Very delicious wings.. The mango habanero was very nice and big shout out Mike and frankie for the welcome hospitality as I'm visiting from London 🇬🇧 and came to this branch with my cousin... Keep up the excellent customer service guys

Fiancé and I like to visit here because they have $5 Jack Daniel’s all day, every day. Jonathan is usually our bartender and he’s fantastic! We’ve tried Pretzel Knots, Ultimate Nachos, Hatch Queso, Boneless and bone-in wings, Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and BBQ chicken salad. So far our favorite appetizer is their Ultimate Nachos, but with chicken added! Super yummy, very filling! Fiancé lovesss their Philly and I like their bone-in wings. I switch up sauces, but favorites so far are the Lemon Pepper dry rub and medium buffalo. Tons of TVs for sports, indoor/outdoor seating, fast and friendly service, and helluva deal on drinks 🙂

I love Buffalo wild wings. We vored, we had fun, and the wings and onion rings were great as usual. The hostess and server were also very nice. I was celebrating my 10 year friendiversary with some BOGO wings, Thai curry, medium, garlic parmesian, spicy garlic yummm. Definitely come here on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

When we first arrived, we were not acknowledged for about 15 minutes. However, once the manager, Mike, noticed us, he immediately stepped in and took great care of us. He was incredibly attentive throughout our entire meal, consistently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s reassuring to see that dedicated managers like Mike can still make a real difference within a company and positively influence both the customer experience and the staff. Thank you, Mike, for turning our visit around and making it significantly more enjoyable!

My family and I went to buffalo wild wings on Sunday 12/7/25 and our server was Frankee. She was very attentive and had an amazing personality. She made us feel very welcomed. Our food came out in a timely manner and still steaming. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. I would also recommend they request Frankee.

The wait take a while to be seated once we got seated the waiter he was on point he was friendly he has dread I forgot his name but he was very amazing asked what we wanted to drink and he came with our drinks and we placed our order wings was great and the cheese fries. That’s waiter was everywhere making drinks and taking order I command him, he need a raise!

I recommend the new appetizer deal. Sat at the bar and Lisa was fantastic! They were clearly very understaffed but Lisa went above and beyond tending to the bar (alone) and people seated at nearby tables.

Nice!.. celebrate 🍾 a birthday 🎂 party there and we had a lots of fun with family, friends, and even with the waiters/servers. TVs was every where!, even the outside eating area.. There was a wait about 30 to 45min to be seated, but the overall experience was fun. Good food(chicken) and drink say less🤗🥳. Only thing that kinda mess things up was them hard rock boneless chicken. I don't know what happen in the kitchen but them boneless chicken was over cooked, burnt, and hard as a rock. I could break some windows with them boneless chicken 😩 lol. Hopefully that was a one night thing😑.

It’s been a while since we’ve eaten at BDubs. The fries were not hot, the wings we mostly fresh. I don’t know, I wasn’t impressed, it was just something different. For $40 it fed us both with about 6 wings out of 20 left. Maybe we need to go at 12p instead of 130p.

My first visit and impression ..., the chicken wings were dry and tasteless, the hamburger was delicious, the place was clean although the waitresses who attended us were without a mask as a method of control against COVID (CDC Recommended) and we do not know if the tables they were disinfected. After my retirement As a chef, I dedicate myself to constructive criticism of the different restaurants and about this I can say what there are others of lesser recognition (Walmart, Hooters, Marcos Pizza and more) but with flavor, cooking, juicy and breaded. I do not return.

Love the franchise but what is wrong with the salary here that they are so understaffed? Manager needs to make sure he retains personnel by providing them with what they need. Corporate help this manager out. Would hate to see this place si king and is getting there. Friday night and the bartender is everywhere trying hard to help so many customers. He is a true gem and should be compensated likewise. Hope he is. Kitchen is also understaffed but hey the food was great so that’s the heart of the operation. Cuados for them too.

