I love the fried calamary! It is nice and calm most days. I love the soup and salad option because you can ask for as much salad and choose different soups until you can eat no more! Plus you get bread too. I like to ask for olive oil and balsamic viniger to put in a small dish to dip my bread in it. Yummy! They make a good vodka tonic! All the pasta is delish. Sometimes I think my taste buds don't always find flavor in the pasta dishes or maybe I ate tio much salad.

I recently dined at Olive Garden and had a great experience thanks to our waiter Jordan. Jordan was incredibly nice and attentive, greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming tone, and even recommended a tasty dish for us that worked with my families dietary restrictions. I am heavily impressed by the service from Jordan. I hope she gets recognized for her excellent service!

If you go to Olive Garden and don’t get the Zuppa Toscana, I’m questioning your entire judgment. That soup is the MVP of the menu — creamy, spicy, savory, with that kale, sausage, and potatoes. It’s like a my childhood in a bowl. Missing it? You're either not in your right mind… or you've just never tried it (in which case, fix that immediately).

We got there during busy times. Patience is a virtue and waiting for the food was definitely worth it. Service was good, food was great and portions were very generous. Went for dinner with my sister on a busy Monday evening. Haven’t been to an Olive Garden in a while, because the past few visits had subpar food and service. However, tonight hit the mark on all accounts. Huge shoutout to our server Rooney. He had a busy section, but was still extremely attentive and personable. We had such a great experience with Olive Garden at Firewheel! I called the day before to see about making a reservation for my daughter’s homecoming group of 14. They told me to call back the next morning, and when I did, they were able to accommodate us right away. Even during one of the busiest times of the day, the table was ready when the kids arrived, and they didn’t have to wait at all. As a parent, it can be a little nerve-wracking sending a big group of teenagers (all upperclassmen) to dinner without an adult. But Olive Garden made it so easy and gave me peace of mind knowing the kids were taken care of. I really appreciated how supportive and organized the staff was — it truly made their homecoming dinner special. It also felt great supporting a business so close to the school and community.

The food is always really good when we come here. Everything was fine the tables were clean and fast service. The only thing is that our server only came back once to check on us after getting our food. That means we never got more bread. I'm not one to flag someone down and embarrass them so we paid using the little kiosk and left. Now that I think about it we didn't even get chocolates. 😞

Xavier took really great care of our group of 6 this past Sunday evening! The eggplant Parm was very tasty and everyone seemed to enjoy their pasta. Food is always good, but this time was weird. We weren't there that long, but it felt like at a certain point our server disappeared and stopped refilling our drinks. The next time we see him and he's asking how many togo boxes we'll need while most of us are still working on our meals. We don't normally visit this location, but we felt rushed.

They need to do something to dampen the sound. A "romantic" dinner with my wife was made much less enjoyable by the loud noises coming from others. You could hear multiple conversations making having one yourself dicey. The waiter had a table in the next room and because he entered the kitchen through one door and out the other he always was burdened with a tray when he was passing us.

