San Filippo Restaurant!! I've nicknamed it "The Pearl of Gassino." Excellent establishment with very fresh seafood cuisine! Carefully prepared dishes, excellent menu... I ate good fish in Gassino Torinese, especially exceptional fried fish, which is hard to find even in some seafood restaurants. Qualified and very helpful staff. At a truly fair price! I found this restaurant by chance, and it was a real surprise. They specialize in fish, but also offer a variety of meat dishes. Fassona beef tartare and porcini ravioli. Everything was delicious. I dined here last night for the first time because it opened on Monday evenings, and it was my birthday. There were three of us, and everyone was completely satisfied. Parking, friendly service, very quiet, clean, intimate location... I'm particularly impressed by the dishes: very tasty, very fresh fish, plentiful. The mixed seafood appetizer with four different varieties was delicious, including two hot ones. The seafood linguine was al dente and the crab gnocchi were perfect... a generous dish... The mixed fried fish was fresh and tender. I appreciated the fact that I chose a portion of the appetizer and a portion of the fried fish to share between three people, so we could easily bring all three dishes. The house white wine was very good... As for dessert, I recommend the one with three types of chocolate! Finally, the price was truly fair and reasonable for all the qualities described. Thank you.