Food and ambiance were typical for BWW, but the service on this occasion was below standard. We were seated in a section where the bartender doubled as the server, but the bar was already packed with patrons. The bartender didn't have the bandwidth to also take orders and check on diners, so we were neglected. I never expected to go to BWW and come home feeling like a middle child.

ok now I have gone to two of them so it is easier to compare. First the app is being removed. Not only was I not able to check in even after I rebooted my phone but since I wasn't going to pay for dinner was sort of rude to buzz over the food when I rather enjoy the company I am with so one less app on my phone is refreshing. We got to the place around 6:30 pm. The place in huge. Super clean . A few tables had people. We were seated right away. And in a short time our server came. We order our drinks. We had the passion fruit nojito (non alcoholic) and 15 piece boneless chicken wings ( chicken tenders). I was having a difficult time pronouncing one of the side dips and the server got annoyed with me instead of helping me and well that got me annoyed as well. I felt rush. Again the place was not packed. Maybe 7 tables were filled.n he didn't even ask if we wanted water. And there were no utensils or flatware on the table. About a few minutes later the guy comes with our drinks and food. Nice presentation. Food was hot. Drinks were pretty. Again did not ask if we wanted water. And brings our two dips and two more than he assumed but never asked if we wanted. When we advise them we did not care for them he annoying throw a uff and took them off the table and walk away. Again we had no way of eating these tenders. No plates. No utensils. Nothing. Ok wait about 10 more minutes for the guy to show up with our receipt ( we never ask for it) then I ask for the flatware. He made up some blame excuse and instead of putting them on the table. He piled it up and place it on the cover of my seating like since I had annoyed him I must be the one who wanted the flatware. And since the receipt was already on the corner again he did not bother to ask if we wanted anything else to eat. Or dessert or water or nothing. And left. Again the food was good. Really tender. Not over cooked. Then to pay we are about to get up and try to pay in the front of the place and he comes rushing to us to say we pay at the table. All the sudden he was to finally take care of the table. Again if I was to pay I would had never left a tip. But I wasn't and my friend did leave a tip for eh service. Personally I am going to stick with the one down south. I was treated way better than driving up to Pembroke pines for the same meal.

The barista provides excellent service, excellent food, but out of all the customers today, only I tried to catch a game while enjoying food and a few beers. The one who appears to be the manager removed the Miami Heat game that I was interested in seeing to put another game that nobody was watching, what a bad experience.

I placed a takeout order at Buffalo Wild Wings in Pembroke Pines and accidentally selected 30 boneless wings instead of bone-in. I realized the mistake right away and called back within 2 minutes to make the change. Unfortunately, they refused to modify the order, saying “Amanda” wouldn’t allow it. I found that response rude and unaccommodating—especially since the order hadn’t even been prepared yet. To make things worse, the boneless wings were overcooked and some were so small they looked like popcorn chicken. I spent over $40 and left feeling extremely disappointed. Definitely not the level of service or food quality I expected.

Let’s start with we are regulars here. For the MOST part, this is a decent joint to enjoy a few beers, and until Our most recent experience, a bite to eat! The regular bartenders are amazing. The 2-star rating comes from an egregious act by a middle-aged woman employee with glasses who was running food from the kitchen to the bar. After mis-delivering our order, and the wrong patrons TOUCHING all of our food, she re-delivered it to our seat. I advised we were refusing the order since it was handled by another guest, and she stated she would have them re-make the order. 2.5 minutes later (exactly 150 seconds) she returns with two plates stated everything was freshly remade from scratch. The funny part was the cheese on the burger was burned from the heat lamp and the wings were dry as a rock. (As regulars we spend about $200/week here so we are rather familiar with what to expect for quality). I can’t say we will never visit here again as we love the beer pricing and our friends (other regulars) but we will never order food from here again and the older middle aged woman must be terminated.

I see why this place has low ratings in Google review. The wait for food was crazy hardly no one in the restaurant. The manager made excuse after excuse. Only good thing since I was eating all you can wings the wait between wing help me to eat more.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and was quite disappointed with both the service and the food. The service was extremely slow, and it took a long time for our order to arrive. When the chicken wings finally did come, they tasted undercooked and kind of raw, which was very off-putting. The only positive aspect of my visit was our waiter, who was friendly and nice despite the overall poor experience. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say about this restaurant. I expected much better and was let down by the quality of both the service and the food.

I used to come here all the time years ago before going to watch a movie over at AMC. This was my favorite spot, not but 3 years ago. Idk what happened but the workers seem like they don’t even want to be here. Complete 180 flip from the vibes I’m used to. Fries weren’t even crispy like they’ve been before, even being “fresh out”. Management, i suggest you CARE a little more. EDIT: kitchen doesn’t care either, nothing but chicken on street tacos. They used to get loaded with pico de gallo. Shameful. Takes seconds to throw some ingredients in there. Lazy. Will never be visiting again.

