Good mood food by far than any fast food. Something different. Not -A- hamburger joint. They dont sell hamburgz! Lol. I recommend the avocado club and loaded Italian. Sliders also Bueno...the pizza is bomb diggidy as well as the spicy buffalo sand or slide.
Jamocha Shake! Rowlett Arby's machine been down almost all of 2020 or out of menu items. Was so nice to get what I wanted without concern if I had enough cash to pay because credit card machine was down. And they are open after 8 as well! Shake and hot sandwich. All I wanted all year!
My husband and I had a couple of great tasting mouth watering Roast Beef Sandwiches and Curly Fries. This location has the best and friendliest staff. Will be back for "the meats".
I got my food so fast and It was so good I forgot to take a photo of it. I would take a photo of it but it's already gone and in my stomach. 10 out of 10 the cow was worth it. (Edit) Be sure to ring the bell!

This location is newly remodeled. Super clean and fast cooking. The place was not too busy for dinner on Wednesday. Food tasted fresh. Staff was friendly. Will certainly visit again. Convenient location.
Good, Fresh Food! This is a great Arby’s location, they give you hot and fresh food every time you order. The wait time may be high, but it is definitely worth it!
Only thing I dont love about Arny's is the price points. Other than that good eatin.

So glad they put one closer to our home. Tried the Crispy Fish Sandwich, was tasty but tarter sauce could use a bit more pickle and lemon for me. Though fish was very good and wasn't all batter. Fish was probably a little under 1/2 inch in thickness. Arbys sandwiches were amazing as always, hubby loves their curly fries. Over all an excellent dinner.
Layout of this compact little store is a little different than bigger Arby's around DFW. The kitchen is behind a solid wall. They're not really trying to hide it. You can peer into it from the side where you pick up your food. They've basically got most of their equipment (except fryers) stacked up against the wall, but this makes the customer's ordering experience feel a little weird, like your food is being produced by a giant machine. Service and food quality are consistently dependable here. Dining area is just big enough, with ceiling-hung TVs, and usually kept very clean/comfortable.
I would have to say that Arby's is the best fast food place around. They have one sandwich is called the market fresh roast beef sandwich. It has horseradish and mustard and it's full of flavor and it's pretty healthy. The bread is really good. I think it's the best overall sandwich you can get at a fast food place.
Everything is really good besides this new Cinnamuffin is way too dry and definitely not worth $2.69 do not recommend this item at all at least this location. I do wish Arby's bring back the chocolate turnovers I would get 1 or 2 every time I eat there and since they switched back to coke I can support this place more often.
My son bought me lunch, went through the drive-through. Service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. No complaints here.

After a long day of work I decided to stop here for a quick dinner. This was my first time here and the drive thru girl who’s name I think was Angela was very helpful in helping me decide what sandwich was the best for me. I had a great dinner that night
I love how clean and new the restaurant is. The franchise is obviously always growing, but I love this new one that they put here most recently. I had been given great service today by a woman named Peaton. She was very professional, yet very friendly at the same time. Highly recommend a raise for this one, and I recommend this restaraunt. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
A great diversity in food options in a reasonable sized establishment. Food tastes consistently great. Staff was very friendly. I recommend the fish sandwich for Lent and beyond.
I have been there 2 times , the staff was very friendly each time. I thought the place was very clean . I like there lemonade a lot peach & strawberry , they might very sweet at first but it makes it perfect when ice melts it still tastes good. I have gotta lemonade at other place to where it’s didn’t taste good after ice melted. Food is very good. Only food item that I didn’t care for was there new crinkle fries. But that not there fault just not my kind fries.
I always use the drive thru and the people taking my order are always so friendly. They are happy and can tell they love their job. The food is always hot and fresh. They recently got a complete remodel and it's so clean and fresh feeling. I would recommend this place for a quick snack or something larger. They have a good selection in their menu too. Anytime that I have ever been to Arby's I have always liked their Roast beef sandwiches. They have plenty of meat and are always fresh tasting.
Got to love the roast beef and cheddar
The store was clean, the workers were mostly teenagers but they did very well in serving our food. Their machine for pumping Arby sauce without, but they had plenty of Arby's sauce packets available. The restaurant was clean and the music was not too loud, the brisket and bacon sandwich was absolutely fantastic! A great fast food experience!
