Probably the best KFC meal I had ever had. I ordered the original 3 piece meal. Chicken was hot and super tender. They had one of our orders wrong, but I'll give them a pass because of the good food.

I want to say thank you so much to the staff and customers at KFC last night. Our boys handicapped accessible bus broke down and multiple customers and staff were very willing to help us fix it and/or try to find a way to get us home. (Not an easy task with two heavy motorized wheelchairs) The boys frequent KFC and always love their food and friendly service. Thank you thank you thank you.

Good experience. Combined with a Taco Bell. Tables needed cleaning but they seemed busy. Surprised that a full meal here cost less than a Value Meal at McDonald's. Not good for my diet, but you still cant beat KFC chicken.

Always friendly fast, but service is consistently slow. Still recommend, its a great choice because its a KFC-Taco Bell, so there is something for everyone.

Ordered online because it was a big meal deal. Usually really enjoy their food. Service was very friendly. Order was complete and ready for pickup. Only reason for 3 stars is that chicken was very greasy. I ordered 45 minutes before pickup but still was greasy and plopped in the bucket.

This location is a KFC/Taco Bell so they don't have all of the menu items that a stand alone of either restaurant has and you can't order through the Taco Bell app, only KFC. The food is ok and service is decent.

Drive through only. Could not go in to wash hands or use restroom. Didn't get butter packet for biscuit so had to go through drive up window again. Waste of time. Girl who took order was very friendly and apologetic both times and apologetic the 2nd.

I had to big drive thru order. They did well with getting order ready, other than they didn't give me everything I ordered. Call them and they made it right. Just have to go back to get it. Would have given 2 more star if.... Guess I will check order B4 I drive away (15 mile away)

Normally we have good luck in there. But on 1/25 I ordered a spicy sandwich and got a small squirt of sauce. When I asked for a little more they smothered it in it which made it hard to eat. I think they were annoyed and did this on purpose. Staff was not friendly. Several customers had issues while we were there.

This place just sunk a bunch of money into the exterior building, but did not visible interior updates and the 2 menu outside are useless. The first one, aka the only one you can see until you're in front of the microphone, has only one lower corner lit and the plastic is so cloudy you cant see much of anything. The main sign they planted a big bush next to so you literally cannot see it at all until they are asking for your order. This one is missing panels so you also get to stare at bare fluorescent lights as you're trying to read the menu through also aged, cloudy plastic and the front is so small and the sign is placed so far back, that it's hard to make out the words/prices. And, if it's pouring out, you get the joy of a free soaking shower for your left side and the inside of your car door as you order because there is no canopy. As for the food, what we ordered was about as good as take-out Mexican and KFC gets and for once, on a very rare stroke of luck, out order was correct... although, after asking if I wanted sauce with the crunch wraps, we didn't get any anyway. They are never friendly so the best you can hope for us cool-cordial. That makes a big statement about the owner of this location and/or the company as a whole: they must pay poorly and treat their employees poorly. The "no refunds" sign is the first I've ever seen and I can only assume, based on how rare it is to get a correct order here, they were going to go out of business if they kept giving refunds for unsatisfied customers.

Always seem to be low on items this time out of pot pies, before ran out of chicken all together. Need a clearer menu and more reasonable pricing.

Dining room is supposed to be open until 9pm Yet they close 90 percent of it off at 8:30 and force everyone to sit crammed together by the restrooms. Nice

Only giving 2 stars because the food was ready fast. The chicken was over battered and over cooked and through out the mash potatoes that I got. In stead of the coleslaw, clearly asked for.

We went there at 11:22pm after fireworks on a Saturday. The window said 12:00am. BUT they were not open!!!! Wth KofC. Not cool.

ordered the 8pc meal.and charged $27.99. which they say replace $20 fill up bucket ok. now only on line orders get 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw with this meal which on several websites for menu with prices. online $25.99 is price of what we were given 1 mashed potatoes and gravy 1 Cole slaw and 8 PC of chicken. manager won't give u his name nor will he provide a district manager number to speak to. both prices r listed online Manger says only on line orders get 2 mashed potatoes gravy Cole slaw and 8 PC chicken for $27.99. it's not available to them to push the buttons for the meal with 2 mashed potatoes with everything anymore. girl at register explained 8 PC meal was $25.99 but that wasn't what we were charged!!! i asked why I was charged $27.99 for the 8 pc meal when I was told it was $25.99?? girl told me thats what it is in our register. so why tell me $25.99 for $27.99 to be price of the meal.. she was too busy with other employee playing with her hair near the chicken to listen. now to try and eat at home what we did get... there was a glob of thick something in the container of gravy when I put it on my 1 mashed potatoes!! besides 2 burritos were ordered and assured they were in the bag.the 2 burritos were not in the bag when we got home!! this is so messed up how do u not have a district manager to handle things when it seems u rip people off on whatever prices u choose to charge!?!?! corporate need to handle complaints not giggling girls and managers who refuse to give u a name just tell u theres numbers for kfc corporate on line!! well corporate do u have a better answer??