Service was super slow and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Three of us ordered, one of us got our meal when the other 2 sat and waited for another 10 or so mins. I only ordered potato wedges and they came out last. Would not go here again

My family went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner for the first time in a long while. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Friday night, so you would expect your meal in a decent time, right. Unfortunately for us, that wasn't the case. The waitress brought out two of the meals and stated she was waiting on the third. That's what seemed like ten fifteen minutes she came back to say they hadn't made the 3rd meal yet, a chicken sandwich, and it would be another 6 minutes. That was the last straw for my husband. We canceled the sandwich and asked for the check. Long story short, the saving grace for the night was the GM Michael. My husband explained what happened. The delays, the waitress's lack of attentiveness, and frankly, poor service. Michael was apologetic, scratched the bill, gave us his business card, and a few meal cards. Thank you for that. As a family who works in service, we appreciate good service. The wait staff is the face of the business and based on the service we received tonight, it was extremely disappointing. A smile goes a long way... For goodness sake, the least you can do is make sure the order is placed in a timely manner and the whole table is fed at the same time.

seriously guys??...this name deserves all the respect and starts with THE QUALITY...I ordered ONLY 6 wings, although they came quickly to my table, they were dry!!!...I remember that Buffalo wild wings It has been my and my children's favorite place since we arrived in this great country!!!...very dissatisfied with the quality of the food...LISA did everything possible to make my stay pleasant...She did it only redeemable

Where do I start: 1) when our meals came, we never got silverware & napkins. Shall we eat boneless wings with our hands? We had to ask. 2) they didn't have regular silverware. Had to use plastic silverware packet with napkins in it. That's cheap. That happened the last time I was there. He said they were being cleaned. 3) when my titos & soda water drink came, it was all soda water. Hardly any alcohol. 4) had to ask for more napkins, never came 5) ordered the cookie and ice cream. THE COOKIE WAS NOT BAKED. it was like soggy cookie dough. 6)never gave me a spoon for dessert. I had to eat my cookie and ice cream with a fork. 7)never gave me back the itemized receipt. Now I can't report my missing points. Thank God the food was good; minus dessert. I have never experience this in a restaurant. It was before the crowds came for the college football game.

This place has a lot of potential if it was managed right. Went to see the UM vs Ole Miss game and there was only 1 bartender which was running the bar for everyone and serving tables. She was trying her best and doing an awesome job to the best of her abilities, her name was Angela. She needs to be applauded for working so hard. Everyone else in this place including the manager needs to learn from her. She should be running the place. Now the place was packed due to the game, the food came out cold and took almost an hour and some food never came out. Since only 1 bartender getting drinks was difficult, even my soda took 45 mins. We left at halftime and went to Ale House and had a great time and better food and service.

Otoniel was our server and did a very poor job. He didn't bring us an Oktoberfest beers we ordered, and didn't give us an alcoholic cherry limeade when we had the cocktail menu in our and as we ordered it. Our food came out wrong, and he had an attitude the whole time dealing with us. He said he would bring out 5 ranches and we got none. The second another server started helping the difference in service was insane. I wish she was our server as I would have tipped much more.

My wife and I traveled 10 miles to Pembroke Pines for a B Dubs and got the absolute worst service ! 1. It starts with the workers looking uninterested in taking my wife and I as a table . 2. I ordered 6 traditional wings garlic Parmesan wet rub and fries … they brought my wings 30 minutes before they tried to bring my fries . I told the waitress with the glasses and 2 braids that I didn’t want the fries . 3. Also before we ordered any food we ordered drinks , the bartender comes with our drinks 15 minutes after us being seated and placing our orders to say “ Oh my bad , here’s your drinks” I’m not sure if it’s because we are Black and I hate to pull that card but it seems like they expect less from African American customers as if we wasn’t going to tip properly or they just don’t respect us as people . Others were seated and giving their food on time Last but not least Out of my 6 traditional wings they gave me all drumsticks . In any restaurant they would tell you to give half and half . Love B Dubs but this was sad and a waste of our time and money . It ruined my self esteem and confidence I feel horrible and disrespected for accepting such behavior It wasn’t busy at all

Terrible service. Ordered wings. Large fries and mozzarella sticks. Wings came out and one order. Was wrong count , fries and mozzarella sticks had to wait20 minutes after wings. Asked for the bill she tells me and shows me manager took out for 1/ 10 count wings, but they think they are slick ,she charged me for 4 ,while it should be 3 orders and showed me took one out. WOW shady tactics can’t believe ,just wanted to get out disgusted