The food was hot and delicious! My husband got the smokehouse brisket sandwich, and said it was meaty. I got the gyro, and it was delicious.

Current chef, previous fast food worker. The team was amazing. Truly. We ate lunch ish time on Thursday I think around 2-3pm we didn’t know what was on the 7 dollar meal deal. The lady at the register was masterful in just immediately taking us through what makes it the 7 dollar deal by just laying out the choices for us. Fast and efficient. By the time we rounded the corner to grab drinks they were already ready. I asked for some condiments a few other interactions including refills on drinks and the team ran a master class on customer service. The food was hot and perfectly prepared! It was just such a delight and I was so proud that here I am remembering two days later to go ahead and leave a review. I got kids trust me my Saturday time is valuable! Great amazing job to the team!
Workers are really nice. There was this young Hispanic manager still in high school that was really helpful. Food was fresh, hot and delicious thanks to the whole crew. Felt welcoming as soon as i came in. Will come back.

Much praise for Hobert. I was that customer asking for something special, mixing and matching buns and sauces and he took it all in with a calm, "I got you." He put it on the ticket and took a second to mention it to the guy in the back. Food was good, prepared well and handed to me very quickly. Ice machine was low on ice and the floor a bit sticky, but I was there right after the lunch rush at close to 1pm. Understandable.
Online order process kind of sucked bc I couldn't edit so order was wrong. Got to location and the crew fixed the issue. Props to them for making everything good. Friendly folks so definitely will come back due to the good service.

The gentleman at the drive thru was not only professional, he was caring and courteous, and cool! I believe his name is Holbert. Great guy, and great service. My kids love the nuggets, wife loves the roast beef, and the turkey gyro is my favorite.
I went in today to get my office lunch and the staff was so helpful. They labeled the bags for me (I didn't ask) They were patient with my many separate orders and everything was perfect when I returned to my office. The nice man even helped carry bags. I didn't catch names but the lady checking me out was also very kind. Thank you Arby's!
October 2024 Very clean and attentive team and leader. Sadly the smoke brisket was not very tasty. The curly fries still the best. Unfortunately, ice maker on top for the soda machine was not working. My rating as 5 as very satisfied. Taste 3/5 good curly fries but brisket was disappointing. Attentive and courteous 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 the manager is doing her best to maintain a clean dining room. Speed of service 4/5 Will I return? 3/5 Will I recommend? Curly fries yes!
Lol I am the only one I know of that eats Arbys.....I get the regular roast beef sandwich....I do love that horsey sauce which is the only reason why I go there....I've tried nothing else but the curly fries which are decent. Update: Because the owner replied to my reviews I changed my star from its ok to Liked it...
Tried one of their Reuben sandwiches I thought it was pretty good try not to eat too much of this lately but I would go back for another one, probably soon
Good food. Convenient location. Employees are pretty good and competent. Arby's certainly isn't the cheapest around but you already know that. Food comes out hot and they are fairly good about getting the orders correct. As all fast food places do, they put too much sauce on their sandwiches except when it comes to the cheese sauce, they then get cheap and don't give enough. I make them add extra. Be specific with your orders and if they get it wrong, make them do it over and over again until they get it right. They'll learn eventually. They were cheap with the au jou juice quantity so I had to make them give more. You've got to watch these fast food places. They're cheap and usually quite lazy.
I generally like this location, the food I get is normally cooked to order, or at least I assume because normally they have me wait, which I don't mind because the food is fresh. Mileage may vary on that but if I go I don't expect to grab and go, I normally get pulled ahead to wait. But again, I don't mind.
The restaurant is always clean and the service fast, which is a nice change from other fast food places. The food is good and is a good value for a quick bite. If all Arby's were this nice I'd eat there more often.
Food was delicious, hot and fresh. There were some new menu items I can't wait to try. The only reason I removed a star is because I deeply miss the sweet potato waffle fries- I wish they'd bring them back!
The new bbq sandwiches are very good. I got 3 puiied pork and 2 brisket plus a 6 pack of cheese sticks. Sadly, I only received one marinara packet and NO sweet bbq sauce packets!