The service was good for the most part, only my burrito was freezing and they told me they couldn’t reheat it or do anything about it. Instead I would just have to “deal with it.” The rest of the food was fine, but I’m not coming back just to get cold food.

The place was slow and the cashier didn’t listen to what I was saying. I told the cashier one thing and when i got my meal I got something completely different. The place was relatively clean for a fast food place, but the workers did not have a good attitude.

Employees were loud, rude, obnoxious; one of them had a friend in there fooling around with a bottle of windex/cleaner being sprayed over the counter at one of the loud employees. Not sure if the manager knew but nothing was said.

We walked in at 7:20 pm and we were asked are you here for a pick up order? Ummm no there's 4 of us. I said what time do you close inside, she says ummm like 8. Clearly didn't want to wait on us. The drive thru lady came to thr register, but had to go back to her job as Avery ignored us, and kept sweeping the dining room floors, and made us feel bothered to be there. Avery finally took our order, but got 2 of the 4 orders wrong. K8 k17 k whatever isn't too hard. Never once greeted us, but rolled her eyes and made sure we knew we weren't wanted in there. Avery needs training on how to greet & treat customers.

Place smelled like a huge toilet as they were having sewer issues. Personally i would've closed the store until the issue was fixed. Owner should be ashamed !!!! Bathrooms not working. Staff does not know the difference between dark and white meat chicken. I ordered 3 piece dark meat chicken and received white meat which I dislike as it's dry. They shouldn't serve whole wings as they are always small and shrivled up and not edible. They always make sure to throw one or 2 in my order. Feels like your being ripped off. Didn't notice everything until I was miles away. So check your order before you leave!!!!! There's always a issue when I go there...

Came in for a $5 KFC bowl. Everything was skimpy in the bowl. People were rude and snobby. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my order. Definitely will not come here again.

Never have what you want (crispy chicken breast) within 2 hours of closing.... The taco bell will be out of steak (because they dont want to open new bag) within 45 minutes of closing

We got an 8-piece bucket and mashed potatoes. The bucket was 3 legs 4 legs and 1 thigh. NOT EVEN ONE BREAST! I will NEVER eat here ever again...

I showed up while they were clearly open. They took the order of the car in front of me but not the car behind me or the car behind them. I sat at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes before driving up to the window. I sat there for 20 minutes while they walked past the window refusing to serve me.

Was running late had to eat out so I thought kfc would be the best wrong ! I orderd a 12pc burnt looking it was so dry pink inside and the wings were the size or half dollar they come off a baby ?! The staff 7/8 years ago was the best the new staff lazy ! Took them 5 min to come over to take my order and no one else was in line ! Tasted horrible all of it! Biscets were even hard half of them ! Waste of $!

When i got up to wash my hands after eating,, i stood up i hit my head on a broken light cover , it was made of glass and a sharp point on it , it made my head bleed and left a scar on my head , when we went ask the manager for the owners name and phone number , the manager yelped at my wife to sit down, no one there ever offered me a bandaid, the staff were very rude to us , after 15 minutes they gave me the gms phone number, he said they would take care of it

I refuse to eat at KFC for a couple of reasons. One is I do not agree with they way thier chickens are treated before and during slaughter. The second reason is I always get sick after I eat there. Not worth it and gross.

Just went in to get the kids dinner. Because we were running late. Ordered a meal deal with two pieces of chicken and popcorn chicken. Get home and the popcorn chicken was not in the "Big ol Box" . So I had to make the kids dinner anyway .Dont go there, they can't do a simple job.

I get there at 9:30 pm. They close at 11pm. They said they were no longer cooking chicken on the bone for the day. I have not found one kfc that could even get a 3 star rating.

The store closed at 11 PM. Most of the chairs were up and did not have any original chicken and no white meat in crispy. So. Closing was well under way at 8:45 PM

I am in the parking lot right now. I ordered a 2 piece drum and thigh combo with original crispy and coleslaw. I did not get the claw and my chicken drum was dry. I went in and the woman with dusty long curly hair kept telling me it’s not dry. That was her opinion and I didn’t care or ask for it. Also, gave me a new chicken and still forgot the slaw. The manager or whoever she is, is not nice and really should keep her opinions to herself.