Sad I spent $150 on what was supposed to be a nice night out with my family (which rarely happens). We thought 'lets treat ourselves' which was anything but a treat. The server was very nice and we thought it was off to a good start. Unfortunately my shrimp scampi was so vile and awful that I couldn't even eat it(tasted like it came from a dirty lake and texture was off). I really wanted to spit out the first bite but had nowhere to do so. I was repulsed. I tasted my husband's chicken scampi and it was edible but not great. My kids got the pizza and fries so they were ok thankfully. The major problem I had was the server asking me if I wanted a box because I clearly didn't eat what I ordered. I responded that I didn't like it and that I couldn't eat it. She said "sorry about that", took my full meal away and still charged me $20 for it. I thought that was exceptionally poor customer service. I've been in the industry my whole life and wouldn't charge a customer if they were dissatisfied with the product. To be honest, this will be my very last visit to any Olive Garden ever. Not worth my hard earned money!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Shame on this YOUNG girl, who NEEDS more training in Customer Service. Her name is something like Malia, Maria, heck idk. Not worth remembering! She just stood at the end of the bar(where all the waiters wait and bullshit till they have tables to wait) and just watched me. So Im waiting for her to come over so I can ask about what's going on with this soup that's getting cold and this plate that won't be chilled when I do finally get my salad. So akwardly 15 mins goes by and I have to call the girl over to ask when am I going to get my salad. She looks at me, says you told me to bring you soup first, and rolls her eyes at me!!!! I said no ma'am I said salad first. She just stomps away to get the salad. That right there is why she got NO TIP from me! Now check this out. Idk if this girl thought she was getting me back or doing something to me with this salad but it sure did look like she had revenge in her mind. CHECK OUT THE PICTURE!! She brings this salad out and it had like 50 croutons and it looked like 3 whole tomatos sliced on it. I counted the slices and it came to 18 slices of on this salad. It definitely looked like a Ha Ha here's your salad lady, type of thing. So sad because it didn't effect me at all. It does the store because it's wasteful and product is getting thrown away over her attitude. Instead of trying to turn it around and try and make it better she just didn't. TRAINED waitresses would of apologized for the miscommunication and got it fixed right away! This was the WORSE SERVICE I've ever experienced at this Olive Garden. I ordered carry out at 4:15 this afternoon & they didn’t get a simple order correct. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, a second take home spaghetti with meat sauce, picked the salad as my side & added an additional side of soup. They got the no onions on my salad right, forgot the extra dressing I asked for & never put my soup in the bag. It’s a shame we pay these prices for carry out & they can’t get it right. I just got food poisoning for the first time. I have ordered the same thing from Olive Garden for years (at least 5-6 years), the five cheese ziti and have loved it. We’ve always looked forward to the breadsticks when we sit down, but this time we were told we’d need to place an order to get them. We weren’t sure when that policy changed, but it was a bit of a letdown. Throughout the meal, the overall mood of the staff seemed disengaged. Our waiter, Evan, was fine, though it appeared he was distracted, chatting with Katelyn at the front as we were leaving. We never received the water we ordered, which only added to our frustration. We paid via the mini kiosk and left without much of a second thought. While Evan was polite enough, the lack of attention and the overall indifferent atmosphere left us with a disappointing experience. We’ve had much better visits in the past, so this one just didn’t hit the mark. 3/10.

First two times were good. Third time there was a bug in my food, got my money back but didn't come back for a year. Fourth time, service was horrible, took half an hour to get some service and had to ask for it too. Even after they served our food we still hadn't gotten our water, had to ask for that too. The girls right when yall walk in looked like they were asleep and didn't want to be there! Need better people to greet you at the door for one! We we seated in the very back and waited and waited with hungry screaming kids! Another party were seated and were helped right away! Why didn't we get helped? I went in to place a to go order and the smell was very off putting. I'm guessing because the restrooms are right by the entrance. The hostess were very unprofessional and were slumped at their desk just chit chatting. My wait for my food wasn't long. Needs better staff for sure . Wouldn't come here again.

Every time I go there I wait a minimum of 30 mins to be even acknowledged. Tonight in particular, we were ignored for half an hour, then when we asked for a server one came and tossed MOLDY bread (no water still at this point) onto our table without a word. Eventually a server did come, and he was very pleasant, but are you continuing your meal after that? We left. It’s worth mentioning that our server was the only server that had actually been busy, and we saw that so would have understood if the delay was the only issue. This is not a one-time issue, I regret going to this location every single time due to poor attitudes and wait times. We will be considering other options in the future.

