Second time in two weeks to visit this location. Last time the orange juice was very obviously watered down/thinned out/cut in half…tasted like orange water 🤮. This time our Egg McMuffin was missing the Canadian Bacon. Went inside to have this corrected and they were less than interested in the error. They did fix the sandwich but they didn’t really care about the problem. The drive thru employees are kinda nice but not overly energetic. The first window where you pay the lady was friendly today. At the second window where you receive your food items…the girl was not interested in being at work! Just a blah look and attitude. It wasn’t busy…so that’s not the excuse. Come on McDonald’s…do better, be kind, be pleasant, say thank you, apologize for your errors. Don’t make it new the customers fault!

This store was struggling today. It was very busy when we arrived. We ate linside,but it took forever for our food to come and our order to be completed. They were simply overwhelmed today. Seemed one person was doing a lot of the work. I was surprised to find the trash bins inside overflowing and the floor sticky in front of it. I don't know the whole story of course, but it seems management failed today.

Me and my grandma had a time, the fries were double fried, the burger and nuggets were good service was not pleasant the person who gave us are food didn't say anything or even smile? Cashier was pleasant, the other girl had the attitude of a rattlesnake i will attach the video about the fries there rock hard.

The customer service here was bad. Stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, then an employee comes and helps another customer who got there after me.

I made a DoorDash order today and I noticed my burger was red. I wasn’t that upset about it but I noticed that instead of the cookie that I ordered and actually wanted I received a donut instead. I wouldn’t make such of a fuss but I don’t like the pull apart donuts. And most of my burger was thrown away. I called the store to let them know of my situation…. I heard talking in the background but literally sat on the phone for 4 minutes and then I said hello to get their attention. Yet no one responded.

This is my second trip to this location and will be my last - the manager is a disaster and the staff has no idea what they are doing. Orders as I stand here and wait for them to correct orders for at least a dozen people I’m waiting and waiting with out the receipt the kiosk didn’t print. McDonald’s corporate needs to evaluate this store - ASAP

I strongly thought that it was against Company policy to report any information outside of your establishment about customers visiting locations what they do, what kind of car they drive and all that but apparently it is not and apparently Alexis Davis likes to talk about customers that visits her locations outside of work, thinking that it won’t get back to certain people she should be terminated for her actions because that is against Company policy that is strongly against Company policy, technically speaking the only people that know who visited the location are the ones that’s working within the premises and potential person on the property and or the police for official investigation. if someone is not there attacking you assaulting you or harassing you in any way shape or form you shouldn’t be talking about how much they visit that location that is none of your business. That is none of anybody else’s business except for the people that work within that establishment. Yes, the information will get out but when you were deliberately talking about people, that is ridiculous I really liked you but now I don’t like you. I don’t like you enough that I will not visit this location no more no matter whether you’re working there or not that is disrespectful. I hope that this review is viewed and action is taken against you because this is disgusting. I am absolutely sick to my stomach. Yes, I visit a lot of places not in this area though.

Got asked to pull forward for our small frappe and sat in the parking spot for 15 minutes. My husband went inside and waited an additional 10 minutes. Someone then came out and offered us food that wasn’t ours. No apology or anything.

Pay 2.99 for extra bacon and get one slice. When it says 2 slices. You have to ask them everytime to put to. Then they give you attitude for asking what you pay for. This is definitely coming down from an owner or manager to teach them that.

I ordered for the first time at this McDonald’s location over DoorDash because I’m at work & as I bite down into my chicken sandwich I noticed something is off about it and when I open it I see what it was it was some type of wrapping paper used to cover up containers or food in my sandwich!! This is a safety hazard and it is not professional at all because food should be always checked for quality and safety! Not just wrapped up and thrown into a bag to give to customers. This is not cool.

We ordered and paid for three bacon McDoubles However when we got home and opened up our to go order all it had was three single burgers with bacon Then we tried calling for over an hour and no one answered. If this was the first time this had happened it would be one thing but there seems to be a pattern of incompetency resulting in inadequate results. So at this point I have paid for something that I did not receive And I have no way to communicate to a manager that this order was incorrect without going back to this McDonald's.