I showed up 20 minutes before close to pick up a DoorDash order and I get it, it’s so close to closing time but to hide behind the counters and ignore people instead of just saying, hey, we decided to close early tonight. That’s not professional or appropriate.

By far, the most disgusting garbage I've ever been served. That is with the understanding that it was KFC/Taco Bell. Nothing about the order was fit for human consumption. Soft tacos were lousy. Containing lit to no filling. Chicken was greasy, fatty tendon filled nastiness. Not going back, not even after an EMP.

We ordered a 3 pc white meat original. K6. We got a breast , and 2 thighs. One thigh was so tiny and I thought it was the wing. All the meat was very stiff. Seems like it was sitting in the warmer way too long. I complained that the meat was too hard to be original but the manager just stated that it is original and walked away. The biscuit was also very hard. Fortunately I won’t be going back there for any food. However, the cashier was very sweet and friendly.

Today we ordered 12 piece original chicken meal at drive thru window. Lady was very unpleasant. When we got home found out the chicken was over cooked , dry and lacking. The chicken pieces were so small they had no meat. Biscuits were hard. Coleslaw was dry. I have never had such a terrible experience like that and it is awful considering the amount of money spent for the food!! So disappointed it makes me not want to get food there ever again....

Stopped last night..wanted 12 piece bucket.. was told they only had wings, no drums thighs or breasts and it would be a 20 minutes wait. Settled on Tenders , certainly.not the same...how does Kentucky fried chicken not have chicken. One table occupied in the building so wasn't busy...we sat down to eat and literally froze. It had to be below 50 degrees in the restaurant. Lastly as my wife and I sat there at about 8pm one of the.employees went around and put every chair up on the table preparing to mop. I understand they might want to get ahead of cleaning up but we felt like we were in the way and being forced out.

went to this KFC last week for fresh fried chicken. at 7 pm I was told they had no chicken ready. None. if I wanted chicken i had to wait 20 minutes. I took a chance and placed order. it took over 30 minutes. apparently the term "fast food" is not an option here. I also asked for a small cup of the Nashville hot sauce to sample on the side and the counter girl refused to serve me what is essentially a condiment. I would think that a restaurant that has chicken in the name would have that food on hand all the time. you wouldn't walk into a McDonald's and not have to wait 30 minutes for a burger. I'll never return to any kfc location.

Yesterday I went through the drive thru at approximately 12:30-12:45. My order came to a little over $5 i gave the cashier $20 and exact change. She gave me my order but no receipt or change. I had already reported back for jury duty and could not return. Either a till was $15 over or there is a thief here. Either way you have lost my business. If i could rate no stars i would. I will be calling as soon as theytopen today.

Oh, what has happened to my favorite chicken place????? I hope it was this trip only, but the food was inedible!!! It was a takeout order and I was dumb for not checking things before I left, but I was trying to get home to a hungry family who begged for KFC. I ordered the new boneless whole breast meat.....it was not cook all the way through and was raw in the middle. The strips, also not cooked all the way through. The biscuits were hard and stale. Potatoes were old and cold and the coleslaw tasted sour. The only ones who had KFC for dinner that night were the dogs... I spent over $50 and we ended up not being able to eat it. Very disappointed. May have to find a new chicken place after that😢😢

I went to go order food it was about 8 p.m. last night they said they didn't have any chicken really but they think they have enough for 8 piece meal I said as long as it's notI feel as long they said we had we don't have much so substitute it's our fault not yours but will still charging a price for breast get to the window oh we don't have any biscuits made can you wait 10 minutes so I say sure who forward end up waiting until 8:40 ish for our food come out almost 20 minutes of waiting the chicken was falling apart the skin wasn't on it was the soggythe biscuits is not fresh like they told us and then on top of that the girl walked right by us and took our mail to some other car and they said that's not theirs then she comes back and gives it to us worst service ever

Me and my wife went to eat here on a road trip and left with food poisoning that left us debilitated the next day. We know it to be this restaurant because it’s all both of us ate all day. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here.

The food was mediocre at best. Cheesy roll ups had hardly any cheese and what was on there wasn't even melted. Biscuits were so hard I could have used them as a lethal weapon. Glad I only go to KFC once or twice a year. Don't think I could handle that much "good" food 😒

We pulled up and the dining room was closed. The worker running the drive-thru gave incorrect information about what was available. Attempted to order at 9:00pm (two hours before it says they close on Google, three before it says they close on the KFC website) and was told that none of the fried chicken would be available as their frycook leaves at 9:00pm and all the fryers were off.