I haven't ate Arby's in awhile, and decided to try them again I arrived at 2:46p.m(Sunday). The young lady that was at the drive-thru was Very Nice, and brought it to my attention that it was HAPPY HOUR which made my day. I ordered their special 2 for $6 with curly fries. Which was the Chicken Ranch Sandwich, and the Classic Arby's Sandwich. The Chicken sandwich was good , but I didn't like the sandwich sliced cheese on it. It Does Have flavor it's not blend, and the tenders we're well cooked.
I got the Reuben sandwich and curly fries. The food tasted food, but man it was really greasy. The employees put a lot of the sauce on the sandwich. Combine the sauce with the grease and you have a greasy sandwich. The bread was soaked. The curly fries were on point. Crispy on the outside and soft or the inside. I will give the sandwich another chance. The staff was very slow for 'fast food.'
This location's management needs to recognize that it takes more than 2 people to run a store. The workers were fantastic and did nothing wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if they walked out one day due to being severely understaffed and overworked.
Went for the 2 for $6 deal on beef & cheddar and they are so small in portions. Crinkled fries were hot and delicious. Think BIG Arby's!
I love Arby’s. Trying to modify my coupon order was a solid “no”...okay. Adding to my order at the window was an awkward over-reaction by the crew. Geez. Train your staff on customer service.
This used to be my go-to fast food place to eat. but now the food is overpriced and undersized. Two meals cost me and my wife thirty-seven dollars. Disappointing
Not a fan of the greek gyro curly fries, super salty tasting and the ingredients did not go well together. High sodium food. Regular curly fries are somewhat better and beef n cheddar. Food is o.k.
The drive thru and parking lot are oddly configured. I saw two cars hit the curb in less than five minutes while trying to maneuver. Luckily, the roast beef was good.
The employees are VERY kind. There is this one man who takes your order and he is always cheerful and energetic while taking your order. Unfortunately, my order has been wrong on multiple occasions here and sometimes the fries are cold/old. This is a newer construction and they get swamped during the lunch rush hour. The way the building is set up is not drive thru and traffic friendly. Getting “fast food” becomes not so fast sometimes here. If you are hungry, you might become “hangry” - and that’s not good! It’s your average Arby’s ...except for the happy energetic man who takes my order! Kudos to him. His positivity when you are cashing out helps deteriorate the fact that you are perturbed from waiting 10-15 mins in a drive through for your meal.
The food was great. However one of tbe workers spent 20 or more minutes talking about her lawn with a guy that did her lawn. She even hugged him with her gloves on. She was more concentrated on the personal conversation than the guest that were comig in. She went back in the kirchen with the same gloves she hugged the guest with. That personal conversation lasted my entire meal. Not good customer service.
I usually like cheesesteak sandwiches but I tried the new Classic Cheesesteak at Arby’s and I was not a fan. The meat chunks are weird and the sauce is a mess and has a strange taste. It’s not awful but I don’t recommend it. They need to improve it greatly.
Had your cheese steak sandwich 9/18/2022. Shame on you. the rib eye was at best a low grade of meat. Mushrooms were the best, thank you for that. peppers were not up to par, could use more cooking. Not much cheese at all. Do your employees even know what a cheese steak sandwich is? It only leaves me with a continued search for a good cheese sandwich in the Dallas area. The location I used is on Garland ave. across from Academy sporting goods. everything else we have gotten there has been very good. I am not going to stop going to Arbys, but I have to rethink the cheese steak sandwich.
So had a great experience last time. But last night was not . Went inside, witnessed a lady, mopping the floor. Bad attitude, and did a lackluster job - half the floor was wet and sticky! Worst part 〽️- after she was "done" ,went straight back and came around to the kitchen sans washing hands, and started bagging food and handing it through the drive thru window¡ I'm glad I had a wild hair and decided to go in this time...Didn't catch her name, but she was a large lady, black hair. Literally saw her mop the floor, not wash her hands, and put her fingers in the fry boxes and put them in bags for the drive thru customers. Thankfully the other girl, and the guy(who was the only one wearing gloves mind you) served my order. I don't think I'm going back. Scratch that I'm not going back. Went at 8:20 pm last night if y'all want to fix this issue. it was not the Hispanic man or woman btw... It's just a shame I wrote a good review after a very pleasant experience & then the next time this happens, Because the other 2 were good workers, and one bad apple just really messed it up. It was a busy night, with 3 cars and 3 inside. Completely soiled a solid review and everything really... Gonna try the Wendy's fish sandwich, didn't know they had one.
