The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. I ordered a chicken chipotle sandwich, which included soup. I chose tomato soup and they were absolutely delicious! For dessert, I ordered a chocolate knot and a mocha. I loved the chocolate knot; it was so good. The mocha was good, but it had a slightly caramel flavor, which I don't like. I highly recommend this coffee shop 🤤

This place is rated in two sections: 1. Food: Very good, great flavor, portions, and reasonable prices. The chilaquiles with egg and avocado are a must 🫶🏼 The breakfast is very good here, without fail, not spectacular, but very good 👍🏼 2. Coffee and Bread: This is the part I always come back for; the bread and coffee are delicious!! I recommend the almond croissant and the lotus roll, which is easy to share 😮‍💨 The hot lattes are some of the best in Mty, excellent coffee, size, and flavor. The place is very cool, but the tables are very close together, and you can hear everyone's gossip. Also, if you come for breakfast on Saturday or Sunday, be prepared to wait a while because it will be packed. I always come back 🫶🏼 9/10

The service was very attentive and always available, offering good recommendations. The place is also beautiful and ideal for a good chat with a group of friends. As for the food, the desserts are delicious and the drinks are perfect. My favorite Chai Latte is from here. The presentation, temperature, and flavor are simply perfect for my taste. As for the dishes, they are very good. I only didn't like the flavor of the chicken they use for the chilaquiles. If they changed or improved it, they would be on my top list of favorite chilaquiles. The sandwiches are also a good option.

The food, coffee, and desserts are delicious. It's become so popular that there are lines that sometimes last an hour and a half. The waiters are very attentive. -10/25/2024- We went for breakfast, and although we waited about 25 minutes, it went quickly. Outside, they bring you water and coffee, and little pieces of bread for the wait. A wide variety of breads and desserts. They have a special cinnamon roll with the flavor of "Pan de Muertos." The service is good, and although it takes a little while, it's worth it. Please be patient. Enjoy the coffee, the bread, the food, and don't rush.

Incredible! I have dietary needs and the servers and managers took great care of me—the iced matcha with almond milk was so creamy that I was worried they accidentally made it with milk. The manager was happy to check for me, and reassured me after speaking with the barista, and helped me know why it was so creamy! The food was delicious, the environment lovely, and the staff extraordinary.

Very nice place and comfy ambience. I am Italian and I am demanding about food. I can say that food is well done, even the wide range of modern desserts, croissants is great. Finally this is one of the places where I found a good cappuccino!

El lugar está muy bien decorado me encanta la estética, quedé un poco decepcionada por el tamaño de la sopa de tortilla por 75 pesos me imaginaba algo más grande creo que en salads es más barata y tiene casi la misma cantidad. Pero el sabor está muy bueno la verdad si lo volvería a comprar pq está muy cremosita. Lo más rico de aquí siento que son pasteles y panes, están deliciosos me compré una tarta de limón y está la mejor que he probado y la textura está muy buena el único problema que note es que si quieres comerla con cuchara está muy difícil ya que la galleta es dura pero si la muerdes no se nota lo duro está muy sabrosa.

I've tried to go several times now, but it's always so crowded that I have to leave. The food is delicious, but the situation is really disappointing. They never give an estimated wait time, and it's obviously not the employees' fault. It's great that they're so busy, but they're clearly overwhelmed. 😭 The last time I went, it was freezing cold, so I decided to sit outside, and the girl at the entrance brought me a really nice blanket. 💖🤞 I don't really like that the coffee is so small and expensive, but it's very tasty. The desserts are also delicious.

I'm going to put myself in a dilemma by giving my opinion of this place simply because it's a favorite of many. I'll speak honestly, and if anyone likes it, don't listen to me and keep enjoying it! The place is very small for the number of people who come every day. The staff is friendly, however, you can tell a lot of people come in. I feel like they get fed up and try to put on their best attitude and face, but they come across as overworked. The food is personal, just adequate, I'd say. The green sauce isn't spicy, so it's delicious! The juices are small, and I think they put honey or sugar in it since it didn't taste natural to me; it did have a sweet taste. What they do have at this place is delicious bread!! The seasonal fruit plate, on the other hand, is small. The wait time is ridiculous when there are people there.

The place is nice and the coffee was delicious. However, during my visit, I found a fingernail inside a filled pastry. The staff replaced it immediately, although I was later given a rather unconvincing explanation about where the object came from. I'm sharing this experience objectively and attaching the evidence so that other customers can be aware.

They deleted my review, and I don't doubt it, but I think it's honest to leave it and hope they take it as a learning experience, or at least get a response. The place is nice, but it's not designed to serve a lot of people, so you'll wait at least 15 minutes for your food. Be careful not to get an inattentive waiter, and be mindful of how you remind them they forgot your order; they'll get angry if you don't want to tip and won't even acknowledge your goodbye. Also, make sure the place where you sit is clean and there aren't any insects in the flower water. The food is tasty, but it was definitely a bad experience, especially on my birthday, so I absolutely do not recommend it.