I have never had a problem at This place before but today I Go there with a friend and it was going well until I drank my second drink and I finished it and notice a hair inside the drink honestly wanted to throw up but couldn’t lost my appetite and I asked a guy that was working the bar in a dolphin jersey for a manager and told him my problem and he said he couldn’t do nun about that and never called for a manger when I asked him to I have a picture of the hair in the drink as well which I will post. The lady that helped me definitely helped she deserves better but that guy was mad disrespectful in ever way possible

⭐ 1 star The food at Buffalo is just average, nothing special. But the worst part is the service — absolutely terrible. The staff seems unmotivated, slow, and not friendly at all. It really feels like serving customers is a burden to them. I definitely wouldn’t come back, and I don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of better options with good food and respectful service.

Terrible service. Michael served us this morning and he was completely apathetic and unfriendly. There were only 2 customers in the restaurant. They gave me the food without my fries (for which I had to go back in and ask) and they gave me only 4 tenders when I ordered 5. In writing it may sound like a lame complaint, but you can feel when you are being taken advantage of. Not the first time I have a bad experience in this location.

I ordered the Asian Zing and lemon peppers sauce for my chicken wings, and this what I got. No sauces in the chicken, the meat was dry, and they mix all the chicken in one box :(

Disappointing Second Visit We had high hopes for Buffalo Wild Wings in Pembroke Pines after our first visit with my 4 daughters. That time, the food was fresh and everything was great, which is why we decided to return today with my wife. Unfortunately, this experience was a complete letdown. We ordered burgers, and they were far from fresh—the patties tasted old, and the fries looked and tasted like they’d been sitting in oil for way too long. We also originally wanted the loaded nachos with chicken, but we were told they didn’t have any shredded chicken available. A popular item not being fully stocked was disappointing. We settled for the sampler instead, hoping for a decent alternative, but that was another letdown. It’s a shame to see such inconsistency in quality here. Our first visit set a great standard, but this second visit fell way below expectations. The waitress was the only good thing out of the whole visit here. Now that I thinking about she must of been trying to make it up for the awful food that was being giving to us. Bit her fault she’s just the waitress. I don’t think I will never visit buffalo wild wings again. I felt like we got legally robbed with the horrible tastes of food. Service was GREAT kudos to the waitress for such a great host. 8:03pm UPDATE: My wife and I just got home with stomachs pains and she threw up due to the food. Not cool. What a waste of money and time. This is so horrible, what would a lawyer say?????

We arrived around 7:50-8:00PM, asked for a booth and was told no by the hostess because they were getting ready to clean the tables so we were offered a table top. Then we sat for 30 mins with a hungry toddler and no one would come over to our table. We were then told that the bartender would take our order, as we were sitting in sight of the bartender and he refused to come to our table. When I approached the bartender to order he told me sorry, I can’t take your order right now because I have other tables I have to get to first. All while not making eye contact and ignoring me totally and walked away. We just got up and left. Worst customer service experienced at a Buffalo Wild Wings location and I have been to quite a few accross the country. Absolutely flabbergasted at the service received. Not sure how this location is still in business, staff needs to be revamped ASAP

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit. Upon arrival, I was ignored and walked past multiple times without any acknowledgment. Eventually, a staff member approached me with a curt "2?" before leading us to a table, where she unceremoniously placed the menus and walked away without any further communication or inquiry about our readiness to order. The staff member in question was an older white lady. As a paying customer, I expect a reasonable standard of service, which was not met on this occasion. It is my opinion that she may not be suited for a role in customer service.

Ive ordered from this place for pick up so I will give them 4 stars. Yesterday i arrived with 3 kids and 4 adults and they had us wsit 30 minutes to sit us down with half the place empty. The staff is rude, inept and does not care about customers. Be it maybe they are understaffed but dont let it out on customers. So disappointing and had to leave as the kids were starving and restless. This is not s good place for families.

I approach this guy at the bar, even before I said a word he say “I’m backed up I’m not taking anymore orders” in a rude manner, for no reason, the bar was empty, not even 10 people seated at the bar. I’m def not coming back to this place, they don’t need my money, but I rather give to some other place. In here there’s no customer service whatsoever so ever.