This was my first visit to this location in at least a year, and my first visit using the Arbys app on my phone. The app was simple enough and had a great introductory discount for using the app. But I have food allergies and can't have cheese on anything. Two of my items had cheese on them when I got home. I did confirm I made the correct modifications on the app.I also ordered several packets of sauces and ketchup and got none in my bag. When I asked the person at the window for a receipt, I got nothing but attitude and excuses.
Got three orders of fries, all 3 were barely half way full. Staff was friendly though. But can you fill the fries all the way? Update: tried it again tonight. Haven't been since my last review. My wife's chicken sandwich was cold. Cheese was still hard because it was not hot. The chicken patty was a thin as the bread. See the picture. Come on man!

A couple weeks ago i walked in only to be hit with the horrid stench of rotten meat. I lost my appetite immediately.. It was obvious the employees were used to the smell. Im thankful that i did not use the drive thru that day. Also, The time is 8:20pm on a friday night, someone just left the building. But by the time i reach the door, it's locked without a soul in sight from my perspective. Got on here to make sure they closed at 10. They do It only confirms that this arbys is not my cup of tea
I love Arby's... The store is clean and the staff is friendly. My only issue is I ordered a french dip for my wife to-go and they forgot my au jus... I will still eat here again, and after I will raise my rating, but I need to let them know if the error. UPDATE: I went in tonight and ordered a ruben and other things... got all the way home after making sure the au jus was there, and they gave me a double roast beef instead of the ruben. I love Arby's, but I'm gonna go through the bags at the counter - ad you should too. I hope they get it right soon . I know it's a new store and they are trying to work out the kinks.
I will be totally honest here, I recently tried the Hawaiian chicken sandwich, and it was completely horrible! I honestly can not and will not say that it is this location's fault because it was not. I had never tried Arby's up until that point and I can assure you, I never will again.
Wait to order was too long! How can ketchup not be working? REALLY! The Ruben was ok, had better from a real Deli! Arby's stick to roast beef please!
The food was hot, so I didn't mind waiting a little extra time. The problem is this $20 burger that Arby's is selling is no better than a Sonic burger. I expected more, paid more and got less.
Slow to answer the headset. The employee wearing head set was walking out in parking lot mean while we sat waiting for longer than appropriately needed. It is now taking very long to food through drive through and not very large orders
Asked for spicy mustard in drive through and was told Arby's no longer has it. Reminded employee that it is in kitchen, not in packages. I was rudely told that it wasn't available. At the window an explanation was finally given; that the sandwich that the mustard was for is no longer offered. 'Okay. Thanks., I said. " I did suggest that employee could have said that over ths speaker with an "I'm sorry we no longer make ___ sandwich so we have discontinued that mustard." She then asked me why she should be sorry for anything? Her beligerance and negativity by then shoving the window closed in my face made me angry. She came back after I put my car in park and stayed. I asked for some Arby's sauce, please. As she handed me two packets and recliosed the door but not before I asked for a manager. The manager was nice and apologetic.
I got an online order for takeout. I went in and nobody was around. I waited for 5 minutes before calling out for somebody. Then a couple people came out from the back. They then spent 5 additional minutes fixing my order that I saw they had already fixed when I came in. But they had to throw it out because it had been sitting for so long. It wasn't like they were busy, just lazy.
The staff was good and courteous and service was actually very fast. Fries were good, but the sandwich meat was grossly overcooked, with nearly crisped ends. It smelled weird and wasn't tasty. This is the first time I've been to this location but it's not the first time this has happened at Arby's in general. Fries are good though.
The service was horrible. Took forever to get our food. Manager was sitting and doing nothing to help the poor girl that was trying to get all the orders filled. Manage was lazy and didn't care.
Don't get hamburgers at Roast Beef restaurant. Second time to try them and they were edible, but that's as far as I will recommend them. Great crinkle cut fries.
Walk to the counter, wait a few minutes. Someone looks at me a few seconds with no words walking into back room. Wait couple a minutes, then they tell someone to go to the counter to help. Wait over 10 minutes and get cold fries. No one ever seems friendly. Reason for the review, is this same thing has happened multiple times. Management needs to make it a better place to work somehow.