My family and I went to Olive Garden for lunch on July 4th and we had a horrible experience. The wait just to order was over 30 minutes and when we finally did ordered, we didn't get our food until 30 minutes later and the food looked and tasted horrible. I asked for extra sauce on the side while I was ordering and didn't even get it when the food came. My eggplant parmesan looked like it wasn't fried long enough and it was soggy. Gross. My husband's chicken Alfredo lunch portion looked like there's barely any Alfredo sauce. Look how dried it looked in the picture. The topping on the cake was having an item on our ticket that we didn't even ordered. I heard another table was missing an order so my guess is the server probably put their order on our ticket. I just wanted to leave after having such a bad meal but it took the server 20 minutes just to fix the mistake. Don't come to Olive Garden if you want good Italian food.

I went to eat today around 6:00pm, we got seated but nobody came to attend us, I felt offended as me and my family were the only Hispanic people sitting at that area, there was other people seated around us that WERE getting attend but NONE of the waiters came to us, after about 20-30 minutes we decided to get up and leave, although there was a lovely waitress (don’t know her name) that was serving on the other side attending tables that noticed we were walking out and she offered to serve us but we left.

When I complained, Taylor was nice, but talked to the kitchen and said those were the correct amounts. I had to pull up on the app and show her where it has the amount listed because she didn’t believe me. It’s on their website. They’re not following corporate policies and giving less food that advertised. Barely an apology, and all they did was make the other two mozzarella sticks so my other food was cold. Ridiculous. Will not be returning.

Another review said that the restaurant should change their hours if they weren’t willing to serve anyone after 9 p.m., which I strongly agree with. Mocking customers while they walk out the door is horrible service that nobody should receive for being at the restaurant past 9 p.m. Walking in, our hostess did not seem enthusiastic to greet us. We didn’t pay it any mind since it was an hour before close. Our server was polite and had manners, and the food itself was delicious. The wait for food wasn’t bad. However, the group of waiters and the hostess by the to-go area had mocked our group while leaving, which left the impression that they had been waiting the entire last hour of store time just for us to finally leave. That is not the kind of impression anyone would want to have, where an establishment immediately wants you gone as soon as you walk in.

9:10 pm, 25 minutes waiting, no one there, plenty of waiters chatting. If they're not going to accept anyone after 9 pm, they should change the hours so people know and don't waste their time. The waiter's response was, "It's not my section." But he couldn't call anyone over, he just went to chat with the four waiters and the hostess. My apologies to the manager, she was very kind. I apologize, but you should update your schedule. Please update your hours.

When i arrived, no one was at the front desk. I waited about 12 min to finally be noticed standing at the hostess desk. The hostess led me to my seat. I honestly waited about 15 min when the manager, Taylor, noticed I seated patiently with my granddaughters to be served. She approached my table, inquired and was kind to go get my drinks. Then Taylor let me know Jennifer was going to be my waitstaff. I immediately placed my order. I honestly waited about 20 min, my kid tablet died. Jennifer was absent most of the time, so forget refills. After being done, i waited & waited and waited to ask for my receipt and get the heck out of there. After 23 min, i stood up and walked out toward orders to go and requested my bill. Taylor once again came by and allowed me to pay so i could go. Service was absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!!!! Huge thanks to Taylor for offering to bring us drinks snd a quick reaction to hand me my bill

Lady upfront how many menus kids and adults Two adult me menus and two kids menus Oh so six ? No four Got the wrong dinner then waited 20 minutes for my food while everyone ate . They did ask if I wanted a soup refill for my dinner as I’m waiting so I got one and was charged for a second soup. Maybe because my 3 year old was eating it Manager didn’t even ask or question Portion was smaller than the kids meals What happened to Olive Garden mind as well have Chick-fil-A next time never a let down so sad

Very disappointed! We had to leave. We waited around 10 mins. Before I had to go up the hostess & let her know that we're still trying to be waited on. When the waiter finally came & took our orde, we waited another 10mins. Before we decided to leave. We hadn't received our drinks, salad, anything. And just to point out the restaurant wasn't even busy. We ended up going to Napoli's in wylie, and it was delicious. The service was excellent & was definitely not ignored. Here's our delicious meal at Napoli's.
