Very kind and helpful staff. I had ordered a 0.375 cc bottle of wine and they brought me a glass of wine instead. I reiterated that I had asked for the bottle, and the manager brought me the bottle along with the glass. When I paid, I realized that the receipt hadn't been charged for the bottle of wine but for the glass, so I pointed this out. The cashier only charged me for the bottle and not the glass, thanking me for pointing out the error.

Yeehaw! If you’re hankering for a rootin’-tootin’ good time, mosey on over to The Old Wild West in Corso Sadenga. We saddled up for lunch and boy, were we in for a treat! The food was so good, I half expected a showdown at high noon over the last bite. The service? Top-notch! Our server was quicker than a gunslinger on a sugar rush. The atmosphere was perfect – think saloon vibes without the bar brawls. Getting there was a breeze, and parking was a cinch with the multi-storey carpark just across the road. Clean, reasonably priced, and downright delightful. We loved it so much, we might just trade in our spurs for a permanent seat at this joint!

I would give 100000 starts to this place and its stuff. They have literally saved my life. Imagine : 23:54 , you have to surprise your boyfriend in his birthday with a birthday cake in 6 minutes, AND YOU FALL ON YOUR WAY . Your cake is completely destroyed, you are in panic, thinking theres no solution. Then at 23:54 you see Old Wild West doors opened, although their working hours are already finished, beg them to give you a peace of cake because yours is broken. And the kindest people that were about to go home, stop , go and give you a cake, saying that its gonna be alright. I actually managed to wish my boyfriend a happy birthday and the cheesecake was super delicious. Old Wild West saved me, THANK YOU❤️❤️❤️❤️

Can you use one single tiny slice of bacon or tomate and say it's one of the ingredients...? I guess you can but it's not the ideal, is it? Otherwise the place is nice and the ambience is great, love Wild West vibes.

Disappointing Experience at Old Wild West in Genova Our recent visit to the Old Wild West restaurant in Genova left us with mixed feelings. While we have always enjoyed the ambiance and food quality at this establishment, our experience this time was marred by the rude behavior of the manager. Despite being regular patrons of various Old Wild West locations in Genova, we were taken aback by the manager's attitude towards us. His lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction tarnished our usual dining experience. However, amidst this disappointment, Valentina stood out as a beacon of kindness and hospitality. Her warmth and attentiveness were the saving grace of our visit. Although the food quality remained commendable, the unpleasant encounter with the manager overshadowed our enjoyment. It is disheartening to see such behavior from someone in a managerial position, especially in a place we once considered a favorite. In conclusion, while the food quality at Old Wild West remains consistent, the presence of individuals like the manager detracts from the overall dining experience. We hope the management takes steps to address such issues to maintain the reputation of this beloved restaurant.

My experience was extremely negative. I ordered a delivery dinner that arrived in completely unacceptable condition: the burgers, taco mix, and berry cheesecake were cold and, overall, nearly inedible. The tacos were opened and upside down, with the ingredients partially mixed together. The burgers were completely disorganized, with the filling spilling out and scattered throughout the package. Even worse was the handling of the cheesecake, which arrived upside down, with the berry sauce warm—when it should have been cold—due to the inappropriate decision to place hot dishes and cold desserts in the same bag, rather than separating them as was appropriate. I also tried to contact the restaurant by phone several times, but received no response. I can attach photos of the status of my order. This level of service is completely unacceptable and does not meet the minimum standards of quality and customer service. I don't think I will order from you again.

The staff was rude and inattentive to the customers. They were hasty in taking orders, even making several mistakes. Because of their mistakes, some people ate after everyone else had finished their dinner. Having sat down at 9:45 PM, we were asked to go to the servers half an hour later because they would be cleaning up and would no longer be available. This all happened after we realized there were fewer seats at the table than we had reserved. We reported the problem to the staff, but they were unable to find a quick solution, and we had to hurry. I don't expect service like in a Michelin-starred restaurant, but you always have to remain professional, leaving the right distance between customers and waiters! I hope this review reaches the staff and that they take action where possible.

It's the hottest day of the year and they have the air conditioning turned off. The staff is dripping with sweat and it's just disgusting to think they're handling my food like that. This place isn't even remotely authentic American, we make sure customers are comfortable. Here they couldn't care less. Not only that but the wait staff forgot parts of the order and when asked when the missing items would be brought to the table we were told they're busy now. I'd give them a negative count for service and atmosphere if I could. Avoid!

1 euro per patato. 😂 hamburger was dry. Tacos were small and nothing special. Expensive for what it is. I would expect those prices in touristic place where you also pay for the view. I would not recommend