In drive-through, was told one price, then different at the window. Guy claimed I asked for large drink when I said “small”. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he called me a liar and said I could eat somewhere else! I didn’t not complete the purchase. Will never go back to this location.
Horrible service. - First of all, that food costed ALOT. -Second of all, they took ALOT of damn time to make 6 sandwiches. -Third of all, THEY FORGOT 2 things: Regular fries, and a Roast Beef Sandwich. -Fourth the food wasn’t even GOOD by the time we got home because they took so DAMN long! -Fifth, they didn’t even give us anything free in compensation for the mistakes they made or the time they took. I know it’s a new place, but it’s just not good. If I could rate it negative, I wouldve. It was a bad experience , and I won’t be going back!
Now their drink machine doesn't work, had known of the souffle cups to put sauce in I had to ask, also I got a French dip sandwich and they never gave me the au jus to dip it in. What a big disappointment this Arby's has become
I have tried to eat here twice. Both times the people working here will walk past the register, see me standing there and walk off. At no point has anyone even tried to take my order.
Food was decent after a 20 minute wait. Received 2 wrong orders. Staff seems very incompetent of making the order you paid for.
Tonight is the second time I've come around this time of night, hours clearly say close at 10PM, and I've been told they're closed or completely ignored. Arrived at the drive thru speaker at 9:40PM, waited about 5 minutes at the speaker asking multiple times if I can order. Decide to pull up and I'm ignored until I make eye contact. Same two female workers whom ignored me the first time I came last week, told me they're closed and I responded that they should be open for 15 more minutes. She then told me "oh well the manager had a family emergency and had to leave so we're closed". I don't believe this to be true but if it is so be it. Don't leave you're lights on, and I know you see and hear me pull up, so simply get on a headset and inform me instead of poorly ignoring me. If you can't stay open until the listed hours, please change them and don't waste your customer's time.
The kids working here are in for a surprise. If they can’t even take an order by number and get that right they are not going to make it far. I ordered a meal by number and they didn’t give me fries. When I inquired about the reason why, the boy said he didn’t charge me for them. I asked what comes with the number 11. Obviously he did not care. If you want your life to matter you have to try. Some effort will be required by you at some point. Don’t go here if you want your order to be right, it won’t be, and when it’s not, they have no idea how to correct it....
Was in the drive thru for about 20 mins. Only ordered curly fries and cheddar cups. When finally got to the window was told they are having to make everything fresh because they were closing in a couple of hours? Had to wait for my fries. They must of scraped these fries from whatever was left in the fry bin. They were cold, hard. There was 2 fresh fries sitting on top. The cheese was congealed in the cups. So they were sitting out for awhile. You really need to train your people. My host was Jacqueline and my order was #345. And I'm only 3 minutes away.
Customer service was not good at all, the person taking my order was very nonchalant and impatient. All of the fries were burned and hard. I paid for a medium size combo and got a small. Over all horrible experience.
Went through drive thru for lunch on break with my wife and 2 kids. Waited no joke 3 minutes at speaker with no answer. Thought I showed up too early at 1045. Pull around and find I have the right time. Me and 3 other vehicles wait again in drive thru. My wife goes in to order to see what’s going on and the young lady inside is on her phone and says she isn’t answering because she’s doing something else because their card machine isn’t working. If that’s the case put a note up if you aren’t going to respect patrons by at least speaking to them.
Add another instance of the hours clearly stating open until 10pm, but at the drive through just before 10pm I was told that they already put everything away because they close at 10... I said, but its not 10 yet, and was ignored. If you are not going to be serving customers until 10pm, then change your hours. This was the 2nd location I went to tonight because the First location closed and shut off all their lights at least 20 minutes before their 10pm closing hours.
If you are planning to pay with American Express, look elsewhere. Despite the national policy of Arby's,, this one will refuse to accept it. They should make that clear on their website. Won't be visiting this one anytime soon. With their prices they should be grateful that anyone goes there.