I have been a loyal patron of this restaurant for many years, even as I observed a decline in food quality, longer wait times for orders, and a noticeable decrease in the quality of service from the staff. However, that did not stop me from coming to eat at the restaurant, even during COVID when no one can eat in I would still order my food to go. Once COVID restrictions were lifted I was finally able to sit in and enjoy my food again. During this year I was happy to see a new store manager come in and try to fix the place up, I would be in during lunchtime and see Fon walking around with Michael, I felt that real change was going to happen. I was excited actually, seeing Fon multiple times during my lunch visits was a nice thing to see for me because it gave me a sense that changes were to come. And I must say from the changes I have seen they are doing a great job, the food wait times have come down a lot, the food has always been fresh when it comes out, and the staff has been amazing! I truly love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings but yesterday July 4th, 2024 I had an extremely disappointing experience from the time I sat down at my tabletop by the bar. I specifically asked for Lisa because she has been so amazing, she always makes sure that my food comes out fresh and always checks up on me without having to track her down like many waiters do. Lisa was an absolute love like she always is. First of all, I understand that it is a holiday and people want to take it easy but the cook Jason was way out of line, he was yelling at Lisa the whole time telling her where are the orders, that he was bored, and more things which were unprofessional. Jason was yelling at her even when she was talking to customers. Once Lisa came over and took my order I was disappointed to find out that there were no mozzarella sticks and no lemon pepper seasoning for my fries. But I still wanted to eat the asian zing boneless wings so I ignored that but it was upsetting to not have those items available. The food came out and I was excited, however, the food did not look so appetizing. The french fries were great but the boneless wings were hard and did not seem fresh at all. They usually look juicy, hot, and mouth-watering when they come out. This was not the case yesterday, however I let it be and continued to order another fry but to my luck they were hard and crunchy so I did not enjoy them as much. I then asked for 6 boneless wings to go but I mentioned to Lisa if they can be fresh as the ones I just had were not fresh at all and they just were not up to par as they usually are. Lisa then went to Daniella or Danielle to let her know about my issue with the food. Of course instead of handling it with courtesy and professionalism as one would expect, she completely did the opposite. She was yelling from where she was sitting that the food was fresh and that Jason was dropping them as they go. I then responded to her that she can come look at the wings so that she can see herself that they were NOT FRESH. But no, she did not even bother to get up, her demeanor was constantly unpleasant, maintained a horrible bothersome face the entire time, which made the situation even more uncomfortable for me. What was even more shocking was her approach to communication. Rather than coming over to our table to discuss the issue she chose to yell across the room. This lack of basic courtesy and respect is not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. It felt as if my concerns were not important enough for her to address properly, and her loud and rude behavior drew unnecessary attention and embarrassment. I am giving 5 stars for service because Lisa my waiter had nothing to do with this situation, she in fact was the only one worried about my dining experience.

Awful. Lisa was bartender and also “server” we waited a lot without seeing her.extremely slow. Wings were smallest i have ever seen & very dry. Got wrong sauce. We told her when she finally brought check( never saw us during meal) all she said was that she would tell kitchen. No apology - nothing. She did not care but sure looked after guys watching football. The wings were disgraceful. Booth dirty too

WORST and UNPROFESSONAL waited 10 min in the lobby at the fron waiting for pick up food was folded for 2 orders of pick six along with soggy buns on the burger fried over cooked over was over 70 dollars called in spoke with a female manager she was nice but the other manger Micheal promised to get back to me issue co tired for 2 WHOLE DAYS telling me he would speak to his supervisor to confirm order never calls me back or seems to care for order over 70 dollars I called on the 3rd day and the young women said he was busy took down my number a 3RD time doesn't call me so I call back a hour later to hear him in background crying about me calling again when all he had to do was replace my order or refund me making a big deal out of nothing need serious house management and I see alot of negative comments about this restaurant do better BWW smh

This place is horrible, my boyfriend and I came to have a Friday date night and we were waiting for someone to seat us for 15 min. The place wasn’t packed, it wasn’t busy. They just didn’t want to have more customers. Horrible employees. Horrible service.

We ordered through Uber, and my fries arrived without the bacon and extra cheese. And when you choose the 4 sides, they literally give you 4 carrots and 4 celery sticks.

Poor customer service. Employee have cigarette box sitting on table out in the open. Employees sitting around while one employee is working the bar and tables. Just terrible all around.

