed but they definitely could have still served me some food... If I were in their shoes I would have served some food. Also, I witnessed another incident which makes me doubt this places credibility, it makes me sad because their food is pretty good...

Yorgos, I say this because I love you.. The prices are too high. All of them. If you lowered all of your prices (except drinks) by $1.00 and put a sign by the street saying "All prices lowered!", you will get so many more customers that you'll be making more money immediately, and those customers will be happy too. I love your food, but the prices are scaring me away, you're across the street from Wendy's and they make some pretty high quality fast food for even less money than you do. You must compete with their prices. Maybe add a value menu too. (I never see one at the drive thru). I hope you give this advice a try, and I'm sure that I, and many others, will be happy eating at Yorgos again.

This has always been our go to place for food, they have always been good quality and decently priced. So I was surprised when I ordered a small chili cheese fries, chicken quesdilla and a chicken club sandwich and I was charged $31 total!! I got a half filled small container of chili cheese fries, regular club (bltt) and an uneatable quesdilla. They were surprised when I asked for the receipt and after viewing it I now know why they hesitated to give it to me!! I would love to hear back from the manager to resolve this issue, so 2 stars is has high as I can go.

Lady working the window gave us our total for two combos. When we drive to the window she's beyond stretched thin where she says our total again then turns around less than a minute later and ask how much did SHE say our total was. She asked did she say $28 or $31. Her original total was $31 and being honest we told her you said $31. In addition, we were asked three separate times if we'd like ketchup. This venue should probably hire more staff or have someone working the drive thru who is more accurate and efficient.

The burger was delicious and the fries were good....HOWEVER, my girl got those items while I got the "homemade" clam chowder. Never EVER have i had something that was this nasty. It was completely FLAVORLESS! No salt, the meat was VERY fatty and it tasted like water. Someone needs to be retrained on what homemade means because that ain't it, smh. Definitely a pass

I do not recommend ordering the number 1 and the number 12 and really nothing was good the pancakes seemed plastic the meat had no flavor to be shorter it is possible to say that the only good thing was the soda and not the coffee that seemed pure hot water the service of the boy who took the order not very nice they have a lot to improve is definitely the first and last time I eat in this place

If I could get zero stars I would. They trap you in their tight drive thru and you come to a hand written sign that say cahs only. On top of that you have to memorize the menu because the speak is broke, so you have to order at the window. Horrible place and service.

There was a hair in my food. We came from San Antonio, Texas to stay at the Queen Mary ship. And go see the walk of fame. But the food at this establishment was gross 🤮!

I've been coming to this place for years. Burgers are good. Prices have increased but because they have good burgers, we continued to go. Tonight I ordered 3 hamburger specials ($5.99 each) and 6 ranch (.50 cents each) total at the window she says is $22.×× OK, I give her my card, get the receipt and put it in the bag. Get home, unload the food and glance at the receipt. I was charged $26.79! The woman at the window told me $22 and some change. I call up to the restaurant and ask how much is it for 3 hamburger specials and 6 ranch, she tells me $22.xx I then ask her why was i charged $26? She tells me its tax. $4 TAX on $22 and some change? I feel this place is robbing people of their money. If you tell me $22 and some change at the window, then I expect to be charged exactly that! Yorgo's has lost my business. I'll gladly go to Steve's burgers and pay the same price without being overly TAXED!

I saw the sign outside for a cheeseburger meal for 5+ dollars, on a budget I pulled. I ordered not know there were different sized burgers. They told me the total, I paid. Then I thought, "Wait, wasn't it 5 something", so once they handed me my food, I asked. I waited because I didnt want to have an issue and they do some weird stuff with my food. They then told me the sign is for a smaller burger! I left it alone, I was hungry and ready to leave. I get home and take a bite and the burger is disgusting and the fries are not seasoned at all. Never to return!

Let me tell you how AWFUL this place is. They always make mistakes and couldn't care less about it. Last time, they gave me back incorrect change on my chili cheese fries (which were less than great for their high prices) and I stayed away since. This was a few years ago and I decided to give them another chance recently. I ordered a chili CHEESE dog with onions and paid a whopping $6.xx and drove away. Never should have just trusted them to make a simple order like this correct and should have checked before I left. I was far from their location when I found out there was no cheese on the dog, only chili and onions. I called and complained and they promised I could come back a later day and get a replacement. So I stopped by later that week and they started giving me a hassle, they said they didn't know the guy I spoke to on the phone even though he said he took down my info for them to be aware. They eventually gave me the dog I paid for but the way they were unapologetic about the whole experience is unacceptable. Their food is way too overpriced and you don't need to deal with that kind of service. I'm staying away for good and everyone else should too.

Worst "local" burger place EVER! The buns are stale, maybe even has mold on them... white dots on the top of bun, crumbed in my hands. Worst customer service, she also didn't listen when I stated no sauces on the burger, so my 2yr. son reffused to eat it. And the sodas are pure carbonation!!!! ! #ripoff
