Avaliações de Asador Baserri Getafe
¡Perfecto!
My experience at Asador Baserri was excellent. It stands out for its traditional cuisine, high quality, and very competitive prices. The portions are generous, guaranteeing complete satisfaction. Special mention goes to the stews and soups—they're truly delicious. They offer a wide variety of dishes on their menu, with meat, fish, and many other options to suit all tastes. Definitely a great choice for any day!
We ordered the daily menu, for 18 euros it's incredible, you have such a variety of first and second courses that you'll want to try more, the staff is lovely, the food is very good and the quantity is very good too, the menu includes 2 dishes, a drink, coffee and dessert, we will return 100%.
I'd walked past it a thousand times without really noticing the gem I was missing. We ate on the terrace, and from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The starters were exquisite: Soria-style fried pork belly and chicken and Idiazabal cheese croquettes. The main course was delicious: a mature beef burger and a Basque-style ribeye steak, cooked to the perfect doneness we requested. The waitress was a delight with my two-year-old daughter, who wouldn't stop playing with the food. We'll definitely be back; we saw the lobster rice and we want to try it!
On the way from Toledo to Madrid, we decided to stop at this Getafe grill that we'd spotted online. Upon arrival, we didn't have a reservation, but in 10 seconds, it was booked. Our table was in a cozy, but packed, dining room—good news. We ordered fabada (bean stew) and creamy rice with crab shank for starters. Spectacular. Delicious. And for main, stone-cooked meat and stuffed sole. The meat, if I had a complaint, perhaps I would have liked it softer and more tender. And for dessert, a cheesecake with red berries and a crepe filled with custard covered in powdered sugar and cinnamon. And all for 18.50 per person, with coffee and a drink included. 100% recommended. And the service, from both the waiters and the owner, was top-notch. Thank you.
We went for the set menu, and it was great! What we liked most, without a doubt, was the olla podrida (stew pot) and the desserts. I think the quality-price ratio is more than reasonable, and eating a good stew is a joy! I also especially highlight the smiley and friendly guy who serves at the entrance and takes orders. Overall, we had a great time. I recommend booking (it's very convenient to book through the website).
I went without a reservation during the weekdays (early in the morning) and they were almost full, but they still served me… Exquisite food, friendly, quick service, and they know how to guide you. The daily menu, given the quantities, is more than worth it! It's a pleasure to eat in restaurants that maintain their old charm and quality.
You have to call ahead because it gets packed. No wonder. The menu is amazing. The food is well-prepared and presented. The set menu is more than acceptable for the quality and quantity at €18.50. I didn't have a reservation, and because I arrived early, they got me a table that I had to leave in an hour and a half because it was already reserved. They were very polite. If I'm back in the area, I'll definitely call ahead to avoid the crowds. Highly recommended!
We've been several times, and each visit has been better than the last. The food is absolutely spectacular, and the quality-price ratio is unbeatable. The portions are generous, and they even leave you a big bowl of the stews so you're completely satisfied (even more so). The cachopo (a breaded and fried meat dish) is very good, but the homemade desserts are simply out of this world. Exquisite. The menu is divided into two sections: one for all the starters and the other for the main courses. They have a huge variety, perfect for even the most discerning palates ;) From the moment you walk in until you leave, the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. They make you feel right at home. They serve you very quickly, even when it's packed (which is no surprise, as it's always full). I highly recommend making a reservation. They often have availability from one day to the next, but this way you're guaranteed a table!
Basque Grill. Eat well, drink well, and leave more than satisfied. If you're lucky, you might get to try Magdalena's rum cake—a real treat. They have an extensive menu, and you'll have a hard time choosing. The set menu is a fixed price and includes dessert and coffee. The downside is the crowds and the noise in the dining room. Reservations are essential. They accept credit cards.
The experience at this restaurant was bittersweet. On the one hand, the food is spectacular: beautifully prepared dishes, incredible flavors, and a quality that truly deserves it. Furthermore, the waitresses are charming, professional, attentive, and do everything possible to make customers feel comfortable. However, the overall impression is marred by the attitude of the woman managing the tables, who speaks to both the waiters and the customers in an unpleasant manner and makes inappropriate comments. This creates a tense atmosphere that clashes completely with the level of the food and the rest of the staff. It's a shame, because with a more respectful and friendly approach, the place would be practically perfect. I hope this is taken into account, as the restaurant has enormous potential.
I've eaten there several times. The food is good. Although it's a bit pricey, at least for the set menu. The dining room is horribly noisy! It has a dreadful resonance and echo, which makes the experience unpleasant: you have to shout to be heard by the person you're sitting with. The waiters rush past hot stones (heated with oil) right over your head. The last time, they seated us at a table in the center, against a column, and, with a fake smile, the owner moved us to another, not much better one, right in the middle of the walkway: they stepped on my coat several times and kept brushing against the chair as they walked by. They've never been kind enough to us. The last time, we didn't want dessert or coffee, and they couldn't even deduct €2 from the bill for a mini bottle of soda. I'm almost certain we won't be going back to a place where we're not welcome.
This was our first time at this restaurant. They have a wide selection on the weekend menu and the food is good. The service was good, but they were very quick to clear the plates. An hour and a half after we arrived, they brought us the bill without us even asking for it. We had actually planned to have drinks, and they told us to vacate the table because they had another group waiting. We were stunned. If this is their policy and there's a time limit for eating, they should warn you about it when you make the reservation. We were quite disappointed.
