The manager, Amy, is very pleasant to work with! I had an issue with my usual wrap, and I called the store and spoke with her, and she very promptly and courteously handled the situation. Thank you Amy!

The sandwiches were freshly made and prepared well from the amazing and nice staff at this subway location. I usually don’t go to Subway but I was pleased with the food and quality service at this location.

Food was awesome. Everyone is SO nice,, except for one woman. She was unfriendly to customers, as if we were bothering her. Also very rude to co-workers right in front of customers. Next time I walk in & see her working, I'll walk out.
Most expensive Subway I've ever been to. Great Garlic is 9.79 at the Subways where I live just a couple hours south. $13.99 here. Service was good.

My husband and I were passing through town after coming home from a funeral. We just wanted to get a quick bite to eat and get back on the freeway. We were in the store for probably 20 mins after waiting in line for soo long and dealing with an employee that had to have been training (hopefully). After getting down to the last person ahead of us the staff ended up dropping their entire order on the floor and had to start from scratch.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, added extra bacon & did not get it, on top of that the sandwich was absolutely drenched in sauce. I had to use paper towels to wipe it off. Usually this store is OK at best but it’s just getting worse. I’d grab a bit somewhere else if you’re trying to decide.
Just came here to get a sub for my Daughter. She tried to bite into the bread and it was so hard. Subway is known for their fresh bread. Though the service was nice the lack of efficiency was not good. We had to throw the sandwich out. Not ok!
Barb was a special kind of grumpy. The other employees were great. Barb was rude to customers and the others she worked with. Also the new set up where they discourage customization is horrible. You can’t see how the sandwich is made anymore.
Ordered online. 1 sandwich was right, 2nd was done with same toppings as 1st. Only problem is that is not what was ordered. In fact it was completely wrong except for lettuce. Kind of difficult to eat lunch when you get a completely incorrect sandwich. You would think when the ticket on your order is correct it would be made correctly.

The few times I have gone inside I've always had nice staff but the sandwich quality is inadequate and I have to repeat myself with everything I say to the workers. I say i want a footlong turkey on wheat with provolone and they then continue to ask what size i wanted? Footlong.... on what bread again? Wheat.... and what kind of sandwich did you want? Turkey... any cheese? Provolone! (Facepalm!) I understand you wanna get the sandwich right but for the love of god... then when you get to the sandwich toppings you ask for green peppers and they literally only put on two or three.... yeah uh can I have some more? They then put on one more.... more please? Once again they put on only one more.. for the love of god!! Why are they so stingy with the toppings? Then today I went through the drive through and asked for extra mayo and there's almost none on the sandwich! Then, I go to pay and I pay in cash... I get handed my dollar bill change and then the cashier asks do you want your pennies... uh, yes please. Why would one even ask that?! Just give me my dang change like every other cashier in the world and be done with it! Not impressed with this store..
Wife has a gluten allergy they refused to put food on gluten wrap or in a bowl said they can only put it on paper

I ordered seven other sections daily specials with everything on them, and they only made one sandwich with everything on it and the rest they made as they felt like they wanted to make. When the sandwiches were picked up they were ready and they said they mixed up some of the sandwiches so they wouldn't all be the same. I think that they were just too lazy and didn't want to add everything on them and it really upset me. And they never give you any napkins ever in your bag! I highly do not recommend this place to eat.
If you like getting what you ordered, dont come here. Ordered a BLT with extra bacon and they didnt put on lettuce OR tomato. So i call them, because 14 dollars is a lot of money to spend on a pile of bacon on sad, stale bread. The woman on the other end argues with me about how "not everyone who orders a BLT wants a BLT", and then she hangs up on me. So McDonalds claims the spoils, and Subway loses. To nobody's surprise. And if you are reading this, and you were the one who gave me a B instead of a BLT, then I hope youve come to terms with your intelligence.
Stale churros and pretzel sticks. Hard and gross. It felt like I was biting into beef jerky with every bite of the pretzel and the churro. The woman behind the counter tee was going to charge us $16 for cookies! Then she finally said that she included two strawberry bite deserts but we weren’t going to get them until we asked why the cookies were so expensive. This was the worst subway we have ever been to.
The food is usually fine. Regular Subway fare. However, in the evening especially, orders are wrong. The service is often very slow. Again evenings are often the worst. I've spent up to 10 minutes in drive through waiting for a sandwich, with no modifications or specializations, while I was the only one in drive and maybe 2 cars in parking spaces in front. There are other businesses in the same strip so those vehicles might not even be Subway customers. The touch screen for drive through is often unfathomably bad. It takes 3-4 attempts at touching almost every single item or button every single time. I've pulled up a few times, tried to start an order, and driven away because that touchscreen is so damn bad. TL;DR food is Subway standard. Almost everything else about the experience is somewhere between unremarkable and atrocious. Edit: Clearly they don't read reviews. I receive incorrect orders at least 50% of the time. Today, which promoted this edit, I ordered a Mexicali club which had no guac or majority of the veg I had selected. Somehow they got the banana peppers, salt, and pepper but no other veg on it. They also somehow gave me one correct cooki and one wrong cookie. That drive through screen, still horrible to use. I'd quit going here but it's still the only healthy-ish joint with a drive through in Geneseo.
We have gotten subs at the Geneseo subway many times because there are not many options in a smaller town and about half the time if not more they forget the sauce/dressing! They give a completely dry sandwich when I ask for extra sauce in the drive threw and one time even gave me someone else sandwich!! This is the only subway location I’ve ever had mess anything up and it’s getting to be every single time now. A couple times is one thing, everyone makes mistakes here and there but MY GOD ITS EVERY SINGLE TIME ITS RIDICULOUS! My boyfriend will eat anything so he likes to keep going but I’m done this is the worst place in town to get food don’t even bother.
If I was subway I would be embarrassed for what they call Philly Steak. I couldn’t hardly see any meat and it should have been toasted. The touch menu screen failed throughout the order. By the way I love good Philly Steaks when made properly.
I usually dont write reviews. But worst Subway EVER. High prices, ingredients were skimmed down and looked old, had to wait five minutes for cashier to finish counting the register in order to pay for my sandwich which was severely overpriced for the food I can get other places. Ten bucks for a footlong sub with no drink or chips. If you're reading this, go to Culvers next door. Better food and staff. From now on I refuse to go back to this location.