Waiters are extremely disrespectful, told me to go to mcdonald's if i wanted a "kids" burger because of food portions. Even general manager is rude and I received a horrible attitude from all employees. When I asked for a single patty burger instead I still did not receive what l asked for and no changes were made upon complaint. This should have a better management and be more respectful to customers.

I am so sick and tired of this place. Every single time I order a wrap, they seem to screw it up every time. This time, I ordered two classic chicken wraps, with honey BBQ sauce, no tomatoes. I made sure to ask if they could also put ‘no ranch’ on the ticket, since they seem to always put it on, even though, this wrap does NOT come with ranch. It’s almost like they don’t know how to read because when my husband brought home my food, it had ranch on it. The first burrito appeared to be fine until I got to the end of the first half and took a big bite of, ranch! Are you serious? It specifically says no ranch on the ticket for both of them. I opened up the second wrap that I intended to take for lunch tomorrow, but again, it has ranch in it. This has got to be the worst place to follow through on what the customer wants. Usually, I am the one that picks it up, checks it, and always has to have it remade due to the incompetence of the person making my food, and I am tired of it. If I didn’t have to be in bed, I would have brought it back and demanded a refund. My husband has decided that we will no longer be going to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings since it is always the same thing. If you order something, please check your food, because they will probably get it wrong. I paid for this food, waited to eat it, and now I can’t. Thanks for screwing up yet another order. It won’t happen again.

Order over the phone and provided my order I asked for ranch and repeated myself twice to make sure there was ranch no sauce or anything was in the bag when I got home mind you I came in and had a drink at the bar and told the bartender to please make sure there is ranch not blue cheese, because of allergies. Call the store and was told there was nothing they can do

I’ve eaten inside and generally the experience is not good. Why do I go back? I ask myself the same question. But this time I won’t order from BWW, specifically this location. I ordered take out and they gave us the wrong flavor. No extra sauce like we ordered. Wings were cooked badly. Fries tasted like they had been sitting out for some time and they reheated them. It was terrible. Order was $100. Extremely disappointing! And upsetting! I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Do NOT request the server Kitty at the Pembroke Pines, Fl location. I took my son after school and a guy approached us and asked if we wanted high/low top. I stated low and he directed us to follow him. As we sat at the table and reviewed the menu the server (unknown name) never introduced herself. I provide her with the drinks, appetizer and meal and also informed her we will be ordering more before we leave. Server brought out drinks which is off to a good start. Appetizers was brought out by a young lady with pink hair (not our server). At this point we have no silverware, no napkins, no additional plates. Server brings those items after the fact the appetizer was eaten. Common sense if you see the empty tray remove it off the table. The server did literally nothing other than bring drinks and receipt when we just took a first bite. The girl with pink hair brings our meal (not the server) . Server never came to table to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. My son finishes his drink and needs a refill, our server is no where in site. Not to say the restaurant was busy which would be understandable but it was absolutely not. I have to wave for server to come to the table because my son needs a refill and lord behold she brings the receipt. Seriously?????? We just got the meal. Server did not remember I was going to order more or even ask If we are reward member (which I am). Server was at the bar just chatting with two other patrons and I had to get up from my table to hand her the receipt. I should have walked out and left her tip less. On the receipt server name is Kitty, I was table 261/1. Kitty needs to be trained properly on customer service before she should be a waitress. Kitty is definitely an epic fail.

No one at the entrance. I waited 7 minutes before the manager showed up to take my order. I understand they only had 3 tables occupied and that it was around 1245 on a Tuesday. Not a busy time but still have someone at the door.

I ordered plain fifteen chicken wings with salt with blue cheese. What I got was the driest wings I had eaten in my life. I scrapped the roof of my mouth eating them. With no sauce on them, I was just expecting them to be fried right. These had to have been old and refried. Very disappointing.

Worst service I have ever had had to wait 35 minutes for my server to take my order. Tried to get the managers attention he blew my table off 3 different time made eye contact with him and waved at him all I got was a small wave ABSOLUTELY BULLSHITT..... Our waiter was more worried about watching the game and chatting with coworkers and not their customers.................. Absolute disgrace.... ..

First time here and it was a mess it’s Friday after on around 3:30 and the place was not packed at all .. literally 3 people at bar and my friend and me and after sitting down not even a minute bartender came to take our order and we had just sat down so we said just water for now .. not 35 min later no one has come by we had to bother another waiter . It is now 5 pm and still no food at the table .. also this place is messy we are surrounded by messy tables that should be cleaned . Maybe not enough workers but please hire more people better pay so they can be happy to come to work and do it right. If it weren’t for my friend craving wings I would’ve gotten up and left . Never coming back .