I went through the drivethru for lunch yesterday. I ordered two beef and cheddar melt meals. I asked the lady very nicely for extra Arby’s Sauce and Horsey. I get home and open my sandwich to put sauce on it. SERIOUSLY a SPECK of cheese sauce on my sandwich. I wish I could post a picture of that pathetic sandwich on this review. I believe the lady at the window had it out for me because she DID NOT give me extra sauce, but only two of each. Her customer service was absolutely terrible! That women could not smile to save her life. Acted as if I inconvenienced her by coming through the drivethru in the first place. When I asked to please give me extra sauce, she didnt even say anything, just shut the freaking window and I KNOW she heard me. YOU chose to work at Arby’s! Not me! For $15 for fast food, I would at least expect to have a decent sandwich. We seriously got the BOTTOM OF THE BARREL curly fries. Hard as a rock and just small bits and pieces that would possibly be at the bottom of the bag. I do not plan on going back to this location. Arby’s in Rockwall had it down and had amazing customer service. Too bad they are no longer around.
I wonder when they shifted to a policy of giving zero Arby's sauce for sandwiches and zero marinara sauce for mozz sticks. Because the last few trips they've neither asked if I want either nor did the give any. The good news is that I learned a long time ago to stock up in anticipation of their failure to rise to the level of mediocrity. This is why fast food workers are going to be replaced by automation. Good job guys. Your incompetance is making you obsolete.
Absolutely horrible service! I did not get what I ordered in the drive thru (I was the ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU) when I called the phone rang & no one picked up. I called back & spoke 2 the manager who continued 2 cut me off & speak 2 other ppl in the background yelling in my ear. I have never been so disgusted. Why do we pay these services & specifically order what we want & not get what is expected? If I could give a negative few stars I would!
Been an Arbys fan for 40 years.. Today about 8:20 pm ordered the philly cheese (tasted off) did not finish and a double roast beef sandwich.. The roast beef was half RAW and chewy as hell.. Could not finish.. Never got a sandwich this jacked up in my life. Tried to call and let them know too supervise the cooks, but not one answered my 3 attempts. This is the first time in my life that i have ever given a restaurant review or even felt the need to write one.
It is raining and they have the door locked. No dine in if you can not open the door yet it says dine in. The drive in has rain coming in all directions so ordering inside would be nice yet they lie the door is locked and they keep hanging up on me so I can't call. Arby's response gives a link that doesn't work asking for more details? What details do you need? The employees LOCKED PEOPLE OUT During business hours in a major storm. I wrote this at the moment I was at the store.
Just moved to the area and the past 2 times I've come later in the day ( 20-30 minutes before closing) i waited at the drive thru for around 5 minutes talking to myself. this second time I've had enough and went to the window just to be told they were closed 20 minutes before their business hours due to some "emergency" but what about the last time? Was there's a family emergency then? If y'all can't stay open until 10pm just change your hours and stop wasting peoples time and money going to Your restaurant to leave empty handed.
They messed my order up 3 time's, and made me pay for thing's I didn't even order. I wasn't planning on paying twice the amount I ordered. Normally I love Arby's, but I didn't enjoy my experience at this one.
I haven't eaten here in years. I got a medium French dip combo (regular), and it seems to have suffered from shrinkflation. I paid the same price and was given the small sized french fry and drink in place of a medium (as that is the new "regular" size). I was not informed that the size of the product had changed prior to purchase. On top of that, the French dip slices are the size of a small dinner roll. The people there were very friendly, but shrinkflation is scummy.
Im a general manager of a pizza restaurant and have been in food service for nearly 40 years now and I received the absolute worst customer service from the manager of this location that I have ever received in my life. My advice is to avoid this location at all cost. I'll NEVER go back that's for sure
Went into Arby's off north garland at 9;35 the young man immediately said we close at 10 are you taking out. I said we are eating in. Took my order then when I went to pick the food up At 946 he stated you can't eat here we close at 10 I told him I can eat I. 10 minutes. Then 2 more couples came in not one time did he say we close at 10. Then a young girl walks out saying we are closed its 10. We stated we were leaving but she kept saying we are closed asked for a mgr number she said we don't have a number. This was the worse customer service I have seen no respect rude employees. Bottom line don't waste your money here. Employees to worried about getting out instead of taking care of the customer.
Went here three times. Great customer service the first two times, the third time the Hispanic girls were rude, charged an extra .81 cents for sauce. Hate that I'm giving a bad review because the first two times I went it was a great experience, but I'm not going back again because of them. Entitled lower level employees always give the worse service and make it a bad experience. I know if the manager or anyone else was present at that moment the experience would have been better.
