Friday lunch for two without a reservation. The €15 menu includes a first course, second course, dessert, and a 1/4 glass of wine. No waiting. Excellent restaurant quality, trattoria prices. If it were near my house, I'd definitely be a regular. Recommended.

A very good and welcoming restaurant on the hills of Sant'Eusebio. The young man who welcomed us immediately made us feel at home with his friendliness and courtesy. The dishes are very inviting and different from the usual: tartare with lard, honey, and walnuts, shortcrust pastry with Castelmagno cream and raw sausage, and Castelmagno gnocchi, accompanied, of course, by more traditional dishes like stuffed focaccias, pansoti, and ravioli. I personally highly recommend the Castelmagno gnocchi. Everything was delicious, and the bread included in the price deserves special mention: not the usual stale, bland bread, but pieces of focaccia and bread made with unique grains and doughs. The wine was very good; we ordered a truly excellent Gutturnio.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the food was very high quality. We chose cured meats and cheeses for our appetizers, and they were truly delicious—fresh, tender cured meats and flavorful cheeses. The accompanying bread and focaccia were excellent. For our first course, I recommend the "purple gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese," while for dessert, the "pear and chocolate cake" was magnificent!!! It was served slightly warm and delicious. The pink grapefruit sorbet and tiramisu were also recommended. The wine was nothing special, but we hadn't ordered anything in particular that evening.

We went to this trattoria with two friends for a dinner with friends. I must say we weren't expecting anything special, but instead we were deeply impressed by the food, which was excellent—the fish was fresh—and the service, which was prompt even though it was packed, and above all, the staff were friendly. The location was also perfect for a dinner with friends; we ate on the veranda. The restaurant is located on the hills of the Bisagno Valley, in Bavari, very close to the square. Parking was not a problem. We opted for a tuna tartare appetizer, followed by tagliolini with shrimp and pistachios and Ligurian-style fish ravioli for the first course. For the second course, grilled prawns, floured local anchovies, and fried fish from the Gulf. All washed down with two excellent bottles of Pinot Noir DOCG and mineral water. To finish off in style, we had a berry tart, tiramisu, and cheesecake with chocolate and pistachios... simply amazing. Coffee is a must. Total? €40.00 per person!!! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back. One tip: if you're staying on the weekend, book in advance.

Purtroppo in questo periodo di chiusura il bar non lo si può godere appieno, il caffè è buono ed il personale è cordiale e simpatico.

Everything was delicious, it was definitely worth coming here. I highly recommend it to everyone. The food was really good and fresh, especially because they prepare it freshly, especially the steak, cooked to order on the open barbecue. The waiters and manager were very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I'm having a hard time writing this review because there was really nothing wrong with it, not the quality of the food, nor the service, nor even the good value for money. I always try to be as objective as possible without being carried away by my feelings, yet in this case I can't help but notice that the experience—aside from the previous considerations—didn't thrill me; that's why I still gave it a high score. I will point out something that didn't convince me, and although I didn't order it, I tasted it at my table and I agree with them: the Picanha in Barbecue sauce, sautéed so heavily in the sauce, 1) covers the flavor too much, 2) hides the quality of the meat, which should always be appreciable, and 3) the degree of doneness wasn't asked, which, for example, would have been too rare for me.