Service was bullshit waited 35 minutes just to order food and never got a refill on my drink, then called for the manger 3 times, made eye contact with the manager and asked for him to come to me and he waved back like we are neighbors like he'll we are. This restaurant location is depressing!!!!

This was the worst takeout experience I've ever had! This restaurant has little concerns for food preparation time or customer satisfaction. I was really unhappy when I receive stale, rewarm french fries and dry, rewarmed wings. The Garlic-Parmesan Wings were awful, and they were soaked in an unpleasant sauce. Strangely, the restaurant was nearly empty with patrons when I arrived at 3 p.m. I don't understand why my order took so long; it was over 30 minutes. I don't understand why the supposedly fresh french fries I had to re-order took another 15 minutes to prepare. As a result, I left feeling unhappy and reluctant to visit again!

For the first time in 5 years I got the worst experience ever at Buffalo Wild Wings - Pembroke Pines! Empty tables they made us wait! I ask for recommendation about my drink Cucumber something or cherry mojito which I love! She said one is fresh the other well..... I decided to go with the one I always drink! When it get to me has no cherries on it. I asked her if that was the cherry mojito.... she analyzed it and said yes but we have no cherries.....🙄 Then we order and when food was ready the waitress literally through the food over our table you know when it looks like plates skippering from one side to another.... Carrots were so fresh! Look at my pic! I asked to change them she said sorry we don’t have other kind of carrots they are all the same!!!!! My son drink Mountain Dew was a mix of water and yellow colorant NO flavor!!!!!! What’s wrong with you guys? I love this place but I’m starting to other restaurants instead for wings.... if carrots are like that I can’t imagine the rest.... Now we have been waiting for about 20 minutes to ask for our check.... waitress disappear..... Such a bad experience!!!!!!!!!

This poor rating reflects an abysmal performance on the part of the manager. I hope it will serve as a wake up call for the GM or area manager and ownership. The restaurant was busy, the kitchen was backed up, & the manager was nowhere to be found. The poor kids at the front desk let us know they weren't allowed to change the channel on the TV so while Florida State and the Florida Gators played unseen, the assembled crowd watched a lousy cop drama with sound for over 90 minutes.

I always order here and have never had any problems until today. I placed an order for 15 boneless for Bogo Thursdays and a house sampler. I attached a picture of the House Sampler they handed me, it looks like they dropped it before handing it to me. I brought it to the attention of the girl who served me the food, I didn’t catch Her name but she had bright red hair. She said it looked completely fine to her and saw no problems. She offered to remake it but I didn’t want to sit there another 15-20mins. She was nice but she should consider how the customer cares about their food. I told her I wanted a partial refund and she agreed to take care of it. After arriving home I noticed that I was missing the extra 15 boneless from the Thursday boneless bogo. After speaking with manager Mike, he was very rude and kept speaking over me. I politely asked him to listen to me but he kept interjecting mid sentence. I understand that I didn’t choose the bogo option when placing my order online, however, he just wanted to argue and blame me instead of fixing the issue. He didn’t want to listen to me and just focusing on blaming me instead of resolving my issue. As the customer, we need to be heard and taken care of. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and this kind of behavior is very unprofessional and should not be tolerated. If this is the type of individual your company has to represent the managerial staff, then I want nothing to due with this location anymore. At the end I asked for a full refund and he agreed but was unnecessarily rude and hung up before I was done talking. Also, why do refunds take 15 days? This is unheard of!

Placed a door dash order this evening, for starters they did not give us the queso ,instead it was a large container of some sort of dipping sauce and no chips . The worst part was instead of the chocolate sauce that should have came with my daughters daughter chocolate cake it was BBQ sauce inside the container with the cake ,needless to say she found that out with the first bit , I don’t know what is going on in the kitchen but, someone needs to lay off the glue sniffing

Food was okay. The food that we actually got waited over an hour for kids, Mac and cheese, at least the waitress didn't disappear. The manager and other way staffed had no urgency. Whatsoever the place was empty but everybody was waiting. People were turning around at the door and leaving. They never came with our appetizer.A very bad experience will probably never go again

It was my first time at any Buffalo wild wings. Hopefully they all aren’t like this one. I went there for lunch during the weekday, and there was one hostess who’s only job apparently was to greet customers and to give out the orders to Uber eats, and one waitress for the entire place, including the lunch tables and the bar. They didn’t have any clean knives to give us so they gave us a set of plastic utensils normally given for takeout customers. They didn’t have Splenda for the tea. And the only good part of the lunch were the french fries. The waitress tried her best, but she was just spread too thin. Even though the place was almost empty, it took a half hour to get the food. It was sad. It looks like it could be a fun place with so many TVs, but it just seems like this place was ready to go out of business.