Was very rude and nasty treated with disrespect here. I inquired about more gravy because they barely gave me any and found a tomato in my KFC bowl would not recommend coming here.

Went to KFC in Geneseo@ 930pm, Friday 10/31/25 for chicken. Was told there was no chicken. The restaurant is open til midnight & there was no chicken . It was 2.5 hours before closing on a Friday night & there was no chicken. What's up with that in Geneseo a college town. Can you explain this to me.

Was yelled at when asking to substitute the wings for legs in the double mashed meal. Cashier named Ayden told me who ever does that for me will be fired. I have had this done for the last 3 weeks and it was never a problem, I was always just upcharged. These kids they have working there need to learn respect

Very disappointed waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to then have my order messed up. Ordered the famous bowl to only receive corn and mash potatoes. Ordered a side of fries they were cold soggy and didn’t even fill half the fry container 2 cars in front of me and one in the parking lot!!! A 25 minute Waite is beyond ridiculous.

everytime i come to the KFC/Taco bell there always wearing gloves outside.. smoking and using there phone while wearing gloves and everytime they get a order they go back inside and use the same pair of gloves to make food.. this is not the only time its happened. the whole crew at KFC wears gloves outside and smokes with them. its very unsanitary and people can get sick. there food is good but the whole crew needs to learn how to change gloves and wash there hands! and the massive pot holes in the parking lot are ridiculous.

I placed my order payed for the food with my credit card. The cashier told the cooks that they have an order for 8 pc chicken tender, cooks say we don’t have any chicken tenders because they forgot to take them out of the freezer. The shift manager said they don’t have any chicken tenders, I said OK just reimburse my credit card.NOPE WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS. WHAT??? WE DONT GIVE ANY REFUNDS. WOW WOW WOW. CALLED CORPORATE 3x in the past 10 days and still waiting to hear how I am going to get my 33.47money back. They offered me 25.00 gift card.Well that great give you $ 33.47 get NO FOOD AND YOU WANT TO GIVE only 25.00 dollars.Called the general manager of the store the next day and they also stated it was corporate policy to give no refund I kept asking the same question on why you don’t give refunds ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT TO SELL. THEY KEPT STATING NO REFUND,ITS CORPORATE POLICY. I SAID IF YOU WENT TO WALMART AND PAID FOR A ITEM AND DIDNT RECEIVED THE ITEM YOU ARE GOING TO WANT YOUR MONEY BACK CORRECT!!!! Food is lowkey good but the service is lowkey terrible. I ordered my food at exactly 5.30PM on a Sunday, while it was a bit busy. I was with a friend group of 5 people, everyone got their order and they completely skipped over me. Also the food for my friends took and unusual amount of time to be served. “Fast food” restaurant my ass. I got the order 38 minutes later after they acknowledged that I didn’t get it.

It’s typical fast food however I won’t be returning because of the ENORMOUS pot holes in the parking lot that could do SERIOUS damage to anyones automobile. I think that I will call the corporate office to see what they say. Honestly if you can’t afford the maintenance on the establishment then you probably shouldn’t own a business. It’s going to cause an accident on Lakeville Road during rush hour as someone attempts to enter the facility safely

My wife and I ate there Sunday, we should have walked out the place, dirty floor, tables and drink machine had not been cleaned. The guy that took our order was rude and acted like he wished he was somewhere else. I ordered chicken strips and mashed potatoes, the chicken was not done (had to throw one piece aways) and the mashed potatoes where disgusting, my wife had tacos and said they were ok nothing great. We won't be back!!!! They should close the place, as the owner must not care about his business.

I will not go back to the Kentucky fried chicken in Geneseo again. One time I went there. I got all the way back home in Mount Morris New York. They forgot to put my biscuits in there. The other time I went there they didn’t have no chicken ready. They said I would have to wait one to two hours till they get the chicken ready. tonight I went there they had to see if they had chicken ready for the customers. This will be the last time I go to Kentucky fried chicken in Geneseo again. And I do not recommend that place to no one. And the young kid lady that was working the window. She’s very rude to the customers. I don’t know if she’s the manager or watt but she’s very rude. I complain to her and she act like she didn’t care. And they have a sign up on the window that says come and work for us a caring company that cares Kentucky fried chicken does not care about their customers whatsoever. they need get people in there that is willing to work and that knows customer service and to make sure they have enough food for the customers. And again I will never go back to that one again and I recommend no one goes to that one. And the chicken look like it scraps that you would give to your dog. When we got home and pulled out the chicken, the chicken legs were so damn small. The mashed potatoes was cold. The gravy was cold. The biscuits was cold, and they look like they was half raw.