Poor service. Skippy servings. Long wait times. Charged $0.75 extra for sauce without acknowledgment of extra fee. Took 10 minutes to get the food and additional 12 to get the credit for the “extra” tartar sauce we didn’t get. As a long time Arby’s customer, l NOT return to this location. The Rowlett location is always great.
Disappointing. Ordered the current special and they didn't have all the ingredients for it the sandwich came out a soggy mess and the fries were stale. Service was ok but the dinning space felt cramped not sure why though since it was just me and one other table.
Very disappointing to be lied to. Ordered our meal, asked for spicy 3 pepper sauce and the guy says “we’re out” and pointed at the sauce pumps. I told him it was empty there and he shrugged his shoulders and stated they’re out out. I didn’t want to eat my meal without spicy three peppers sauce so I asked the lady to refund our money. Then magically she come out with a refill for spicy three pepper sauce… It’s sad that I had to ask for a refund of my meal in order to get some spicy three pepper sauce refilled.
Dirty location, slow service, angry staff. Food was undercooked and cold. I tried the burger that was pretty bad. The curly fries also not completely done yet. Lots of doordash orders coming out though so lord bless those poor guys getting their bad food.
This place is boarded up and closed for good!
Ordered uber eats. Ordered a large fry and.. not even kidding I got like 6 fries. Not sure if the uber driver ate them or the store just forgot to fill it to the top actually. But six fries for a large. Looking forwards to robot employees cause darn, that’s not cool, especially for the cost.
Staff was friendly, food was horrible. I tried the curly fries first and after the second one it tasted like someone had grabbed the last bag of frozen fries from the back of the freezer before they went bad and deep fried them with a plastic spoon. Opened my burger and the bottom of the bun was ice cold. Took a bite and it tasted bland, I can tell when a burger has pickles in it cause I always take them off and I couldn’t even taste them in there because I forgot to ask them to take them out. I was gonna leave a 2 star because the staff was nice or at least the girl that worked there. But the more I wrote down about the quality of the food and how badly cooked it was I ended up changing it to a one star. Went to the manager to ask her for a refund and she said I had to call in the morning because they don’t offer refunds at their location??? Told her about the fries and the girl working there agreed the food was nasty and then the manager told me “well the fries are fresh!” I responded and told her I was forcing myself to try and like them but it was making me sick by the third curly fry. I only took one bite of the burger, finished the chocolate shake and mozzarella sticks. The Dr Pepper is Dr Pepper so you can’t really mess that up. But yeah don’t come here unless you really really like eating food with no quality control or flavor. Hopefully I don’t get sick 🤢
Took a while in drive thru. Food wasn’t at all what I saw on the picture. Arby’s take the burgers off for the Northwest Hwy location cause they can’t handle it. I spent 25 so I had to eat it and I was hungry. Not returning for none of the items on the menu. I got something that said cheesy but the cheese came straight from the refrigerator so it just wasn’t right.
Everything about this establishment is terrible from the managers to the cooks. I’m gonna start off with the cook it seems as if he needs help back there especially when they are busy. The cook is a little bit older as you can tell so he needs a little assistance when it gets busy because he’s kinda slow making sandwiches but instead of the managers and other employees helping him they begin to yell at him and degrade him while he is still struggling to make the sandwiches, sometimes the sandwiches can be cold or old but instead remaking them they serve the older sandwiches to customers. but that’s enough on the cooks now on too the managers. The female general manager there is very rude and classless she has no control over her own store and she never knows what’s going on they also seem very understaffed as well. Let’s not get started on how she talks to her employees and cooks in front of customers she seems very unprofessional for a general manager and her store is a mess. I’ve read many of these reviews and their all complaining about the same thing I’m complaining about whoever is in charge of all the Arby’s in this area needs to get it together because what I saw at this Arby’s yesterday was an absolute mess and one more thing they would do much better if they hire more people there is no way managers should be taking orders, packing and running outside at the same time I promise won’t be returning
Took my daughter by there for food. She ordered curly fries with her order. What she got was the bottom of an old batch. Not one actual curled fry. They were pieces that were hard. This was close to noon. Check your food out before leaving.