Went there around lunch time to hang out at bar and watch football with a friend. When I arrive I sit down and order small plate of lemon wedges and water, and requested that he turn the tv to a national tv/headliner College football game that was on that anyone would naturally assume would be available on the tv. Bartender rudely says, “The manager isn’t here so no I can’t, okay?” then proceeds to ignore me and my the whole time (he didn’t even get to order after sitting there 30 minutes) and this guy didn’t even bring the lemon wedges. This place was already dead by the way. We left. Worst sports bar atmosphere I have ever been to.

Avoid this location! The service is awful and the 'boss' is even worse; she simply doesn’t care about the customers. There is a total lack of respect and manners. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually value their guests. Not recommended.

I've been here three separate times and had the same experience so I guess it's time to make a review about it. I walked in the door and all the tables are dirty and only about 10% are actually being used. This place is wildly understaffed, and it affects the quality of service. 10 boneless the wings were ordered and they took over 1.5 house. This place is incredibly bad. However bad you could imagine it, it's worse.

Not sure whats happening on 2/17 seems like a club, got 1 server. Some big girl who makes her appearance every 20 minutes looking scared to seat people. Who the hell did you franchise this one to? Stood around for 30 minutes and left. If you wanted to dine and ditch perfect chance. Close the god damn doors if you dont have enough employees

Hostess was completely rude did not even stop herself from leaning against the back desk to speak with me when I was trying to offer her options for my ESA approved pet. Barely explained herself in her monotone voice would never even consider going there when I went for five or less minutes I barely leave reviews ever if all, but that is just how significantly this negative experience has impacted me

Ordered the original dippers.. the menu says ask for them sauced.. so I did only to be told they don’t do that..anyways..after a few questions to the cook we got what we ordered from the menu.. the tenders were like chicken jerky from being overcooked.. so supposedly the server went to get the manager who I actually believe was the cook who now told me that they had no more tenders in the house at 6:30… so anyways, I finally ordered something else, and the manager told me that he was going to make sure that it was brought out properly and it was the wrong order when he brought it back..and he kind of brushed if off like .. hey no big deal because I wasn’t going to charge you for it.. so just curious if you have a very thin manager with dark hair and a goatee with very loose fitting clothing working 9/22/at 6:30.. if so he does not know how to handle his job.. but I believe it was the cook.. not to mention that my friend was drinking unsweet tea and two of us were drinking sweet tea so they brought over a picture and filled all three glasses and I let him know she had unsweet tea. He’s like that’s OK. She’ll be fine with sweet tea. Lol. just the whole experience was not nice at all, and I felt bad because I talked my friends into going there

Me and my girlfriend placed a to-go order online which should been ready at 10:30pm. We got there on time and were told it would be “5 more minutes.” We went back to the car, came in again around 10:35, and then stood at the counter for over 15 minutes with no waiter, no greeter, nobody acknowledging us at all. We literally watched only one worker walk by the entire time and not even give us any update, and no one came to the front counter to helpnany of the other 2 customers who was also waiting for a long time. It felt unorganized and understaffed, and the communication was terrible. If you offer online pick-up times, at least have someone at the counter or give accurate wait times instead of saying 10:30 and the food won’t be ready until 11-11:20pm. Very disappointing first time experience, and when the food finally was ready at 10:50pm we saw probably the supervisor or boss or someone who was training the lady, he was getting on her about this is her area we got these people waiting too long. I’m gonna cut her some slack I’m guessing she’s new still, She also missed the drinks and ranch which we had to wait 5 more mins for because she left. For the price, definitely not a place I would spend money regularly but honestly would try their food again in the future but from a different faster location.

We arrived, we wanted to be seated in a booth…..there were plenty but they said no, because not enough servers…..we waited 20 minutes and nobody came….they told us that in 5more minutes, but nothing…. Finally, we decided to leave…. No food, nothing to drink, bad service…..good tv!
